ObjectiveTo evaluate the exposure levels and health risks of aflatoxins （AFT） in dried chili and chili powder sold in Shandong Province.MethodsAFT in chili and chili powder samples were determined using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry， and aflatoxin exposure was calculated using the point evaluation method.ResultsThe detection rate of AFTB1 was the highest in the 120 samples of dried chili and chili powder investigated， at 21.7% （26/120）. The proportion of samples exceeding the national standard limit was 8.3% （10/120）； the qualification rate was 91.7% （110/120）. The detection rate of AFTB2 was 19.2% （23/120）， that of AFTG1 was 5.0% （6/120）， and that of AFTG2 was 0.8% （1/120）. Planning of laser scanning path is the key process strategy of selective laser melting (SLM) additive manufacturing technology. Combining the significant structural characteristics of a three-dimensional model to realize process path planning is an important measure to improve the forming quality of parts. An SLM regional path planning method based on suspension recognition was proposed. By identifying the suspension characteristic region of the three-dimensional model, combined with the contour offset algorithm, the forming region segmentation and scanning path planning are realized. The effects of scanning line angle, interlayer rotation and different offset distance on the forming quality of suspension structure characteristics were studied by means of numerical simulation and process test. The results show that when the overhanging edge is offset by a reasonable distances and the scanning strategy parallel to the overhanging edge is adopted in this area, the deformation and residual stress on the overhanging edge can be reduced by 54% and 73% at most.

Clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein (Cas)-mediated genome editing has greatly accelerated progress in plant genetic research and agricultural breeding by enabling targeted genomic modifications. Moreover, the prime editing system, derived from the CRISPR/Cas system, has opened the door for even more precise genome editing. Prime editing has the capability to facilitate all 12 types of base-to-base conversions, as well as desired insertions or deletions of fragments, without inducing double-strand breaks and requiring donor DNA templet. In a short time, prime editing has been rapidly verified as functional in various plants, and can be used in plant genome functional analysis as well as precision breeding of crops. In this review, we summarize the emergence and development of prime editing, highlight recent advances in improving its efficiency in plants, introduce the current applications of prime editing in plants, and look forward to future prospects for utilizing prime editing in genetic improvement and precision molecular breeding.

In patients with diabetic wounds, wound healing is impaired due to the presence of persistent oxidative stress, an altered inflammatory response, and impaired angiogenesis and epithelization. Salvianolic acid B (SAB), which is derived from the Chinese medicinal plant Salvia miltiorrhiza, has been found to exhibit antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and proangiogenic effects. Previous studies have used 3D bioprinting technology incorporating sodium alginate (SA) and gelatin (Gel) as basic biomaterials to successfully produce artificial skin. In the current study, 3D bioprinting technology was used to incorporate SAB into SA-Gel to form a novel SAB-SA-Gel composite porous scaffold. The morphological characteristics, physicochemical characteristics, biocompatibility, and SAB release profile of the SAB-SA-Gel scaffolds were evaluated in vitro. In addition, the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and proangiogenic abilities of the SAB-SA-Gel scaffolds were evaluated in cells and in a rat model. Analysis demonstrated that 1.0 wt% (the percentage of SAB in the total weight of the solution containing SA and Gel) SAB-SA-Gel scaffolds had strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and proangiogenic properties both in cells and in the rat model. The 1.0% SAB-SA-Gel scaffold reduced the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6, and interluekin-1β and increased the expression of transforming growth factor-β. In addition, this scaffold removed excessive reactive oxygen species by increasing the expression of superoxide dismutase, thereby protecting fibroblasts from injury. The scaffold increased the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and platelet/endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, accelerated granulation tissue regeneration and collagen deposition, and promoted wound healing. These findings suggest that this innovative scaffold may have promise as a simple and efficient approach to managing diabetic wound repair.

