Abstract In the realm of modern materials science, horizontally aligned carbon nanotube arrays stand as promising materials for the development of next-generation integrated circuits. However, their large-scale integration has been impeded by the constraints of current fabrication techniques, which struggle to achieve the necessary uniformity, density, and size control of carbon nanotube arrays. Overcoming this challenge necessitates a significant shift in fabrication approaches. Herein, we present a nano-seeding method that revolutionized the preparation of catalyst nanoparticles, crucial for carbon-nanotube-array synthesis. Our approach, underpinned by ion implantation and substrate processing, allows for precise control over catalyst formation. Further development of a vertical spraying chemical vapor deposition system homogenizes the gas flow and ensures the uniform growth of carbon nanotube arrays. This nano-seeding method culminates in the direct growth of one-inch carbon-nanotube-array wafers with the highest density of 140 tubes μm−1. The high density and uniformity of the as-prepared carbon-nanotube-array wafers are validated through an advanced high-throughput characterization technique. The electrical properties of high on-state current, high on/off ratio and low subthreshold swing are demonstrated in field-effect transistors based on the arrays. This study propels the scalability of carbon-nanotube-array fabrication for future carbon-based electronics.

Abstract Background Major abdominal surgery is a kind of high-risk surgery type for postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) among non-cardiac surgeries. Despite dexmedetomidine exerts significant renal protective effects in cardiac surgeries and animal studies, whether it is associated with a lower incidence of AKI in major abdominal surgeries remains unclear. Methods From January 2019 to July 2021, patients undergoing elective major abdominal surgery in West China Hospital were enrolled. Participants were divided into two groups based on exposure to continuous intravenous dexmedetomidine: the Dex group (exposed) and the Control group (not exposed). The primary outcome was the incidence of AKI in the postoperative 7 days. Secondary outcomes included intraopertive average urine output, renal function on the first day after surgery, incidence of postoperative dialysis, postoperative intensive care unit (ICU) admission, in-hospital mortality, length of hospital stay, incidence of intraoperative hypotension and bradycardia, and intraoperative use of inotropes and vasopressors. Propensity score matching (PSM), based on participants’ baseline and intraoperative characteristics, was performed to minimize potential bias. Furthermore, a subgroup analysis was conducted based on the infusion rate and the use of a loading dose to explore the effects of different methods of dexmedetomidine administration on AKI. The subgroups included: loading dose, non-loading dose, low-infusion rate (infusion rate ≤ 0.4 µg/kg/h), and high-infusion rate (infusion rate > 0.4 µg/kg/h). Results After PSM with a ratio of 1:1, a total of 8836 patients were successfully matched. Dexmedetomidine administration had no association with the incidence of postoperative AKI, serum creatinine (Scr) level on the first postoperative day, incidence of postoperative dialysis, postoperative ICU admission, in-hospital mortality, length of hospital stay, intraoperative hypotension, or the use of inotropes and vasopressors, but had association with increased intraoperative average urine output (122.95 (76.80, 189.27) vs. 104.65 (67.04, 161.07) ml/h, P

As the number of Internet of things (IoT) devices increases, traditional centralized access control solutions are inadequate for the current large-scale IoT environment. Existing distributed access control schemes suffer from high monetary costs and low throughput in processing access requests. To address these issues, a blockchain smart contract combined with ciphertext policy attribute based encryption (CP-ABE) was proposed to implement access control for IoT resources. Using Hyperledger Fabric as the underlying network, attribute-based encryption was applied to functional tokens, and token ciphertexts were stored using the interplanetary file system (IPFS). Through smart contracts, token retrieval addresses were publicly exposed to achieve 1-to-N authorization. Furthermore, contracts were designed to be deployed on the blockchain for decentralized permission evaluation of token requests, maintaining the allowed operations for subjects on specific resource objects, realizing more fine-grained attribute-based access control. Simulation experiments and performance analysis demonstrate that compared to existing solutions, this approach enables data owners to securely authorize access for a large number of requesting subjects in a shorter time frame. Stress tests show that the chaincode performs well.

AIM:To establish a model of meibomian gland dysfunction in rats induced by eyeliner tattoo and investigate its potential mechanisms.METHODS:A total of 40 SD rats were selected, with 30 randomly chosen to have eyeliner tattoo applied their right eyes and designated as the eyeliner group. The remaining 10 rats were not given any treatment and served as the normal group. The corneal morphology of both groups was observed using a slit lamp at 1, 2, and 4 wk after establishment, and the tear film break-up time(BUT), Schirmer I test(SIt), corneal fluorescein staining score, and corneal irregularity score were calculated. The corneal Placido rings were examined using an ocular surface analyzer, and the corneal tissue structures of both groups were observed under a confocal microscope. After 4 wk and completion of clinical indicator recording, the eyeballs and upper and lower eyelid tissues were taken for pathological examination. The meibomian gland structures were observed through HE staining, the conjunctival goblet cells were observed using PAS staining, and the lipid droplets were observed with ORO staining.RESULTS:The slit lamp examination results showed that the eyeliner group rats exhibited in situ black pigmentation in the eyelids, with no eyelid deformation or scarring. The corneal epithelium was rough, with positive fluorescein staining, presenting as spotty staining that worsened over time. Compared with the normal group, the BUT was significantly shortened, tear secretion volume was significantly decreased, and the corneal fluorescein staining score and corneal irregularity score were significantly increased at 1, 2, and 4 wk after modeling in the eyeliner group(all P

