This paper focuses on the entrepreneurial intention for “people returning from urban to rural areas “, the research selects three towns with different economic levels in Liancheng County of Fujian Province of China. Through field visits, in-depth interviews and questionnaires, it deeply explores the reasons, experiences, difficulties and contributions to rural construction of “ people returning from urban to rural areas “, and systematically understands the new demographic dividend caused by “ people returning from urban to rural areas “ in combination with the local policy environment and the present situation of entrepreneurship. Using simple random sampling and scientific econometric methods, this paper makes an empirical analysis of 532 samples of “ people returning from urban to rural areas “, and finally concludes that “ people returning from urban to rural areas “ to start a business can give birth to five new demographic dividends, such as demographic labor dividend, demographic quality dividend, demographic consumption dividend, policy dividend and social harmony dividend. In addition, this study constructs a theoretical model of “returning to the city” and finds that the policy environment, individual capital and personal motivation of people returning from urban to rural areas have significant influences on the entrepreneurial intention.

In recent years, impulse buying is increasingly common in China. Online impulse buying (OIB) has drawn increasing scholarly attention across disciplines. This study focuses on the impulse buying of “Double 11” Shopping Carnival, taking “Double 11” Shopping Carnival consumers as research object, through related theory, secondary data analysis and social network analysis, exploring the relationship between marketing stimulation, impulse buying and emotional response, and establish a theoretical model and propose hypotheses. Data were obtained form 325 consumers. According to the statistical analysis result, the paper demonstrates that the theoretical model verifies the consumers’ impulsive buying can make a mediating effect between marketing stimulation and happy emotion, emotion of guilty, regretful emotion. In summary, this study made some marketing suggestions for the enterprises, including the utility of different ways to cause different kinds of emotions after impulsive buying for consumers.

At present, passive NOx adsorbers (PNAs) represent one of the most effective technologies for addressing NOx emissions from diesel engines during cold-start periods. Conventional PNAs, which primarily consist of noble metals (such as Pt, Pd, and Ag) loaded on metal oxides or zeolites, share the common drawback of high production costs. Consequently, developing low-cost PNAs with outstanding NOx storage performance remains a significant challenge. In this study, a series of CuxBa5Ce adsorbents were synthesized using the impregnation method, and a monolithic adsorbent was employed to evaluate NOx storage and release performance. Techniques such as XRD, UV-Vis DRs, H2-TPR, XPS, and in situ DRIFTs confirmed the crucial roles of Cu and Ba in NOx storage and release. Specifically, the incorporation of Cu into CeO2 enhanced NOx storage performance. Moreover, in the Cu3Ba5Ce adsorbent, the addition of Ba not only introduced new storage sites and altered the stability of NOx adsorption species but also helped prevent the aggregation of CuO, thereby prolonging the complete NOx storage duration and satisfying desorption temperature requirements. The Cu3Ba5Ce adsorbent exhibited the most favorable NOx storage performance, including a complete NOx storage time of 135 s and a NOx storage efficiency exceeding 50% at 80 °C over a 10 min period. While PNAs loaded with noble metals, such as Pd/CeO2 and Pt/CeO2, exhibited NOx storage efficiencies below 50% after adsorbing for 5 min at 80 °C. Due to the formation of abundant hydroxyl groups on the TiO2 support, water in the ball-milling process promoted the dispersion of vanadia species on V2O5/TiO2 catalysts. Therefore, a high ratio of polymeric vanadyl species and strong redox capability were obtained for the vanadia-based catalyst, which led to good NH3-SCR activity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Sustainable business performance is the foremost requirement for the organization and could be affected by many factors that gained the attention of recent studies and regulators. Therefore, the present study is also examining the impact of corporate social responsibilities (CSR) disclosure, the effective rate of tax, and corruption on the sustainable business performance of the ASEAN country's listed firms. The data has been gathered by using the quantitative method and using the secondary source of data collection. The data has been extracted from the financial statement along with CSR disclosure reports of the listed firm of ASEAN countries from 2015 to 2019. This study has executed the fixed effect model (FEM) and generalized method of moments (GMM) to examine the relationships among the variables. The results revealed that CSR disclosure and tax-effective rate, along with control variables such as leverage and firm size, have a positive association with the sustainable business performance of firms in ASEAN countries. The results also exposed that corruption has a negative association with the sustainable business performance of firms in ASEAN countries. FeTiOx has been recognized as an environmental-friendly and cost-effective catalyst for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx with NH3. Aimed at further improving the low-temperature DeNOx efficiency of FeTiOx catalyst, a simple strategy of CeO2 doping was proposed. The low-temperature (< 250 °C) NH3-SCR activity of FeTiOx catalyst could be dramatically enhanced by CeO2 doping, and the optimal composition of the catalyst was confirmed as FeCe0.2TiOx, which performed a NOx conversion of 90% at ca. 200°C. According to X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra and X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy (XAFS) analysis, FeCe0.2TiOx showed low crystallinity, with Fe and Ce species well mixed with each other. Based on the fitting results of extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS), a unique Ce-O-Fe structure was formed in FeCe0.2TiOx catalyst. The well improved specific surface area and the newly formed Ce-O-Fe structure dramatically contributed to the improvement of the redox property of FeCe0.2TiOx catalyst, which was well confirmed by H2-temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and in situ XAFS experiments. Such enhanced redox capability could benefit the activation of NO and NH3 at low temperatures for NOx removal. The detailed reaction mechanism study further suggested that the facile oxidative dehydrogenation of NH3 to highly reactive -NH2 played a key role in enhancing the low-temperature NH3-SCR performance of FeCe0.2TiOx catalyst.
