[Abstract: Objective: To identify the main components in the extracts of different parts of Juandan Baihe (Lilium lancifolium) by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) technology and investigate their hypoglycemic activities. Methods: The MS fragmentation pathways of the main types of compounds in Juandan Baihe (Lilium lancifolium) were studied, and the main components in the extracts were systematically identified using MS fragmentation pathways combined with MS mining technology. Based on the hyperglycemia male mouse model [specific pathogen free (SPF)-grade Kunming mice] induced by streptozotocin (intragastric administration of 80 mg/kg for 3 d), the hypoglycemic effects of extracts of Juandan Baihe (Lilium lancifolium) roots, stems, corms, leaves, and flowers were evaluated by measuring the changes of blood glucose, daily water consumption, daily food intake, and body weight. Results: The MS fragmentation pathways of regalosides, dioscins, phenylpropanoids, flavonoids, and chlorogenic acids in Juandan Baihe (Lilium lancifolium) were clarified, and a mining method for compounds in this plant was constructed. A total of 58 compounds, including 6 chlorogenic acids, 14 regalosides, 13 phenylpropanoids, 5 flavonoids, and 20 dioscins, were identified from the roots, stems, corms, leaves, and flowers of Juandan Baihe (Lilium lancifolium). Among them, 30 compounds were reported for the first time from this plant. The root and corm extracts demonstrated significant hypoglycemic activities by reducing blood glucose levels from 23.76 ± 1.21 and 24.29 ± 1.35 mmol/L to 17.21 ± 1.23 and 18.78 ± 1.49 mmol/L, respectively (P < 0.05). The roots and corms extracts could also attenuate the symptoms of polydipsia (P < 0.01), polyphagia (P < 0.05), and weight loss caused by diabetes. Conclusion: This study clarifies that the roots of Juandan Baihe (Lilium lancifolium) are rich in regalosides and dioscins for the first time, and have significant hypoglycemic activities, providing the foundation for the comprehensive utilization of this plant and the development of hypoglycemic drugs.

Secondary lymphedema (SL) seriously affects the physiological and psychosocial status of cancer patients. The establishment of appropriate animal models for basic research is crucial to study the pathogenesis and treatment of SL. At present, there are many animal models of SL, but the lack of uniformity results in slow progress of mechanism research. Based on the research progress of SL animal models, this paper analyzes the types of experimental animals and the intervention methods of modeling in SL research. The analysis results showed that rodents (especially rats) are ideal experimental animals, and a stable and durable chronic SL model can be prepared by combining surgery with two times of preoperative and postoperative radiation, which has been confirmed in daily scientific research work.

Background and Aims: Mutations in ganglioside‐induced differentiation‐associated protein 1 (GDAP1) cause axonal or demyelinating Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease (CMT) with autosomal dominant or recessive inheritance. In this study, we aim to report the genotypic and phenotypic features of GDAP1‐related CMT in a Chinese cohort. Methods: Clinical, neurophysiological, genetic data, and available muscle/brain imaging information of 28 CMT patients with GDAP1 variants were retrospectively collected. Results: We identified 16 GDAP1 pathogenic variants, among which two novel variants c.980dup(p.L328FfsX25) and c.480+4T>G were first reported. Most patients (16/28) presented with AR or AD CMT2K phenotype. Clinical characteristics in our cohort demonstrated that the AR patients presented earlier onset, more severe phenotype compared with the AD patients. Considerable intra‐familial phenotypic variability was observed among three AD families. Muscle atrophy and fatty infiltration in the lower extremity were detected by Muscle magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans in four patients. MRI showed two AR patients showed more severe muscle involvement of the posterior compartment than those of the anterolateral compartment in the calf. One patient carrying Q38*/H256R variants accompanied with mild periventricular leukoaraiosis. Conclusions: In this study, we conducted an analysis of clinical features of the GDAP1‐related CMT patients, expanded the mutation spectrum in GDAP1 by reporting two novel variants, and presented the prevalent occurrence of the H256R mutation in China. The screening of GDAP1 should be particularly emphasized in Chinese patients with CMT2, given the incomplete penetrance and pathogenic inheritance patterns involving dominant and recessive modes. [Purpose/Significance] Intelligence plays a pivotal role in the handling of social public health emergencies. Establishing a public health emergency information intervention mechanism based on emergency management is an effective measure to prevent the occurrence of public health emergencies and reduce their impact. [Method/Process] This study conducted an investigation on the status quo of intelligence intervention in public health emergencies such as SARS, H1N1 influenza, H7N9 avian influenza, and new coronary pneumonia through network research and literature analysis, and analyzed intelligence intervention in health emergencies. The necessity of incident emergency management and the existing problems of China's current intelligence intervention were analyzed, and take intelligence as the core, explored the relevant mechanisms of intelligence intervention in various stages of public health emergencies emergency response. [Result/Conclusion] The proposed intelligence intervention mechanism realized intelligent, efficient and reasonable management and control of public health emergencies through the collection, processing, mining and utilization of intelligence.

The dynamics analysis of a special rotating differential which situating to the variable tread vehicle steering function is carried out. Firstly,treating this differential gear transmission system as spring-mass of the nonlinear time-varying system with coulomb damping,a bend-torsion coupled vibration model with 12 DOFs is established. Then,considering the road to the wheel load torque in the process of the corners to be external incentive conditions of system,the affect of internal incentive factors on vibration characteristics of this differential gear transmission system is analyzed and the dynamics mathematical model is built. At last,by calculating this mathematical model and natural frequency,the phase path analysis is carried out and the characteristic parameters of this gear transmission system are optimized. The purpose of weakening the oscillation of the system performance and improving the response speed of system,making the system with satisfactory dynamic performance indicators are achieved.
