Abstract Background Anthrax is a global health concern, with cutaneous anthrax accounting for over 95% of cases and generally promising outcomes. Nonetheless, the absence of timely intervention can result in mortality rates of 10–40%. This research aims to explore the clinical presentations and phenotypic characteristics of cutaneous anthrax patients and evaluate the efficacy of various therapeutic approaches. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 76 cutaneous anthrax patients identified at three hospitals from 2017 to 2022. Patients were categorized based on their hospital stay into two groups: those hospitalized for at least seven days and those for shorter durations. We assessed their clinical and phenotypic profiles, including symptoms, general health status, and laboratory findings, alongside treatment outcomes, focusing on corticosteroids therapy and antibiotic regimens. The effect of Cr/N alloying on the tensile deformation behavior of Fe–Mn–C twinning-induced plasticity steel was investigated through monotonic tensile tests, X-ray diffraction, electron back-scattered diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and digital image correlation technique. The results demonstrate that the addition of Cr/N significantly enhances both the strength and ductility of Fe–18Mn-0.6C steel while dynamic strain aging (DSA) behavior weakens or even disappears. Compared with that in the Fe–18Mn-0.6C steel, more densely-spaced, thinner deformation twins were formed in the Cr/N-alloyed steel. Moreover, the Cr/N additions promote deformation twins to form over a wider strain range. This unique twinning behavior leads to a sustained high strain-hardening rate at higher strains, thereby delaying plastic instability and concurrently enhancing strength and ductility.

Background and purpose: There is a consensus within the medical community regarding the perioperative treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer (LAGC), yet the selection of an efficient and safe treatment strategy remains a contentious issue. Previous studies have validated the effectiveness of chemotherapy in conjunction with immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) and anti-angiogenic agents in the perioperative treatment of LAGC. This study aimed to investigate the perioperative treatment regimen combining ICI, anti-angiogenic drugs and chemotherapy, in order to provide additional references for the selection of perioperative treatment strategies for patients with LAGC. Methods: This was a prospective, single-arm exploratory study designed to assess the efficacy and safety of perioperative treatment with penpulimab combined with anlotinib and chemotherapy for potentially resectable stage T3-4N+M0 LAGC. Patients diagnosed with LAGC at the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were enrolled in the study. The primary endpoints were pathological complete response (pCR) rate and major pathological remission (MPR) rate, while secondary endpoints included surgical conversion rate, objective response rate (ORR), disease-free survival (DFS), progression-free survival (PFS) and adverse reactions. Quality of life before and after treatment was evaluated using the European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) QLQ-STO22 Chinese version questionnaire. This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Hospital (number: 202404604L). Results: A total of 32 patients participated in the study, with an ORR of 78.1% (25/32). Of these, 18 patients underwent surgical treatment, achieving a pCR rate of 22.2% (4/18) and a MPR rate of 38.9% (7/18). The median PFS for patients who did not undergo surgery was 9.8 months (95% CI: 7.6-13.1), and the median follow-up duration was 16.4 months (95% CI: 11.7-22.5). For patients who received radical surgical resection, the median DFS was not reached, and the 1-year DFS rate was 88.8% (16/18). Common adverse reactions following the treatment included myelosuppression, liver function abnormalities, diarrhea and neurotoxicity, with most adverse events being grade 1-2, a few grade 3 adverse events, and no grade 4 or 5 adverse events. According to the EORTC QLQ-STO22 Chinese version questionnaire, significant improvements were observed in the domains of difficulty swallowing, pain and eating restrictions. Additionally, improvements were noted in anxiety and reflux symptoms, while changes in body image were less pronounced. Conclusion: In the perioperative treatment of LAGC, the combination therapy of oxaliplatin, tegafur, anlotinib and penpulimab can improve the efficacy while ensuring safety, and is expected to become a new treatment for LAGC.