CcbHLH107 was cloned from early ripening mandarin fruits grown in Chongqing, and its biological information and transcription factor characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that CcbHLH107 had high homology with Arabidopsis thaliana AtbHLH107, and its promoter region contained various types of response elements such as light-responsive, abscisic acid-responsive and growth hormone-responsive elements. CcbHLH107 was localized in the nucleus and had transcriptional activation activity. One week after heterologous transient overexpression of CcbHLH107 in tobacco leaves, the leaves were significantly yellowed, and the contents of chlorophyll and its metabolite in the leaves were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). At three days after transient overexpression in early maturing mandarin fruits, obvious color changes in the peel were observed, and the expression level of CcbHLH107 in the peel was significantly increased. Compared with the control group, the contents of chlorophyll and its metabolites in the peel decreased faster in the CcbHLH107 overexpression group, and the contents of different carotenoids changed, among which the accumulation of lutein, cryptoxanthin and zeaxanthin was promoted. In addition, the expression of the chlorophyll degradation-related genes CcNYC1, CcChlase1, CcRCCR, and CcPAO and of the carotenoid regulation-related genes CcPSY2, CcBCH2, CcZEP, CcNCED5, CcCCS, and CcCCD4 was significantly up-regulated (P < 0.05). In conclusion, CcbHLH107 accelerates the yellowing of mandarin fruits by promoting the degradation of chlorophyll and altering the contents of different carotenoids and their ratios.

Pelvic exenteration is often required for primary rectal cancer beyond total mesorectal excision (PRC-bTME) and locally recurrent rectal cancer (LRRC). Some patients with radical resection can achieve long-term survival, but they need to face risks, such as huge surgical trauma, serious perioperative complications, permanent loss of organ function and decline in quality of life. Preoperative evaluation of PRC-bTME and LRRC should emphasize multidisciplinary collaboration and develop individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies. The principles of function preservation and risk-benefit balance in surgery oncology should be followed, and R0 resection should be emphasized. Perioperative complications, surgical trauma and organ function loss should be minimized to achieve the best quality control and balance point. This consensus was formulated by the Colorectal Cancer Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the Gastrointestinal Surgery Committee of China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care. The draft was formed based on the summary of domestic and foreign research progress and expert experience. After discussion, review and modification by experts, an anonymous voting was conducted for each major opinion, and in-depth verification was carried out according to the principles of evidence-based medicine. Finally, the Chinese expert consensus on the pelvic exenteration with primary rectal cancer beyond total mesorectal excision planes and locally recurrent rectal cancer (2023 edition) was formed. This consensus mainly summarizes the indications and contraindications of pelvic exenteration (PE) for PRC-bTME and LRRC, preoperative diagnosis and evaluation, perioperative treatment, as well as the resection scope, surgical methods, reconstruction of related organs, safety and complications of PE, postoperative follow-up and other issues, in order to provide guidance for PE in patients with PRC-bTME and LRRC.

IntroductionPulmonary fibrosis (PF) encompasses a spectrum of lung conditions characterized by the abnormal accumulation of scar tissue in the lungs, leading to impaired respiratory function. Various conditions can result in severe PF, among which viral infections have emerged as significant triggers. In addition to viral infections, exposure to toxic substances such as paraquat represents another significant risk factor for PF. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the dissimilarities and similarities between PF triggered by viral infections and chemical toxicants, using the mechanism of PF in IPF as a reference.MethodsData-independent acquisition proteomics technology was employed to identify COVID-19 and paraquat-induced PF from the autopsy of lung tissue samples obtained from individuals who died due to PF. Bioinformatics was employed for differential protein analysis, and selected indicators were validated on pathological sections.ResultsOur results showed that the differential proteins associated with the two causes of PF were enriched in similar lung fibrosis-related signaling pathways, such as the Wnt signaling pathway. However, differences were observed in proteins such as CACYBP, we verified the consistency of the results with proteomics using the IHC approachConclusionThis study illuminates distinct protein-level differences by investigating pulmonary fibrosis pathways in severe COVID-19 and paraquat poisoning. Although both conditions activate lung-protective and repair pathways, COVID-19 shows limited phosphorylation-independent ubiquitination of β-catenin compared to paraquat toxicity. These findings shed light on potential therapeutic targets for PF induced via diverse factors.

Abstract The lattice geometry of natural materials and the structural geometry of artificial materials are crucial factors determining their physical properties. Most materials have predetermined geometries that lead to fixed physical characteristics. Here, the demonstration of a carbon nanotube network serves as an example of a system with controllable orientation achieving on‐demand optical properties. Such a network allows programming their optical response depending on the orientation of the constituent carbon nanotubes and leads to the switching of its dielectric tensor from isotropic to anisotropic. Furthermore, it also allows for the achievement of wavelength‐dispersion for their principal optical axes – a recently discovered phenomenon in van der Waals triclinic crystals. The results originate from two unique carbon nanotubes features: uniaxial anisotropy from the well‐defined cylindrical geometry and the intersection interaction among individual carbon nanotubes. The findings demonstrate that shaping the relative orientations of carbon nanotubes or other quasi‐one‐dimensional materials of cylindrical symmetry within a network paves the way to a universal method for the creation of systems with desired optical properties.

