The scientific and technological innovation ability of the economic free trade zone is crucial to the depth and breadth of its economic development. There are too many subjective factors in the evaluation of the scientific and technological innovation ability of traditional economic free trade zones. In order to objectively evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, this paper uses the random forest weighting method and the weighted linear combination to construct the evaluation index system, designs the evaluation model of the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, and makes a specific analysis and evaluation based on the operation data of the economic and technological innovation ability of China’s four key free trade zones in 2020. The results show that the scientific and technological innovation ability of Guangdong economic free trade zone is the strongest, followed by Guangdong economic and trade zone, Shanghai economic and trade zone, Zhejiang economic and trade zone, and Tianjin economic and trade zone; Guangdong free trade zone has strong scientific and technological innovation ability. Compared with other free trade zones, Guangdong’s main advantages lie in the integration and aggregation ability of the industrial chain, strong policy support, and talent attraction. The scientific and technological innovation ability forms a virtuous circle. The analysis of the model example shows that the introduction of the random forest weighting method into the scientific and technological evaluation of the free trade zone can more objectively compare and analyze the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, which is of great significance to help the free trade zone find out the problems and shortcomings in the scientific and technological innovation ability and improve the level of scientific and technological innovation.

To observe the clinical effect of penetrating moxibustion on migraine without aura (MO) patients.Totally 60 MO patients from the Acupuncture Clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were collected from November 2015 to February 2017. All patients were assigned to a treatment group and a control group using a random number table, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with penetrating moxibustion, and the control group was treated with mild moxibustion, thrice a week for 4 consecutive weeks. The total effective rate, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores, headache intensity, and Migraine Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (MSQ) scores of patients after treatment were compared between the two groups. The moxibustion sensation and reaction after moxibustion were observed, and the adverse reactions were evaluated. All patients were followed up at 4 and 16 weeks after treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (93.33% vs. 80.00%, P0.05). The improvement of VAS scores, headache intensity, and the role restrictive and role preventive scores in MSQ in the treatment group was better than those in the control group (P0.05). The person-time of moxibustion sensations of itching, numbness and cold as well as flushing and sweating after moxibustion in the treatment group was all significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.01). There was no significant difference in safety evaluation between the two groups (P0.05).Penetrating moxibustion can significantly relieve pain and improve quality of life of MO patients. After penetrating moxibustion, flushing and sweating of patients were obvious, and the curative effect was superior to the mild moxibustion.

One case of seborrheic dermatitis, male patient, aged 73 years is reported. After treated with acupuncture, penetrating moxibustion and bloodletting therapies, skin lesions on the neck and shoulder regions disappeared, the epidermis returned to normal and itching disappeared. There was no recurrence in the follow-up visit 3 months later. Hence, acupuncture, combined with penetrating moxibustion and bloodletting has a definite effect on this case in the patient and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.

From our clinical practice, it was found that, using the back-shu acupoints as the main ones together with the symptomized acupoints according to the different syndromes, the therapeutic effect in the treatment of arrhythmia was good. Our experience in acupuncture treatment for arrhythmia is introduced as follows with two cases attached.

Objective The Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) enables maternity units to be centers of breastfeeding support to increase breastfeeding rates. This study evaluates the impact of the 20-hour BFHI training course on nurses' breastfeeding knowledge, attitude, and confidence in breastfeeding practice in a tertiary hospital in Singapore. Study Design Seventeen sessions of the 20-hour BFHI training course were conducted by lactation consultants from 2010 to 2013 at the National University Hospital, Singapore. An anonymous self-administered survey on knowledge, attitude, and confidence in breastfeeding practices were distributed to nurses before (2009) and after (2014) the training courses to assess effectiveness of training. Results One-hundred forty nurses and one hundred forty-eight nurses participated in the surveys in 2009 and 2014, respectively. Majority were registered nurses who worked in the postnatal wards and the neonatal intensive care unit. After training, there were significant improvements for five of eight items in infant feeding knowledge, including greater awareness of the International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes and medical contraindication for breastfeeding. Participants reported more confidence in assisting mothers on breastfeeding, 77.1 to 88.5% (p = 0.019); advising hand expressing breast milk, 75.7 to 86.5% (p = 0.012); and advising attachment to the breast, 75.7 to 89.2% (p = 0.004) in 2014 compared with 2009. However, despite having high levels of confidence, only about half the nurses reported being able to assist mothers in breastfeeding, mainly due to time constraints. Conclusion Implementation of the 20-hour BFHI training program positively influenced nurses' breastfeeding knowledge, attitude, and confidence in breastfeeding practices. Hospital procedures and manpower requirements should be re-examined to overcome nursing constraints in providing breastfeeding help to postpartum mothers. Key Points

