BackgroundChronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a common chronic respiratory disease， and patients with COPD often experience substantially emotional difficulties， such as anxiety and depression， all of which may cause serious detriment to the prognosis of patients. As a non-pharmacological intervention in clinical practice， group mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy （MBSR） is beginning to emerge， while has rarely been studied in COPD patients with concurrent emotional difficulties.ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of group MBSR on depression， state of mindfulness and pulmonary function in stable COPD patients， so as to provide references for the application of group MBSR in patients with COPD.MethodsA total of 97 patients with stable COPD who were followed up in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Mianyang Third People's Hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as the study objects， and they were assigned into study group （n=50） and control group （n=47） by random number table method. All individuals received routine medication therapy and an 8-week health education， based on this， participants in study group partook an 8-week intervention comprising group MBSR. At the baseline， 4 weeks and 8 weeks of intervention， participants were assessed with Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）， Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire （FFMQ） and COPD Assessment Test （CAT）， as well as the pulmonary function testing.ResultsThere were 41 patients in study group and 42 cases in control group completed the study. The group * time interaction was interpreted as significant between two groups for SDS， FFMQ and CAT scores （F=54.858， 86.161， 69.862， P0.05）， while study group scored lower on SDS and CAT （F=12.900， 38.511， 7.797， 28.824， P

Graphite flakes/Al composites are promising thermal management materials due to high thermal conductivity (TC) in basal plane orientation, matched coefficient of thermal expansion, and good machinability. In this article, the acoustic mismatch model and the effective medium approach are applied to predict the influence of different interfacial coatings on the interfacial thermal conductance (ITC) and the TC of graphite flakes/Al composites, respectively. With the increase in the thickness of interfacial coatings, the ITC and the TC of graphite flakes/Al composites decrease. For the composites with Ni, Cr/Cr7C3/Cr3C2, Si/SiC, Ti/TiC, WC, and Mo/Mo2C coatings, the ITC is sensitive to coating thickness. In order to obtain ideal TC of graphite flakes/Al composites, the thickness of the coatings should be controlled below 1 μm. It is reasonable that the TC of the graphite flakes/Al composites increases as the volume fraction of graphite flakes increases. The TC of the graphite flakes/Al composites increases with the ITC and changes slowly when the ITC increases to a certain extent. Si/SiC and WC coatings are proposed to be the most promising candidates to improve the thermal performance of graphite flakes/Al composites.

Objective To explore the characteristics and the cause of variance of pharmacokinetics (PK) of docetaxel (DTX) in patients with solid tumors. Methods Between January 1 of 2018 and December 31 of 2020, 374 patients at two research centers—oncology, breast and thyroid surgery, thoracic surgery, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, and oncology, breast and thyroid surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, Henan Provincial People's Hospital—provided a total of 772 docetaxel plasma samples. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was used to determine docetaxel plasma concentrations. Nonlinear mixed-effects model (NONMEM) software was used to establish the population phar macokinetics(PPK) model. Using bootstrap and visual predictive check(VPC) for internal validation of the model. Results The current study established a three-compartment PPK model with first-order elimination of docetaxel in patients with solid tumors. DTX blood concentrations ranged from 3.53 ng/mL to 2 491 ng/mL, with a median of 175.5 ng/mL. Albumin (ALB) was identified as a covariate significantly affecting the clearance(CL) of docetaxel, and creatinine(CREA) was a covariate significantly affecting Q3. The model-estimated CL, V2, Q2, and Q3 of docetaxel were 57.2 L/h, 11.8 L, 14.1 L/h, and 8.63 L/h, respectively. Conclusion A three-compartment PPK model with multicenter data is established in patients with solid tumors. ALB is the main factor affecting CL variation. The internal validation results show that the model is stable and reliable.