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors for early relapse after curative resection of Siewert type Ⅱ/Ⅲ adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (AEG) and construct a visual predictive model.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinicopathological data of patients diagnosed with Siewert type Ⅱ/Ⅲ AEG who underwent curative resection at the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2016 to March 2021. The samples were randomly divided into a training group and a validation group in a 7∶3 ratio. The LASSO-Logistic regression method was used to select variables predictive of early recurrence of Siewert type Ⅱ/Ⅲ AEG and construct a predictive model for early recurrence. The model was validated through 1000 bootstrap resampling. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were drawn, and area under the curve (AUC), calibration curves, and decision curve analysis (DCA) were used to evaluate the model's stability.ResultsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study, a total of 320 Siewert type Ⅱ/Ⅲ AEG patients were included, with 122 experiencing recurrence within two years. LASSO-Logistic regression analysis revealed AJCC staging, degree of differentiation, CA199, CEA, NLR, and tumor maximum diameter as independent predictive factors for early recurrence of Siewert type Ⅱ/Ⅲ AEG. A predictive model was constructed with these factors and depicted as a nomogram. For the training group, the AUC of the ROC curve was 0.836(95% CI: 0.785-0.887), with a sensitivity of 81.4% and a specificity of 85.6%;for the validation group, the AUC was 0.812(95% CI: 0.711-0.912), with a sensitivity of 80.6% and a specificity of 87.7%. Calibration curves for both the training and validation groups displayed curves close to the reference line, indicating high model stability. The DCA curve showed that the model provided a good net benefit with threshold probabilities between 0.05 and 0.75.ConclusionsA multivariate model developed using LASSO-Logistic regression could predict early relapse in patients with Siewert type Ⅱ/Ⅲ AEG, which may be instrumental in assessing patient prognoses and in guiding postoperative surveillance and management for patients with Siewert type Ⅱ/Ⅲ AEG.

[Objective] Insufficient dissolution or shearing of drag reducing agents(DRAs) in product oil during pipeline transmission can have a significant impact on the oil's quality and may even result in quality accidents. [Methods] This study initially established characteristic physical and chemical indexes, including appearance, kinematic viscosity, distillation range, and unwashed gum, for the determination of DRA-containing product oil. Subsequently, a comparison was made against normal values to detect any abnormalities, enabling preliminary judgments on the impact of DRAs on product oil. Furthermore, a method leveraging concentration-infrared spectroscopy was developed for extracting macromolecular components from gasoline, and an analytical means was established to determine the presence of long-chain alkanes in gasoline. Additionally, gel chromatography was employed to determine the molecular weight of macromolecular components in gasoline, offering a qualitative and quantitative approach to identify insufficiently sheared DRAs. [Results] The appearance-kinetic viscosity method was established as a preliminary visual evaluation technique after conducting an analysis on the dissolving process of DRAs in product oil. The distillation range/unwashed gum method was identified as suitable for routine quality control, following an investigation into the influence of DRAs on the quality indexes of product oil during pipeline transmission. Moreover, the established concentration-infrared spectroscopy method proved effective in determining the presence or absence of long-chain alkanes through characteristic peak analysis. Furthermore, the gel permeation chromatography(GPC) method was established. It offered qualitative and quantitative analysis on the macromolecules in product oil, facilitating direct judgments on the shear rate of macromolecule chains. [Conclusion] This study presents a comprehensive set of appraisal methods, enabling accurate detection of the impact of DRAs on the quality of product oil during pipeline transmission. The findings of this study offer a feasible solution for preventing quality accidents in product oil during pipeline transmission,thus enhancing the overall quality assurance of product oil transported through pipelines.

In recent years， food poisoning caused by Listeria monocytogenes contamination in meat products at home and abroad has occurred frequently. Diseases caused by Listeria monocytogenes contamination have become a hidden danger to people’s health. As a traditional country in the production and consumption of meat products， China should be vigilant. Meat product manufacturers need to develop monitoring programs to prevent Listeria monocytogenes contamination and control potential risks. Based on the microbial characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes， the possible ways of contamination by Listeria monocytogenes in the production process of meat products are analyzed， and the monitoring and disinfection plan of Listeria monocytogenes in the production process of meat products is put forward， which provides direction and help for the risk control measures of meat product manufacturers.

ObjectiveTo provide technical support for the molecular surveillance of pathogenic bacteria strains carrying mobile colistin resistance-1 （mcr⁃1） gene isolate from inlet of wastewater treatment plants （WWTP）.MethodsThe Enterobacteriaceae strains carrying mcr⁃1 resistance gene isolate from inlet of WWTP during April 1 to June 30， 2023 in Shanghai were cultured on blood-rich and SS culture medium and were identified using a mass spectrometry analyzer. The mcr⁃1 gene and copy number were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Drug susceptibility test was performed by microbroth dilution method. The copy numbers of Escherichia coli carrying mcr⁃1 gene isolated from wastewater and human fecel were statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0.ResultsA total of 14 strains carrying the mcr⁃1 gene were isolated from 49 WWTP samples， and the positive isolation rate was 28.6%， including 12 non-diarrheal E. coli strains and 2 Klebsiella pneumoniae strains. The drug susceptibility results showed that all 14 strains were multi-drug resistant bacteria. They were all sensitive to imipenem and tigecycline， but were ampicillin- and cefazolin-resistant. There was no significant difference in the copy number between human-sourced diarrheal E. coli and wastewater-sourced non-diarrheal E. coli （t=0.647， P>0.05）.ConclusionThe isolation and identification of strains carrying the mcr⁃1 gene from inlet of WWTP samples were firstly established in Shanghai. The multi-drug resistance among the isolated strains is severe. To effectively prevent and control the spread of colistin-resistant bacteria， more attention should be paid to the surveillance of mcr⁃1 gene.

