Background Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is highly prevalent in hypertensive patients, but the current studies on MCI in hypertension mostly focus on the elderly group, while scarcely involve young and middle-aged patients. Objective To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of MCI in young and middle-aged hospitalized patients with hypertension. Methods A convenience sample of 213 young and middle-aged hypertensive inpatients were recruited from a tertiary grade A hospital in Harbin from May to December 2021. The General Demographic Questionnaire, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) , and the Type-D Scale-14 (DS14) were used for understanding patients' demographics, cognitive impairment status, and D-type personality prevalence, respectively. Multiple Logistic regression was used to analyze associated factors of MCI. Results The prevalence of MCI was 37.56% (80/213) . Container technology is a lightweight operating system virtualization technology that is widely used in cloud computing environments and is a research hotspot in the field of cloud computing. The security of container technology has attracted much attention. A method for constructing a trusted environment of container cloud using active immune trusted computing was proposed, and its security meet the requirements of network security level protection standards. First, container cloud servers were measured through the TPCM and a trust chain from the TPCM to the container's operating environment was established. Then, by adding the trusted measurement agent of the container to the TSB, the trusted measurement and trusted remote attestation of the running process of the container were realized. Finally, an experimental prototype based on Docker and Kubernetes and conduct experiments were built. The experimental results show that the proposed method can ensure the credibility of the boot process of the cloud server and the running process of the container and meet the requirements of the network security level protection standard evaluation.

The PXE startup mechanism downloads operating system files through the network and starts the operating system, which is widely used in server network startup. The PXE boot process is secured and trusted through trusted computing technology to prevent the PXE boot file from being tampered with maliciously, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the server. The cyber security classified protection standard requires that the system boot program and system program of the server device be trusted and verified based on the trusted root. A TPCM-based server trusted PXE boot method based on the requirements of classified protection standard was proposed to ensure the security and trust of the server's BIOS firmware, PXE boot files, and Linux system files. When the server performs PXE boot, TPCM measured BIOS firmware, BIOS boot environment measured PXE boot files, and PXE boot environment measured Linux system files. Taking TPCM as the root of trust, one level of measurement, one level of trust, and a chain of trust were established to achieve a trusted server operating environment. The proposed method was tested on a domestically-controlled, self-controllable Shenwei server. The experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible.
