The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical features, pathological characteristics, and prognosis in myeloperoxidase (MPO)-antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA)-associated glomerulonephritis (AAGN) with renal arteritis. The study involved 97 children from five pediatric clinical centers with MPO-AAGN who exhibited distinct clinical features. The patients were divided into AAGN-A+ and AAGN-A−, based on the presence or absence of arteritis, and the disparities in clinical, histopathological characteristics, and prognosis between the two groups was evaluated. In contrast to the AAGN-A− group, the children in the AAGN-A+ group exhibited more pronounced clinical symptoms and renal pathological injury. Arteritis positively moderately correlated with the serum creatinine, interleukin-6, urinary neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, negatively moderately correlated with serum complement C3. The renal survival rate in the AAGN-A+ group was significantly poorer than AAGN-A− group (χ2 = 4.278, p = 0.039). Arteritis showed a good predictive value for end-stage kidney disease (ESKD), and C3 deposition, ANCA renal risk score and arteritis were independent risk factors for the development of ESKD in children with MPO-AAGN. Arteritis is a significant pathological change observed in children with MPO-AAGN, and the formation of arteritis may be related to the inflammatory response and activation of the complement system. Alzheimer's disease is the most common dementia in the aged population and is characterizd by hidden attack and progressive development. Some studies showed that exosomal microRNAs(miRNAs) regulates the shearing of amyloid precusor protein,deposition of beta-amyloid peptides(Aβ) and phosphorylation of Tau protein, influencing the generation of neuritic plaques and neurofibrillary tangles. In addition, special miRNAs can be transpor-ted by exsome across blood-brain-barrier and inhibit Tau phosphorylation. Measuring the expression profile of exosomal miRNAs in the peripheral blood may be a non-invasive diagnosis and treatment method of AD.

A theoretical model of a vibrating electret electrostatic energy harvester for a double-ended fixed beam was established herein for a low-frequency vibration energy in the environment. The key parameters of the electrostatic energy harvester were optimized by a MATLAB/Simulink numerical analysis. The relationship between the output power, resonant frequency, and half-power bandwidth and the electret surface potential, air gap, and load resistance was also studied. The magnitude of the external excitation acceleration and the size of the electret remained constant. The numerical results are as follows:(1) the existence of an optimal surface potential makes the output power of the electrostatic energy harvester reach the maximum value. The soft spring effect gradually increases with the increase of the surface potential, making the resonant frequency of the energy harvester device shift. The bandwidth also gradually increases. (2) An optimal initial air gap maximizes the power when the surface potential is constant. The half-power bandwidth decreases as the gap increases. (3) An optimal load maximizes the power when the surface potential and the air gap remains constant. The resonant frequency is offset as the load decreases. (4) An optimal load is used to maximize the half-power bandwidth when the air gap is constant. The larger the surface potential, the greater the half-power bandwidth under the same load. Experiments show that the output characteristics of the energy harvester under different load resistances have the following characteristics:with the increase of the load resistance, the output power and the half-power bandwidth increase at the beginning, then decrease. The maximum output power is 0.188 mW when the load resistance is 90 MΩ. In addition, the half-power bandwidth reaches the maximum value of 4.7 Hz when the load resistance is 330 MΩ.