“Sports-tourism integration” is becoming an important way and trend for the development of leisure sports and cultural tourism industry, and is also an important pillar for pulling local economic development. The research focus of the article is to measure the coupling and coordination level between leisure sports and cultural and tourism integration using the entropy weight method and to discover the factors affecting the coupling of the two. With the data related to the development of leisure sports and cultural and tourism integration in City A in the 10 years from 2014 to 2023, the comprehensive development level of leisure sports and cultural and tourism integration in City A in the past 10 years, as well as the coupling and coordination level of the two, are obtained. In 2014-2023, the 10 districts in the tourism demonstration county of city A can be roughly divided into three levels, and the district with the best level of development of recreational sports is district E, with an average composite index of 0.521. The level of development of the integration of culture and tourism in the 10 districts is also markedly different, and the district with the best level of development is the district I, with an average composite index of 0.606. The analysis leads to the coupling and coordination degree of leisure, sports, culture, and tourism industries in the tourism demonstration county of city A. The average value of the coupling and coordination degree of the culture and tourism industry is between 0.3 and 0.6, and the gray correlation degree is X6>X2>X3>X9>X4>X1>X5>X8>X7 in descending order.

Modern and contemporary literature in colleges and universities is a deeply learned and traditional humanities subject, and the development of Internet technology has a different impact on the form of teaching literature. This paper combines the MOOC platform for information technology with the teaching of modern and contemporary literature and establishes a blended teaching mode for both modern and contemporary literature. Aiming at the problem of personalized recommendation of literature teaching resources in blended teaching, this paper introduces the singular value decomposition to improve the collaborative filtering algorithm in order to meet the students’ efficient learning needs of current and contemporary literature. After the teaching experiment of the blended teaching mode of current and modern literature for the students of the class of 2021 in the sample universities, the reading breadth score of the students in the experimental group in current and contemporary literature reaches 3.72±0.61. The reading ability of the two groups of students shows a significant difference at the 1% level. Furthermore, students in the experimental group were 0.3 points more motivated to learn modern and contemporary literature than those in the control group. The integration of current and modern literature teaching with information technology can promote students’ learning interests and improve the quality of current and contemporary literature teaching.

Understanding the global ecosystem carbon cycle requires a quantitative estimation of terrestrial gross primary production (GPP). Although most existing GPP estimates can accurately reflect the spatial distribution, interannual trends and even seasonal cycles of GPP under average conditions to some extent, the GPP estimates of different models under extreme climate conditions are still unsatisfactory. In this study, based on the random forest algorithm, we integrated the multimodel GPP simulation results published by the Multiscale Synthesis and Terrestrial Model Intercomparison Project, the FLUXNET flux-site-observed GPP, the standardized precipitation index (SPI) and the standardized temperature index (STI) to generate a set of global GPP time-series data products from 2001 to 2010. The new GPP product was named DFRF-GPP, referring to the GPP generated by data fusion based on random forest. The quality of DFRF-GPP was evaluated by comparison with current commonly used GPP datasets and GPP observations at FLUXNET flux sites. The results showed that DFRF-GPP is in great agreement with other GPP products and can reproduce the spatial and temporal patterns and interannual trends of global GPP, with optimal performance in regions such as those north of 30° in the Northern Hemisphere where there are more FLUXNET flux sites. DFRF-GPP has higher accuracy and excellent performance on drought and high-temperature samples, with higher sensitivity to drought and high temperature. This study not only provides a set of time-series products of global gross primary production but also provides a convenient and practical solution for enhancing the applicability of GPP estimation products in large-scale extreme climate studies.

Objective To investigate the predictive role of serum C1q tumor necrosis factor related protein 12（CTRP12） level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods Using a cross-sectional, single center study design, 60 patients with T2DM（T2DM group）, 70 patients with T2DM and DN（T2DM+DN group）, and 60 healthy subjects（control group） admitted to Haikou Peoples Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected. According to urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）, patients in T2DM+DN group were divided into microalbuminuria DN subgroup（38 cases） and macroalbuminuria DN subgroup（32 cases）. The level of serum CTRP12 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of serum CTRP12 in T2DM and DN. Results The level of serum CTRP12 in macroalbuminuria DN subgroup was（348.65±53.24）pg/mL, that in microalbuminuria DN subgroup was（472.61±68.59）pg/mL, that in T2DM group was（455.81±84.62）pg/mL, and that in control group was（568.61±105.35）pg/mL, there was significant difference between groups（P

