Aim: The study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility and safety profile of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy with oxaliplatin, 5‐fluorouracil, and leucovorin (HAIC‐FOLFOX) as an alternative therapeutic choice for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) that is refractory to systemic treatment including immune checkpoint blockades or molecular targeting agents. Methods: Two hundred and forty five consecutive patients with advanced HCC who received HAIC‐FOLFOX treatment after systemic treatment failure were retrospectively reviewed in six institutions and their survival, tumor response, and tolerance were assessed. Results: The median overall survival (OS) and progression‐free survival of the 209 included participants were 10.5 months (95% confidence interval [CI], 8.1–12.9) and 6.0 months (95% CI, 5.1–6.9), respectively. According to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors 1.1 criteria, the objective response rate was 21.1%, and the disease control rate was 64.6%. Multivariate analysis of risk factors of OS were albumin–bilirubin grade (2 and 3 vs. 1, hazard ratio [HR] 1.57; 95% CI, 1.05–2.34; p = 0.028), tumor number (>3 vs. 1–3, HR 2.18; 95% CI, 1.10–4.34; p = 0.026), extrahepatic spread (present vs. absent, HR 1.61, 95% CI, 1.06–2.45; p = 0.027), synchronous systemic treatment (present vs. absent, HR 0.55, 95% CI, 0.37–0.83; p = 0.004) and treatment response (responder vs. nonresponder, HR 0.30, 95% CI, 0.17–0.53; p < 0.001). Grade 3–4 adverse events (AEs) occurred in 59 (28.2%) HCC patients. All AEs were manageable, and deaths related to hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy treatment were not observed. Conclusions: Our findings support the effectiveness and safety of HAIC‐FOLFOX treatment for patients with advanced HCC who have failed systemic treatment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The majority of the Jurassic Yan'an Formation reservoirs in the Jingbian Oilfield of the Ordos Basin have entered the middle and late stages of development, and fine characterization of reservoir heterogeneity and recognition of the remaining oil distribution are the keys to formulating comprehensive adjustment for production. The Y92-1 layer of the Yan'an Formation Y9 reservoir in the LZ area of Jingbian Oilfield is taken as the research object in this paper. Based on logging data, core, and other basic data, the reservoir morphology in the study area is finely characterized. Single-channel units are subdivided, and the reservoir configurations of different hierarchical levels are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, combined with the plane profile consistency analysis of the morphological characteristics of the sand body in layer Y92-1 and the injection production mode, it is concluded that there may be four distribution patterns of the remaining oil in the study area, and the composite river channel sand body dominated by the lateral superimposed mode under the inverse lateral accretion shale bed tendency injection condition is a favorable enrichment area for the remaining oil. This mode is mainly distributed in the boundary part of the different periods of single sand body superposition. These understandings not only deepen the significance of tapping the potential of the remaining oil in frequently rerouted meandering rivers but also could provide effective guidance for the further remaining oil tapping. To solve the problem of poor acid resistance of traditional separation membranes, a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composite nanofiltration (NF) membrane with acid resistant property was prepared by combining ultraviolet (UV) grafting and interfacial polymerization (IP) methods. Firstly, acrylate (AA) was introduced onto the self-made PVDF membrane surface by UV-initiated free radical polymerization, and then amide reaction with polyethyleneimine (PEI) as aqueous phase monomer followed by IP reaction with 1,3-benzenedisulfonyl chloride (BDC) to obtain composite NF membrane with good acid-resistant property. The chemical structure and morphology of the membrane surfaces were investigated by IR, XPS, SEM and AFM. The effects of grafting time, monomer concentration and reaction time on the performance of the composite membrane were analyzed. Moreover, the separation test was carried out in acidic environment to investigate the acid resistance of the composite NF membrane. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of PVDF/PSA composite NF membrane were UV irradiation grafting time of 15 min, the mass fractions of PEI and BDC of 2.0% and 0.2% respectively, and reaction time of 30 s; then the pure water permeability of composite NF membrane prepared was 20 L/(m²⋅h⋅bar) (1 bar = 0.1 MPa), and the rejection rate for typical inorganic divalent salts of MgSO4 and Na2SO4 was 83.4% and 85.6%, respectively, and the rejection rate for the dye Reactive Red 2 was close to 100%. The water contact angle of the composite NF membrane surface was basically stable after soaking in HCl aqueous solution for 35 d, the rejection rate of the composite NF membrane for the divalent salts of MgSO4 and Na2SO4 can be maintained above 70%, the rejection rate for Reactive Red 2 was maintained at 100%, and the dye separation performance was almost unaffected by acid treatment. A novel nitrogen and oxygen rich chelating energetic material (CEM) Zn(SCZ)2(H2O)2·2HTNR (1, SCZ = semicarbazide, TNR = styphnic acid) was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Its crystal structure was determined through X-ray single crystal diffraction at 153(2) K. The crystal belongs to triclinic. Space group is P-1 with crystal parameters of the unit cell dimensions: a = 0.8284(2) nm, b = 1.1848(4) nm, c = 1.3411(4) nm, α = 99.617(4)°, β = 92.593(4)°, γ = 97.148(4)°, V = 1.2642(6) nm3, Z = 2 and Dc =1.943 g·cm–3. The kinetic parameters of the first exothermic process of 1 were studied by the Kissinger's method and Ozawa-Doyle's method. Sensitivity tests revealed that 1 is insensitive to mechanical stimuli. To deepen the study on heptacoordinate transition metal coordination complexes, a novel seven-coordinated coordination compound [Cd(SCZ)3·H2O](HTNR)2(H2O)2(1, SCZ = semicarbazide, H2TNR = styphnic acid) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that1crystallizes in the triclinic space groupP-1. The thermal decomposition mechanism of1was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The non-isothermal kinetics parameters were calculated by the Kissinger's method and Ozawa-Doyle's method, respectively. Sensitivity tests revealed that1is insensitive to mechanical stimuli. Ammoniumpolyphosphate (APP), which is an important component ofintumescent flame retardant (IFR), has been modified with (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (KH550) and silicon resin to enhance its hydrophobicproperties. The structure and properties of the modified ammoniumpolyphosphate (MAPP) were well-characterized by Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanningelectron microscopy (SEM), and water contact angle (CA). The waterCA of MAPP was as high as 148°, which demonstrated that MAPPpossessed excellent hydrophobic properties. MAPP and APP were mixedwith triazine, which is a char-foaming agent (CFA), and polypropylene(PP) to prepare PP/MAPP/CFA and PP/APP/CFA composites, respectively.The fire retardancy and thermal degradation behavior of PP/MAPP/CFAand PP/APP/CFA composites were investigated by limiting oxygen index(LOI), vertical burning test (UL-94), cone calorimetry, and thermogravimetricanalysis. The surface and fracture morphologies were evaluated bySEM. The mechanical properties was analyzed by tensile, flexural,and izod impact tests. The results demonstrated that the MAPP impartedexcellent flame retardancy of PP/MAPP/CFA systems, along with a higherLOI value, UL-94 rating, and lower heat release rate and total heatreleased values. The modification enhanced the interfacial adhesion,mechanical stability, and thermal stability of PP/MAPP/CFA composites.Moreover, PP/MAPP/CFA composites with the thickness of 1.6 mm canstill pass the UL-94 V-0 rating after treatment with water for 168h at 70 °C, meanwhile the weight loss rate was decreased from2.31% for PP/APP/CFA composites to 0.85%, indicating excellent waterresistance.
