The innovative development of green technology is the permanent scientific research topic in the field of grain storage, and the controlled atmosphere is one of the green grain storage technologies. This paper carried out the research on the storage technology of high-quality indica rice in the fifth ecological area of grain storage (medium temperature and high humidity) by air-regulating agent. The concentration of oxygen, temperature and relative humidity of the storage environment were monitored, and the quality of high-quality indica rice was also evaluated. The results showed that the technology of air-regulating could effectively delay the quality deterioration of rice. Compared with the controlled group, the experiment group can maintain the concentration of oxygen in the confined space below 0.1% and the relative humidity at 70% during the 5-month storage period. The moisture content of the controlled atmosphere group was 0.98% higher than that of the controlled group. The fatty acid value was 1.34 mg (KOH)/100 g lower than that of the controlled group, while the freshness was 7 points higher than that of the controlled group. The above results showed that the air-regulating agent can adjust and control the oxygen concentration and relative humidity in the confined space according to the demand, which could achieve the purpose of preserving the quality and freshness of grain. It is a green, low-carbon and fresh-reserving new grain storage technology.

Conventional ergonomic observation methods, such as rapid entire body assessment (REBA), are limited in their sensitivity and reliability, particularly in detecting changes in input variables. This study integrates fuzzy logic with the REBA method, utilizing trapezoidal membership functions to fuzzify the input variables. The center of gravity method was employed for defuzzification, and if–then rules were formulated to enhance the REBA method. The findings revealed that the fuzzy REBA method is more sensitive to changes in the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) than conventional REBA. Furthermore, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of the risk scores obtained with the fuzzy REBA method ranged from 0.76 to 0.89, indicating reliable outcomes. The proposed fuzzy REBA method offers a more reliable approach for on-site ergonomic assessments, thereby reducing observational errors and potentially reducing the incidence of WMSDs in the workplace. This paper studies transverse grain-cooling ventilation technology applied to 24m long-span warehouse in high temperature and humidity area. Application effect of transverse grain-cooling ventilation technology was evaluated by adopting district cooling ventilation mode. The results showed that the transverse grain-cooling ventilation by sub region in large-span warehouse had the advantages of faster cooling rate, better ventilation uniformity, remarkable water retention effect and lower consuming power. The temperature gradient along the cool air direction was less than 0.22 ℃/m. The ventilation water loss rate was 0.1% and consuming power rate was 0.10 kw·h/(t·℃). The consuming power rate is only 20% of the maximum consuming power rate index of 0.5 kw·h/(t·℃) which is defined in the “Grain and oil storage—Technology regulation of application of grain chiller”, (GB/T 29374—2012).

TSZ-6A strain-controlled triaxial apparatus was used to determine bulk density of wheat under different pressures and initial pressure porosity was tested by self-made porosity mete， the porosity values of samples under different varieties， water content and pressure were calculated according to the relationship between bulk density and porosity. The results showed that the porosity of wheat decreased with the increase of pressurewhich satisfied the power function relationship; The porosity of wheat increased with the increase of water content， which satisfied the quadratic function relationship; In a certain size range， varieties had no obvious effect on porosity.