The harmful effects of most synthetic corrosion inhibitors on the environment are the motivation for the study of environmentally friendly extracts. The main components of silkworm sand extract (SSE) were studied by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV-vis). The scale inhibition effect of SSE as scale inhibitor in calcium chloride solution was studied by means of electrical conductivity, static scale inhibition and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical impedance (EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization curve (PDP) were used to study its corrosion inhibition performance in simulated cooling water. The results showed that chlorophyll was the main component of SSE. When the concentration of SSE was more than 30 mg/L, the scale inhibition efficiency of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate was both more than 90%. SSE could inhibit the supersaturation of calcium carbonate, prolong the nucleation time, and change the crystal shape of calcium scale. SSE had a good corrosion inhibition effect on Q235 steel in salt solution, and its corrosion inhibition mechanism was that SSE formed a protective film on the surface of Q235 steel. SSE could play a dual role of scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition, which was a potential new, environmentally safe corrosion and scale inhibitor for cooling water system.

Abstract A two-dimensional unsteady seepage model for coal using a finite element program is developed, and the temporal variations of key factors such as water pressure and hydraulic gradient are analyzed in this paper. Additionally, the triaxial rock mechanical experiment and utilized pneumatic fracturing equipment on raw coal samples to investigate both hydraulic and pneumatic fracturing processes are conducted. Through these experiments, the relationship between pressure and crack formation and expansion are examined. The analysis reveals that the pore pressure gradient at the coal inlet reaches its peak during rapid surges in water pressure but diminishes over time. Conversely, the pore pressure gradient at the outlet side exhibits a gradual increase. Hydraulic fracturing is most likely to occur at the water inlet during sudden increases in water pressure. Besides, as the permeability of coal decreases, the duration for seepage stabilization prolongs due to the intensified pore pressure gradient resulting from sudden increases in water pressure. Moreover, an extended period of high hydraulic gradient further increases the risk of hydraulic fracturing. The experimental findings indicate that coal samples initially experience tensile failure influenced by water and air pressure. Subsequently, mode I cracks form under pressure, propagating along the fracture surface and becoming visible. The main types of failure observed in hydraulic and pneumatic fracturing are diametrical tensile failure, and the development of fractures can be categorized into three distinct stages, which contains the initial stage characterized by slight volume changes while water pressure increases, the expansion stage when pressure reaches the failure strength, and the crack closure stage marked by little or even decreasing volume changes during pressure unloading. The acoustic emission signal accurately corresponds to these three stages.

Objective On December 18, 2023, an MS 6.2 earthquake occurred in Jishishan County, Gansu Province, China. Coseismic geological hazards induced by the earthquake crucially threatened the safety of personnel and property. Existing research is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of active faults and the concentrated distribution area of hidden danger points. Moreover, no special susceptibility assessment studies have been carried out on coseismic geological hazards in the administrative area of Jishishan County, making it challenging to meet the needs of the county's post-disaster recovery and reconstruction planning. Hence, the development laws of coseismic geological hazards must be summarized and analyzed crucially, and county susceptibility must be analyzed in time to support post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction. Methods The development characteristics of coseismic geological hazards are analyzed and summarized through emergency investigations, field surveys, and result analysis. Using the newly added and exacerbated coseismic hazard points identified during post-earthquake investigations as analysis samples, influencing factors were selected using the Pearson correlation coefficient and random forest Gini coefficient analysis methods. Then, a machine learning-random forest model was applied to assess the susceptibility of coseismic geological hazards in Jishishan County. Results In analyzing the development characteristics of coseismic geological hazards, we identified 134 instances of increased and exacerbated hazards in Jishishan County. Overall, the degree of development of these hazards was relatively low, with primarily small-scale occurrences. These hazards were categorized into three main types and eight sub-categories: ① Collapse (including cut slope loess collapse, high loess collapse, and high rock collapse); ② Landslide (encompassing loess landslide, secondary sand/mudstone landslide, and potential landslide); and ③ Debris flow (comprising gully debris flow and slope debris flow). In terms of factor selection, 15 influencing factors were screened. Regarding the susceptibility assessment results, the AUC value of the susceptibility assessment results of coseismic geological hazards in most Jishishan counties was 0.961, and the results showed that the areas of extremely high susceptibility accounted for approximately 8.67 %, mainly distributed in Hulinjia, Xuhujia, Liugoujia, and other townships. The statistical results of the proportion of susceptibility zones in 17 townships in Jishishan County showed that the top three townships with the largest proportions of extremely high-susceptibility areas are Hulinjia (24.67%), Xuhujia (21.24%), and Biezang (20.94%). Conclusion (1) Most coseismic geological hazards in Jishishan are distributed in the loess hilly area, with few occurrences in the Jishishan area and the right bank terrace of the Yellow River. (2) The influence of elevation and peak ground acceleration (PGA) on hazard occurrence is notably greater than that of other factors, playing a predominant role in developing coseismic geological hazards. (3) Utilizing the random forest model, the susceptibility assessment of coseismic geological hazards in Jishishan County demonstrates high accuracy, with hidden danger points clustered in highly susceptible areas. This alignment between susceptibility assessment results and the spatial distribution of hidden dangers underscores the reliability of the assessment outcomes. Significance In addition to identifying existing hidden danger points, this study offers predictive insights into slope deformation and potential landslides significantly affected by seismic cracking. The assessment results exhibit high accuracy and reliability, offering valuable geological safety support for post-disaster recovery and reconstruction planning in the county.

