Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a progressive form of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Cholesterol is an essential substance for biological process. Intestinal absorption of dietary cholesterol, as well as circulating lipoprotein exchange, intracellular cholesterol synthesis and metabolism influence hepatic lipid metabolism. It is indicated that the dysfunction of organelles and the secretion of inflammatory cytokines contributed to the activation of cholesterol-loaded macrophage. Besides, cholesterol and bile acid metabolism can also trigger to the development and progression of NASH.

Objective To investigate and analyse the medication and blood pressure control of patients with hypertension in Yuetan community. Methods During June 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019, totally 504 patients with hypertension from the community were investigated, by questionnaire to survey the medication, The blood pressure of patientswere checked by clinic measurement and their history and records were reviewed. Results Systolic blood pressure(SBP)＜140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)＜90 mmHg, were defined as standard blood pressures in this investigation. The survey showed that the clinic blood pressure compliance rate was 62.3%, the rate of regular medication was 96%, and the proportion of taking one kind of antihypertensive medicine and combining two kinds of antihypertensive medicine was the highest(40.3% and 39.1%, respectively). Among the patients taking three types of antihypertensive medicine, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)/ angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB)(A)+beta blocker(B)+ calcium antagonist(CCB)(C), accounted for the highest proportion (54.8%). The second was the combination of A+C+diuretic(D)(29.0%). Among the two antihypertensive medicine combinations, A+C took the largest proportion(46.2%), followed by B+C(31.5%), while the combination of A+D was lower(9.6%). CCB accounted for the largest proportion (63.5%) in single medicine treatment, followed by ACEI/ARB(26.6%), and diuretic was the lowest (1.0%). Conclusions The proportion of diuretics prescription in hypertension medication in Yuetan community is relatively low, especially in the mono-therapy treatment and in group of patients with two antihypertensive medicines. It is suggested that clinicians should pay more attention to diuretics and its rational use, especially for hypertension patients with high salt intake. In such a situation, low to medium doses thiazide diuretics should be given with priority.

Global path planning is the key technology of mobile robot outdoor work,and global path planning algorithm is mainly used in geographical scenarios to predict the outdoor environment.In the face of the complex outdoor environment,the robot optimizes the algorithm to improve real-time obstacle avoidance of robot path planning,path smoothness,planning effectiveness,which has become the core content in the research of global path planning algorithm.Depending on the degree of intelligent algorithm,the global path planning algorithm for mobile robot is divided into traditional global path planning algorithm and the bionic intelligent global path planning algorithm.Then,this paper further expounds the current practical multi-objective path planning algorithm,introduces several typical optimizations of each algorithm,and summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the improved algorithm.Finally,this paper discusses the future development trend of global path algorithm,and points out four aspects of future research and development,which are optimizing the performance of the conventional algorithm for path planning,various existing algorithms advantage integration,complex environment dynamic obstacle avoidance and improving map representation methods adapting to diverse environment.

Objective: To investigate the age‐standardized prevalence rate (ASPR) and temporal trends for hip, knee, hand, and other osteoarthritis (OA) at a global, continental, and national level. Design: The estimates and 95% uncertainty intervals (UIs) for case number and ASPR of OA were derived from the Global Burden of Diseases Study (GBD) 2019. The joinpoint regression analysis was utilized to examine the temporal trends from 1990 to 2019. Results: In 2019, the global ASPR of hip, knee, hand, and other OA was 400.95 (95% UI: 312.77–499.41), 4375.95 (95% UI: 3793.04–5004.9), 1726.38 (95% UI: 1319.91–2254.85), and 745.62 (95% UI: 570.16–939.8). As for the ASPR of hip OA, hand OA, and other OA, Europe and America had higher rates than Asia and Africa, and Asia was second only to America in knee OA ASPRs. The period 1990–2019, the ASPR at global level dropped significantly for hand OA (AAPC = −0.4%, 95% CI: −0.47 to −0.34) and increased significantly for hip OA (AAPC = 0.43%, 95% CI: 0.39–0.46), knee OA (AAPC = 0.17%, 95% CI: 0.09–0.24) and other OA (AAPC = 0.16%, 95% CI: 0.15–0.17). Different continents, countries, and periods demonstrated significant changes. Conclusions: Globally, America has the highest OA burden and Asia has a higher knee OA burden. Appropriate prevention and control measures to reduce modifiable risk factors are needed to reduce the burden of OA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
