The advent of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology heralds a new era in construction safety management. This research integrates BIM to forge a safety management system that proactively identifies construction risks and counteracts worker safety hazards in real-time. It also constructs a comprehensive BIM-based safety evaluation index, applying advanced multi-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment techniques and refined hierarchical analysis to calculate index importance. The study dissects safety management on multiple fronts through a detailed analysis of the construction safety practices at the new campus of People’s Hospital in Province A. The findings denote a basic level of success in collaborative safety efforts and an overall disappointing safety management score of 2.463, spotlighting an urgent need for systematic safety improvements within the project.

Cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) has drawn increasing attention in CO2 electroreduction to CO due to its clear coordination structure (Co–N4–C) and high selectivity. However, its performance is severely restrained by its poor stability and low conductivity. Herein, a promising catalyst for dispersing CoPc on three-dimensional porous carbon (PC) was prepared via a pyrolysis procedure using NaCl as the template. Benefiting from the high intrinsic activity and large exposure of active sites, as well as the unique carbon architecture with facilitated mass transportation, the derived CoPc/PC catalyst shows impressive performance for CO2 electroreduction. The CO faradaic efficiency achieves a maximum value of 95% accompanied by a CO partial current density of 20.5 mA cm−2. This paper presents the proposed indeterminate strut and tie (IST) method to analyze fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP)-reinforced concrete deep beams with stirrups. The solution of the IST method does not require the assumption of reinforcement yielding and is capable of reflecting the material nonlinearity of concrete. The essential features of the IST methodology for glass FRP-reinforced deep beams are discussed and then analyzed in detail. These features include modeling concrete compressive response, softening concrete compression behavior in struts, and obtaining the depth of compression nodes. For each of these features, several approaches are discussed. The proposed IST methodology is validated by comparing the analysis results with the experimental results, and recommendations for the most suitable modeling methods are proposed. A novel phosphorus‐doped graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets (PS‐CN) photocatalyst was prepared by thermal polycondensation and thermal stripping method, and its physicochemical properties were characterized. The results show that PS‐CN formed a thin sheet and multi‐cavity structure by thermal delamination that could enhance the surface area, light reception, and adsorption capacity. The prepared PS‐CN activated sodium percarbonate system (PS‐CN/SPC) was developed for the degradation of dyeing wastewater with methylene blue (MB) as the target pollutant and the degradation mechanism was analyzed. At room temperature (20 °C), the degradation rate of MB in PS‐CN/SPC system within 10 min (88.13 %) was three times that of pure g‐C3N4. In addition, the MB was completely degraded under visible light within 60 min. Moreover, PS‐CN exhibited excellent reusability that the degradation rates of MB have remained above 96 % in five consecutive cycles. The free radical quenching experiments showed that hole (h+), hydroxyl radical (•OH) and superoxide radical (•O2−) all participated in MB degradation, and •OH was the main active species. The PS‐CN/SPC system would provide a high‐value solution for the treatment of dye wastewater due to the low cost of raw materials, superior photocatalytic activity, simple synthesis method, and reusability of the catalyst.