Objective To evaluate the effect of imaging time on the pharmacokinetic parameters calculation of dynamic 11C-acetate cardiac positron emission tomography (PET) scan and to investigate the feasibility of shortening the imaging time in clinical practice. Methods This study was a retrospective analysis and 46 subjects who underwent 11C-acetate PET/CT cardiac imaging at Peking Union Medical College Hospital (from a clinical study assessing myocardial tissue and metabolic characteristics in men with alcohol consumption) were included. Each subject was injected with 740 MBq 11C-acetate before a 40-minute PET/CT scan, and time-activity curve in the left ventricle was collected as input function. Pharmacokinetic parameters (K1 and k2) calculated from the 40-minute dynamic data (53 frames) was regarded as the reference standard. The number of included dynamic image frames was sequentially reduced from the last frame, and the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters of 11C-acetate were calculated. Correlation, consistent analysis of trends and the relative differences on pharmacokinetic parameters between shortened data and reference standard were evaluated. The shortest acceptable scan time was determined based on the criterion that the R2 of linear regression models was higher than 0.9 in all myocardial segments. Results The R2 between 11C-acetate pharmacokinetic parameters and the reference standard was higher than 0.9 in all myocardial segments at scan time ≥17 min (37 frames) for both K1 and k2. The regression coefficients of K1 values calculated from the shortened data and the reference standard in myocardium were distributed in the range of 0.982-1.007, and the regression coefficients of k2 values calculated from the shortened data and the reference standard were distributed in the range of 0.783-1.000. When the scan time was reduced to 17 min (37 frames), the K1 and k2 values of left anterior descending branch, right coronary artery and left circumflex branch perfusion regions were significantly different from the reference standard (all P < 0.05). Left anterior descending branch perfusion region had the highest relative difference (RD) [K1: (3.93±1.98)%; k2: (13.79±6.40)%], while right coronary perfusion region had the lowest RD [K1: (2.84±1.89)%; k2: (9.74±5.62)%]. Conclusions For the male population with alcohol consumption or are healthy, shortening the scan time to 17 min (37 frames) during dynamic 11C-acetate PET/CT cardiac imaging can obtain tracer pharmacokinetic parameters consistent with the reference standard, which can provide references for optimizing clinical image acquisition time.

