This paper discusses about the modern techniques implemented in the field of agriculture which shaped the traditional farming to the smart farming (Agriculture 4.0). The rapid rise in the global population is one among the main reasons, besides monitoring of crops health and yield requires a huge labor force, which is also another reason for promoting intelligent systems into agriculture sector. Conventional farming methods are not suitable to meet this demand, which led robotics to associate with on-field agriculture by means of robot-based technologies like wheeled robots, ground vehicles (manned and unmanned) and aerial vehicles (manned and unmanned) that led to explore the possible advancement in agriculture 3.0. Currently, the evolutionary techniques, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and IoT, are implemented in robotic vehicles to make them intelligent systems. Due to unprecedented climatic change and polluted ground water for the past few decades, the crops are being infested with new varieties of diseases. This requires new image processing techniques to classify the diseases based on color, texture and, shape of leaves. The incorporation of image processing technique into AI aids in deciding the appropriate amount of herbicide supplement to the plant based on the prediction of plant growth. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article details the existing wearable assistive devices that could mimic a human's active range of motion and aid individuals in recovering from stroke. The survey has identified several risk factors associated with musculoskeletal pain, including physical factors such as engaging in high-intensity exercises, experiencing trauma, aging, dizziness, accidents, and damage from the regular wear and tear of daily activities. These physical risk factors impact vital body parts such as the cervical spine, spinal cord, ankle, elbow, and others, leading to dysfunction, a decrease in the range of motion, and diminished coordination ability, and also influencing the ability to perform the activities of daily living (ADL), such as speaking, breathing and other neurological responses. An individual with these musculoskeletal disorders requires therapies to regain and restore the natural movement. These therapies require an experienced physician to treat the patient, which makes the process expensive and unreliable because the physician might not repeat the same procedure accurately due to fatigue. These reasons motivated researchers to develop and control robotics-based wearable assistive devices for various musculoskeletal disorders, with economical and accessible solutions to aid, mimic, and reinstate the natural active range of motion. Recently, advancements in wearable sensor technologies have been explored in healthcare by integrating machine-learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to analyze the data and predict the required setting for the user. Current treatment for patients suffering from cervical spine injuries is by static braces which causes discomfort and immobilization of the neck. This paper presents a novel comfortable wearable therapy device for treating patients suffering with head/neck posture problems using parallel mechanism concept. To achieve this, a conceptual design of a three-degrees-of-freedom Revolute-Prismatic-Spherical configuration parallel manipulator with 3 extensible links is proposed. However, precision and workspace are the general considerations for designing a parallel manipulator. In this research, workspace and position analysis is carried out for the device. By applying geometrical method and vector-loop approach, the inverse kinematics equations are derived. The parallel manipulator is modeled using SolidWorks and simulated using MATLAB. From the simulation results, stroke length of the actuators, angular tilt and position of the moving platform is obtained. To validate the simulation results a preliminary prototype is built and tests were carried. The obtained results found to be satisfying the cause of the research. Furthermore, the device needs to automated and safely operated under the therapist supervision.
