Objectives: Research on long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) has been conducted in different areas of oncology. Currently, the biological significance of lncRNAs and their regulatory features in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) remain largely unknown. We have previously identified SPRY4-IT1 overexpression in GIST through lncRNA sequencing of GIST tissues. Coincidentally, SPRY4-IT1 is an intron of the SPRY4 gene, and SPRY4 is specifically highly expressed in GIST. Thus the aim of the present study was to investigate the role of lncRNA SPRY4-IT1 in GIST pathogenesis. Methods: Herein, we screened for SPRY4-IT1 and analyzed its possible phenotypes using Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). The phenotypes of GIST were verified using CCK-8, colony formation, and wound-healing assays. The ceRNA mechanism was determined by the location of lncRNA SPRY4-IT1, and its relationship to the Ago2 protein. The SPRY4-IT1/miR-101-5p/ZEB1 axis was predicted using online software and sequencing. Luciferase and pull-down assays were performed for verification. Pathway-associated and phenotype-associated proteins were detected by western blotting. Results: Sequencing analysis revealed 117 differentially expressed lncRNAs in GIST and normal gastric tissue samples. Accordingly, SPRY4-IT1 was screened out and its phenotype was predicted by GSEA. Mechanistically, SPRY4-IT1 was identified as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) that downregulated miR-101-5p and upregulated ZEB1, which activated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signaling to stimulate GIST proliferation, invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Although this effect was regulated by a negative feedback loop through SPRY4, it was still controlled by SPRY4-IT1. Conclusions: In GIST, we revealed a ceRNA mechanism by which SPRY4-IT1 modulates ZEB1 by sponging miR-101-5p, eventually driving tumor cell proliferation, migration, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).

With the development of artificial intelligence and internet of things technology, an underground logistics system will gradually become one of the novel ideas to alleviate urban traffic problems. Such a system consists of underground logistics nodes, but their classification is a key problem in the planning of an underground logistics network. On the basis of the analysis of the demand and supply characteristics of underground logistics, the underground logistics node determination model for multi-objective planning was established for logistics in which the nodes were graded and solved by CPLEX. Finally, this paper verified the rationality and validity of the model, method, and algorithm through the calculation analysis of samples. Thus, this work provides some theoretical support for the classification of urban underground logistics nodes.

Mass electromagnetism phenomena occur in open domain. But because of the difficulty of calculation, open domain problems are often simplified as equivalent model in the finite space in order to save time of modeling and analyzing in the computer. Taking a disk coreless permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as an example, the FEM analysis is done to simplify open domain of magnetic field. Aiming at a difficult problem of the modeling and solving to the open domain of magnetic field, it is very important to reduce fact domain effectively. The FEM analysis has been done to prove that the method reducing the open domain into the smallest domain could obtain approximately the accurate results, at the same time the EMS memory and the time are reduced obviously. So the intention of simplification is achieved.

Being a new permanent magnets(PMs) arrangement, the Halbach array could approve the magnetic flux density effectively, through weakening the magnetic flux density in one side of the PMs array, meanwhile strengthening the magnetic flux density in the other side. In the disk coreless PM synchronous motor (PMSM), the magnetic flux density is required to be sine wave and the peak value should be as high as possible. The paper deals with the application of the 90° Halbach array in the disk coreless PMSM, adopting NdFeB PMs. For the thickness of PMs influences the magnetic flux density in the air gap, the thickness variation technology is adopted. Through altering the adjacent PMs thickness, nine different PMs thickness combination is analyzed by FEM methods. And the conclusion is that when the thickness of tangential magnetization PMs is great than that of the radial magnetization PMs, the magnetic flux density wave is closer to sine wave than when the thickness of the tangential magnetization PMs is smaller than that of the radial magnetization PMs. Furthermore, when the thickness of the tangential magnetization PMs is great than that of the radial magnetization PMs, keeping the thickness of the tangential magnetization PMs being 0.006 m and the thickness of the radial magnetization PMs variation from 0.0048 m to 0.006 m, the magnetic flux density in the air gap will become closer to sine wave gradually, and then it becomes nonsinusoidal again. And when the thickness of radial magnetization PMs is 0.0054 m and 0.0055 m, the waves of magnetic flux density in the air gap are better than others.

In this paper, we use the function rank and the function select in wavelet tree to implement the faction of the suffix arrays. We also introduce the Canonical Huffman code to encode the Burrows-Wheeler transform (BWT) of a text T. First of all, we use the canonical Huffman code to encode wavelet tree in order to reduce the space of the wavelet tree with Huffman code, we also implement some functions of suffix arrays. Based on this data structure, we implement the suffix automaton in a space economical way.

Co2FeAl0.5Si0.5 (CFAS)-based multilayers sandwiched by MgO layers have been deposited and annealed at different temperatures. Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) with the magnetic anisotropy energy density Ku ? 2.5 ? 106 erg/cm3 (1 erg = 10?7 J) and the coercivity Hc = 363 Oe (1 Oe = 79.9775 A ? m?1) has been achieved in the Si/SiO2/MgO (1.5 nm)/CFAS (2.5 nm)/MgO (0.8 nm)/Pt (5 nm) film annealed at 300 ?C. The strong PMA is mainly due to the top MgO layer. The structure can be used as top magnetic electrodes in half-metallic perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions.