Starting from the basic process of piano music recognition, this paper focuses on the feature extraction process of piano art performance. In the feature extraction of piano art performance, the fundamental frequency characteristics of piano music signals were analyzed by using short-time Fourier transform theory, focusing on the feature extraction of musical pitch, time value, and tonality, and the spectrum analysis of piano music signals and the reconstruction of piano timbre were completed. The piano performance work, “Autumn Moon on the Peaceful Lake,” is used as an example to analyze the musical characteristics and personality. The overall structure of “Autumn Moon on the Peaceful Lake” is a typical three-part structure: the key is the bD palace seven-tone mode, the key is single, and the marking range of performance strength is ppp-pp-p-mf-mf-f-ff. In the three versions played by Yin Chengzong, Lang Lang, and Chen Jie, the average tempo of the performance was 31.5 beats, 26.5 beats, and 26.8 beats, respectively. The performance process of different pianists is a “slow-fast-slow” layout, and other passages are added to the individual free processing to further enhance the charm of the work.

Complex energy flows exist in integrated energy systems (IESs), and the optimal assignment of different energy sources has become a primary challenge in the initial stage of its construction. In addition, multiple uncertainties, such as wind power fluctuations and multiple energy load fluctuations, are not well-respected in IES planning. In order to solve the above problems, the generation expansion planning model in IES is proposed. In the model the uncertainties of renewable energy resources (RESs) are described by scenarios, while the power price and fuel price are described by intervals, and a stochastic/robust (S/R) optimization is established to minimize the sum of annual investment cost, operation cost and reliability cost. Based on duality theory, the proposed multi-level S/R optimization model is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model, which can be solved using the CPLEX solver. The proposed model is tested on the IEEE 33-node distribution system with an 11-node cold-heat system. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed model are illustrated by case studies.

With the development of artificial intelligence, computer hardware and big data, more and more artificial intelligent devices and algorithm are springing up. Based on the analysis of these data, great achievements has been made by artificial intelligent devices to predict the risk of the cardiac arrest, identify early period of cardiac arrest, instruct the process to improve the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and resuscitation prediction. Meanwhile these tools not only provide new insight for clinical research, but play significant roles in clinical decision making and medical resources distribution. This paper focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.

In this work, the effects of grain refinement on the tensile properties, dynamic strain aging (DSA) and twinning behavior of Fe–16Mn-0.6C steel, which has relatively low manganese content, were investigated using a room-temperature monotonic tensile test, OM, XRD, EBSD and TEM. Results show that the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the steel increase with the decrease of grain size. Grain refinement can significantly increase the serration amplitude and local strain concentration of DSA, thereby enhancing the DSA-strengthening effect. The microstructure observations show that with the formation of plentiful twins, the twinning capacity of coarse-grained steel is exhausted prematurely at initial strains. Although the twinning behavior of fine-grained steel is retarded in the early stage of deformation, a large number of fine and dense twinning structures can be produced continuously at high strains. This unique twinning behavior and enhanced DSA in the fine-grained steel maintain the strain-hardening capacity of the steel, which delays the plastic instability and hence brings about simultaneous increases in strength and ductility.

In order to solve the problem of low resolution of thermal imaging monitoring equipment in fully mechanized coal mining face, a design of dual spectrum fusion camera is proposed to realize the complementary advantages of thermal imaging and visible high definition image. Firstly, the hardware circuit of Hi3519V101 is intrinsically designed due to the high safety requirements of the equipment in the underground environment. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the bi-spectral image, SURF algorithm is used to extract the feature points, and the nearest neighbor and the next nearest neighbor algorithm are used to realize the matching of the feature points. Because there are some mismatching points in the matching process, RANSAC algorithm is used to eliminate them. The lifting wavelet algorithm is used to realize the bi-spectral image fusion, and the pseudo-color image is the output of the approximate thermal imaging. Finally, a dualspectrum camera prototype is designed and tested to verify that the camera can effectively enhance the details of underground images and meet the requirements of underground equipment monitoring.

