This paper presents the design and control of a lightweight three degrees of freedom robotic arm based on a load-adaptive hoisting mechanism. The proposed design integrates a spring-loaded rope and a variable radius reel into the gripper, enabling efficient load adaptability with minimal structural complexity. By leveraging this mechanism, the robotic arm achieves significant weight reduction while maintaining robust performance under variable payloads. The study includes a comprehensive analysis of the system's kinematics and dynamics, focusing on the interaction between the adaptive gripper and the arm structure. Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of auricular point sticking and pressing therapy in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods Use of computer to search Cochrane, PubMed, China Knowledge Network Full Text Database (CNKI), VIP Database and Wanfang Database, to collect Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) about auricular point sticking and pressing therapy in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum were collected, and the quality of the included studies was evaluated according to the randomly hidden quality standard in Jadad scale. Meta analysis was performed by Rev man 5. 3 software. Results Five studies were included, including 359 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum. The results of meta-analysis showed that: ① The curative effect rate of auricular point sticking and pressing therapy was superior to the basic treatment group ［MD = 2. 42, 95% CI (2. 14, 5. 45), z = 5. 16, P < 0. 00001］. ② The total effective rate of auricular point sticking and pressing therapy group was superior to the basic treatment group ［MD = 5. 01, 95% CI (2. 495, - 10. 07), z = 4. 52, P < 0. 00001］. Conclusion Auricular point sticking and pressing therapy is better than basic therapy in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum. However, the mechanism of auricular plaster therapy is not clear and needs to be studied. Background: The BCL2 interacting protein 3-like (BNIP3L) protein is involved in multiple myeloma (MM) development and progression. This study aims to explore the connection between BNIP3L single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and MM. Methods: SNaPshot was used to examine six SNP loci of the BNIP3L gene in enrolled subjects. The relationship between these loci and MM susceptibility and prognosis was explored. Survival analysis was used to evaluate the impact of different factors on patient survival. Results: The rs2874670 AA genotype and A allele were associated with increased MM risk (P < 0.05). The CCACAC haplotype had a higher frequency in MM, while CCGCAC had a higher frequency in normal patients (all P < 0.05). Patients with R-ISS stage I and II had higher survival rates than those with stage III (P < 0.05). Patients, who received chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation, had longer survival time than those who only received chemotherapy (P < 0.05). Low levels of LDH and β2-MG were associated with better survival rates (P < 0.05). Cox regression identified that LDH levels, β2-MG levels, and R-ISS staging were the risk factors for the death of MM. Mann-Whitney U test found a significant difference in survival time between MM patients with different BNIP3L rs2874670 genotypes after BD chemotherapy (P < 0.05). Conclusion: To our knowledge, this is the first study to find that BNIP3L rs2874670 could increase MM susceptibility in China. The Mn-Fe oxide material possesses the advantages of abundant availability, low cost, and non-toxicity as an energy storage material, particularly addressing the limitation of sluggish reoxidation kinetics observed in pure manganese oxide. However, scaling up the thermal energy storage (TCES) system poses challenges to the stability of the reactivities and mechanical strength of materials over long-term cycles, necessitating their resolution. In this study, Mn-Fe granules were fabricated with a diameter of approximately 2 mm using the feasible and scalable drop technique, and the effects of Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) and SiO2 doping, at various doping ratios ranging from 1–20 wt%, were investigated on both the anti-sintering behavior and mechanical strength. In a thermal gravimetric analyzer, the redox reaction tests showed that both the dopants led to an enhancement in the reoxidation rates when the doping ratios were in an appropriate range, while they also brought about a decrease in the reduction rate and energy storage density. In a packed-bed reactor, the results of five consecutive redox tests showed a similar pattern to that in a thermal gravimetric analyzer. Additionally, the doping led to the stable reduction/oxidation reaction rates during the cyclic tests. In the subsequent 120 cyclic tests, the Si-doped granules exhibited volume expansion with a decreased crushing strength, whereas the YSZ-doped granules experienced drastic shrinkage with an increase in the crushing strength. The 1 wt% Si and 2 wt% Si presented the best synthetic performance, which resulted from the milder sintering effects during the long-term cyclic tests. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Backup protection plays an important role in the safe operation of power grid, and it has important research value in the field of power system relay protection. Firstly, the research status and development opportunities of inverse time limit protection are analyzed, and then the best cooperation between inverse time limit protection and distance protection is discussed theoretically. According to the time constraint relationship in the protection range, an objective function satisfying the selectivity and speed is proposed. Secondly, in view of the difficulty in calculating the inverse time characteristic curve, a processing algorithm combining Taylor expansion method and look-up table method is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the method are verified by simulation experiments.
