[Introduction] In order to meet the needs of digital and intelligent transformation of power enterprises and to adapt the strict requirements of new power plants on safety and quality management of engineering construction, [Method] an intelligent site management system was put forward and its construction scheme , functional module, and reasonable transition scheme to production period were introduced. [Result] The intelligent site management system based on Internet of things, big data, cloud platform technology, and intelligent terminal equipment can realize the comprehensive management and control of personnel, facilities, environment, and management. [Conclusion] The intelligent site management system proposed in this paper can effectively improve the management efficiency and intelligent level of power enterprises, and also provide a reference for the construction site management mode of new power plants.

Hematite serves as a promising photoanode material in photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting systems. However, its inherent limitations of short hole diffusion length and insufficient carrier lifetime pose a significant challenge for practical application. Here, we report a hollow and porous hematite nanorod photoanode using hybrid microwave annealing induced rare earth europium (Eu) and transition metal niobium (Nb)-doped core/shell FeOOH nanorods synthesized by a two-step hydrothermal method, which enhances photocurrent density (Jph) and reduces turn-on voltage (Von) simultaneously by three synergistic effects: (i) hollow and porous nanorod formation to shorten hole diffusion distance; (ii) surface asymmetric oxygen vacancies and Eu3+ ↔ Eu2+ states to generate highly active sites; and (iii) suppression of surface segregation of Nb and Sn to reduce surface states. As a result, the hollow and porous Eu, Nb co-doped Fe2O3 photoanode loaded with a RuFe2(OH)x cocatalyst achieves a Jph of 3.49 mA cm−2 and a Von of 0.67 VRHE under simulated 1 sun irradiation (100 mW cm−2), which is 2 times higher Jph and a more negative Von of ∼250 mV than that of Nb : Fe2O3. This work demonstrates the successful combination of the two-step hydrothermal method, rare earth and transition metal co-doping, and hybrid microwave annealing to design and construct efficient nanorod-based photoanodes. [Introduction] In domestic thermal power plants, traditional line transmission technology is still used in the fuel management system, which lacks flexibility, reliability and mobility in terms of data integration processing or interconnection with the cloud platform. Data communication is an important development trend of intelligent power plant management, and the higher transmission rate is the goal of building a big data cloud computing platform for smart power plants in the future. This paper provides a reference for studying the application of higher-speed wireless data transmission in power industry, building and applying the latest wireless transmission technology in power plant data transmission network and integrating it with smart power plant big data platform. [Method] Firstly, this paper introduced the current status and composition of fuel management platform in power plant, and described the 5G and WiFi6 technology, which was integrated into the existing network architecture of power plant management platform, so as to realize efficient application and optimization research. [Result] By analyzing the problems existing in most of the fuel management platforms in power plants, the high-speed network can effectively improve the operation safety and stability of power plants and bring greater economic benefits. [Conclusion] The construction of a wireless high-speed and complete data transmission system is more conducive to the effective and safe construction of intelligent fuel management platform, which should be designed and planned in the early stage of the project and applied to thermal power generation industries.

[Introduction] Safety is an eternal theme in the electric power industry. Safety instrument system is one of the most important means to ensure the unit safety. Internationally, safety instrument system has a relatively mature standard system and has been widely used. However, the application in domestic thermal power industry is in the exploration stage. In order to promote the application of safety instrument system in power industry, this paper will describe its practical application cases in thermal power secondary reheat units, and provide reference for the design, procurement and operation maintenance of other thermal power plant projects. [Method] Firstly, the relevant international standard were introduced and analyzed in detail. Then using risk chart method to analyze the safety integrity level of secondary reheat 1 000 MW power plant project. [Result] By analyzing safety integrity level and applying it to equipment bidding, design, commissioning and operation of secondary reheat 1 000 MW power plant, the safety and stability of power plant operation were effectively improved. [Conclusion] The analysis of the unit safety instrument system in the early stage of power plant project is beneficial to the management and design process of the whole life cycle of power plants, which should be widely used in the power industry.

This study aims to optimize the evaluation system of inclusive design in urban parks, emphasizing the systemic nature of sensory, cognitive, and motor capacity support and exploring its role in park design practice. Based on the capability demand model, this study constructed indicators through literature collation and focus group discussion and assigned weights through hierarchical analysis to finally construct the Park Inclusive Design Index (PIDI). Then, the PIDI was utilized to assess the inclusive design performance of 48 urban parks in Hangzhou, China. The results of this study show that the overall inclusive design level of parks is relatively low (the average PIDI < 70), especially in the provision of cognitive support (cognitive-related indicator < 4). Meanwhile, comprehensive and specialized parks performed better in inclusive design compared to community parks and leisure parks. The level of inclusive design is moderatory correlated with the park renovation time and the park area, and strongly correlated with geographic location (scenic spot parks perform better; the parks in the old city perform worse). Ten indicators in the assessment scored below 2, which reveals the current status, shortcomings, and general problems with inclusive facilities in Hangzhou's urban parks. This study integrated the needs and ability differences of people into the indicators, providing an assessment framework with broad applicability. Inclusive performance is a long-term process, and the implementation of the evaluation framework will provide a reference guide for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of urban parks across China and even around the world. Music can convey emotions. Even in the performance of written rather than improvised music, the performer can modify the way they play particular elements of the music to convey specific emotions. Considerable research attention has been paid to the ways in which performers convey a small set of so-called basic emotions. In the current work, we investigated how musicians think they can convey a larger set of emotions in their performances by modifying musical elements and varying playing parameters. We presented 12 clarinetists trained in Western classical music with 55 pairs of expressive goals (EGs) derived from a list of 11 (e.g., to make the music sound happy, sad, or expressive), and asked them to provide similarity judgments for each pair representing how well they thought they would be able to distinguish between them when performing four excerpts of music, and how they would do it. The similarity judgments produced dissimilarity scores that were grouped using cluster analysis to form six independent, coherent clusters of EGs. Four clusters consisted of, or included, EGs representing four basic emotions: happy / humorous; sad; angry/mad/ugly ; and fearful. The other two clusters consisted of the EGs expressive/overly expressive/beautiful and deadpan. We therefore suggest that this set of six clusters could be used in future research on emotional and musical expression in music. Participants reported that to achieve specific EGs, they would vary the way they played a wider range of musical elements than in previous studies, albeit including many of the same elements. Among the playing parameters they reported, reed-bite force was mentioned most often, with consistent associations between more force and ugly or angry, and between less force and fearful and expressive EGs.
