Functional materials with organic/inorganic composites as the main matrix and rare earth ion complexes as the guest have shown a very broad application prospect for antibiotic sensors. However, Eu3+-complex often relies on a single fluorescence response signal, which is susceptible to changes in the detection environment and cannot simultaneously detect and remove tetracycline (TC). Herein, green fluorescent covalent two-dimensional organic framework (COF-TD) is synthesized, followed by modification of Eu3+ to synthesize COF-TD@Eu3+. In the ratiometric sensor, Eu3+ serves as the recognition site and specific response probe for TC, while COF-TD is the fluorescence reference and carrier for Eu3+. Due to the antenna effect, TC enhances the red fluorescence of Eu3+, while the green fluorescence of COF-TD remains almost stable. Based on the change of fluorescence intensity and fluorescence color from green to red, the efficient ratiometric sensing can be finished in 1 min. The developed method shows high sensitivity with a detection limit of 0.3 μM and high selectivity to TC which makes the method applicable to detect TC in traditional Chinese medicine preparations. In addition, due to the high specific surface area of COFs and specific adsorption sites, COF-TD@Eu3+ also shows good performance for TC removal. The findings show that the maximum adsorption capacity is 137.3 mg g−1 and the adsorption equilibrium is reached in 30 min. Smartphone assisted COF-TD@Eu3+ for both ratiometric fluorescence detection and detecting the absorption of TC is proposed for the first time. The molecular cryptosteganography that transforms the selective response of COF-TD@Eu3+ to binary strings is anticipated to advance utilization of nanomaterials in logic sensing and information safety. The spatial co-location pattern is a group of spatial features whose instances are frequently collocated in the spatial neighborhood.Traditional spatial co-location pattern mining methods usually assume that the spatial instances are independent each other,and use participation index (PI) to measure the patterns.They don't consider the influence of different features or different instances of the same feature so that the mining results are often lack of relevance and interpretability.This paper proposes the spatial co-location pattern with star high influence which has influence in the neighborhood,and its mining method.Firstly,this paper defines two indicators to measure the influence of the pattern:influence participation index (IPI) and influence occupancy index (IOI).Secondly,a basic algorithm and pruning strategies for mining co-location patterns with star high influence are proposed.Finally,the experimental results on real and synthetic data sets show that the proposed method can discover the strong relevant co-location patterns.

SMAD4 serves as a common mediator for signaling of TGF-β superfamily. Previous studies illustrated that SMAD4-null mice die at embryonic day 6.5 (E6.5) due to failure of mesoderm induction and extraembryonic defects; however, functions of SMAD4 in each germ layer remain elusive. To investigate this, we disrupted SMAD4 in the visceral endoderm and epiblast, respectively, using a Cre-loxP mediated approach. We showed that mutant embryos lack of SMAD4 in the visceral endoderm (Smad4Co/Co;TTR-Cre) died at E7.5-E9.5 without head-fold and anterior embryonic structures. We demonstrated that TGF-β regulates expression of several genes, such as Hex1, Cer1, and Lim1, in the anterior visceral endoderm (AVE), and the failure of anterior embryonic development in Smad4Co/Co;TTR-Cre embryos is accompanied by diminished expression of these genes. Consistent with this finding, SMAD4-deficient embryoid bodies showed impaired responsiveness to TGF-β-induced gene expression and morphological changes. On the other hand, embryos carrying Cre-loxP mediated disruption of SMAD4 in the epiblasts exhibited relatively normal mesoderm and head-fold induction although they all displayed profound patterning defects in the later stages of gastrulation. Cumulatively, our data indicate that SMAD4 signaling in the epiblasts is dispensable for mesoderm induction although it remains critical for head patterning, which is significantly different from SMAD4 signaling in the AVE, where it specifies anterior embryonic patterning and head induction.
