The stability of rural credit cooperatives is closely linked to regional economic development in China's vast rural areas. This study aims to investigate how rural credit cooperatives in China can enhance their stability and achieve high-quality development using panel data from 87 county rural credit cooperatives in Shaanxi Province from 2008 to 2016. The Cov-AHP is employed to build an evaluation system and the effect of inclusive finance on the risk-taking capacity of rural credit cooperatives is analysed using a fixed effects model. Results demonstrate that inclusive finance can improve the risk-taking capacity of rural credit cooperatives and enhance their stability. This effect is more significant for rural credit cooperatives with a larger share of corporate shares, although property rights reform and the launch of community banks may weaken this effect. This study recommends vigorously promoting the development of inclusive finance, improving the operational mode of rural commercial banks, strengthening the corporate governance system of rural credit cooperatives, and enhancing the level of financial services for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. Purpose: Approximately 5% of differentiated thyroid cancers lose the ability to uptake iodine, leading to limited treatment options and poor prognosis due to invasion and distant metastasis. PSMA imaging probes have been proposed as a potential diagnostic and therapeutic tool for iodine-refractory thyroid cancer. However, there are limited reports and significant heterogeneity in patient selection, warranting further exploration of the application value of PSMA in thyroid cancer. Methods: We performed Western Blot, PCR, and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA uptake experiments on cell lines and conducted in vivo small animal imaging. Clinical and radiological results of included differentiated thyroid cancer patients were collected. (Trial registration number: 2021-669, Trial registration date: December 30, 2021). Results: PSMA expression levels were significantly higher in poorly differentiated thyroid cancer (7.86 ± 1.90 vs. 1.00 ± 0, P < 0.01; 7.86 ± 1.90 vs. 0.03 ± 0.02, P < 0.01), but [68Ga]Ga-PSMA imaging correlated with tumor burden, such as 18F-FDG (8.08 ± 7.74 and 5.67 ± 4.23, P = 0.01) and Tg levels (307.1 ± 183.4 vs. 118.0 ± 116.1, P = 0.002). Conclusion: Our results showed that PSMA expression increased with the decrease of thyroid cancer differentiation. However, the level of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA uptake in thyroid cancer patients was not significantly associated with the degree of thyroid cancer differentiation, but also with the metabolism and burden of tumors such as 2-[18F]FDG and Tg levels. Objective To assess and investigate the reliability and validity of Needs Evaluation Questionnaire (NEQ) in Chinese version, and to analyze how characteristics of demography affects unmet needs. Methods A single-center study in Peking Union Medical College Hospital was conducted and 142 cancer outpatients were included. The NEQ was divided into 4 different aspects: informative needs, needs related to assistance/care, relational needs and needs for psycho-emotional support by means of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Univariate analysis was used to explore the impact of characteristics of demography on the unmet needs of each aspect. Results The reliability and validity of NEQ were acceptable. The result of univariate analysis indicated that household income affected informative needs (H=23.768, P＜0.001), relational needs (H=16.877, P＜0.01) and the needs related to assistance/care (H=11.010, P＜0.05). The degree of informative needs,relational needs and needs related to assistance/care kept low when patients had high household income. The age of patients affected informative needs(H=11.022, P＜0.05). The degree of informative needs was high on condition that patients were teenagers or in middle age. The education level affected relational needs (H=9.144, P＜0.05). The degree of rela- tional needs was high on condition that patients had middle level educational background. Conclusions Outpatients with tumor have high-level unmet needs. More attention should be paid to informative needs, relational needs and needs related to assistance/care on condition that patients have low household income. Besides, it is necessary to focus on the informative needs of patients in adolescent age or middle age and relational needs of patients with middle level educational background.

During coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic, hospitals adopt effective measures including cleaning, disinfection, isolation and personal protection, aiming to prevent nosocomial infections and control the epidemic spread. In order to minimize the risk of cross-contamination associated with ultrasound examinations, ultrasound practitioners carry out strict infection control in the isolated area, and implement standardized procedures of equipment disinfection in the non-isolated area. After cleaning and drying the equipment, ultrasound practitioners should select an appropriate disinfection method based on the respective examination or intervention. Low level disinfection, such as wiping with quaternary ammonium salt disinfecting wipes, is sufficient for standard ultrasound examinations on intact skin. High level disinfection is mandatory after endo-cavity ultrasound examinations, intervention procedures, or ultrasound examinations on infected/broken skin. In addition, disposable transducer covers and needle guides are recommended to use in such situation. Furthermore, infection risk can be reduced through adequate use of ultrasound gel, as well as decontamination of other equipment components.