The relaxation and jumping from slot of the power rope of the antenna deployment mechanism are likely to occur in the process of antenna deployment and folding. The deployment mechanism of the high precision satellite umbrella antenna is taken as the research object, and the working principle of the antenna deployment mechanism is analyzed. The equation of motion of the deployment mechanism is obtained by analytical method. Combined with the structural parameters of the parts of the antenna deployment mechanism, the relaxation law of the power rope of the deployment mechanism is obtained. Taking the structural parameters of the deployment mechanism as the design variable and minimum relaxation of the power rope as the goal, the structure optimization model of the deployment mechanism is obtained. The structural parameters of the optimized deployment mechanism are obtained by simulated annealing algorithm. The relaxation and receiving functions of the antenna deployment mechanism before and after optimization are performed with experiment, and the relaxation variable of the power rope is tested when the mechanism is working. The results show that the relaxation variable of the power rope of the optimized deployment mechanism is reduced by 90% compared with that before optimization, and the optimization effect is remarkable.

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of metformin(Met) on the proliferation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods CCK-8 method was used to check the proliferation of cells lines SiHa and CaSKi, the semi inhibitory concentration of metformin (IC50) was calculated as well.The cell cycle and apoptosis were examined by flow cytometry, and the expression of AMPK-mTOR signal pathway related proteins was detected by Western blot. Results With the increase of drug concentration and time, the cell proliferation rate decreased(P＜0.05).The IC50 concentrations of SiHa cells at 48 and 72 h were (50.95±2.63) and (21.39±5.23) mmol/L respectively, and those of CaSki cells were (9.98±1.63) and (7.47±2.09)mmol/L, resepectively. The content of G2/M phase cells decreased and S phase cells increased in Met group (P＜ 0.05). The apoptosis rate of Met group was higher than that of control group (P＜ 0.05). The expression of p-AMPK in the Met group was higher than that in the control group, while p-S6K and p-4E-BP1 were lower(P＜ 0.05). Conclusions The inhibitory effect of metformin on the proliferation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma lines may be related to the mechanism of promoting apoptosis,blocking cell cycle at S phase and activation of AMPK-mTOR signal pathway.

Background/Aim. Pericapsular nerve group block (PNGB) does not affect the motor nerve while blocking the obturator and femoral nerves. The aim of the study was to determine the application value of PNGB for hip replacement in the elderly. Methods. Ninety elderly patients who underwent hip replacement from March 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the fascia iliaca compartment block (FICB) group and the PNGB group. FICB and PNGB were performed prior to subarachnoid block (SAB). Their baseline data, operation conditions, incidence of adverse reactions, visual analog scale (VAS) score, heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), plasma cortisol (COR), and epinephrine (E) levels were compared. Results. VAS score, E, and plasma COR levels in the PNGB group were lower than those in the FICB group at time points T2–T4 (T2: 10 min after nerve block; T3: at position changing; T4: after position changing) (p < 0.001). There were no significant differences in HR and MAP between the two groups at any time point (p > 0.05). In the PNGB group, the ultrasonic imaging time was shorter, the time point of pressing patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) for the first time was later, and the numbers of pressing PCA were fewer than those of the FICB group (p < 0.001). No local anesthetic poisoning took place after the nerve block, and no hematoma at the puncture site, nerve injury, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, or delirium occurred. Conclusion. Both FICB and PNGB prior to SAB were highly safe for hip replacement in the elderly; however, PNGB has shorter ultrasonic imaging time, better analgesic effect, and milder oxidative stress, so it is worth applying it clinically.

