Objective To observe the effect of back scraping therapy on the treatment of pruritus symptoms in patients with pruritic skin diseases．Methods Totally 18 patients with pruritic skin diseases were treated with back scraping treatment, and the effect was evaluated by using symptom integral of Traditional Chinese Medicine．Results After scraping treatment, all subjects had significantly reduced itching symptoms．The pruritus symptoms had been controlled in all patients, achieving a treatment effective rate of 100. 00%. Conclusion Back scraping therapy is effective to relieve pruritus symptoms in patients with pruritic skin diseases. Objective To observe the effect of wet compress with self-made moisturizing antipruritic lotion in the treatment of chronic eczema, and summarized nursing measures．Method Totally 40 cases of chronic eczema patients were recruited, and a self-control method taking self contrast with their left and right hemibody. The control group was given Chinese herbal medicine external application, and the observation group was additionally treated by wet compress with self-designed moisturizing antipruritic lotion based on the treatment of the control group. The duration of treatment lasted 2 weeks．Patients’ both sides were measured by Rash score and pruritus score．Results After treatment of 2 weeks, the overall response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(85. 00% vs. 70. 00%, P＜0. 05). The Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Wet compress with self-designed moisturizing antipruritic lotion can improve the treatment effect of skin lesions in patients with chronic eczema. Multiple primary malignancies (MPMs) are defined as the coexistence of at least two unrelated primary malignancies in a single patient, with the tumors differing in their histology. MPMs in the same patient, when present within 6 months of the primary tumor diagnosis, are considered a synchronous occurrence. In this case report, we describe a 61-year-old man who presented with three distinct tumors concurrently in 2021: noninvasive urothelial carcinoma of the bladder, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. We discuss the process of therapy and briefly review the literature. MPMs are increasing in incidence, requiring an interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis and treatment.

Understanding the hydrometeorological processes of the Yarlung Tsangpo River Basin, located on the "Third Pole" Qinghai–Tibet Plateau, is crucial for effective water resource management and climate change adaptation. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the basin's hydrometeorological characteristics using long-term observational data from six representative stations across the upper, middle, and lower reaches. We examined trends, periodicity, variability, and correlations of key elements—precipitation, temperature, evaporation, and discharge—employing methods such as linear regression, Mann–Kendall tests, wavelet analysis, and Kendall rank correlation coefficient tests. The results indicated that precipitation and discharge exhibited non-significant upward trends, with fluctuations across decades, while temperature showed a significant increase of 0.39 °C per decade, surpassing the national and global rates. Evaporation generally decreased with increasing precipitation; however, at Lazi Station, evaporation significantly increased due to low precipitation and rising temperatures causing decreased relative humidity. Periodic analysis revealed cycles at multiple temporal scales, particularly at 2–5 years, 10 years, and over 20 years. Correlation analysis demonstrated a strong positive relationship between precipitation and discharge, and a negative correlation between evaporation and discharge. The hydrometeorological characteristics are significantly influenced by climatic factors, especially precipitation and temperature, with the warming trend potentially affecting water's availability and distribution. These findings offer valuable insights for water resource management and highlight the need for continuous monitoring to understand hydrological responses to climatic and anthropogenic changes in this critical region. Assimilating either soil moisture or streamflow individually has been well demonstrated to enhance the simulation performance of hydrological models. However, the runoff routing process may introduce a lag between soil moisture and outlet discharge, presenting challenges in simultaneously assimilating the two types of observations into a hydrological model. The asynchronous ensemble Kalman filter (AEnKF), an adaptation of the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF), is capable of utilizing observations from both the assimilation moment and the preceding periods, thus holding potential to address this challenge. Our study first merges soil moisture data collected from field soil moisture monitoring sites with China Meteorological Administration Land Data Assimilation System (CLDAS) soil moisture data. We then employ the AEnKF, equipped with improved error models, to assimilate both the observed outlet discharge and the merged soil moisture data into the Xin'anjiang model. This process updates the state variables of the model, aiming to enhance real-time flood forecasting performance. Tests involving both synthetic and real-world cases demonstrates that assimilation of these two types of observations simultaneously substantially reduces the accumulation of past errors in the initial conditions at the start of the forecast, thereby aiding in elevating the accuracy of flood forecasting. An improved hierarchical traversal iterative algorithm is proposed based on the global least squares method to improve the reliability of extracting characteristic parameters and flutter derivatives in the bending-torsion coupling time-domain response of the main beam. The flutter derivative and the eigenmatrix of the ideal plane model are derived based on the Theodorsen theory. The characteristic parameters are solved to establish the ideal displacement time-history data using the state-space method and realize parameter identification. The robustness of the hierarchical traversal iterative algorithm is tested using random incentive disturbance signals and harmonic disturbance signals. The practicality of this algorithm is verified by main beam segment model vibration testing. The results indicate that the hierarchical traversal iterative algorithm has low initial value requirements. The characteristic parameter identification errors are less than 0. 2% in the sensitive zone approaching the flutter critical wind speed. For random excitation interference with the noise intensities within 5 % and harmonic signal disturbances within 10 %, the proposed algorithm can effectively extract signal characteristic parameters and reconstruct displacement time-domain curves. For the primary flutter related to truss rotation angles, the identification errors between the proposed algorithm and the modified unifying least-squares (MULS) method are less than 1. 4% .
