Deformation of ultra-deep pit walls and surrounding geotechnical bodies due to engineering disturbances typically shows intricate spatiotemporal patterns. In this study, deformations at critical steps of the construction process were first numerically simulated by Midas GTS NX, and this was followed by lab-scale geophysical model tests of the entire process of the pit construction. Data on deformation obtained from numerical simulations and lab-scale geophysical model tests were compared with those obtained from a dynamic monitoring scheme in the field to analyze the characteristics of the deformation and evolution of the pit wall. Quantifying similarity between nodes is a fundamental and challenging task in many fields of complex network. The similarity measure based on neighborhood nodes only considers the information of neighbors. The similarity measure based on path considers the information of path, which makes large nodes become general node. In order to more accurately measure the similarity between nodes and avoid the majority of nodes being similar to large nodes, this paper defines the distance distribution of each node, and based on this, it proposes a node similarity measurement method based on distance distribution and relative entropy (DDRE). The DDRE method generates the distance distribution of each node through the shortest path between nodes. According to the distance distribution, the relative entropy between nodes is calculated and the similarity between nodes is obtained. The experimental results of 6 real network data sets show that the DDRE method performs well in both the symmetry and the ability to affect other nodes in the SIR model.

Importance: Morbidity and mortality of children are important indicators of the performance of the public health system in any country. In China, the children's disease spectrum has gradually changed in recent years. However, the gender‐ and age‐specific disease spectrum for hospitalized children under 15 years old is still unclear. Objective: To explore the gender‐ and age‐based distribution of diseases in hospitalized children under 15 years in China. Methods: Medical records home page data for 2016 to 2018 were collected from 18 tertiary children's hospitals in China. The gender‐ and age‐specific disease spectrum was analyzed, using the tenth revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD‐10). Results: The most common diseases were those of the respiratory system (25.7% of all 2 232 142 hospitalized children). The top three diseases for boys were diseases of the respiratory system (25.6%), diseases of the digestive system (11.4%) and certain conditions originating in the perinatal period (8.6%). The top three diseases for girls were diseases of the respiratory system (25.9%), certain conditions originating in the perinatal period (10.1%), and factors influencing health status and contact with health services (9.4%). The most common diseases for children under 1 year old were certain conditions originating in the perinatal period (38.1%). For all other age groups, the most common conditions were respiratory diseases (33.8% for those aged 1–3 years, 25.2% for those aged 4–6 years, and 12.2% for those aged 7–14 years). Interpretation: This study analyzed the medical records home pages of 18 children's hospitals to provide the first overview of the disease spectrum and its gender‐ and age‐specific distribution among children in China. Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of combination of autologous tissue reconstruction of tarsal plate with temporal flap on repair of full-thickness lower eyelid defect. 
 Methods: Eleven patients (11 eyes) underwent hard palate mucosa or ear cartilage combined the emporal flap with the orbicularis oculi muscle to repair full-thickness defect of palpebra inferior. Of the 11 patients, 6 had more than 75% eyelid defect area, and 5 had more than 50% eyelid defect area. 
 Results: All 11 eyes closed completely, with no entropion or ectropion, and returned to normal basically. Postoperative follow-up was performed for 6 months to 5 years, 3 years and 4 months on average. The function and form of eyelid remained stable. Infection, leakage or contracture was not found on reconstruction tarsus. 
 Conclusion: Reconstruction of eyelid with autogenous hard palate mucosa or ear cartilage combined the emporal flap with the orbicularis oculi muscle is a simple, convenient and effective method.

Objective: To explore effects of trehalose as a cryopreserve agent on survival rate of fatty tissue after cryopreservation.
 Methods: The liposuction was used on the abdomen of adult female. After centrifugation and purification, adipose was randomized into the following three groups, the trehalose group, the fetal bovine serum (FBS)+10%DMSO group and the physiological saline group. The specimens were cryopreserved at -196 ℃ for 3 months and then the HE staining, glucose transfer method and CK method were used to detect the cell survival rate in each group.
 Results: The activity of adipose in the trehalose group and FBS+10%DMSO group adipose was higher than that in the physiological saline group (P<0.05); while there was no significant difference between the trehalose group and FBS+10%DMSO group (P>0.05).
 Conclusion: As cryoprotectant, trehalose could keep fat cell viability, and adipose tissue can be used for clinical transplantation after 3 months' freezing.

The dihedral angles between the central cyclo-pentene ring and the directly attached benzene rings are 32.7 (2) and 53.7 (2)°, respectively. The fluoro substituents are disordered, the occupancies refined to a 0.675 (2):0.325 (2) ratio.