ObjectiveTo understand the distribution characteristics of trigger factors of foodborne disease outbreaks caused by Staphylococcus aureus and its enterotoxin in China.MethodsThe data from the national foodborne disease outbreak monitoring system and literature from 2010 to 2020 were collected and sorted out， and the data of Staphylococcus aureus and its enterotoxin was analyzed.ResultsA total of 703 outbreaks from 2010 to 2020 were included （694 in the monitoring system and 9 in the literature）. Single latitude attribution analysis found that meat accounted for 28.3% （199/703） of the causal foods， improper storage accounted for 15.2% （107/703） during the whole process， and catering service places accounted for 85.2% （599/703） of the occouring places. The results of multi-dimensional analysis showed that the number of events in each season was the largest in Eastern China. In addition to meat， pastry food and rice flour food were the main cause in eastern and southern China， which were mostly caused by improper storage. Among the outbreaks that occurred in catering service places， meat and flour rice food were mainly caused by improper processing， while pastry food was mainly caused by improper storage.ConclusionThe incidence of foodborne diseases caused by Staphylococcus aureus and its enterotoxin is high in meat products. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of catering service places， food processing， storage and other sectors to reduce the risk of morbidity.

Idarubicin (IDA), an anthracycline antineoplastic drug, is commonly used in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with reasonable response rates and clinical benefits. However, some patients still relapse, or do not respond, and suffer high fatality rates. Recent studies have shown that overexpression of PARP-1 may represent an important risk factor in AML patients. The aim of the present study was to determine the underlying molecular mechanisms by which the PARP-1 inhibitor Olaparib enhances the chemosensitivity of the leukemia cell line K562 and THP1 to IDA. Our data demonstrated that PARP-1 is upregulated in AML patients as well as in K562 and THP1 cells, and that the suppression of PARP-1 activity by Olaparib enhances the inhibitory effect of IDA. A mechanistic study revealed that Olaparib decreases the expressions of p-ATM, p-IκBα, XIAP and p65, and upregulates Bax, cleaved-Caspase-3 and γ-H2AX. Olaparib can enhance the induction of DNA damage by IDA, probably mediated by the inhibition of the ATM-related DNA damage response. Moreover, we also found that the nuclear translocation of p65 and the nuclear export of NEMO are inhibited when IDA and Olaparib are combined. Our results suggest that Olaparib attenuates the activity of the NF-κB pathway and decreases the DNA damage response induced by IDA. Therefore, we conclude that Olaparib is a potentially valuable chemosensitizer for leukemia patients.

Open-pit mine networking is one of the basic key technologies of intelligent mines. However, the complex communication environment in open-pit mines and the large mobility difference of various heterogeneous nodes lead to unstable communication links. In order to solve this problem, a heterogeneous clustering networking protocol (HCNP) is proposed. HCNP supports the access of static solar LoRa relay equipment at any time, and can be flexibly arranged with the change of mining depth. HCNP uses the shortest path tree to form a static backbone network from static devices and static relay devices to base stations. HCNP divides the priority according to whether the node moves, whether the energy is limited, the number of hops and the distance to the base station. The cluster head selection and clustering process are completed based on the different priorities of the node, and a heterogeneous networking mode of static backbone network and dynamic clustering is formed so as to realize the reliable forwarding of data. The simulation results show that compared with Ad hoc on-demand distance vector routing (AODV), optimized link state routing protocol (OLSR), greedy peripheral stateless routing protocol (GPSR), and node location-based 3D geographical routing protocol (AB3D), HCNP has higher successful transmission rate, lower end-to-end delay and lower energy consumption. When the simulation time and the number of nodes change, the successful transmission rate is always higher than 83%, the end-to-end delay is lower than 20 ms, and the energy consumption does not exceed 0.66 J. This shows that the static backbone network and the clustering strategy considering node priority are suitable for 3D open-pit mines with complex environment, and meet the requirements of dynamic adaptability of mine equipment and personnel number.