Ram air turbine（RAT）system is the emergency power generation system of the aircraft. It supplies power to the aircraft after the main AC power of the aircraft is cut off. RAT is stowed in the RAT bay in the non air tight area normally and deployed into the air flow under emergency conditions. The temperature of the RAT bay determines the deploy time of the RAT，thus affects the safety of the aircraft under emergency conditions. The temperature prediction of the RAT bay is of significance for the safety under emergency condition. The temperature，altitude，atmospheric static temperature，flight speed，and cabin temperatures around the RAT bay are analyzed as a whole through the proper orthogonal decomposition（POD），the POD algorithm is used to predict the temperature of the RAT bay. The results show that the energy distribution of the first order mode exceeds 99% of energy of all modals. After data normalization，the mean absolute error of the prediction results could reach 0.063 as the minimum，and the root square mean error could reach 0.07 as the minimum. The POD algorithm can effectively predict the temperature information of RAT bay through modal reconstruction based on the sample data.

As the power density of an engine increases, so does the temperature and stress that the cylinder head is subjected to during operation. Therefore, creep damage prediction needs to consider accurate creep constitutive models and parameters. Aiming at the wide range of temperature and stress working conditions of the compacted graphite cast iron (CGI) cylinder head, CGI creep test was carried out at 450-550 °C and 100-300 MPa. The comparative study of creep constitutive models to characterize the minimum creep rate of CGI under a wide range of temperature and stress was carried out. The research shows that compared with a smaller range of temperature and stress, CGI is more prone to creep damage under wide conditions. and temperature can promote the creep deformation of CGI more than stress. Based on the Norton-Bailey power law model, the Garofalo hyperbolic sine model, and the deformation mechanism-based true stress (DMTS) model respectively, combined with the multi-objective optimization method, the CGI creep constitutive model was constructed. Among them, 73% of the predicted values of the CGI creep model based on the DMTS model are within twice the error range, and the coincidence effect is the best among the three models.

Adhesive joints are frequently utilized due to their lightweight nature and minimal damage to the substrates. However, their application is constrained by a lack of reliable performance under moist conditions. This study assesses the impact of incorporating varying concentrations (0.25–0.75 wt%) of graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) on moisture uptake, dynamic thermal properties, and tensile behaviour of engineered epoxy adhesives when subjected to water for periods of up to 8 weeks. The objective of this study is to ascertain the optimal concentration from the standpoint of degradation in the thermomechanical performance of the epoxy resulting from water ageing. The addition of GNP results in a 45% reduction in the diffusion coefficient of the 0.25 wt% GNP-modified epoxy relative to the unmodified epoxy. The reduced absorption of water by the GNP-reinforced adhesive results in diminished thermomechanical degradation, particularly during the initial immersion period (less than 14 days). The loss modulus exhibits an increase of up to 21% in comparison with the unmodified epoxy. The reduction in tensile strength of the modified epoxy is 53% less than that of the unmodified epoxy following 14 days of water ageing. Under the same water ageing conditions for 14 days, the epoxy modified with 0.25 wt% GNP exhibited a 75% increase in tensile strength compared to the unmodified epoxy. This work may facilitate the GNP application in epoxy adhesive joints, thereby enhancing their durability under high humidity conditions.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of fruquintinib combined with sintilimab in the treatment of advanced microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer. Methods A retrospective study of 44 patients with MSS colorectal cancer treated with fruquintinib and sintilimab was conducted.The patients were divided into the fruquintinib alone (n=22) and fruquintinib combined with sintilimab (n=22) groups.The treatment regimen was as follows: The patients in the fruquintinib alone group consumed oral fruquintinib capsules at 5 mg/d once for three consecutive weeks with a one week stop in 28 day cycles.The patients in the fruquintinib combined sintilimab group were injected intravenously with sintilimab (200 mg) once per three weeks, and fruquintinib was used in the same manner as the fruquintinib alone group. Results The objective response rate (ORR) of the fruquintinib alone group was 9.09%, the disease control rate (DCR) of the fruquintinib alone group was 45.45%.The ORR of the fruquintinib combined with sintilimab group was 18.18%, and the DCR was 63.64%.The median PFS of the fruquintinib alone and fruquintinib combined with sintilimab groups were 4.4 months (IQR: 2.1-8.2) and 6.7 months (IQR: 3.9-12.6), respectively (χ2=4.372, P=0.037).Most of the adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups were grades 1-2.In addition, no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was found between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with fruquintinib alone, fruquintinib combined with sintilimab in the treatment of patients with MSS colorectal cancer after the failure of standard treatment has better clinical efficacy, and adverse drug reactions can be controlled.

The carbon peaking and carbon neutralization goals have brought significant pressure and challenges to China’s civil aviation industry. Research on carbon reduction strategies for the industry has attracted great attention from China and abroad. This study summarizes the development status of and requirements for the low-carbon development of the global aviation industry (particularly commercial aircrafts), analyzes the carbon reduction status and problems of China’s civil aviation industry, and proposes corresponding development goals and basic ideas. Through industrial planning, product innovation, low-carbon energy utilization, and airline operation, carbon neutralization of China’s civil aviation industry is expected to be achieved by 2060, thus to form a green and low-carbon development pattern. Technological innovation is the key driving force for promoting the low-carbon transformation of the civil aviation industry. Therefore, we propose the following suggestions: planning the development and key technology research of low-carbon commercial aircrafts, accelerating the commercial application of sustainable aviation fuels, and developing intelligent aviation to promote low-carbon operations.