Development of hydrogels with high mechanical and recoverable properties under physiological conditions is of great importance for broadening and improving their potential applications in load-bearing artificial soft tissues. Inspired by the self-assembly of chemical entities, homogeneous network hydrogels, which contain over 90 wt% water, were synthesized via covalent cross-linking of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) triggered by microwave-assisted treatment. A structurally homogeneous network results in an evenly distributed stress that endures high strains with minimal energy dissipation, which enable the hydrogels to withstand up to 1.16 MPa of tensile stress, over seven-fold stretch length with negligible hysteresis, and sustain cyclic compression following high amplitude deformation. It is of importance for tissue replacement that the hydrogels retain these excellent properties under physiological conditions.

Two cases of herpes zoster neuralgia treated by shallow needling combined with electroacupuncture were introduced. The literature basis and possible mechanisms were discussed.

In this paper, Ag@Fe3O4@cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) nanocomposites were synthesized by a facile and green microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. In the procedure, CNC was used as a reducing agent for the synthesis of Ag. During the whole synthesis process, there were no additional reducing agents or toxic solvents used. The nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum, transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and differential thermal analysis. In addition, Ag@Fe3O4@CNC nanocomposites were also synthesized by microwave-assisted method and hydrothermal method. Both the effects of reaction time and synthetic procedures on the reduction process of Ag+ by CNC were explored. The results showed that Fe3O4 was formed with sphere-like structure and dispersed uniformly. Ag@Fe3O4@CNC nanocomposites exhibited good adsorption of dye solution, which showed potential applications in water treatment. The antibacterial results showed that Ag@ Fe3O4@CNC nanocomposites had good antibacterial activities toward both Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli (E. coli). The green and facile strategy reported in this paper may be broadly used in synthesizing other metal nanoparticles, as well as organic–inorganic nanocomposites.

The purpose of this article was to explore the influences of synthetic methods on the lignin-based carbon materials. In this paper, the lignin-based activated carbon materials were comparatively researched in ZnCl2 solution using various methods, including the microwave-assisted method, ultrasound method, and UV irradiation method, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were used to characterize the as-prepared samples. The effects of the synthetic parameters including the types of lignin, activated solution concentration, types of activated solution, and synthetic methods on the morphologies, thermal stability, and specific surface area of samples were comparatively investigated in detail. The specific surface area of lignin-based activated carbon increased to 473.8, 765.3, and 211.2 m2∙g&minus, 1 using the microwave-assisted method, ultrasound method, and UV irradiation method, respectively, compared with that of the control (113.4 m2∙g&minus, 1). The lignin-based carbon materials displayed the enhanced absorptive capacity, compared with that of the control. These novel synthetic methods reported here maybe have a guiding significance for the synthesis of carbon materials using the lignin as precursors.

Developing simple, rapid, and environmentally friendly synthetic methodologies for the preparation of functional nanomaterials is of great importance for broadening and improving their potential applications. In comparison with other methods, the microwave-assisted hydrothermal method possesses and combines the merits of microwave and hydrothermal methods, which can achieve the high temperature and high pressure for a short time from several minutes to several hours in a closed reaction system. In this review, the synthesis of various types of functional nanomaterials such as metals oxides, metal composite oxides, inorganic biomaterials (hydroxyapatite and calcium carbonate), and metal sulfides via the microwave-assisted hydrothermal method is summarized. The special properties and applications of functional nanomaterials by the microwave-assisted hydrothermal method are compared with others methods. The future developments of this promising method are put forward.

In this paper, Ag@AgCl@AlOOH hollow microspheres were successfully synthesized with AgNO 3 and AlCl 3 ·6H 2 O in NaOH/urea solution by a facile hydrothermal method. NaOH/urea solution acted as structure-directing agent here. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the as-prepared samples. The effects of hydrothermal heating temperatures on the phases and morphologies of samples were investigated. The size distributions analysis showed that the samples were Ag@AgCl@AlOOH microspheres with a diameter of 5.48~6.77 µm. With higher reaction temperatures, more Ag@AgCl@AlOOH microspheres with hollow structures appeared, and the size of Ag@AgCl@AlOOH microspheres decreased. The formation process of Ag@AgCl@AlOOH hollow microspheres was explored and discussed in detail.

