Removal of high toxic Cr(VI) with solar plays an important role in improving water pollution, but is facing a dilemma of developing excellent photocatalysts with high conversion efficiency and low cost. Different from traditional nano-structuring, this work focuses on the interfacial hybridization by considering the intrinsic difference in bonding interaction. Herein, we intentionally make some layered black phosphorus (BP) sheets with Van der Waals interaction to bond with ZnO surfaces, in which some additional electron channels can be formed by this multilevel atomic hybridization to accelerate carrier transfer and separation. Compared to the pristine ZnO and BP nanosheets, the light absorption and carrier separation efficiency can be sharply enhanced by this particular electronic structure, which makes the Cr reduction performance enhanced about 7.1 times. In rural areas, social and economic differentiation profoundly impact rural development patterns, which, in return, impacts rural village social and economic structures and the land transfer decisions of rural households residing within the village. Research on agricultural land transfer has rarely been discussed under the lens of the differentiated socioeconomic structure of rural villages, as well as rural governance capacities. This paper contributes to the existing body of research on the determinants of rural land transfer by examining the role of village socioeconomic differentiation and rural governance based on a quantitative analysis of factors at different scales. The results show that: (1) compared with clan‐based unity structure, kinship‐based split structure and dispersed structure have a positive effect on household land out‐transfer and a negative effect on land in‐transfer. (2) The homogeneity of residents had a negative impact on out‐transfer, while the financial revenue of the village had significant positive influences on households' out‐transfer. (3) The higher the trust in cadres and the evaluation of the local government, the greater the tendency of households to transfer land in, but none of this effect is significant. (4) The socialized agricultural services and the share of non‐farm have significant effects on land transfer. Moreover, households with better geographical conditions, such as those near the county capital and towns, are more likely to transfer their land out. These findings offer significant insights for the management of agricultural scale and the revitalization of rural areas in China, while also offering valuable ideas for the implementation of differentiated agricultural control and rural governance policies in other countries. The South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP) is one of the largest cross-basin and cross-region water transfer projects in the world. The Danjiangkou reservoir area, a haven of diverse species, serves as a core water source for the Central Line of the SNWDP. Yet, less research has been conducted on changes in land use and ecosystem services (ESs) in the Danjiangkou reservoir area in the context of the implementation of the SNWDP and other national projects. In this study, we aim to reveal evolutions of land uses and ESs in the Danjiangkou reservoir area and the response of ESs to natural and socio-economic factors. This is essential to enhance the regional sustainable management of the Danjiangkou reservoir area. Based on classified land use maps and the InVEST model, we first analyzed the land use changes and evaluated three typical types of ESs (i.e., water yield (WY), carbon storage (CS) and habitat quality (HQ)) in the Danjiangkou reservoir area during 2000 to 2018. Then, we detected the spatial clustering characteristics and tradeoffs and synergistic relationships of multiple ESs through hot spot analysis and correlation analysis. Finally, we adopt the geographical detector model (GDM) to identify key driving factors of ESs changes. The results show that: (1) During 2000–2018, the area of arable land and woodland decreased by 1.65% and 0.8%, respectively, while the proportion of construction land and water area increased by 1.31% and 1.39%, respectively. (2) The greatest decrease was in WY, decreasing by 59%, while the change in HQ was relatively stable, but showed spatial heterogeneity. (3) The northern, southern and western districts of the reservoir area showed mainly synergies among multiple ESs, while other regions showed mainly trade-offs. (4) Road network density, proportion of construction land and normalized difference vegetation index are the leading factors for ESs variations. These findings can provide reference for formulating more reasonable ecological protection strategies, so as to realize the sustainable management of SNWDP and its headwaters region. While acidic oxygen evolution reaction plays a critical role in electrochemical energy conversion devices, the sluggish reaction kinetics and poor stability in acidic electrolyte challenges materials development. Unlike traditional nano-structuring approaches, this work focuses on the structural symmetry breaking to rearrange spin electron occupation and optimize spin-dependent orbital interaction to alter charge transfer between catalysts and reactants. Herein, we propose an atomic half-disordering strategy in multistage-hybridized BixEr2-xRu2O7 pyrochlores to reconfigure orbital degeneracy and spin-related electron occupation. This strategy involves controlling the bonding interaction of Bi-6s lone pair electrons, in which partial atom rearrangement makes the active sites transform into asymmetric high-spin states from symmetric low-spin states. As a result, the half-disordered BixEr2-xRu2O7 pyrochlores demonstrate an overpotential of ~0.18 V at 10 mA cm−2 accompanied with excellent stability of 100 h in acidic electrolyte. Our findings not only provide a strategy for designing atom-disorder-related catalysts, but also provides a deeper understanding of the spin-related acidic oxygen evolution reaction kinetics. While water electrolysis offers a potential path for renewable hydrogen fuel, water oxidation electrocatalysts typically suffer from poor stabilities in acid. Long non-coding RNA small nuclear RNA host gene 14 (SNHG14) is a novel contributor of dopaminergic neuronal injury in Parkinson's disease. We further explored its role in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+)-damaged dopaminergic neurons (DAn) and the possible mechanism involving SNHG14, microRNA (miR)-519a-3p, and autophagy-related 10 (ATG10). MPP+ cytotoxicity was measured by MTS cell viability assay, flow cytometry, and a series of assay kits for detecting apoptosis and oxidative stress. Molecule expression was examined by qPCR and Western blotting, and RNA interaction was predicted by starBase2.0 of ENCORI platform and confirmed by dual-luciferase reporter assay and RNA immunoprecipitation assay. SNHG14 and ATG10 expression was increased, and miR-519a-3p was decreased in MPP+-treated SK-N-SH cells, and SNHG14 knockdown alleviated MPP+-induced SK-N-SH cell damage by regulating cell viability, cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and oxidative stress. Additionally, antisense RNA of miR-519a-3p abated the suppressive role of SNHG14 knockdown, and ectopic expression of ATG10 counteracted the protective role of miR-519a-3p against MPP+ neurotoxicity. Mechanistically, SNHG14 and ATG10 were competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) for miR-519a-3p, and ATG10 expression could be positively modulated by SNHG14 via sponging miR-519a-3p. Target silencing SNHG14 and restoring miR-519a-3p could prevent DAn from MPP+ toxicity via regulation of ATG10. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