Completely synthetic cell cultivation materials for human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) are important for the future clinical use of hPSC-derived cells. Currently, cell culture materials conjugated with extracellular matrix (ECM)-derived peptides are being prepared using only one specific integrin-targeting peptide. We designed dual peptide-conjugated hydrogels, for which each peptide was selected from different ECM sites: the laminin β4 chain and fibronectin or vitronectin, which can target α6β1 and α2β1 or αVβ5. hPSCs cultured on dual peptide-conjugated hydrogels, especially on hydrogels conjugated with peptides obtained from the laminin β4 chain and vitronectin with a low peptide concentration of 200 μg/mL, showed high proliferation ability over the long term and differentiated into cells originating from 3 germ layers in vivo as well as a specific lineage of cardiac cells. The design of grafting peptides was also important, for which a joint segment and positive amino acids were added into the designed peptide. Because of the designed peptides on the hydrogels, only 200 μg/mL peptide solution was sufficient for grafting on the hydrogels, and the hydrogels supported hPSC cultures long-term; in contrast, in previous studies, greater than 1000 μg/mL peptide solution was needed for the grafting of peptides on cell culture materials.

Adhesive bonds are frequently used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and civil engineering due to their ability to reduce damage to the adherend and their lightweight. However, their application is restricted by their inadequate durability and reliability in hostile environments. Graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) are employed to enhance epoxy adhesives in this article. The thick adherend shear test is utilized to examine how the shear properties change with different water ageing times. Before exposure to water ageing conditions, GNP-reinforced adhesives exhibit a 3.51% increase compared with neat epoxy at a GNP content of 0.25 wt%. However, after 56 days of water ageing, the increase in shear strength is found to be 13.79%. This suggests that the well-dispersed GNP can reduce the degradation rate in shear properties by half, from 16.71 to 8.44%, at a GNP content of 0.25 wt%. Additionally, as water ageing time increases, the positive influence of GNP on shear properties becomes more evident. The addition of GNP delays the degradation of shear properties caused by water ageing conditions. The effect of GNP does not improve with higher GNP content. When the GNP contents increase to 1 wt%, the shear strength of the GNP-reinforced adhesive decreases compared to neat epoxy.

To understand the Lagrangian mathematical equation, the author proposes an application study of big data modeling in the village cultural industry model. The author takes 20 traditional villages in Beijing as the object, and through crawling relevant Internet cultural and tourism big data, using the theory of tourism consumer behavior, from the aspects of consumer motivation behavior, food, housing, shopping, and other experience behavior, consumer evaluation behavior, and consumer space-time behavior, carry out targeted content analysis, aggregation analysis, etc, fully reveal the behavioral portrait of tourists in Beijing’s traditional villages. The results show that the overall tourism experience of Beijing’s traditional villages is good, but the development level is quite different, the cultural and tourism supply pattern of “some have boutiques, some have highlights, and the overall influence is weak” is presented to improve the overall level. At the same time, the computer big data based on tourists’ feedback can reasonably reveal the inherent characteristics and problems of traditional village tourism, which is innovative in the current situation where village tourism data is difficult to obtain.

Abstract Background The aquaporin (AQP) family of proteins has been implicated in the proliferation and growth of gliomas. Expression of AQP8 is higher in human glioma tissues than in normal brain tissues and is positively correlated with the pathological grade of glioma, suggesting that this protein is also involved in the proliferation and growth of glioma. However, the mechanism by which AQP8 promotes the proliferation and growth of glioma remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the mechanism and role of abnormal AQP8 expression in glioma development. Methods The dCas9-SAM and CRISPR/Cas9 techniques were used to construct viruses with overexpressed and knocked down AQP8, respectively, and infect A172 and U251 cell lines. The effects of AQP8 on the proliferation and growth of glioma and its mechanism via the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level were observed using cell clone, transwell, flow cytometry, Hoechst, western blotting, immunofluorescence, and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction assays. A nude mouse tumor model was also established. Results Overexpression of AQP8 resulted in an increased number of cell clones and cell proliferation, enhanced cell invasion and migration, decreased apoptosis and phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) expression, and increased phosphorylated serine/threonine protein kinase (p-AKT) expression and ROS level, whereas the AQP8 knockdown groups showed opposite results. In the animal experiments, the AQP8 overexpression group had higher tumor volume and weight, whereas the AQP8 knockdown group had lower tumor volume and weight compared with those parameters measured in the control group. Conclusions Our results preliminary suggest that AQP8 overexpression alters the ROS/PTEN/AKT signaling pathway, promoting the proliferation, migration, and invasion of gliomas. Therefore, AQP8 may be a potential therapeutic target in gliomas.

Cross-border e-commerce is a powerful embodiment of the digital development of foreign trade transactions, but the cross-border logistics model constrains the development of cross-border e-commerce. The article outlines the cross-border e-commerce business process and proposes a smart logistics system for cross-border e-commerce that combines blockchain technology. The transportation cost, cargo damage cost, penalty cost, distribution center cost and information technology cost of cross-border e-commerce logistics transportation are taken as the objective function to construct a logistics distribution path optimization model. Then a genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the model and obtain a cost-effective cross-border e-commerce logistics distribution path optimization scheme. The optimal transportation time obtained in the simulation of the GA algorithm-solving model is only 34.76h, and the total distribution cost of the optimal distribution scheme obtained by the model after 160 iterations is 1068.7 yuan. The cross-border e-commerce logistics path optimization model can obtain the optimal logistics and distribution scheme under the consideration of time window constraints, and combined with the verification of the intelligent logistics system, it can be seen that the total logistics and distribution cost of 10 customers in the distribution area is 10956.02 yuan. The optimization of the cross-border e-commerce logistics model can be realized based on big data technology and blockchain technology, which lay the foundation for high-quality cooperation and the development of international foreign trade transactions.

