In Chinese medicine nursing education in higher education, using the CIPP model to evaluate the teaching reform of the curriculum is the key to improving the quality of teaching. This study analyses the effectiveness of this reform to promote the further development of nursing education. The study used qualitative and quantitative methods to collect and analyse relevant teaching data by constructing an evaluation system. The study results showed that students’ practical ability improved significantly after the teaching reform, with the most significant Improvement in functional ability, self-learning and management ability, and teamwork ability. The student satisfaction survey results showed that overall satisfaction reached 4.65 points (out of 5). Meanwhile, the teaching ability of teachers was also significantly improved, in which the scores of informatisation teaching ability and innovative teaching ability reached 8.776 and 23.03 respectively. The teaching reform based on the CIPP model effectively enhanced the teaching quality of the TCM Nursing course, strengthened students’ practical skills, improved students’ satisfaction, and improved teachers’ teaching ability.

The 2030 Immunization Agenda of the World Health Organization （WHO） states that everyone in the world should fully benefit from vaccines to achieve good health and well-being. With the ever-changing disease spectrum and the improvement of residents' health literacy， relying solely on vaccines included in the National Immunization Program （NIP） is insufficient to meet the current requirements for disease prevention and control. Non-NIP vaccines play an important role in meeting people's diverse needs. Vaccine hesitancy is a global issue and an important factor affecting vaccine uptake. By reviewing relevant studies on vaccine hesitancy in recent years， this paper summarized different vaccination situations， current situation of vaccine hesitancy， measuring tools of vaccine hesitancy， and major influencing factors. It aims to provide references for the development of scientific and effective vaccine education strategies， which can increase public knowledge and understanding of vaccines， enhance healthcare professional's willingness and behavior in recommending vaccines， improve public vaccine literacy， and reduce vaccine hesitancy. At the same time， the supervision and guidance of media discourse should be strengthened to enhance the protective role of non-NIP vaccines in immunization barriers.

BACKGROUND: With rapid progression, severe illness and high fatality rate, sepsis has become an acute and critical condition that seriously threatens human life and health. OBJECTIVE: To detect miR-210 and miR-494 expression in patients with sepsis and their relationship with severity and prognosis. METHODS: A total of 165 sepsis patients participated, including 105 patients with septic non-shock and 60 patients with septic shock. 53 sepsis patients died in 28 days, and 112 patients survived. The clinical information of all sepsis patients was retrospectively searched and reviewed. Based on the status of 28-day survival, they were categorized into survival group and death group. The expression levels in each group were compared on the first, third and seventh day. The ROC curve was applied to know the expression level of plasma miR-210 and miR-494 to predict the death. RESULTS: The two miRNAs expression of the septic shock group were significantly higher than that in sepsis non-shock group on the first, third and seventh day (all were P < 0.05). The ROC curve found that the AUC combined to predict the death on the third day was the largest, which was 0.925 (95%CI: 0.864–0.983). The sensitivity and specificity were 94.6% and 86.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The increased expression levels of plasma miR-210 and miR-494 are closely relevant to the severity and prognosis of sepsis patients. Curcumin's ability to impact chronic inflammatory conditions, such as metabolic syndrome and arthritis, has been widely researched; however, its poor bioavailability limits its clinical application. The present study is focused on the development of curcumin-loaded polymeric nanomicelles as a drug delivery system with anti-inflammatory effects. Curcumin was loaded in PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and puronic F127 mixed nanomicelles (Cur-RH60/F127-MMs). Cur-RH60/F127-MMs was prepared using the thin film dispersion method. The morphology and releasing characteristics of nanomicelles were evaluated. The uptake and permeability of Cur-RH60/F127-MMs were investigated using RAW264.7 and Caco-2 cells, and their bioavailability and in vivo/vitro anti-inflammatory activity were also evaluated. The results showed that Cur-RH60/F127-MMs have regular sphericity, possess an average diameter smaller than 20 nm, and high encapsulation efficiency for curcumin (89.43%). Cur-RH60/F127-MMs significantly increased the cumulative release of curcumin in vitro and uptake by cells (p < 0.01). The oral bioavailability of Cur-RH60/F127-MMs was much higher than that of curcumin-active pharmaceutical ingredients (Cur-API) (about 9.24-fold). The treatment of cell lines with Cur-RH60/F127-MMs exerted a significantly stronger anti-inflammatory effect compared to Cur-API. In addition, Cur-RH60/F127-MMs significantly reduced OVA-induced airway hyperresponsiveness and inflammation in an in vivo experimental asthma model. In conclusion, this study reveals the possibility of formulating a new drug delivery system for curcumin, in particular nanosized micellar aqueous dispersion, which could be considered a perspective platform for the application of curcumin in inflammatory diseases of the airways. Objectives Muscle cell necrosis is the most common pathological manifestation of idiopathic inflammatory myopathies. Evidence suggests that glycolysis might participate in it. However, the mechanism is unclear. This study aimed to determine the role of glycolysis in the muscle damage that occurs in DM/PM. Methods Mass spectrometry was performed on muscle lesions from DM/PM and control subjects. The expression levels of pyruvate kinase isozyme M2 (PKM2), the nucleotide-binding and oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome and pyroptosis-related genes in muscle tissues or plasma were determined by real-time PCR, western blot analysis, IF and ELISA. In addition, IFNγ was used to stimulate myotubes, and the relationships among PMK2 expression, NLRP3 inflammasome activation and pyroptosis were investigated. Results Mass spectrometry and bioinformatics analysis suggested that multiple glycolysis processes, the NLRP3 inflammasome and programmed cell death pathway-related proteins were dysregulated in the muscle tissues of DM/PM. PKM2 and the NLRP3 inflammasome were upregulated and positively correlated in the muscle fibres of DM/PM. Moreover, the pyroptosis-related proteins were increased in muscle tissues of DM/PM and were further increased in PM. The levels of PKM2 in muscle tissues and IL-1β in plasma were high in patients with anti‐signal recognition particle autoantibody expression. The pharmacological inhibition of PKM2 in IFNγ-stimulated myotubes attenuated NLRP3 inflammasome activation and subsequently inhibited pyroptosis. Conclusion Our study revealed upregulated glycolysis in the lesioned muscle tissues of DM/PM, which activated the NLRP3 inflammasome and leaded to pyroptosis in muscle cells. The levels of PKM2 and IL-1β were high in patients with anti‐signal recognition particle autoantibody expression. These proteins might be used as new biomarkers for muscle damage.
