Based on the dual filial piety model and the integrated model of emotion processes and cognition in social information processing, this study examined the relationship between filial piety belief and cyberbullying perpetration and the role of anxiety and implicit emotion belief underlying this relationship. A total of 837 college students were tested with filial piety belief scale, GHQ-20 scale, implicit beliefs about emotion scale and cyberbullying perpetration scale. The correlation results showed that reciprocal filial piety was negatively correlated with anxiety and cyberbullying perpetration. Authoritative filial piety was positively correlated with anxiety and anxiety was positively correlated with cyberbullying perpetration. After controlling for socioeconomic status, age and gender, reciprocal filial piety negatively predicted cyberbullying perpetration and authoritative filial piety positively predicted cyberbullying perpetration. The mediation analysis indicated that anxiety played a mediating role on the relationship between filial piety belief and cyberbullying perpetration. Moreover, the mediating model was moderated by implicit emotion belief. Compared with entity theorists, incremental theorists who have anxiety issues are less likely to develop cyberbullying perpetration. Objective To investigate the changing trends in pathogenic bacteria of peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis and initial treatment resistance in a single center during the past 14 years. Methods A total of 873 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis in our department from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2020 were recruited in this study. Among them, 352 patients had peritonitis, and were divided into 3 groups according to the occurrence time of peritonitis, that is, Period 1 group (P1, January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2012), Period 2 group (P2, January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2016) and Period 3 group (P3, January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020). The change trends in pathogenic bacteria leading to peritonitis, drug resistance of initial treatment, and treatment outcome in above time periods were analyzed. Results The main pathogens causing peritonitis were Gram-positive bacteria in each time period, among which Staphylococcus epidermidis accounted for the highest proportion (P1: 15.8%, P1: 15.4%, P3: 14%), and had the largest proportion of resistance to initial treatment (P1: 27.3%, P2: 15.6%, P3: 23.3%). From P1 to P3, the frequency of S. aureus was in a trend of increasing, which had significantly higher proportion of P3 than that of P1 (6.7% vs 1.3%, P < 0.05). Among the isolated Gram-negative bacteria, the frequency of Escherichia coli was decreased gradually, and the composition ratio of P3 stage was obviously lower than that of P1 stage (5.7% vs 13.2%, P < 0.05). Alcalibacterium xylogenes was firstly observed from the P2 stage, and then in a decreasing trend in the P3 stage, and its composition ratio was notably lower in the P3 stage than the P2 stage (0.3% vs 2.8%, P < 0.05). Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was firstly observed in the P2 stage and showed an increasing trend, with its composition ratio of the P3 stage remarkably higher than that of the P2 stage (3.2% vs 0.4%, P < 0.05), and its drug resistance ratio was also increased significantly (P2: 1.6 %, P3: 11.1%). The extubation rate of patients who were resistant to initial treatment at each time was significantly higher than that of non-resistant patients (P1: 31.8% vs 7.4%, P2: 35.9% vs 17%, P3: 45.5% vs 20.8%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria that causing peritonitis are mainly Gram-positive bacteria in each time period, with Staphylococcus epidermidis most common, and having highest proportion of resistance to initial treatment. Escherichia coli accounts for the highest proportion in the Gram-negative bacteria, but shows a decreasing trend. Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is a newly emerged pathogen in the P2 stage, and the bacterial resistance ratio is high. At each stage, the extubation rate is significantly higher in the drug-resistant group than the non-resistant group.

Photo-curing three-dimensional (3D) printing technology is widely used in various advanced fields. However, the extensive use of nonrenewable fossil resources as raw materials to prepare prepolymers and the disposal of 3D printing materials have imposed a serious burden on the environment. In this study, a series of bio-based, reprocessable, and reprintable digital light processing (DLP) printing polymerizable deep eutectic solvents (PDESs), named CDAG, were prepared from citric acid (CA) and glycerol (Gly), thereby offering a novel sustainable DLP printing strategy. These materials exhibited high bio-based content (46.9%–58.3%), exceptional transparency, and tunable mechanical properties They also demonstrated self-healing capabilities in certain organic solvent environments. Remarkably, hydrogen bond self-assembly conferred the printed material with reprocessability and reprintability. Multi-color objects were easily fabricated using the novel CDAG-based assembly welding printing method. This approach overcame the limitation of color distribution in traditional DLP printing. Notably, the printed models and auxiliary printing materials could be rapidly recycled and reused to print new models. Reprintable sacrificial molds, which could be easily and quickly demolded by using water, were printed. A reprintable temperature-locked quick response (QR) code was also printed using CDAG composites with thermochromic microcapsules. Furthermore, the thermochromic microcapsules could be recycled without damage and used for reprinting new QR codes. Currently, the focus of stochastic resonance (SR) research is primarily on bistable systems, and classical bistable SR systems have the problems of low dimension, inconvenient parameter adjustment, and high threshold for SR effects. In this paper, based on the classic bistable system, a class of multi-dimensional single potential well SR systems without transition threshold is proposed and applied to signal processing. Firstly, the mechanism of double potential well SR and single potential well SR is studied. On this basis, a kind of multi-dimensional single potential well SR system is defined and its theoretical conditions are analyzed. Then a specific four-dimensional single potential well SR system is constructed, and the dynamics of the system is analyzed. The gain range and the approximate relationship between the system input and the four-dimensional output are derived. Finally, the four-dimensional single potential well SR system is applied to the processing of various signals. The experimental results show that the constructed system has good noise reduction and feature amplification effects on noisy signals through the advantages of multi-dimensional output, and can be used to highlight the fault feature frequency in bearing fault signals. Tumor extracellular matrix (ECM) not only forms a physical barrier for T cells infiltration, but also regulates multiple immunosuppressive pathways, which is an important reason for immunotherapy failure. The cyclic guanosine monophosphate‐adenosine monophosphate synthase‐stimulator of interferon genes (cGAS‐STING) pathway plays a key role in activating CD8+ T cells, maintaining CD8+ T cells stemness and enhancing the antitumor effect. Herein, a zinc‐organometallic framework vaccine (ZPM@OVA‐CpG) prepared by self‐assembly, which achieves site‐directed release of Zn2+ in dendritic cell (DC) lysosomes and tumor microenvironment under acidic conditions, is reported. The vaccine actively targets DC, significantly enhances cGAS‐STING signal, promotes DC maturation and antigen cross‐presentation, and induces strong activation of CD8+ T cells. Meanwhile, the vaccine reaches the tumor site, releasing Zn2+, significantly up‐regulates the activity of matrix metalloproteinase‐2, degrades various collagen components of tumor ECM, effectively alleviates immune suppression, and significantly enhances the tumor infiltration and killing of CD8+ T cells. ZPM@OVA‐CpG vaccine not only solves the problem of low antigen delivery efficiency and weak CD8+ T cells activation ability, but also achieves the degradation of tumor ECM via the vaccine for the first time, providing a promising therapeutic platform for the development of efficient novel tumor vaccines.