The purpose of this study was to explore the influences of cellulose types on the cellulose/Ag nanocomposites via a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. The cellulose/Ag nanocomposites were successfully fabricated using AgNO 3 and four types of cellulose (cellulose nanocrystals (CNC), microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), cellulose fibers (CF), and holocellulose (HC)), in which the cellulose simultaneously served as the reducing agent and substrate for silver ions. The effects of different cellulose types on the products were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The experimental results revealed that the cellulose types played a vital role on the size, number, and morphology of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). It is believed that these results could be a guidance for the synthesis of cellulose/Ag nanocomposites in the future.

In the paper, Ag@AgCl@cellulose composites were fabricated by an ultrasonic-assisted method using AgNO3 and cellulose solution in ethylene glycol (EG). The cellulose solution was prepared by the dissolution of the microcrystalline cellulose in lithium chloride/N,N-dimethylacetamide (LiCl/DMAc) solvent. EG acts as both a solvent and a reducing agent, and LiCl is used as the Cl source to synthesize AgCl crystals. Two kinds of surfactants including cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) were applied as the dispersing agents during the synthesis process. The effects of heating time and EG volumes on the phases and morphologies of composites were investigated. Both heating time and EG volumes had effects on the reducing AgCl to Ag, and the addition of surfactants slightly decreased the composites' thermal stabilities. The efficient strategy may provide a more choice to fabricate other inorganic-organic composites.

A series of HPW/PEHA/ZrSBA-15 catalysts with varied Zr contents were synthesized and used for the selective oxidation reaction of benzyl alcohol. The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption–desorption, XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, FT-IR and ICP-AES analysis techniques. It was found that, through simply tuning the initial molar ratios of Zr/Si, both the morphology and catalytic performance of resultant catalysts can be tailored. More interestingly, the incorporation of zirconium ions, which can endow the ordered framework with enhanced acidity, can effectively stabilize loaded pentaethylenehexamine (PEHA) and facilitate a higher dispersion and attraction of HPW clusters. By carefully screening the catalytic results of the selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol, an optimal value of Zr/Si molar ratio was found to be 0.05, under which platelet ZrSBA-15 with ordered framework can be facilely obtained, leading to a maximum catalytic activity with negligible loss in selectivity and conversion even after five times of recycling test.

Designing a green synthesis system of adipic acid is important to achieve sustainable development of adipic acid-derived industries. A green and efficient synthesis of adipic acid by using one-step oxidative cleavage of cyclohexene over recyclable H3PW4O24/PEHA/ZrSBA-15 is presented in this paper. The synergic effect of Zr-ions modified the acidic framework and auxiliary PEHA molecules toward high dispersion and stabilization of active clusters. These clusters endowed the resulting nanocomposites with unexceptional reusability under employed reaction conditions. Standard characterization techniques, namely, N2 sorption, XRD, FT-IR, TEM, XPS, 1H-NMR, and ICP-AES, were performed to establish the coordinated internal ordered framework of the nanocomposite with platelet morphology. The superiority of layer-by-layer deposition strategy has been proved accordingly. Detailed reaction parameters were screened for the optimization of a catalytic system. Compared with the properties of the catalyst H3PW12O40/PEHA/ZrSBA-15, which is prepared through identical pathways, the properties of the reactive PW4 clusters with strengthened stabilization are favorable. Therefore, excellent catalytic performance of adipic acid yield (∼90.9%) was observed along with efficient recyclability during five reaction cycles.

Heteropolyacid-based catalysts with molecular level distributions of surface functionalities were synthesized by anchoring phosphotungstic acid (HPW) onto the pentaethylenehexamine (PEHA) layers stabilized by platelet ZrSBA-15 with short mesochannels. Namely, the presence of zirconium species in pore walls could significantly improve the surface acidity to attract and stabilize PEHA species, leading to a stronger interaction between them and a superiority to make HPW species highly stable. Standard characterizations of XRD, SEM, TEM, FT-IR, TG, N2 adsorption–desorption and N elemental analyses were preserved to demonstrate the synergistic effect. The resulting composite were investigated for the oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid in the H2O2-mediated environment, the catalyst 25 % HPW/PEHA/ZrSBA-15 screened high yield for benzoic acid (~99.7 %). Besides, various reaction parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of hydrogen peroxide and catalyst reusability were also investigated for the oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid with a target to confirm the validity of the catalyst.

A layer-by-layer deposition strategy was employed for the immobilization of tungstophosphoric acid (HPW) onto a pentaethylenehexamine (PEHA)-grafted ZrSBA-15 framework to a give HPW/PEHA/ZrSBA-15 composite. The resulting composite was characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis, N2 sorption, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and these methods showed that the composite was stable in polar environments. These properties were attributed to the method of preparation, which ensured that a dense and stable array of HPW was encapsulated within the pores of PEHA-modified ZrSBA-15. In the H2O2-mediated oxidation of benzyl alcohol, the 25 % HPW/PEHA/ZrSBA-15 catalyst exhibited high selectivity (>99 %) for benzaldehyde. Moreover, the oxidation reaction was performed under solvent-free conditions, and the catalyst was recycled several times with negligible loss in selectivity and conversion. This HPW-based catalyst was also efficient at selectively oxidizing other benzylic and alkyl alcohols to the corresponding aldehydes.

