Corrosion inhibitors are widely used because they have the characteristics of trace and high efficiency， can prevent metal corrosion，while maintaining the physical and mechanical properties of the metal unchanged， and easy to use.Traditional metal corrosion inhibitors have poor biodegradability， toxicity and are easy to cause environmental pollution.Based on the concepts of environmental protection， sustainable development and green chemistry， the use of traditional metal corrosion inhibitors has been severely restricted， and the research on corrosion inhibitors is gradually shifting to environmentally friendly substances.In this paper， green environmental protection corrosion inhibitors were divided into single system corrosion inhibitors and compound system corrosion inhibitors， and the research progress in recent years were reviewed.Furthermore， the advantages and disadvantages of various types of corrosion inhibitors were classified and summarized， and the current status and research direction of environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors were prospected.

For further enhancing the hot corrosion resistance of the NiCrAlY coating, the NiCrAlY/NiAl/Al coating(coating A) and the NiCrAlY/Pt/NiAl/Al coating(coating B) were deposited on the surface of DZ125 alloy by arc ion plating technology, and then the gradient coating structure with gradually changing composition was formed by vacuum diffusion annealing. The modified element Pt was introduced into the coating to enhance the hot corrosion resistance of the coating, and the hot corrosion behavior of two coating systems in different mixed salts at 900 ℃ was studied. Additionally, the microstructure, phase composition and element distribution of the coating after hot corrosion were analyzed by SEM, EDS, XRD and EPMA. Results showed in a mixed salt of K2SO4 + Na2SO4 at 900 ℃, the extensive spalling of the oxide film occurred on the surface of coating A. Pt in coating B inhibited the segregation of S at the coating/oxide film interface, and enhanced the adhesion of the oxide film. In the mixed salt of NaCl + Na2SO4 at 900 ℃, the Cr element and O element of coating A underwent outward diffusion and inward diffusion, respectively. The outward diffusion of Cr was easy to react with S to form a harmful phase CrxSy. In contrast, the Pt in coating B inhibited the outward diffusion and inward diffusion of Cr and O elements. Overall, the addition of Pt layer between NiCrAlY and NiAl layers significantly enhanced the hot corrosion resistance of the NiCrAlY coating in mixed salts.

This study aims to investigate the influence of topical estrogen management in postmenopausal patients who had undergone CO2 laser ablation for vaginal squamous intraepithelial lesions (SILs). The clinical data of 211 postmenopausal women with vaginal SILs were reviewed. Patients were divided into two groups by 2-month different management: Group 1 (intervention group): patients were treated with estrogen cream 0.5 g every other day and Group 2 (control group): no topical agent was used for the treatment of patients. In low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSILs), the response rates for patients in the intervention group and the control group were 49.1% (27/55) and 54.2% (16/48), respectively; human papillomavirus (HPV) status turned negative in 12 (12/38, 31.6%) patients of the intervention group and in 15 (15/35, 42.9%) patients of the control group. In high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs), the response rates for patients in the intervention group and the control group were 72.4% (42/58) and 78.0% (39/50), respectively, nearly 1.5 times higher than those of the LSIL patients; 22 (22/54, 40.7%) patients of the intervention groups and 12 (12/46, 26.1%) patients of the control group cleared the HPV infection. In postmenopausal patients, local use of estrogen cream improves the recognition of lesions and is conducive to precision medicine.

Incretin-potentiated glucose-stimulated insulin secretion (GSIS) is critical to maintaining euglycemia, of which GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R) on β-cells plays an indispensable role. Recently, α-cell-derived glucagon but not intestine-derived GLP-1 has been proposed as the critical hormone that potentiates GSIS via GLP-1R. However, the function of glucagon receptors (GCGR) on β-cells remains elusive. Here, using GCGR or GLP-1R antagonists, in combination with glucagon, to treat single β-cells, α-β cell clusters and isolated islets, we found that glucagon potentiates insulin secretion via β-cell GCGR at physiological but not high concentrations of glucose. Furthermore, we transfected primary mouse β-cells with RAB-ICUE (a genetically encoded cAMP fluorescence indicator) to monitor cAMP level after glucose stimulation and GCGR activation. Using specific inhibitors of different adenylyl cyclase (AC) family members, we revealed that high glucose concentration or GCGR activation independently evoked cAMP elevation via AC5 in β-cells, thus high glucose stimulation bypassed GCGR in promoting insulin secretion. Additionally, we generated β-cell-specific GCGR knockout mice which glucose intolerance was more severe when fed a high-fat diet (HFD). We further found that β-cell GCGR activation promoted GSIS more than GLP-1R in HFD, indicating the critical role of GCGR in maintaining glucose homeostasis during nutrient overload.

This study investigates the comparability of three parallel translation tasks selected from a College English Test Band-6 (CET-6) and explores the major linguistic features contributing to translation difficulty. Data obtained from the participants' subjective rating, eye-tracking, and performance evaluation were triangulated to measure the comparability of difficulty levels of parallel translation tasks. Data of word translation entropy, translation errors, and participants' retrospective reports were correlated to examine the difficulty triggers. The results show that: (i) the text comparability was evidenced by eye-tracking indicators and performance measurements, but not supported by subjective ratings; (ii) the domain content words (DCWs) were reported by the participants as the major cause of translation difficulties and the unequal number of DCWs among the three tasks led to inconsistent ratings for the task difficulty. Our findings suggest that test-takers' subjective perception and their cognitive skills deserve serious consideration by test designers, as these two factors can better demonstrate difficulty levels among parallel tasks. Our study postulates a new direction to establish a relationship between task characteristics and test validity, and provides suggestions for the CET-6 committee and other examination boards with practical methods to be able to compare the difficulty levels of parallel translation tasks.

Quantitative information on long-term net anthropogenic phosphorus inputs (NAPI) and its relationship with riverine phosphorus (P) export are critical for developing sustainable and efficient watershed P management strategies. This is the first study to address long-term (1980-2015) NAPI and riverine P flux dynamics for the Yangtze River basin (YRB), the largest watershed in China. Over the 36-year study period, estimated NAPI to the YRB progressively increased by ∼1.4 times, with NAPIA (chemical fertilizer input + atmospheric deposition + seed input) and NAPIB (net food/feed imports + non-food input) contributing 65% and 35%, respectively. Higher population, livestock density and agricultural land area were the main drivers of increasing NAPI. Riverine total phosphorus (TP), particulate phosphorus (PP) and suspended sediment (SS) export at Datong hydrological station (downstream station) decreased by 52%, 75% and 75% during 1980-2015, respectively. In contrast, dissolved phosphorus (DP) showed an increase in both concentration (∼7-fold) and its contribution to TP flux (∼16-fold). Different trends in riverine P forms were mainly due to increasing dam/reservoir construction and changes in vegetation/land use and NAPI components. Multiple regression models incorporating NAPIA, NAPIB, dam/reservoir storage capacity and water discharge explained 84% and 92% of the temporal variability in riverine DP and PP fluxes, respectively. Riverine TP flux estimated as the sum of DP and PP fluxes showed high agreement with measured values (R2 = 0.87, NSE = 0.84), indicating strong efficacy for the developed models. The model forecasted an increase of 50% and 7% and a decrease of 15% and 22% in riverine DP flux from 2015 to 2045 under developing, dam building, NAPIA and NAPIB reduction scenarios, respectively. This study highlights the importance of including enhanced P transformation from particulate to bioavailable forms due to river regulation and changes in land-use, input sources and legacy P pools in development of P pollution control strategies.