【Objective】 Crop growth and its ultimate yield depend not only on irrigation and fertilization amounts but also on the timing of their application. Taking winter wheat as an example, this paper investigates how irrigating and nitrogen-fertilizing time affects photosynthesis, protective enzyme activity of flag leaf and grain yield. 【Method】 The field experiment was conducted in the 2019—2020 season with Jimai 22 used as the model plant. We compared two nitrogen fertilizations: 180 kg/hm2 (N1) and 210 kg/hm2 (N2), with each applied at jointing and anthesis stages (S2), or at jointing, anthesis and filling stages (S3). Crops in both N treatments were drip-irrigated with the irrigation amount determined by crop demand for water. The control (CK) was traditional border irrigation coupled with 240 kg/hm2 of N fertilization, with 90 kg/hm2 of the N used as basal fertilizer and the remaining top-dressed at jointing and anthesis stages, respectively. In each treatment, we measured the photosynthesis, senescence of flag leaf, yield formation and water-nitrogen use efficiency. 【Result】 Increasing irrigation frequency led to an increase in LAI, SPAD of the flag leaf, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, as well as the content of SOD, POD, CAT, and grain filling rate. In contrast, the content of MDA decreased as the irrigation frequency increased. When nitrogen application was increased from 180 kg/hm2 to 210 kg/hm2, there was no significant change in the physiological indices. Maintaining water content in the top 0~20 cm of soil at 100% of the relative water content delayed the commencement of the decrease in photosynthesis and senescence of flag leaf, while increasing the grain weight and grain filling rate significantly during the middle-late anthesis. Compared with CK, N1+S3 increased grain quality by 5.3%, yield by 6.2%, nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity (PFPn) and irrigation water use efficiency (IUE) by 42.1% and 44.8%, respectively. Considering crop growth traits, yield, IUE and PFPn, N1+S3 is optimal for water and fertilizer use efficiency, and can be used as an improved water-nitrogen practice for drip-irrigating winter wheat in the Eastern North China Plain.

Abstract Objective CT-Urography combined with 3D printing technology, digital design, construction of individualized PCNL puncture guides, and preliminary analyze their efficacy, safety puncture positioning for PCNL. Methods Twenty-two patients with renal calculi were randomly selected at the affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University during 2017–2018. We randomly divided the patients into two groups: in 10 experimental groups, we used our 3D printing personalized percutaneous puncture guide access plate for PCNL, and in the control group, 12 patients with standard USG guide PCNL. The accuracy of puncture position, puncture time, and intraoperative blood loss was compared. Results In the experimental group, 10 patients with 3D printing personalized percutaneous puncture guide access plate. The puncture needle was accessed through the guide plate and verified by the color Doppler. The single puncture, needle position, and depth success rate were 100.00% (10/10). The angles were consistent with the preoperative design. In the control group, 12 patients via USG guided PCNL success rate was 75.00% (9/12). The puncture time and amount of hemorrhage was (7.78 ± 0.94) min and (49.31 ± 6.43) mL, and (9.04 ± 1.09) min and (60.08 ± 12.18) mL, respectively. Aiming at the visual odometer of feature point method,the change of illumination and view angle could lead to the instability of feature point extraction,which affects the accuracy of camera pose estimation,a monocular vision odometer modeling method based on deep learning SuperGlue matching algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the feature points are obtained by SuperPoint detector,and the resulting feature points are encoded to obtainvectors containing the coordinates and descriptors of the feature points.Then the more representative descriptors are generated by attentional GNN network.We useSinkhorn algorithm to solve the optimal score distribution matrix.Finally,according to the optimal feature matching,the camera pose is restored,and the ca-mera pose is optimized by using the minimum projection error equation.Experiments show that the proposed algorithm is not only more robust to view angle and light change than the visual odometer based on ORB or SIFT,without back-end optimization,but also the accuracy of absolute trajectory error and relative pose error is greatly improved,thus the feasibility and superiority of the deep learning based SuperGlue matching algorithm in visual slam are further verified.