Promoting foreign trade development based on a circular economy is the key to dealing with the problems between the resource environment and economic growth. This paper first constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of circular economy and foreign trade by taking 19 urban agglomerations in China as research objects. Secondly, the entropy value method is used to measure and analyze the circular economy development and foreign trade development of Chinese urban agglomerations from 2014 to 2021. Finally, the coupled coordination level of circular economy and foreign trade of Chinese urban agglomerations was measured using the coupled coordination degree model in physics, and the spatial and temporal evolution process of the synergistic development of circular economy and foreign trade of Chinese urban agglomerations was studied. The results show that the mean values of the coupling coordination degree of circular economy and foreign trade in the east and west regions of China from 2014 to 2021 are generally maintained above 0.85, and all tend to 0.95 equilibrium value, which is at a high coupling stage, indicating that there is an obvious interaction between the circular economy and foreign trade in China. This paper analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution of the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of circular economy and foreign trade in Chinese urban agglomerations and provides a theoretical basis for governments at all levels to formulate policies and regulations on the synergistic development of circular economy and foreign trade in Chinese urban agglomerations.

p-Phenylenediamine antioxidants (PPDs) are rubber antioxidants that can suppress oxidation, heat, or light radiation to delay the aging of polymer components and extend the service life of rubber products. In recent years, PPDs have been found in the environment, and their ecological risks remain largely unknown, which cause widespread concern. In this work, a method of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) with ultrasonic extraction was developed for the determination of PPDs in zebrafish embryos. In order to have good performance, extraction solvents and sorbents were optimized. Under optimal conditions, embryonic samples were combined with 5 mL of dichloromethane and ultrasonically extracted for 15 min. The extraction procedure was repeated twice, after that the resulting extracts were purified by 0.1 g primary secondary amine (PSA). Based on internal standard method, the analytes were detected using GC-MS/MS in selective reaction monitoring (SRM) mode with optimal parameters. The results showed that the chromatographic peaks of analyte were completely separated, and the baseline was smooth. The correlation coefficient (R2) of each analyte exceeded 0.99 in the concentration range of 0.1-200 μg/L. Method detection limits (MDLs) and method quantification limits (MQLs) were in the range of 0.38-0.68 ng/g and 1.28-2.28 ng/g, respectively. Except for the average recovery of N,N′-bis(methylphenyl)-1,4-benzenediamine (DTPD), which was higher than 120%, the average recoveries of N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD), N-phenyl-N′-cyclohexyl-p-phenylenediamine (CPPD) and N-isopropyl-N′-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine (IPPD) were 73.1%-109%, and the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 2.97%-15.0% and 4.76%-18.8%, respectively. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of this method, it was applied to detect PPDs in zebrafish embryos exposed to PPDs. The results indicated that PPD concentrations were 12.5-16.4 ng/g. After calculation, the measured bioconcentration factors of each analyte within 48 h were 1.70-33.6 L/kg. These values were much lower than the corresponding predicted bioconcentration factors, because PPD concentrations in vivo had not reached equilibrium during the exposure time of 48 h. This method is simple, sensitive, and suitable for the detection of PPDs in zebrafish embryos, which facilitates future bioaccumulation and toxicity mechanism studies for a comprehensive assessment of the ecological risks of PPDs.

The NLRP3 inflammasome is a multiprotein binding compound comprising NLRP3, connector protein ASC, and effector protein pro-caspase-1. When the NLRP3 inflammasome senses a danger signal from the host or pathogen, activated caspase-1 cleaves the precursors of interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-18 into mature proinflammatory cytokines, simultaneously causing lysis via the pore-forming protein gasdermin D. This induction of cell inflammatory pyroptosis suggests that it is a key process in the innate immune response to pathogens or cellular stress. Recent studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammasome also plays an important role in regulating autoimmune liver diseases, including autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, and primary sclerosclerotic cholangitis. In this review, we summarize the structure, activation and modulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome, highlight the progress in research on the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in the occurrence and development of autoimmune liver diseases, and discuss potential strategies for targeting the NLRP3 inflammasome in the treatment of autoimmune liver diseases.

This study shows the application of microwave sintering (MS) on preparing NbC–10Ni and NbC–12Ni cermets, as well as the effect of its microstructure, phase formation, and mechanical properties. Results indicated that NbC–Ni cermets with a fine and uniform structure can be obtained by MS in a relatively short time. And the sintering temperature greatly influenced the microstructure and mechanical properties of NbC–Ni cermets, whereas the effect of dwell time is relatively small. With the increase of the sintering temperature, the microstructure of NbC–Ni cermets experienced sintering densification and grain growth. The strength and toughness increased first and then decreased, and the hardness increased with the increase of sintering temperature. According to the comprehensive mechanical properties, the optimized sintering process is 1,390°C and the dwell time is 15 min. At this time, no new phase formed, but the diffraction peak of the Ni phase shifted. Through analysis, it is found that the improvement mechanisms for comprehensive mechanical properties of NbC–Ni cermets mainly include grain refinement, crack deflection and bridging, and energy absorption of the ductile phase of Ni.

The highly-efficient and unsteady aerodynamic simulation of turbomachinery is urgently required. The panel-vortex particle method is coupled with a far free field sound model established with the Lowson method and aims to fast predict aerodynamic and acoustic properties. The aerodynamic results show that, compared with the aerodynamic results acquired with the finite volume method, the use of the panel-vortex particle method may obtain appropriate pressure distribution and velocity distribution in the downstream region of a propeller and that the overall thrust prediction is accurate enough. The vortex distribution features show that the panel-vortex particle method has less numerical diffusion. Therefore, the velocity gradient is more accurate near the wake vortex. Compared with the sound pressure level acquired with the finite volume method, the sound pressure level simulated with the panel-vortex particle method has the same directivity pattern. The relative error of sound pressure in the 60° forward direction is 5% under 1BPF(blade passing frequency), which satisfies acoustic analysis requirements. As for time consumption, the use of the panel-vortex particle method consumes 10% of time when the finite volume method is used, proving that the panel-vortex particle method coupled with the Lowson method can satisfy the design and application needs of unsteady aerodynamic and aeroacoustic noise of a distributed electric propulsion system.

