Reconstructing the reverse flood of natural resource elements in rural and urban regional systems is the basic form of requirement for realizing urban-rural integration. Taking target selection-realistic obstacles-institutional demand-system construction as the logical main line, starting from the current situation of natural resource element allocation under the framework of urban-rural integrated development, it sorted out the problems existing in the urban-rural integrated development of natural resources such as asymmetrical property rights design, inconsistent bearing plans of various types, lack of natural resource revenue sharing mechanism, and poor asset flow channels and trading systems, with unified layout, power return, paid use, and revenue sharing as the core. Guided by promoting the rational allocation of urban and rural factors, the integration of infrastructure, the equalization of urban and rural public services, and the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, from a practical point of view, a policy system is built for natural resource factors to support the integrated development of urban and rural areas. To investigate the low-temperature adaptability of different provenances of Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa, we used 21 clones from seven provenances as experimental materials and observed the changes in physiological and biochemical indicators and the characteristics of anatomical structures under low-temperature stress. A comprehensive evaluation of their cold resistance was conducted using the membership function method. As the temperature decreased, the relative electrical conductivity (REC) of clone 89 became stable and had the lowest LT50 value (−44.04 °C). The cold-resistant Z. jujuba var. spinosa had a higher bound water/free water (BW/FW) ratio and antioxidant enzyme activity and accumulated large quantities of osmotic regulatory substances. Higher xylem, phloem, and xylem–cortex ratios and greater conduit density enhanced the cold resistance of Z. jujuba var. spinosa. The membership function values of clones 89, 90, 91, 604, and 612 were greater than 0.6, indicating that they could be evaluated as resources with the potential for low-temperature resistance. The cold resistance rankings for the different provenances were as follows: Kazuo, Liaoning > Jiaxian, Shaanxi > Fuxing, Heibei > Changqing, Shandong > Neiqiu, Heibei > Yanchuan, Shaanxi > Xiaxian, Shanxi. These results provide a scientific basis for the rapid and accurate identification of cold resistance in Z. jujuba var. spinosa resources and the breeding and cultivation of new cold-resistant varieties of this subspecies. Due to the common operating characteristics of medium duty (MD) gasoline engines, achieving higher load at the expense of fuel efficiency is not an acceptable tradeoff. EGR dilution-stoichiometric combustion can suppress the knocking and improve the thermal efficiency, but has problems such as slow combustion rate and poor combustion stability, which have limitations in optimizing combustion for MD gasoline engines with strong swirl. The experimental investigations in this study focus on the interaction of charge motion and EGR on anti-knock performance and thermal efficiency under different load conditions, and verifies the potential to improve the thermal efficiency of inclined swirl combustion system. The results show that at low-medium load, the tumble-dominated inclined swirl scheme can enhance the effectiveness of EGR in knock suppression, thus reducing the introduction of EGR to avoid its adverse effects on the combustion duration. At medium-high load, although the above benefit wears off, it can enhance the anti-knock performance and thus advance the spark timing by increasing the EGR tolerance. The EGR ratio corresponding to the highest thermal efficiency increases with higher load. The difference in the in-cylinder flow field will affect the combustion rate in a high EGR dilution and high load condition. The scheme adopting the compound intake ports and inverse cuneiform-shaped combustion chamber can improve both EGR tolerance and initial combustion rate under high EGR dilution, with the most significant improvement in thermal efficiency, and the improvement range will increase along with the increase of load. Laser–MIG hybrid welding–brazing was used to weld 304 stainless steel and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a thickness of 2 mm. The microstructure, morphology, chemical composition and corrosion behavior of the samples after high-temperature oxidation were investigated. The results reveal that the 304/6061 dissimilar joint had a thicker intermetallic compound layer (7–8 μm) during high-temperature oxidation (HTO) treatment than the sample without HTO treatment (2–3 μm). The oxide film thickness of the 6061 side of the weld joint treated by HTO (2401 nm) increased compared to the samples (181.1 nm) without HTO treatment. Unlike other metals treated by high-temperature oxidation, the high-temperature treatment process in this paper can reduce the corrosion resistance of the base metal and dissimilar joints, and the sequence of the corrosion current density was weld (HTO) >weld>6061 (HTO) >6061>304 (HTO) >304.
