The lithographically tunable and small size features of Lamb wave resonators (LWRs) take a bright future for their use in high frequency narrow band filters. Resonant frequency drift due to temperature variation has a large impact on the narrower passband and a temperature coefficient of frequency (TCF) closer to 0 can broaden the stable temperature range of the resonator. This paper proposes a method of etching grooves in the area of the piezoelectric layer not covered by the Interdigital transducer (IDT) electrodes to improve the temperature stability of the Lamb resonator. Through the finite element method and theoretical analysis, the phase velocity, group velocity, and TCF dispersion curve of different modes of the resonator with groove structure were determined. The reason for the change of TCF under different normalized thicknesses of AlN was explained through the conversion of the LWR from a contour mode resonator (CMR) to a Cross-Sectional Lamé Mode Resonator. Simulation and test have shown that etching grooves have the effect of reducing TCF by adjusting the electromechanical coupling coefficient. The test shows that 205 nm-depth grooves can lower the TCF of the S0 mode IDT-Open LWR from −13.3 to −5.1 ppm/°C and S1 mode from −36.8 to −9.0 ppm/°C, respectively. The TCF of S0 and S1 mode LWRs decreased by 61.7% and 75.5%, respectively, after 205 nm groove etching. Histone modifications are canonical epigenetic modifications mediating plant growth and development. Specially, histone modifications play important regulatory roles in plant fruit ripening, directly affecting fruit color changes, soluble sugar accumulation, and fruit softening. In this review, we focus on the effects of histone acetylation and methylation during fruit ripening. In particular, histone acetylation at H3 and H4 accelerates fruit ripening, whereas removal of histone acetylation via histone deacetylases (HDACs) inhibits or delays ripening by regulating the expression of carotenoid and anthocyanin production, glycometabolism, cell wall degradation, ethylene synthesis and signalling, and cell expansin‐related genes. In addition, histone methylation is also involved in fruit ripening, in which the emergence of H3K27me3 modifications represses fruit ripening and H3K4me3 modifications promote fruit ripening by affecting multiple ripening‐related pathways. However, the relationship between other histone modifications and fruit ripening is currently unclear. Here, we point out that accurate and comprehensive studies concerning the regulatory mechanism of histone modifications in fruit ripening are needed to facilitate the design of high‐quality and high‐yield fruit. The first asymmetric mode (A1 mode) lamb wave resonator (LWR) with a resonant frequency of 6 GHz based on Z-cut lithium niobate (LN) films is presented. An asymmetric electrode structure with different-sized electrode pads in the center and edged regions has been proposed, which can be used to optimize the distribution of the electric field and decrease acoustic impedance mismatch to improve the target mode. Experiment results reveal that LWRs with an asymmetric electrode structure can successfully enhance the A1 mode, achieving a high effective electromechanical coefficient ( k eff 2 ) of 26%, a quality factor (Q) of 1123, and an excellent figure-of-merit (FOM = k eff 2 ∙ Q) of 262. It demonstrates that asymmetric electrode structure provides a new way to suppress the spurious modes for LWRs and shows a great application prospect in wide-bandwidth and low-loss filters used in the sub-6 G frequency range. The limited exciton diffusion length (LD) of organic semiconductors constraints exciton dissociation in pseudo-planar heterojunction (PPHJ) organic solar cells (OSCs), which is deemed the bottleneck hampering the further improvement in their power conversion efficiencies (PCEs). Herein, a solid-additive strategy was proposed to efficiently prolong the LD in PPHJ OSCs by developing a volatile solid additive, SA-5F, and blending it in non-fullerene acceptors. The addition of SA-5F endowed a Y6+ film with improved crystallinity and more compact molecular stacking, resulting in a higher photoluminescence quantum yield, larger overlap between its absorption and emission spectra, and shorter intermolecular distance compared with a pristine Y6 film. Thus, the Y6+ film achieved a higher exciton diffusion coefficient of 1.36 × 10−3 cm2 s−1 and, thus, ∼24% improvement in the LD to 10.27 nm. The prolonged LD enabled D18/Y6+-based PPHJ devices to realize more efficient exciton dissociation and weaker charge recombination compared with their D18/Y6 counterparts. Therefore, D18/Y6+-based PPHJ OSCs afforded an impressive PCE of 19.11%, which is among the highest values reported to date. Moreover, this strategy exhibits excellent universality in improving the photovoltaic performance of different systems. Thus, it was demonstrated that introducing a solid additive is an efficient and universal strategy to prolong the LD in PPHJ OSCs and consequently boost their PCEs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Rotary kiln is a large-scale instrument for industrial firing of cement. Due to its thermal insulation characteristics, this article studies the application of rotary kiln in supply chain logistics transportation. The main research focus of this paper is the thermal simulation model of rotary kiln and intelligent supply chain logistics transportation monitoring management. This paper analyzes the rotary kiln and its parameters and then designs a thermal simulation model of the rotary kiln. Then this article also combines the relationship between logistics and supply chain, studies the characteristics of supply chain, summarizes and designs a new type of smart supply chain logistics transportation method, and then applies the rotary kiln thermal simulation model to this new type of transportation method. In order to optimize its transportation efficiency and thermal insulation degree, this paper designs the supply chain optimization experiment and the rotary kiln simulation thermal numerical optimization experiment. This article also carries out the overall efficiency analysis of logistics based on DEA and analyzes the results of the experiment and applies it to the intelligent supply chain logistics transportation method of the thermal simulation model of the rotary kiln and compares this new type of transportation method with the traditional transportation method. The experimental results show that the intelligent supply chain transportation method based on the thermal simulation model of the rotary kiln improves the insulation effect by 5%-9% compared with the traditional transportation method. Comprehensive Summary: Organic solar cells (OSCs) present a promising renewable energy technology due to their cost‐effectiveness, adaptability, and lightweight nature. The advent of non‐fullerene acceptors has further boosted their significance, allowing for power conversion efficiencies surpassing 19% even with an active layer thickness of about 100 nm. However, in order to achieve large scale production, it is necessary to fabricate OSCs with thicker active layers exceeding 300 nm that are compatible with large‐area printing techniques. Nevertheless, OSCs with thick active layers have inferior performance compared to those with thin active layers. To expedite the transition of OSCs from laboratory to industrial high‐throughput manufacturing, considerable efforts have been made to comprehend the performance limitations of thick active‐layer OSCs, develop novel photoactive materials that are high‐performance and tolerant towards the thickness of the active layer, and optimize the morphology of the photoactive layer and device structure. This review aims to provide a comprehensive summary of the mechanisms that lead to efficiency loss in thick active‐layer OSCs, the representative works on molecular design, and the optimization strategies for high‐performance thick active‐layer OSCs, and the remaining challenges that must be addressed.