Background: Insomnia is one of the most common diseases in modern society, the main characteristics of the patients were difficulty in falling asleep at night and/or failure to maintain effective sleep after falling asleep. It can lead to early awakening, short sleep, heavy sleeplessness, dreaming, poor sleep quality, and working hours after waking up, causes a series of negative emotions, such as fatigue, inefficiency, cognitive decline, social interaction, tension, and anxiety, which affect social harmony and stability. So Insomnia has gained more and more attention. At present, acupuncture has been proved effective in the treatment of insomnia by many studies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia, and to provide the latest evidence for clinical application. Methods and analysis: We collected the qualified literature on acupuncture treatment of insomnia by electronic retrieval of Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biomedical Disc (CBMDISC), PubMed, China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP) and Wanfang Database, and manual retrieval of papers and internal reports. We will select the eligible studies published up to September 30, 2019. We use Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) as the main outcome of insomnia and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) as secondary indicators to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment of insomnia, we will use Revman v.5.3 software to calculate data synthesis, and if the results are appropriate, meta-analysis can also be carried out. Results: This study will provide comprehensive evidence of high quality of acupuncture treatment for insomnia from ISI, PSQI, HAMD, SAS, and adverse reactions. Conclusion: The systematic review will provide a basis for evaluating the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia. Trial registration number: PROSPERO CRD42019131957.

There are statistical data indicating that diabetes is a risk factor for Parkinson's disease (PD). Methylglyoxal (MG), a biologically reactive byproduct of glucose metabolism, the levels of which have been shown to be increase in diabetes, reacts with dopamine to form 1-acetyl-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline (ADTIQ); this formation may provide further insight into the connection between PD and diabetes. In this study, we investigated the role of ADTIQ in these two diseases to determine in an aim to enhance our understanding of the link between PD and diabetes. This study focuses on the high cancellation rate of purchasing orders at the Bookuu Bookstore website. The discussion starts with some problems associated with the original Bookuu website, especially issues related to order cancellations due to "insufficient inventory". Then, a method of setting up virtual inventory based on the theory of just-in-time purchasing is proposed, which is intended to improve inventory management. In addition, the business process of the Bookuu website is optimized. Finally, we compare and analyze the order cancellation situation before and after implementing the zero-inventory management scheme. Statistical analysis shows that the percentage of the cancelled orders caused by "insufficient inventory" significantly decreased, proving that zero-inventory management of Bookuu.com has been achieved.

Bioenergy and biofuels are promising candidates as alternative fossil fuel. Nanotechnology has been accepted as important tool for the synthesis and modification of bioenergy and biofuel production. In this chapter, we have focused on the recent development of carbon-based nanomaterials in the applications of biofuel cell. Obviously, carbon-based nanomaterials could be obtained from biomass, which possess the properties of nanomaterials, implying the complete combination of biofuel and nanotechnology. We have described the preparation of carbon-based nanomaterials with various structures and shapes by all kinds of synthesis methods. It is well known that carbon-based nanomaterials have wide applications in photocatalysis, biomedical, sensor, etc. Special attention has been paid on the potential applications of carbon-based nanomaterials in the biofuel cell. We also suggested the problems and future developments of carbon-based nanomaterials in these special fields. In this chapter, our purpose was to review the development and problems on the carbon-based nanomaterials in biofuel cell application.

The efficient production of fermentable sugars is a prerequisite for economic ethanol production from lignocellulosic biomass. A cellulose-enriched fraction was obtained by complete dissolution of ball-milled hybrid poplar wood in dimethyl sulfoxide and lithium chloride (DMSO/LiCl). The cellulose-enriched fraction was mainly composed of glucose and xylose. Spectral fitting analysis of CP/MAS (13)C NMR revealed that the cellulose-enriched fraction had para-crystalline structures with somewhat larger contents of crystalline cellulose І(β) than І(α). The cellulose-enriched fraction was much easier to be converted into mono sugars by cellulases than the untreated sample. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicated that the cellulose-enriched fraction was porous, which could likely explain the high enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency. This study provides a novel pretreatment method based on fractional separation of the three biopolymers via complete dissolution system for enhancement of conversion from ignocellulose to biofuels.