At present, most of the research on underground power supply system grounding fault positioning in coal mine adopts the transient method, which needs to collect zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current of the line at the same time. Because it is difficult to collect zero sequence voltage accurately, it is easy to misjudge the normal operation section as the fault operation section when positioning the fault section, resulting in leapfrog tripping phenomenon. However, the current protection scheme for leapfrog tripping of underground power supply system is not suitable for neutral grounded system through arc suppression coil, and the cost is relatively high. In order to solve those problems, this paper presents an underground power supply system grounding fault section positioning method based on wide-area current transient component. When grounding fault occurs in underground power supply system of coal mine, the direction of zero-sequence current flowing through normal line and fault line is different. The closing opening difference operation (CODO) in mathematical morphology is used to extract the direction information of transient zero-sequence current of each line. The selection of structural element length in COCD plays a decisive role in the output of underground power supply system. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to adaptively optimize the length of structural element, and the reliable extraction of polarity characteristics of grounding fault transient zero sequence current direction is realized. Based on the topology of multi-level power supply system, the polarity signals of the zero sequence current transient component output by the protection elements on each line are logically calculated. When the value is 1, the line is a normal operation line, and when the value is 0, the line is a fault line. Therefore, the precise positioning of the fault section is realized. Based on the neutral ungrounded system and the neutral grounded system through arc suppression coil, the positioning method is verified. The results show that the underground power supply system grounding fault section positioning method based on wide-area current transient component only needs to collect the zero-sequence current, and the method can achieve accurate positioning of the fault section in the operation mode of the neutral ungrounded and the neutral grounded through the arc suppression coil.

Long noncoding RNAs, which lack protein-coding capacity, regulate various biological processes through diverse molecular mechanisms. lincRNA-p21 is a tumor suppressor gene and related to p53. lincRNA-p21 regulates p53 through MDM2, ING1b, p21 and other targets, to participate in the regulation of cell cycle, proliferation and apoptosis. lincRNA-p21 coordinates the Warburg effect through HIF-1α and participates in various biological functions. lincRNA-p21 is closely related to the prognosis and treatment of tumors. Therefore, lincRNA-p21 can be used as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. This paper reviews the recent progress in biological function of lincRNA-p21 and its mechanism in diseases.

The structural stability of the developer collaboration network is critical to the success of the OSS (Open Source Software) community. However, research on the structural stability of the evolving developer collaboration network in OSS communities is relatively insufficient. In this paper, according to the software version sequence, we construct the corresponding developer collaboration network of the Angular OSS community and then analyse this network's structural stability during network evolution. The results show that the network always presents an economical modular small-world structure during its evolution. The maintenance of the structure is related to a cohesive core, which is composed of two types of nodes (i.e., hubs and connectors). The hubs organize noncore nodes to form modules, while connectors facilitate the formation of inter-module connections. The overall results highlight the important role of core developers in the sustainable development of OSS communities and may provide a reference for community initiators to implement protection strategies for core developers.

In contrast to agricultural settings, the process of urbanization in the pastoral regions of China are largely driven by long-term influences of ecological conservation and the provision of social services. Consequently, many of the herders who have migrated into nearby secondary urban centers depend on resources from pastoral regions to support their livelihoods, forming complex patterns of rural–urban linkages. While current literature has discussed the processes of herder out-migration and their implications on rural and urban livelihood development, few studies have examined the linkages between the herders living in the pastoral regions and those who have out-migrated to urban regions and their importance in rural livelihood transformation. Based on past studies, we argue that, in a changing pastoral social–ecological system, herders living in both rural and urban regions depend on each other to support their livelihoods through three types of mobility: (1) livestock mobility, (2) herder mobility, and (3) resource mobility. However, what innovative institutions in rangeland resource management and herder economic cooperation can do to help maintain these three types of mobility to sustain rural livelihood development, becomes a critical challenge. Innovative community cooperative institutions developed by pastoral communities from the Tibetan Plateau and Inner Mongolia may be able to offer new perspective and insight on how to better maintain rural–urban linkages in the processes of urbanization in pastoral regions. In this current study will present the two cases of innovative institutions and the roles they play in facilitating the three types of mobility to address livelihood challenges. While current studies recommend an increase of government subsidies, provision of vocational training, and social insurance that help herders better adapt to urban livelihood, we argue that rangeland management and community economic cooperation in innovative institutions are needed to facilitate the mobility of livestock, resources, and the herder population, and maybe only then the livelihood challenges that migrated herders are facing will be addressed effectively.