The study aimed to analyze and compare dosimetric differences with various thicknesses and frequencies of bolus in post-mastectomy intensity-modulated radiotherapy. Based on the Oncentra4.1 treatment planning system, Thirty-eight post-mastectomy patients were selected randomly between 2017 and 2021. Three sets of simulated treatment planning with 5_mm all, 5_mm half, and 10_mm half virtual boluses were formed. A total prescribed dose of 50 Gy regimen was delivered in 25 fractions over 5 weeks, in which half-time bolus was used for 15 out of 25 fractions. The dosimetric parameters of target areas, skin, and organs at risk were compared. Furthermore, normal tissue complication probability (NTCP) was evaluated for the skin. Regarding the D2, D50, V90, V95, and V115 of the clinical target volume, the 5_mm all bolus group was prominently better than other groups, and the D50 and V90 of the clinical target volumes were statistically significant (p < 0.05). Regarding the D2, D50, D95, D98, Dmax, V90, V95, V115, homogeneity index (HI), and conformity index of the planning target volume, the 5_mm thick bolus group was prominently better than other groups, and the D50, D95, D98, V90, V95, and HI of the clinical target volumes were statistically significant (p < 0.05). For organs at risk, there was no statistical significance for the three planning groups, but the 5_mm all bolus group was prominently better than other groups in the V45 of the esophagus, V30, V40, and Dmax of the heart, V50, Dmax, and Dmean of the humerus head, V20, V30, and Dmax of the left lung, Dmax and Dmean of the thyroid, and Dmean of the trachea. Calculated with the 5_mm all bolus, the mean dose, V40, V45, and V50 for the skin structure, were all higher than other bolus regimens, while the dose maxima (Skinmax and V55) were all lower than others. Regarding the skin radiobiological evaluation, the NTCP of the 5_mm all bolus group was prominently better than other groups and was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Besides, the monitor unit of 5_mm all bolus regimen was the minimum compared with other groups and was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Therefore, the 5_mm all bolus group can not only improve the dose but also reduce the hot dose of skin and target volume, as well as reduce the NTCP. Our study provides a clinical reference in the delivery of post-mastectomy radiotherapy.

Various aspects of electrospun fibers prepared from terpolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE), hexafluoropropylene (HFP), and vinylidene fluoride (VDF) (THV)/acetone solutions at two applied voltages, THV/acetone solutions having Texas montmorillonite with two ratios, and THV/ethyl acetate solutions using two needle sizes are described. Fibers from THV/acetone and THV/ethyl acetate solutions showed shallow indentations and pores, respectively. The clay, functioning as electrospinning agent, did not influence the fiber morphology, but yielded narrower fiber diameter distribution and the thinnest fibers. Heterogeneous fiber diameter distribution and increase in the fiber diameters were observed by lowering the voltage for fibers of THV/acetone solutions. Fibers from THV/ethyl acetate solutions had the largest diameter and the broadest diameter distribution. Electrospun THV fibers having both hydrophobic characteristics with nearly 140° water contact angles and oleophilic properties with oil contact angles less than 45° might have applications in areas such as water/oil separation.

The patient, a 45-year-old male chemical factory worker, was burned by monochloroacetic acid discharged from a ruptured pipe. The patient was merely flushed with water and did not leave the workplace immediately. As a result, he suffered local burn symptoms, which gradually worsened. Two and a half hours after the accident, he developed symptoms of systemic poisoning, such as lethargy and dyspnoea. After a thorough debridement of the wound surface and subsequent skin grafting combined with early glucocorticoid therapy and haemofiltration, a satisfactory result was achieved, and the patient eventually recovered. With the widespread use of monochloroacetic acid in China, incidents of poisoning with this chemical are becoming increasingly common, with more than 100 cases reported in the past ten years in China alone.

Objective To determine the effect of ambient temperature on fecundity of Anopheles stephensi and investigate its molecular mechanisms. Methods After Anopheles stephensi were divided into 5 groups, they were maintained in a mosquito cage at environment temperature of 16, 20, 24, 28 and 32 ℃, respectively. The oviposition capacity and survival time of Anopheles stephensi at different temperatures were analyzed and compared. The total RNA of Anopheles stephensi was extracted at different time points before and after blood feeding, and the transcription level of vitellogenin (Vg) was detected by RT-qPCR. Results Under the temperature of 16 ℃, Anopheles stephensi stopped reproducing. The oviposition rate was significantly lower in the 20 ℃ group than the 24, 28 and 32 ℃ groups (P < 0.05). While, no such significant difference was found among the other groups. Under the range of 20~28 ℃, with the ambient temperature rising, the gravidity time was gradually shortened (P < 0.001), the counts of laid eggs was gradually increased (P < 0.05 or 0.01), and the survival time was gradually extended (P < 0.05 or 0.01). However, when the ambient temperature rose to 32 ℃, the gravidity time was further shortened, but less eggs were laid (P < 0.01) and the survival time was reduced (P < 0.01), when compared with the values in the 28 ℃ group. The transcriptional level of Vg was always at low basic level before and after blood feeding under 16 ℃. Among the other temperature groups, the level was increased significantly at 24 h post blood feeding than before (P < 0.01). The pattern of Vg levels among different groups was consistent with those of egg counts under the corresponding temperature. Conclusion 28 ℃ is the optimal temperature for the fecundity and survival of Anopheles stephensi. The molecular mechanism may be due to temperature affecting the expression of Vg.