Prokaryotic Argonaute (pAgo) nucleases with precise DNA cleavage activity show great potential for gene manipulation. Extensive biochemical studies have revealed that recognition of guides with different 5′ groups by Ago is important for biocatalysis. Here, we identified an Ago from the thermophilic Thermus parvatiensis (TpsAgo) and analyzed the regulatory effect of 5′-modified guides on TpsAgo cleavage activity. Recombinant TpsAgo cleaves single-stranded DNA and RNA targets at 65–90°C, which is mediated by a 5′ hydroxyl or phosphate DNA guide. Notably, TpsAgo can utilize various 5′-modified DNA guides for catalysis, including 5′-NH2C6, 5′-Biotin, 5′-FAM and 5′-SHC6 guides. Moreover, TpsAgo performs programmable cleavage of double-stranded DNA at temperatures over 80°C and strongly tolerates NaCl concentrations up to 3.2 M. These results provide insight into the catalytic performance of Agos by guide regulation, which may facilitate their biotechnological applications.

In view of the battery thermal management system, a novel type of thermal management system based on the coupling of supercooled phase change material calcium chloride hexahydrate and thermal switch was proposed. The thermal switch device was applied to 18650 lithium-ion battery and the cooling and heat preservation effects of the device were studied based on numerical method. The device provides power for thermal switch based on the significant change of the volume of the phase change material. Besides, it combines with the characteristics of the supercooled of the phase change material to further improve the temperature control capability. The results show that, compared with the thermal management system without thermal switch, the supercooled phase change thermal switch device can reduce the battery temperature by 1.61 ℃ at the end of 5C high-rate discharge. Moreover, when the external environment temperature is -20 ℃, the supercooled phase change thermal switch system extends the battery temperature management time by 660 s.

This retrospective analysis of fatal intoxication case autopsies was performed at Tongji Center for Medicolegal Expertise in Hubei (TCMEH) from 2009 to 2021 to obtain up-to-date information on intoxication cases. The objective was to describe important data about evolving patterns in intoxication occurrences, enhance public safety policies, and assist forensic examiners and police in more efficient handling of such cases. Analyses based on sex, age, topical exposure routes, toxic agents, and mode of death were performed using 217 records of intoxication cases collected from TCMEH as a sample, and the results were compared with reports previously published (from 1999 to 2008) from this institution. Deaths from intoxications occurred at a higher rate in males than in females and were most common among individuals aged 30–39 years. The most frequent method of exposure was oral ingestion. The causative agents of deadly intoxications have changed when compared to the data from the previous 10 years. For instance, deaths from amphetamine overdoses are becoming more prevalent gradually, whereas deaths due to carbon monoxide and rodenticide intoxication have declined dramatically. In 72 cases, pesticides continued to be the most frequent intoxication cause. A total of 60.4% of the deaths were accidental exposure. Men died from accidents at a higher rate than women, although women were more likely to commit suicide. Particular focus is needed on the use of succinylcholine, cyanide, and paraquat in homicides.

In recent years, calcium peroxide (CaO2) has attracted widespread attention in the medical community due to its excellent antitumor and antibacterial properties, and has gradually become a hot research topic in the biomedical field. CaO2 reacts with water (H2O) to produce calcium ion (Ca2+), oxygen (O2), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), where Ca2+ is suitable for calcium death caused by calcium overload, O2 is suitable for O2-dependent anticancer therapy, and H2O2 is suitable for H2O2-dependent anticancer therapy. In addition, H2O2 can also be used in the antibacterial field to treat bacterial infections. All these make the CaO2 to become a kind of excellent antitumor and antibacterial drug. This study mainly reviews the preparation and surface modification of CaO2, probes into the latest progress about CaO2 nanoparticles in the field of tumor treatment and antimicrobial therapy. Finally, the challenges that CaO2 still faces in the future research field are clarified, and its prospects are forecasted.

