Objective·To investigate the relationship between egocentrism and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) among junior high school students, with a focus on the mediating role of depression symptoms.Methods·Data were collected from the Chengdu Positive Youth Development Cohort from June to July 2020, with a sample of 3 014 junior high school students. The Chinese Adolescent Egocentrism Scale (CAES), Deliberate Self-Harm Inventory (DSHI), and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale for Children (CES-DC) were used for on-site questionnaires. The survey data were entered, organized, and analyzed by using SPSS 23.0 software. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between egocentrism and NSSI in junior middle school students, and the mediating effect of depressive symptoms was examined by deviation-corrected non-parametric percentile Bootstrap method.Results·Egocentrism was significantly positively correlated with depression symptoms and NSSI. Egocentrism was significantly positively correlated with depression symptoms (r=0.15, P=0.000), depression symptoms were significantly positively correlated with NSSI (r=0.48, P=0.000), and egocentrism was positively correlated with NSSI (r=0.14, P=0.000 ). Egocentrism significantly predicted NSSI (R2=0.06, P=0.000). Within egocentrism, self-conceitedness significantly positively predicted NSSI with a regression coefficient of R2=0.05, while disregarding others significantly negatively predicted NSSI with R2=0.01. Depression symptoms have a significant positive predictive effect on NSSI, R2＝0.25. Depression symptoms are observed to partially mediate the relationship between egocentrism and NSSI. The direct effect value of egocentrism on NSSI was 0.20 (95%CI 0.06‒0.34, P=0.000). The indirect effect value of egocentrism on NSSI via depression symptoms was 0.29 (95%CI 0.04‒0.10, P=0.000). The mediating effect of depression symptoms accounted for 59.18% of the total effect value.Conclusion·Lowering levels of self-conceitedness and increasing the tendency to disregard others within junior high school students' egocentrism will mitigate the risk of NSSI. Prevention efforts targeting NSSI among junior high school students should focus on individuals displaying depression symptoms.

ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of 12 polar pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by supercritical fluid chromatography­Q­Orbitrap （SFC­Q­Orbitrap）.MethodsThe samples were extracted with 1% acidified methanol，and the extract was purified by dispersed solid phase extraction， separated by ultra silica column （150 mm× 2.1 mm， 3 μm） and obelisc r column （150 mm× 2.1 mm， 5 μm）， determined by SFC­Q­Orbitrap， scanned by segmented mixed product ions， and quantified by isotope internal standard calibration curve.ResultsThe calibration curves for 12 pesticides exhibited good linearity in the range of 20.0­500 μg/L， with the correlation coefficients（R2） above 0.997. The average recoveries at 0.05 and 0.20 mg/kg spiked levels were in the range of 80.2%­120% and the relative standard deviations （RSD，n＝6） were in the range of 2.14%­14.6%. The limits of detection and the limits of quantification were 0.010 1­0.016 2 mg/kg and 0.050 mg/kg.ConclusionThe method has the advantages of simple operation， accurate quantification and high efficiency. It can meet the requirements determination of high polar pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.

Cardiac cine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is one of the important means to assess cardiac functions and vascular abnormalities. Mitigating artifacts arising during image reconstruction and accelerating cardiac cine MRI acquisition to obtain high‐quality images is important. A novel end‐to‐end deep learning network is developed to improve cardiac cine MRI reconstruction. First, a U‐Net is adopted to obtain the initial reconstructed images in k‐space. Further to remove the motion artifacts, the motion‐guided deformable alignment (MGDA) module with second‐order bidirectional propagation is introduced to align the adjacent cine MRI frames by maximizing spatial–temporal information to alleviate motion artifacts. Finally, the multi‐resolution fusion (MRF) module is designed to correct the blur and artifacts generated from alignment operation and obtain the last high‐quality reconstructed cardiac images. At an 8× acceleration rate, the numerical measurements on the ACDC dataset are structural similarity index (SSIM) of 78.40% ± 4.57%, peak signal‐to‐noise ratio (PSNR) of 30.46 ± 1.22 dB, and normalized mean squared error (NMSE) of 0.0468 ± 0.0075. On the ACMRI dataset, the results are SSIM of 87.65% ± 4.20%, PSNR of 30.04 ± 1.18 dB, and NMSE of 0.0473 ± 0.0072. The proposed method exhibits high‐quality results with richer details and fewer artifacts for cardiac cine MRI reconstruction on different accelerations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

ObjectiveTo prepare a vegetable matrix reference material with pesticide residues and organize a proficiency testing to assess the performance of domestic laboratories on the quantification of pesticide residues.MethodsThrough simulated field planting, chili sprayed with carbofuran and dimethomorph was used as raw materials to prepare chili matrix reference material with pesticide residues. After preparation, the related evaluation and proficiency testing were carried out. Assigned values were obtained from consensus values by robust analysis and the result were assessed using Z-scores.ResultsThe reference material was assessed to be sufficiently homogeneous and stable (all P >0.05). A total of 155 laboratories, from 30 regions in China participated the proficiency testing, while 142 (91.6%), 5 (3.2%) and 8 (5.2%) laboratories had acceptable performance (|z|≤2.0), warning signal (2.0