In this article, we consider the long-time behavior of solutions for the wave equation with nonlinear damping and linear memory. Within the theory of process on time-dependent spaces, we verify the process is asymptotically compact by using the contractive functions method, and then obtain the existence of the time-dependent attractor in H01(Ω)×L2(Ω)×Lμ2(R+;H01(Ω))$\begin{array}{} H^{1}_0({\it\Omega})\times L^{2}({\it\Omega})\times L^{2}_{\mu}(\mathbb{R}^{+};H^{1}_0({\it\Omega})) \end{array}$.

Objective To explore the effects of Er: YAG lasers with different pulse energies and of Er: YAG lasers combined with Duraphat on dentine surface morphology and the dentinal tubule exposure rate, thereby providing a theo⁃ retical basis and parameters for clinically treating dentine hypersensitivity with Er: YAG lasers. Methods Dentinal tu⁃ bule exposure models were divided into five groups, namely, group A (single Er: YAG laser exposure), group B (Du⁃ raphat+ Er: YAG laser), and group C (Er: YAG laser+Duraphat), which were exposed to 6 levels of pulse energy (80 mJ/ P⁃ 250 mJ/P), and experimental control group D (Duraphat group) and blank control group E. Scanning electron micros⁃ copy was used to observe dentine surface morphology and dentinal tubule closure in these groups, and Image⁃Pro Plus 6.0 software was used for image analysis to measure the exposure rates of the five groups of dentinal tubules. Results The dentinal tubule exposure rates for the A⁃D groups were significantly lower than that of the E group (P < 0.001); when the Er: YAG laser pulse energy was less than 250 mJ/P, the dentinal tubule exposure rates for the A⁃C groups were all lower than that of the D group, but when the pulse energy was higher than 250 mJ/P, the dentinal tubule expo⁃ sure rates for the A⁃C groups were higher than that of the D group, showing significant differences (P < 0.001); under the same handling method, when the pulse energy was 80～200 mJ/P, the dentinal tubule exposure rate decreased as the pulse energy increased. If the pulse energy reached 250 mJ/P, the exposure rate of the dentinal tubules increased in⁃ stead. There were apparently no significant differences between 80 mJ/P, 100 mJ/P, 160 mJ/P and 200 mJ/P in the A and C groups or between 80 mJ/P and 100 mJ/P in the B group (P > 0.05), while significant differences existed among the other groups (P < 0.05). Under the same pulse energy, the dentinal tubule exposure rates were A group > C group >B group; under different pulse energies, there existed significant differences between the A and B groups (P < 0.05); when the pulse energy was 120～250 mJ/P, there were significant differences between the B and C groups (P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences among other groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Er: YAG lasers can close the dentinal tubules and play a cooperative role if combined with Duraphat; the effects of laser exposure are better if fluorine is ap⁃ plied beforehand; and dentinal tubule closure is positively correlated with the pulse energy of Er: YAG lasers within a certain energy scope, but when the pulse energy reaches 200 mJ/P, the dentine surface is excessively fused and injured.

The metal additive manufacturing process can inevitably lead to a great temperature gradient in the workpiece. Therefore, the thermal stress deformation and defects seriously affect the processing quality. In this paper, an array acoustic probe is designed on the base plate with the consideration of the time reversal technology. Corresponding simulations is implemented, which are designed to verify the ability of detecting and positioning the workpiece stress release acoustic emission signal. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can position and monitor the random acoustic emission.