It is necessary to study the seismic problem of buildings and structures for various safety reasons. Such as prevent and to reduce the damage caused by earthquakes to the greatest extent possible, research feasible analysis methods, and simulate the performance of the structure under earthquake action by computer, to keep its design performance in future earthquake action, and to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. The seismic design based on nonlinear vibration control is proposed. SAP2000 structure analysis software is used to establish the seismic structure model, foundation isolation model, and floor isolation model of a 15-story large chassis frame structure, the nonlinear time-history analysis of the three models under the action of multiple and rare earthquakes is carried out, and the period, displacement and acceleration of the isolated structure and the aseismatic structure are compared. The results show that, under the action of multiple earthquakes, the base shear of foundation isolation is 1208.06 kN, and the floor isolation is 926.43 kN, which are 0.37 and 0.3 of the base shears of the aseismatic structure, respectively. Under the action of rare earthquakes, the base-isolation shear is 4039.59 kN, and the story isolation shear is 3119.99 kN, which are, respectively, 0.4 and 0.31 of the base-isolation shears of the aseismatic structure. This method provides a reliable evaluation for nonlinear seismic response analysis of large complex high-rise buildings and provides an effective reference.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) compounds for the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: The PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Database (CBM), Wanfang Data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP) were searched to collect randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled trials of FD treated with TCM compounds. The search duration was from the establishment of the database to March 2, 2021. After two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data, and evaluated the bias risk included in the study, they used RevMan 5.4 software for meta-analysis. Results: A total of 23 clinical trials were included, including 2 898 patients. Meta-analysis showed that the overall remission rate of FD treated with TCM compounds was significantly higher than that of placebo (73.8% vs. 46.2%) [RR = 1.50, 95% CI (1.29, 1.76), P < 0.000 01]. Among the single symptoms, TCM compounds were superior to the placebo in improving epigastric pain [MD =-0.99, 95% CI (-1.37,-0.61), P < 0.000 01], epigastric burning sensation [MD =-0.32, 95% CI (-0.59,-0.05), P = 0.02], postprandial fullness discomfort [MD = -1.59, 95% CI (-1.96, -1.21), P < 0.000 01], and early satiety symptoms [MD = -0.93, 95% CI (-1.32, -0.54), P < 0.000 01]. Compared with the placebo, TCM compounds treatment can obviously improve TCM syndrome in patients with FD [MD = -5.58, 95% CI (-7.55,-3.61), P < 0.000 01], gastric emptying rate [MD = 12. 22, 95% CI (8.90, 15.55), P < 0.00001], and helped to improve patients' quality of life [MD = 11.27, 95% CI (0.10, 22.43), P = 0.05]. No severe adverse events were reported between the two groups [RR = 1.34, 95% CI (0.91, 1.96), P = 0.14]. Conclusion: Our results showed that TCM compounds treatment could significantly alleviate FD symptoms, improve gastric emptying in FD patients, and help to improve their quality of life. No severe adverse reactions have been reported in clinical applications. Due to the limitation of the quantity and quality of the included studies, the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.

Energy resource-consuming industries such as coal, coking, and steel, are crucial for socio-economic development; however, they are also related to high energy consumption and environmental pollution. As carbon peak and carbon neutral goals were porposed, it becomes increasingly urgent to accelerate the revolution of energy production and consumption in China. To this end, we investigate the current status of coal-based hydrogen production technologies and propose a coal–coking–hydrogen–steel industrial chain in this study. The industrial chain is proposed considering the resource endowment, environmental capacity, and industry foundation in China,and it is expected to be green, low-carbon, secure, and highly efficient. Subsequently, we compare and evlatuate five technological paths for this industry chain from the aspects of economy, energy consumption, and carbon emissions, and analyze the potentials and path choices for coupling hydrogen production with direct reduced iron. Moreover, we elaborate the strategic goals and whole layout of the coal–coking–hydrogen–steel industry chain using Shanxi Province as an example. Furthermore, we suggest that a clean and lowcarbon development concept should be established to promote energy transformation in China, an overall development plan should be formulated for the industry chain, and policies, science, technologies, personnels, and market should be further integrated.

[Purpose/Significance] The publication of policy documents of breaking through the evaluation criteria based on" only thesis, only professional title, only academic degree, only awards" and "only SCI " has triggered extensive discussions among academic researchers. Scholars' discussions are logical and thorough, which can be used as a reference for the further improvement of talent evaluation and institutional evaluation policies. [Methods/Process] This paper comprehensively adopted the literature research method, analyzed scholars' views and comments on policy documents, classified scholars' concerns, and proposed suggestions based on the current status of scientific research evaluation. [Results/Conclusions] The paper proposed to improve the classification and evaluation methods, promote the implementation of the representative work system, optimize the allocation of scientific research resources, strengthen the cultivation of domestic journals, establish a comprehensive evaluation system, and strengthen academic ethics supervision, in order to provide references for government decision-making.

Reliability evaluation during aero-engine operation is one of the key issues in the field of reliability evaluation of aero-engine,and the reasonable evaluation method can improve the reliability analysis efficiency and accuracy,therefore a method to support the evaluation of aeroengine operation reliability in the process of aircraft mission is proposed in this paper.Based on the characteristics of flight mission and aeroengine,the quick access recorder(QAR)information is used as the analysis data to analyze the operational reliability,and the operation reliability is analyzed by considering the current operating environment,the transient state of the aircraft,and the current working state of the engine.The random forest algorithm is combined with stratified sampling method to fit,predict and calculate the feature importance.B737-800 flight mission from Beijing to Urumqi is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.The results show that the proposed reliability evaluation method can solve the problem of data processing difficulty caused by large amount of data and high dimension in the process of aeroengine operation.

ObjectiveTo construct a cell line that can stably express human phospholamban（PLN） and initially explore its application in the study of myocardial toxicity mechanism.MethodsFastCloning method was used to insert the open reading frame sequence of target gene PLN into eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA5/FRT/TO（hereinafter referred to as pDFT） to construct the pDFT-PLN-Flag plasmid. The Flp-InTM T-RExTM 293 cells were generated by cotransfection of the constructed plasmid and pOG44 plasmid to express the target gene. Successfully recombined monoclonal cell lines were screened by hygromycin B resistance. Western blot and indirect immunofluorescence （IFA） were used to examine the expression of the target protein in recombinant cells. After the cell line was exposed to aconitine, it was verified by Western blot to detect changes in PLN protein phosphorylation.ResultsAfter PCR amplification of the recombinant plasmid and DNA electrophoresis, the length of the amplified product is the same as the known PLN gene fragment, which is consistent with the open reading frame （ORF） sequence of the human PLN gene after sequencing. IFA and Western blot showed that the constructed proliferation cell line can stably express high levels of human PLN under induction and regulation. Preliminary results showed that the phosphorylation level of Thr17-PLN decreased after two hours of exposure to 1 μmol/L aconitine.ConclusionThis human cell line can stably express PLN and can be used to study the mechanism of action of aconitine on the cell at molecular level.