To study the protective effects of flavonoid and polyphenol (FP) from lotus leaf on the damage induced by N2O4 in mice. Constructing an animal damage model through exposing mice to 45μl N2O4 in a 120 L sealed cabinet for 30 minutes. ICR male mice were randomly divided into normal group, physiological saline+N2O4 group,1.25g/kgFP +N2O4 group, 2.50g/kgFP + N2O4 group, 3.75g/kg FP +N2O4 group. 1.25, 2.50, 3.75 g/kg FP were orally administered to mice respectively for 5 days, equal volume physiological saline for normal group and physiological saline+N2O4 group. Then, the three FP groups and the physiological saline+N2O4 group were exposed to N2O4 in the cabinet on 5th day. In an hour after N2O4 exposure, killing the mice by dislocation to measure the SOD, GSH-Px activity and MDA content in lung tissue, checking pathology change in lung tissue slice. Results were shown: the 1.25, 2.50g/kg FP increased SOD (U/mg pro) by 30.3% and 24.4%, GSH-Px (U/mg pro) by 77.4% and 60.9%, respectively. Pathological observation of lung tissue showed that three FP groups had lighter damage than the physiological saline+N2O4 group. So, FP has significant protective effects on damage caused by N2O4 in mice.

Exploring the natural diversity of functional genes/proteins from environmental DNA in high throughput remains challenging. In this study, we developed a sequence-based functional metagenomics procedure for mining the diversity of copper (Cu) resistance gene copA in global microbiomes, by combining the metagenomic assembly technology, local BLAST, evolutionary trace analysis (ETA), chemical synthesis, and conventional functional genomics. In total, 87 metagenomes were collected from a public database and subjected to copA detection, resulting in 93,899 hits. Manual curation of 1214 hits of high confidence led to the retrieval of 517 unique CopA candidates, which were further subjected to ETA. Eventually, 175 novel copA sequences of high quality were discovered. Phylogenetic analysis showed that almost all these putative CopA proteins were distantly related to known CopA proteins, with 55 sequences from totally unknown species. Ten novel and three known copA genes were chemically synthesized for further functional genomic tests using the Cu-sensitive Escherichia coli (ΔcopA). The growth test and Cu uptake determination showed that five novel clones had positive effects on host Cu resistance and uptake. One recombinant harboring copA-like 15 (copAL15) successfully restored Cu resistance of the host with a substantially enhanced Cu uptake. Two novel copA genes were fused with the gfp gene and expressed in E. coli for microscopic observation. Imaging results showed that they were successfully expressed and their proteins were localized to the membrane. The results here greatly expand the diversity of known CopA proteins, and the sequence-based procedure developed overcomes biases in length, screening methods, and abundance of conventional functional metagenomics.

Limit-point,elastic or elastoplastic,flexural or flexural-torsional buckling of spatial compression members are easy to happen in engineering structures,a simple unified buckling judgment method is need for engineering applications. This paper presented an axial stiffness judgment method,which was expressed under the Eulerian description and based on the definition of compression rod stabilization. The validity and applicability of the proposed method were verified by numerical analysis of a frame model. Then,the axial stiffness values of compression members of the frame were measured and calculated by the frame buckling experiment,and the experimental results were compared with the numerical results. Studies show that the buckling of local compression members may happen before the overall buckling of bars structures,and the axial stiffness judgment method can precisely judge the buckling of spatial compression members in engineering structures.