The CoSiB/Pt multilayers with Pt buffer layer were successfully manufactured by magnetron sputtering technique on the Si substrate with 300 nm of SiO2. The optimal period of the CoSiB/Pt bilayer was 2. The thickness of CoSiB/Pt bilayer and Pt buffer layer were modulated. The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) of each of the samples and thermal stability were studied by anomalous Hall effect (AHE) method. The best structure was Pt(1)/[CoSiB(0.5)/Pt(1)]2. The optimal thicknesses of Pt buffer layer and CoSiB/Pt bilayer in the periodic multilayer were 1, 0.5 nm and 1 nm, respectively. The XRD analysis, hysteresis loop measurement and a series of annealing treatment of the best sample were conducted. The results show that the sample has obvious (111)CoPt diffraction peak, forms a good (111) texture, enhanced interface coupling and good crystallinity. The effective magnetic anisotropy constant Keff of the sample is calculated to reach 5.11×104 J·m-3; when the annealing temperature is 200 ℃, the intensity of (111)CoPt diffraction peak of the sample is significantly enhanced, a strong (111) texture is formed at the interface, and the Keff reaches a maximum value of 1.0×105 J·m-3. When the annealing temperature is no more than 400 ℃, the sample can still maintain good PMA. Multilayer film sample structure Pt(1)/[CoSiB(0.5)/Pt(1)]2 has good PMA and thermal stability, and the suitable annealing temperature is conducive to improving the sample’s PMA.

The stability of surrounding rock of dynamic pressure roadway in coal mine is very important to ensure the safety of mine production.In order to effectively control the instability deformation of roadway under the influence of mining pressure, taking the dynamic pressure roadway of 2201 working face in Detong Coal Mine as the engineering background, through the analysis of the failure phenomenon of dynamic pressure roadway and the evolution law of surrounding rock stress, this paper puts forward the stability control technology of dynamic pressure roadway cooperative pressure relief surrounding rock.This technology based on two-way cumulative presplitting blasting roof cutting pressure relief and constant resistance large deformation anchor cable yield pressure support.The research shows that the periodic superposition of mining dynamic pressure makes the vertical stress concentration of roadway surrounding rock and the distribution of double-peak arch asymmetry.The deformation of roadway is parabolic, and the roadway in the area with the maximum stress concentration and displacement is prone to instability.Therefore, the dynamic pressure transmission path was effectively cut off after the two-way cumulative presplitting blasting was applied to the dynamic pressure roadway, and the peak stress difference of the roadway was reduced by 19.6 %.After that, the constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable yield pressure support was applied to unloading dynamic pressure, and the reduction rate of roadway section was reduced from 60 % to 13 %.The influence of mining dynamic pressure on the stability of roadway was significantly weakened, which proved that the application effect of the stability control technology of surrounding rock with cooperative pressure relief was good, and it could provide useful guidance for similar mines.

Sulfur is added to low-alloyed steel FAS3420H to improve the free-cutting property of the steel. Elongated MnS inclusions usually deteriorate the mechanical and process performance of steels, so the control of shape and size of MnS is essential. The statistical analysis of MnS inclusions in as-cast and rolled steels at different positions shows that the distribution and aspect ratio of MnS in rolled steel are closely related to the quantity and size of MnS in as-cast one. The in situ observation and experimental results reveal that homogenization treatment effectively reduced MnS inclusions size and transformed their shape to globule or ellipsoid. Significant change of quantity and size of MnS inclusions was identified only when the soaking time exceeds 5 h at 1,250℃. Additionally, a kinetic model is presented to quantitatively characterize the behavior of MnS inclusions during homogenization process.

ObjectiveTo analyze the coping style and its relationship with anxiety status among middle school students aged 13 to 18 in Anhui province during the COVID-19 epidemic.MethodsFrom February 13 to 19， 2020， a cross-sectional survey was conducted among middle school students in Anhui province by using convenience sampling method and network questionnaire. The assessment tools included the Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students （CSSMSS） and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders （SCARED）.ResultsThe results of the CSSMSS evaluation showed that female students scored higher in emotion abreaction than male students ［（8.27±2.98） vs. （7.84±2.91）］. The scores of tolerance ［（9.74±2.73） vs. （9.11±2.60）］， escape ［（7.82±2.79） vs. （7.26±2.44）］， emotion abreaction ［（8.48±2.97） vs. （7.91±2.93）］ and fantasy/denial ［（9.79±3.56） vs. （9.26±3.47）］ of senior high school students were higher than those of junior high school students， and the score of problem solving ［（19.38±4.07） vs. （20.33±4.54）］ was lower than that of junior high school students， with statistical significance （P

