New high-resolution x-ray spectra of Mo39+, Mo40+, W43+, W44+ and W45+ have been carefully confirmed for the first time by use of the x-ray imaging crystal spectrometer (XCS) in Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) under various combined auxiliary heating plasmas conditions. Wavelength of these new x-ray spectra is ranged from 3.895 {\AA} to 3.986 {\AA}. When core electron temperature (Te0) reaches 6.0 keV, Mo39+ and Mo40+ lines of 3.9727, 3.9294 and 3.9480 {\AA} can be effectively detected on XCS for EAST; meanwhile, line-integrated brightness of these spectral lines of Mo39+ and Mo40+ is very considerable when electron temperature reaches 12.9 keV. Multi-components spectral lines for W43+, W44+ and W45+ have also been identified when Te0 reaches 6 keV. Parts of spectral lines, such as Zn-1, Cu-2, Cu-4a, Cu-4d and Cu-5 lines of tungsten, are first observed experimentally. When electron temperature reaches 12.9 keV, line-integrated intensity for part of these spectral lines of W43+, W44+ and W45+ are considerable. These experimental results and theoretical predictions from FAC and FLYCHK codes are in good general agreement. These new spectral lines, obtained on XCS for EAST, are vital for deeply uncovering the mechanisms of ion and electron thermal, high-Z impurity and momentum (anomalous) transport to achieve the advanced steady-state operation scenarios for ITER and CFETR.

We study the helpful product reviews identification problem in this paper. We observe that the evidence-conclusion discourse relations, also known as arguments, often appear in product reviews, and we hypothesise that some argument-based features, e.g. the percentage of argumentative sentences, the evidences-conclusions ratios, are good indicators of helpful reviews. To validate this hypothesis, we manually annotate arguments in 110 hotel reviews, and investigate the effectiveness of several combinations of argument-based features. Experiments suggest that, when being used together with the argument-based features, the state-of-the-art baseline features can enjoy a performance boost (in terms of F1) of 11.01\% in average., Comment: 6 pages, EMNLP2017

Argument Component Boundary Detection (ACBD) is an important sub-task in argumentation mining; it aims at identifying the word sequences that constitute argument components, and is usually considered as the first sub-task in the argumentation mining pipeline. Existing ACBD methods heavily depend on task-specific knowledge, and require considerable human efforts on feature-engineering. To tackle these problems, in this work, we formulate ACBD as a sequence labeling problem and propose a variety of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) based methods, which do not use domain specific or handcrafted features beyond the relative position of the sentence in the document. In particular, we propose a novel joint RNN model that can predict whether sentences are argumentative or not, and use the predicted results to more precisely detect the argument component boundaries. Argumentation mining aims at automatically extracting the premises-claim discourse structures in natural language texts. There is a great demand for argumentation corpora for customer reviews. However, due to the controversial nature of the argumentation annotation task, there exist very few large-scale argumentation corpora for customer reviews. In this work, we novelly use the crowdsourcing technique to collect argumentation annotations in Chinese hotel reviews. In this paper we propose a pair of low-complexity user selection schemes with zero-forcing precoding for multiuser massive MIMO downlink systems, in which the base station is equipped with a large-scale antenna array. First, we derive approximations of the ergodic sum rates of the systems invoking the conventional random user selection (RUS) and the location-dependant user selection (LUS). Then, the optimal number of simultaneously served user equipments (UEs), $K^*$, is investigated to maximize the sum rate approximations. Upon exploiting $K^*$, we develop two user selection schemes, namely $K^*$-RUS and $K^*$-LUS, where $K^*$ UEs are selected either randomly or based on their locations. Both of the proposed schemes are independent of the instantaneous channel state information of small-scale fading, therefore enjoying the same extremely-low computational complexity as that of the conventional RUS scheme. Moreover, both of our proposed schemes achieve significant sum rate improvement over the conventional RUS. We propose a low-complexity transmission strategy in multi-user multiple-input multiple-output downlink systems. The adaptive strategy adjusts the precoding methods, denoted as the transmission mode, to improve the system sum rates while maintaining the number of simultaneously served users. Three linear precoding transmission modes are discussed, i.e., the block diagonalization zero-forcing, the cooperative zero-forcing (CZF), and the cooperative matched-filter (CMF). Considering both the number of data streams and the multiple-antenna configuration of users, we modify the common CZF and CMF modes by allocating data streams. Then, the transmission mode is selected between the modified ones according to the asymptotic sum rate analyses. As instantaneous channel state information is not needed for the mode selection, the computational complexity is significantly reduced. Numerical simulations confirm our analyses and demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves substantial performance gains with very low computational complexity., Comment: ICT2014(Accepted)

In this paper we propose a downlink codebook-based opportunistic interference alignment (OIA) in a three-cell MIMO system. A codebook composed of multiple transmit vector sets is utilized to improve the multiuser selection diversity. The sum rate increases as the size of the codebook grows. In addition, during the user selection, effective channel gain and alignment metric are combined to generate a novel criterion, which improves the system performance, especially at low SNR. Furthermore, a threshold-based feedback approach is introduced to reduce the feedback load in the proposed scheme. Both the analytical results and simulations show that the proposed scheme provides significant improvement in terms of sum rates with no feedback load growth and slight increase of complexity.
