Objective: To further explore the unknown chemical composition and aimed to develop a reliable strategy for characterizing compounds in Rhodobryum roseum (R. roseum). Methods: This study employed an efficient, high-sensitivity, and high-resolution analysis method. The method utilized UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS, along with trace data acquisition mode (parallel reaction monitoring scanning, PRM), and multiple data processing methods. Results: A total of 77 chemical substances were identified in R. roseum, including 16 amino acids, 33 organic acids including 6 aromatic acids, 8 phenolics compounds, 2 flavonoid glycosides, 4 flavonoids and 14 other compounds including 4 fatty alcohols by comparing with reference substances, secondary characteristic ion fragments, public databases, and literature. Among these, 74 compounds were found in this plant for the first time. Conclusion: This result significantly expands the knowledge of the chemical constituents of R. roseum and contributes to the understanding of its active constituents for quality control. Multiphysics coupling simulations are of great importance and challenge in engineering and industrial applications. A new efficient full‐wave energy‐conservative projection method between two heterogeneous meshes is proposed in this article, for the analysis of electromagnetic‐thermal‐stress coupling in the printed circuit boards (PCBs) and antenna arrays. The projected variables are directly chosen as the electric fields instead of conventional thermal sources, and a scalable domain decomposition method is used to solve the projection problems. In addition, a bounding‐box algorithm and the spatial K‐dimensional Tree searching algorithm are developed for physical quantity projection between the two heterogeneous meshes. A series of numerical analysis of the electromagnetic‐thermal‐stress coupling process are conducted. In particular, a realistic PCB example is presented, where 144 CPU cores are used and two heterogeneous meshes of over 20 million grids are constructed. A realistic antenna array with 10 000 units is also presented, where 1200 CPU cores are used and two heterogeneous meshes of over 100 million grids are constructed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The skeletonization‐based direct solver is extended to the method of moments (MoM) solution of 3‐D volume integral equations (VIEs) for dynamic electromagnetic wave problems. The direct solver approximates the impedance matrix by the hierarchical data sparse representation through skeletonization and then obtains the inverse matrix implicitly. Improvement is made in the proxy strategy to accelerate the skeletonization. Detailed studies are presented on the behavior of the direct solver with respect to target shape, mesh density, and permittivity. It is revealed that the fast direct solver is promising for nano applications, especially for the cases where large and high‐contrast objects are involved, because iterative solvers always fail in reaching convergence due to the associated ill‐conditioned impedance matrix.