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of early endovascular therapy (EVT) combined with butylphthalide (NBP) in the patients with acute basilar artery occlusion (BAO). Methods From January 2014 to May 2019, 645 acute BAO patients (from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University and other 46 comprehensive stroke centers in China) who underwent EVT were enrolled into this study. According to receiving NBP treatment or not, the patients were divided into simple EVT group (control group, n=413) and EVT+NBP group (NBP group, n=232). Safety and efficacy were evaluated and compared between the 2 groups, with symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage (sICH) within 48 h and 90-day all cause mortality as evaluation criteria for safety, and the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score and the modified Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction (mTICI) for efficacy. Binary Logistic regression was used for multi-factor analysis, with calibration factors of age, blood pressure, time from onset to puncture, mTICI grade, diabetes mellitus, baseline NIHSS score, pc-ASPECTS score, ASITN/SIR grade and occlusion sites, etc. Results At 90 d after treatment, the NBP group had a higher rate of mRS low score (≤3) than the control group [39.2% (91/232) vs 28.1% (116/413), Chi-square=8.454, P=0.005], indicating better functional prognosis. The incidence of sICH [1.7% (4/232) vs 10.2% (41/403), Chi-square=15.965, P < 0.001] and 90-day mortality [34.1% (79/232) vs 52.8% (218/413), Chi-square=20.983, P < 0.001] were both significantly lower in the NBP group when compared to the control group. Logistic regression analysis indicated that NBP was an independent protective factor for good functional prognosis at 90 d (OR=1.646, 95%CI: 1.091~2.483, P=0.018), reduced incidence of sICH (OR=0.164, 95%CI: 0.056~0.475, P=0.001) and lower mortality at 90 d (OR=0.424, 95%CI: 0.278~0.647, P < 0.001). Conclusion Early EVT combined with NBP can significantly improve the 90-day functional prognosis, and reduce the sICH risk and mortality in the acute BAO patients.

By using industrial CT equipment,the three-dimensional digital volume image of the specimen of the 3D printing material before and after the deformation was obtained, and then the internal three-dimensional displacement field and three-dimensional strain field of the specimen were calculated by using digital volume correlation (DVC),from which the internal deformation and damage evolution of the specimen under load were studied. By designing and fabricating an in-situ loading device with 1700 N tensile and compress loading capacity, and combining it with micro-nano CT equipment, the DVC method test device with in-situ loading and observation capability was established, and the highest imaging resolution is 10 μm. The results show that when the in-situ tensile test is carried out on the 3D printing aluminum alloy specimen prepared by the laser selective melting (SLM) process, and the full field displacement and strain data inside the specimen are obtained by the DVC method, the elastic modulus data measured from cloud image is in good agreement with the results of conventional test methods. It is proven that DVC is an effective method for measurements of internal displacement field and strain field.

Remote sensing alteration information extraction is mainly in bare or low vegetation coverage area. However, the extraction of alteration mineral information in high vegetation coverage has always been a difficult problem.Multi-spectral satellite data represented by Sentinel-2 has the characteristics of wide width, optimized spatial and spectral resolutions, however, they have not been applied to the extraction of alteration mineral information in high vegetation coverage areas. Therefore, based on the difference of spectral characteristics between vegetation and minerals, combined with the characteristics of Sentinel-2 multi-spectral sensor band settings, the band combinations were selected and the differential process was performed, the multi-spectral differential vegetation suppression (MDVS) method was proposed. The results show that MDVS can effectively remove the influence of dense vegetation. Cooperated with principal component transformation, the alteration information of hydroxyl and iron minerals can be extracted accurately. This research lays the foundation for extraction of alteration mineral mapping in large areas with high vegetation coverage, and is of great significance to the application and popularization of remote sensing technology.

