The storage stability and mechanical durability are two key parameters for the application of flexible organic solar cells (OSCs), which are considered a promising power source for wearable electronics. However, most of the high-efficiency flexible OSCs are fabricated based on the poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene–sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) hole transport layer, which hinders the long-term operation, especially under cyclic bending or stretching. Herein, we develop an ultrathin flexible OSC (with a total thickness of less than 1.5 μm) based on the bilayer hole transport layer, incorporating a MoO3 interlayer between PEDOT:PSS and ITO, which can simultaneously improve the efficiency, storage stability and mechanical stability of ultrathin flexible OSCs. The ultrathin OSC based on the bilayer HTL achieves a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 17.0% and a power-per-weight ratio of 39.3 W g−1, compared to single-layer HTL devices with a PCE of 16.4%. To the best of our knowledge, this is one of the highest efficiencies among all ITO-based ultrathin OSCs. Furthermore, the best-performing ultrathin OSCs show PCE retentions of 89.1% and 84.4% after 1000 cycles of bending (with a bending radius of 1 mm) and 1000 cycles of compression–stretching tests, respectively. Ultrathin flexible organic solar cells (OSCs) have garnered widespread attention in wearable electronic devices for their lightweight and excellent conformability. Silver nanowires (AgNWs) are one of the most widely used bottom electrodes because of their high conductivity and transmittance. However, the high roughness of AgNWs on the flexible substrate exerts adverse effects on device performance. To address this critical issue, a bilayer electron‐transport‐materials (ETMs) strategy consisting of an indium‐doped zinc oxide (IZO) and a pristine ZnO is developed. The IZO is utilized as the first layer of ETM, which can effectively fill voids in AgNWs to form a high‐conductive composite electrode. The ZnO is used as the second layer of ETM, facilitating charge extraction. The ultrathin flexible OSCs prepared based on the gradient bilayer ETMs can achieve a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.1%, associated with improved mechanical stability, showing a PCE retention of 93% after 10 000 bending cycles (R = 1 mm) and 82% under 1000 compression (30%)‐release cycling test. To the best of knowledge, it's one of the highest efficiency for ultrathin (less than 10 μm) flexible OSCs based on the solution‐processed electrodes. To explore the potential use of CDK inhibitors in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) therapy, a series of novel 2-((4-sulfamoylphenyl)amino)-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives was designed, synthesised, and investigated for inhibition on both CDK kinase activity and cellular proliferation of pancreatic cancer. Most of new sulphonamide-containing derivatives demonstrated strong inhibitory activity on CDK9 and obvious anti-proliferative activity in cell culture. Moreover, two new compounds suppressed cell proliferation of multiple human pancreatic cancer cell lines. The most potent compound 2g inhibited cancer cell proliferation by blocking Rb phosphorylation and induced apoptosis via downregulation of CDK9 downstream proteins Mcl-1 and c-Myc in MIA PaCa-2 cells. CDK9 knockdown experiment suggests its anti-proliferative activity is mainly mediated by CDK9. Additionally, 2g displayed moderate tumour inhibition effect in AsPC-1 derived xenograft mice model. Altogether, this study provided a new start for further optimisation to develop potential CDK inhibitor candidates for PDAC treatment by alone or combination use. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Assuming that the ground anchor is connected with the rock–soil of the sidewall by a tangential linear spring, the load transfer model of the fully grouted ground anchor is established by using the spring element method, and the analytical solutions of the displacement, axial force, and shear stress distribution of the ground anchor in the upper and lower parallel strata foundation and sandwich foundation are given, respectively. Corresponding to the above two kinds of alternating strata, the mechanical behavior of the vertical fully grouted ground anchor in the soft–hard alternating stratum is analyzed using the four conditions in Case 1 and the six conditions in Case 2, respectively. Through the case analysis, it can be concluded that the mechanical behavior of the round anchor is greatly affected by the shear modulus of the shallow stratum, and is less affected by the shear modulus of the deep stratum. The depth of the stratum interface and the thickness of the interlayer have some influence on the mechanical behavior of the whole ground anchor but have little influence on the displacement and axial force distribution of the ground anchor.
