The pollution of heavy metals in irrigation water was related to the management-control of the risk of heavy metals in farmland and the safe production of crops. There were various sources of irrigation water in the suburb farmlands of Xijiang River. We investigated the sources and distribution characteristics of heavy metals in the irrigation water sources on a riverside and inside-dyke farmland of Xijiang River. According to sample test results, it was found that nearly 100% of heavy metals that we were concerned about were detected in the irrigation water sources in the study. The box plot showed that the average content of other elements ranged from 1.65 to 43.75 μg·L−1, and the average level of cadmium was 0.02 μg·L−1 in the studied area. According to quantitative evaluation index and analysis of distribution characteristics, most heavy metals were at relatively low concentration in the irrigation water sources, while mercury content was far greater than other elements, followed by arsenic. Arsenic and mercury had become increasingly prominent problems in local irrigation water sources. River quality was more likely to be affected by river water and agricultural activities, while groundwater quality was more likely to be affected by natural causes. According to single/comprehensive water-quality evaluations, the comprehensive water quality evaluation ranged from level I to level III, but the single-factor index evaluations of mercury in most water samples and arsenic in two groundwater samples were of ‘Inferior’ level. Attention should be paid to the monitoring of mercury and arsenic (in the groundwater) in the studied area. The disposal methods of farmland water inflow and drainage should be increased if necessary, and reducing the influence of human activities on the natural weathering and leaching of heavy metals was an effective measure to avoid risk of agricultural production. Aims: To investigate effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on the prospective memory (PM) in patients with schizophrenia (SCZ). Methods: Fifty of 71 patients completed this double‐blind placebo‐controlled randomized trial and compared with 18 healthy controls' (HCs) PM outcomes. Bilateral 20 Hz rTMS to the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex at 90% RMT administered 5 weekdays for 4 weeks for a total of 20 treatments. The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), the Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS), and PM test were assessed before and after treatment. Results: Both Event‐based PM (EBPM) and Time‐based PM (TBPM) scores at baseline were significantly lower in patients with SCZ than that in HCs. After rTMS treatments, the scores of EBPM in patients with SCZ was significantly improved and had no differences from that in HCs, while the scores of TBPM did not improved. The negative symptom scores on PANSS and the scores of almost all subscales and total scores of SANS were significantly improved in both groups. Conclusions: Our findings indicated that bilateral high‐frequency rTMS treatment can alleviate EBPM but not TBPM in patients with SCZ, as well as improve the negative symptoms. Based on the unified yield surface SFG model and combined with the unified hardening parameters, the elastoplastic constitutive model of unsaturated soil is derived. The model is capable of describing the stress–-strain characteristics of over-consolidated unsaturated soils in terms of softening and shear expansion. The model can be degraded to a uniform yield surface SFG model under normal consolidation. The theoretical values of the model were calculated by MAPLE and compared with the experimental results, and the results show that the model can simulate the relevant properties of over-consolidated unsaturated soils better. Using PFC3D to simulate unsaturated triaxial tests, the process of unsaturated soil triaxial experiments was simulated by introducing gas particles and differentiating between the effective stress of the soil and the matric suction, and it was concluded that with higher matric suction, the contact force chains between particles in the specimen become more frequent and it is more difficult to form shear zones. Although gastric cancer with para-aortic lymph node (PAN) metastasis is commonly regarded as unresectable, surgeons have explored the optimal treatment for patients with PAN metastases limited to No.16a2/b1 in the past few decades. Preoperative systemic therapy combined with D2 gastrectomy plus PAN dissection may improve the prognosis of these patients. In this multicenter phase II trial, 29 gastric cancer patients with PAN metastasis limited to No.16a2/b1 will receive preoperative treatment with nab-paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, S-1 (nab-POS: nab-paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, S-1) and sintilimab followed by D2 gastrectomy plus PAN dissection; and postoperative treatment with oral S-1, intravenous sintilimab and intraperitoneal paclitaxel. The end points for the study are 3-year overall survival, 3-year disease-free survival, pathological response rate, incidence of postoperative complications and adverse events. Stomach cancer with metastases in the para-aortic lymph nodes is usually considered inoperable. Chemotherapy combined with resection of the stomach and more extensive lymph node dissection may prolong the life of these patients. In this multicenter study, 29 stomach cancer patients with para-aortic lymph node metastases will receive preoperative treatment with nab-paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, S-1 and sintilimab, followed by resection of the stomach combined with para-aortic lymph node dissection and use of continued oral, intravenous and intraperitoneal chemotherapy. The study's end points are 3-year overall survival, 3-year disease-free survival, pathological response rate, incidence of postoperative complications and adverse events.
