In 1972, Stanley introduced supersolvable lattices, whose characteristic polynomials can be factored into a product of linear factors. Besides, he showed that a graphical arrangement is supersolvable if and only if the graph is chordal. Terao later discovered that one can define a class of hyperplanes with a ''nice partition'', whose Orlik-Solomon algebra exhibits a desirable tensor decomposition, leading to a factorization of its Poincar\'e polynomial into linear terms. Supersolvable arrangements indeed have such nice partitions. Inspired by these works, this paper proves that in graphical arrangements, chordal graphs, supersolvability, and nice partitions are equivalent. Furthermore, we constructively show that every nice partition of a graphical arrangement arises from a maximal modular chain. In addition, we obtain the converses of two theorems by Orlik and Terao, consistent with the work of Hallam and Sagan on the quotient of a poset.