With increasing ecological damage caused by regional development, many countries seek to promote sustainable development through spatial regulation. This study treated China's development of National Key Ecological Functional Zones (NKEFZ) as a quasi–natural experiment, applying a time–varying difference–in–differences model to data from 148 water quality monitoring cross–section points of major river systems in China from 2004 to 2018. The results revealed that NKEFZ improved the mean of comprehensive water quality (CWQ) and individual water quality indicators of dissolved oxygen and ammonia nitrogen content index by restricting urbanization and increasing government investment. The mean value of CWQ was improved by about 0.22 grades, and the optimization effect of spatial regulation on average water quality was more prominent in coastal cities, cities with high–pollution levels, and large–sized cities. Nevertheless, the impact of NKEFZ on water quality exhibited a "Matthew effect", in which NKEFZ were not effective in improving the bottom line standard of water quality in the pilot zones, as NKEFZ did not significantly improve the peak values of CWQ or individual pollutant indicator. In addition, an economic effect estimation indicated that NKEFZ significantly facilitated local economic growth and primary industry development and had a significantly negative impact on secondary industry growth and foreign investment. This study contributes new evidence for measuring the effect of the trans–regional spatial regulation, eliciting policy implications for improving ecological spatial regulation and incentive mechanisms, and promoting the sustainable development of the regional environment and economy. The pursuit of synthetic receptors with high binding affinities has long been a central focus in supramolecular chemistry, driven by their significant practical relevance in various fields. Despite the numerous synthetic receptors that have been developed, most exhibit binding affinities in the micromolar range or lower. Only a few exceptional receptors achieve binding affinities exceeding 109 M−1, and their substrate scopes remain rather limited. In this context, we introduce SC[5]A, a conjugated corral‐shaped macrocycle functionalized with ten sulfate groups. Owing to its deep one‐dimensional confined hydrophobic cavity and multiple sulfate groups, SC[5]A displays an extraordinarily high binding strength of up to 1011 M−1 towards several size‐matched, rod‐shaped organic dications in water. Besides, its conformation exhibits good adaptability, allowing it to encapsulate a wide range of other guests with diverse molecular sizes, shapes, and functionalities, exhibiting relatively strong affinities (Ka=106–108 M−1). Additionally, we've explored the preliminary application of SC[5]A in alleviating blood coagulation induced by hexadimethrine bromide in vitro and in vivo. Therefore, the combination of ultrahigh binding affinities (towards complementary guests) and adaptive recognition capability (towards a wide range of functional guests) of SC[5]A positions it as exceptionally valuable for numerous practical applications. Human activity and climate change affect biodiversity and cause species range shifts, contractions, and expansions. Globally, human activities and climate change have emerged as persistent threats to biodiversity, leading to approximately 68% of the ~522 primate species being threatened with extinction. Here, we used habitat suitability models and integrated data on human population density, gross domestic product (GDP), road construction, the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), the location of protected areas (PAs), and climate change to predict potential changes in the distributional range and richness of 26 China's primate species. Our results indicate that both PAs and NDVI have a positive impact on primate distributions. With increasing anthropogenic pressure, species' ranges were restricted to areas of high vegetation cover and in PAs surrounded by buffer zones of 2.7–4.5 km and a core area of PAs at least 0.1–0.5 km from the closest edge of the PA. Areas with a GDP below the Chinese national average of 100,000 yuan were found to be ecologically vulnerable, and this had a negative impact on primate distributions. Changes in temperature and precipitation were also significant contributors to a reduction in the range of primate species. Under the expected influence of climate change over the next 30–50 years, we found that highly suitable habitat for primates will continue to decrease and species will be restricted to smaller and more peripheral parts of their current range. Areas of high primate diversity are expected to lose from 3 to 7 species. We recommend that immediate action be taken, including expanding China's National Park Program, the Ecological Conservation Redline Program, and the Natural Forest Protection Program, along with a stronger national policy promoting alternative/sustainable livelihoods for people in the local communities adjacent to primate ranges, to offset the detrimental effects of anthropogenic activities and climate change on primate survivorship.