Histiocytic sarcoma is an aggressive haematopoietic malignancy accounting for less than 1% of haematolymphoid neoplasms with a diagnosis based on morphology and immunophenotype of tissue biopsies with a very poor prognosis. Here, we report a 45‐year‐old man who was diagnosed with primary pulmonary histiocytic sarcoma with systemic metastases, with partial remission (PR) treated with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone (CHOP) chemotherapy, but it relapsed soon after therapy above. Tests demonstrated that TMB was 21 Muts/Mb PD‐L1 expression was 90% positive, and the disease has been well‐controlled over 3 years using immune checkpoint inhibitors (nivolumab and pembrolizumab). Bioinformatic pan‐cancer analysis verified that there was the highest genetic alteration frequency of PD‐L1 in which amplification accounted for the majority of sarcoma tumour samples. Following that, we found that the genetic alteration of PD‐L1 was associated with poor prognosis in sarcoma patients in terms of overall survival (OS) (p = 1.51 × 10−4), progress‐free survival (PFS) (p = 4.90 × 10−2) and disease‐specific survival (DSS) (p = 4.90 × 10−2). To our knowledge, this may be the first reported case with high PD‐L1 expression in primary pulmonary histiocytic sarcoma who may benefit from immunotherapy such as nivolumab and pembrolizumab significantly and safely. To overcome the difficulty of accurate polyp segmentation, a novel encoder–decoder network DFETC‐Net is proposed, in which two encoders based on Swin Transformer and CNN are utilized to extract the global and local features respectively. Further, a new self‐attention and convolution feature fusion module is designed to fuse the two branch features to enhance the feature representative capability and alleviate the influence of the semantic gap. In the bottleneck, a new multi‐feature pyramid pooling module fuses all deep features from two branches to obtain multi‐scale information and promote segmentation accuracy. The coordinate attention is used in the skip connections between two shallow CNN blocks and corresponding decoder blocks to pay more attention to doubtful and complicated regions. Extensive experiments demonstrate the proposed network outperforms several state‐of‐the‐art methods in terms of both qualitative effects and quantitative measurements. Classical Chinese gardens have a distinct layout structure. By studying the traditional Chinese conception of space–time and its characteristics, this article explores the spatiotemporal narrative structure and typological patterns of the Lingering Garden, which is highly representative of Souzhou gardens in China. While existing literature addresses the sagittal and cyclical concepts of space–time, this paper advances a separate and interactive view of space–time using Yin-Yang transformation logic. Field research revealed that three space–time natures emerge as three spatiotemporal narratives in the Lingering Garden (sagittal, cyclical, and separate-and-interactive) with different characteristics. These modes intertwine in different ways in the garden's five areas to form the Lingering Garden's holistic spatiotemporal narrative structure, which nurtures dynamic experiences and infinite imagination. This result helps us better understand other Chinese gardens and supplements the theory of gardening art; however, more case studies should be done to determine its generalisability. Objective: The main objective of this study was to develop and evaluate a W/O microemulsion formulation of troxerutin to improve its oral bioavailability. Methods: The W/O microemulsion was optimized using a pseudo-ternary phase diagram and evaluated for physical properties.In vitroMDCK cell permeability studies were carried out to evaluate the permeability enhancement effect of microemulsion, andin vivoabsorption of troxerutin microemulsion in the intestine was compared with that of solution after single-dose administration (56.7 mg/kg) in male Wistar rats. Results: The optimal formulation consisted of lecithin, ethanol, isopropyl myristate and water (23.30/11.67/52.45/12.59 w/w) was physicochemical stable and the mean droplet size was about 50.20 nm.In vitrostudy, the troxerutin-loaded microemulsion showed higher intestinal membrane permeability across MDCK monolayer when compared with the control solution. The W/O microemulsion can significantly promote the intestinal absorption of troxerutin in ratsin vivo, and the relative bioavailability of the microemulsion was about 205.55% compared to control solution. Conclusion: These results suggest that novel W/O microemulsion could be used as an effective formulation for improving the oral bioavailability of troxerutin. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Semantic segmentation for extracting buildings and roads from uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) remote sensing images by deep learning becomes a more efficient and convenient method than traditional manual segmentation in surveying and mapping fields. In order to make the model lightweight and improve the model accuracy, a lightweight network using object attention (LOANet) for buildings and roads from UAV aerial remote sensing images is proposed. The proposed network adopts an encoder-decoder architecture in which a lightweight densely connected network (LDCNet) is developed as the encoder. In the decoder part, the dual multi-scale context modules which consist of the atrous spatial pyramid pooling module (ASPP) and the object attention module (OAM) are designed to capture more context information from feature maps of UAV remote sensing images. Between ASPP and OAM, a feature pyramid network (FPN) module is used to fuse multi-scale features extracted from ASPP. A private dataset of remote sensing images taken by UAV which contains 2431 training sets, 945 validation sets, and 475 test sets is constructed. The proposed basic model performs well on this dataset, with only 1.4M parameters and 5.48G floating point operations (FLOPs), achieving excellent mean Intersection-over-Union (mIoU). Further experiments on the publicly available LoveDA and CITY-OSM datasets have been conducted to further validate the effectiveness of the proposed basic and large model, and outstanding mIoU results have been achieved. Objective: To investigate the pollution level of dioxin-like compounds in animal-derived foods from 10 cities of Shaanxi Province., Methods: Collect four representative food samples( pork, beef, fish and eggs) to determine the concentrations of29 types of dioxin-like compounds by high-resolution gas chromatographs/high-resolution mass spectrometers( HRGC-HRMS)., Results: The result showed that the toxic equivalent quantity( TEQ) value of dioxin-like compounds in fish was 0. 085 pg TEQ/g, which was the biggest among the 4 food samples. The TEQ values for pork, beef and eggs were 0. 049, 0. 034 and 0. 040 pg TEQ/g, respectively. The TEQ values of dioxin-like compounds were higher in the fish meat of Ankang and the pork of Hanzhoung, but were lower than the max limit of commission regulation European Union. The total dietary intake of the above four foods was 2. 01 pg/( kg·BW·month), which was much lower than the provisional tolerable monthly intake( PTMI) of Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives 70 pg/( kg·BW·month)., Conclusion: The residents in the 10 cities of Shaanxi Province are at a low health risk caused by the intake of dioxin-like compounds.