The CoSiB/Pd multilayers with MgO/Pd underlayer were deposited by magnetron sputtering technique on the glass substrate. The effect of MgO underlayer's thickness t on perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of CoSiB/Pd multilayer was studied, and the thermal stability of multilayers with MgO/Pd underlayer was analyzed. The results show that the performance of PMA of samples improves due to the introduction of the MgO in the bottom layer through the analysis of anomalous Hall effect of samples, when the thickness t of MgO is 3.5 nm, the squareness of the sample is the best. The hysteresis loops of the best sample MgO(3.5 nm)/Pd(3 nm)/[CoSiB(0.5 nm)/Pd(0.8 nm)]2/Ta(2 nm) is tested, and the effective magnetic anisotropy constant(Keff) of the sample reaches 2.0×105 J/m3. The thermal stability analysis shows that the Keff reaches the maximum value 2.6×105 J/m3 at the annealing temperature of 200℃; the sample can still maintain good PMA performance, when the annealing temperature reaches 400℃.

Current iris recognition technology faces practical difficulties. For example, due to the unsteady morphology of a heterogeneous iris generated by a variety of different devices and environments, the traditional processing methods of statistical learning or cognitive learning for a single iris source are not effective. The existing iris data set size and situational classification constraints make it difficult to meet the requirements of learning methods under a single deep learning framework. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of heterogeneous iris recognition based on an entropy feature lightweight neural network under multi-source feature fusion. The method is divided into an image-processing module and a recognition module. The image-processing module converts the iris image into a recognition label via a convolutional neural network. The recognition module is based on statistical learning ideas and design of a multi-source feature fusion mechanism. The information entropy of the iris feature label is used to set the iris entropy feature category label and design the recognition function according to the category label to obtain the recognition result. As the requirement for the number and quality of irises changes, the category labels in the recognition function are dynamically adjusted using a feedback learning mechanism. This paper uses iris data collected from three different devices in the JLU iris library. The experimental results prove that for multi-category classification of lightweight constrained multi-state irises, the abovementioned problems are ameliorated to a certain extent by this method.

Objective: Somatization symptoms are commonly comorbid with depression. Furthermore, people with depression and somatization have a negative memory bias. We investigated the differences in emotional memory among adolescent patients with depressive disorders, with and without functional somatization symptoms (FSS).Methods: We recruited 30 adolescents with depression and FSS, 38 adolescents with depression but without FSS, and 38 healthy participants. Emotional memory tasks were conducted to evaluate the emotional memory of the participants in the three groups. The clinical symptoms were evaluated using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) and the Children's Somatization Inventory (CSI).Results: The valence ratings and recognition accuracy rates for positive and neutral images of adolescent patients were significantly lower than those of the control group (F = 12.208, P < 0.001; F = 6.801, P < 0.05; F = 14.536, P < 0.001; F = 6.306, P < 0.05, respectively); however, the recognition accuracy rate for negative images of adolescent patients of depression without FSS was significantly lower than that of patients with FSS and control group participants (F = 10.316, P < 0.001). These differences persisted after controlling for HDRS scores. The within-group analysis revealed that patients of depression with FSS showed significantly higher recognition accuracy rates for negative images than the other types (F = 5.446, P < 0.05). The recognition accuracy rate for negative images was positively correlated with CSI scores (r = 0.352, P < 0.05).Conclusion: Therefore, emotional memory impairment exists in adolescent patients of depression and FSS are associated with negative emotional memory retention.

Based on the FEM, the fatigue crack propagation of a involute cylindrical gear is numerically simulated. Firstly, through analyzing the meshing gear of a pair of healthy teeth, the maximum bending stress of the tooth root is determined, And it is taken as the starting point of the crack. The cracks are divided into crack and non crack blocks. The initial crack is preformed in the crack block and the block is remeshed with isoparametric singular element. The crack block and the non cracked block is connected by a multi-point constraint. The stress intensity factor and crack propagation angle are measured in crack propagation process, Based on Paris formula,tooth crack propagation trajectory and remaining life of gear is numerically simulated. The influence of load as well as initial crack length on residual life was analyzed.
