Integrated geochemical, U-Pb zircon, and Pb isotopic data from granitoids of the Wulandele porphyry molybdenum deposit, northeastern Inner Mongolia, are reported to disclose the possible magmatic process and Mo ore-forming process. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating constrains the timing of the quartz diorite and monzonitic granite to 282 ± 2.4 Ma and 135.4 ± 2.1 Ma, respectively. The ages are accordant with geological facts which state that the shallow Permian granitoids are only the ore-hosting rock while the concealed Cretaceous fine-grained granite is the causative intrusion. Whole-rock geochemical data show that the granitoids belong to the high-K calc-alkaline series, and are enriched in LILEs, but depleted in HSFEs. Permian granitoids exhibit I-type characteristics, while Cretaceous granite is akin to A-type granite. Pb isotopic ratios are consistent between Permian granitoids and Cretaceous granite with ratios of 206Pb/204Pb = 18.048–18.892, 207Pb/204Pb = 15.488–15.571, and 208Pb/204Pb = 37.066–38.441. Considering geological and geochemical features together, Permian granitoids are interpreted as subduction-related continental margin high-K calc-alkaline rocks, while Cretaceous granite may be the result of the remelting of the relic Permian arc in an extensional environment induced by the rollback of the Paleo-Pacific plate. Different from classical porphyry-type deposits, the Wulandele Mo deposit, which formed in an intraplate tectonic setting, indicates that the intraplate porphyry Mo deposit should be one of the important exploration targets in the Central Asian Orogenic Belt, especially its eastern segment. Lysosomes have fundamental physiological roles and have previously been implicated in Parkinson's disease.sup.1-5. However, how extracellular growth factors communicate with intracellular organelles to control lysosomal function is not well understood. Here we report a lysosomal K.sup.+ channel complex that is activated by growth factors and gated by protein kinase B (AKT) that we term lysoK.sub.GF. LysoK.sub.GF consists of a pore-forming protein TMEM175 and AKT: TMEM175 is opened by conformational changes in, but not the catalytic activity of, AKT. The minor allele at rs34311866, a common variant in TMEM175, is associated with an increased risk of developing Parkinson's disease and reduces channel currents. Reduction in lysoK.sub.GF function predisposes neurons to stress-induced damage and accelerates the accumulation of pathological [alpha]-synuclein. By contrast, the minor allele at rs3488217--another common variant of TMEM175, which is associated with a decreased risk of developing Parkinson's disease--produces a gain-of-function in lysoK.sub.GF during cell starvation, and enables neuronal resistance to damage. Deficiency in TMEM175 leads to a loss of dopaminergic neurons and impairment in motor function in mice, and a TMEM175 loss-of-function variant is nominally associated with accelerated rates of cognitive and motor decline in humans with Parkinson's disease. Together, our studies uncover a pathway by which extracellular growth factors regulate intracellular organelle function, and establish a targetable mechanism by which common variants of TMEM175 confer risk for Parkinson's disease. Summary In this article, the asymptotic synchronization of a class of fuzzy inertial neural networks (FINNs) with time‐varying delays is investigated. First, the direct analysis approach is applied to replace the accustomed variable transformation and the reduced‐order method for addressing the inertial term. Second, a suitable Lyapunov function and control scheme are devised to obtain several new sufficient conditions to guarantee the asymptotic synchronization of the class of FINNs with time‐varying delays. It turns out that the obtained criteria are simpler and more effective. Meanwhile, some numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategies and verify the theoretical results. Charge transfer (CT) could endow organic luminescent materials with many outstanding properties, particularly triplet harvesting for room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP), which has attracted extensive attention from scientists in recent years. Among them, through-space charge transfer (TSCT) was extensively investigated as a hot topic. However, detecting the existence of TSCT and adjusting it through rational methods are still huge challenges. Herein, we demonstrate a new strategy combining donor (PtzO) and accepter (BP) by a non-conjugated alkyl chain to obtain compound PtzO–3C–BP, successfully realizing TSCT-based RTP in the crystal state. In return, the RTP effect could act as a direct signal to indicate the strength of TSCT. Furthermore, compounds PtzO–nC–BP (n = 4–6) with changed alkyl chains are synthesized, to explore the semi-quantitative relation between TSCT-based phosphorescence performance and donor–accepter distance in the crystal state for a deeper understanding of TSCT.
