For most geometric errors identification method of machine tool guide way, the homogeneous transformation matrix is usually adopted to calculate the solution of error items. It is not easy to ensure the accuracy of values of homogeneous transformation matrix (HTM) since the installation errors of instruments are inevitable during the procedure of measurement. In this paper, a novel measurement method using three non-collinear measurement paths is established to identify the six geometric errors of linear axis. Furthermore, based on sensitivity analysis, the optimal installation parameters are achieved and how each installation parameters affect the identification results is investigated. The optimal measurement parameters would be calculated to reduce the impact of incorrect values of homogeneous transformation matrix. Finally, the simulation would be conducted to analyse the sensitivity of the geometric errors with the installation errors. Experimental test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and indicates that the method is applicable for a reduction in installation errors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this work, the Fe2O3/ZnFe2O4 heterostructures were synthesized by solvothermal and calcination decomposition methods, and then used for 1-butanol detection. The detail morphology and chemical state of Fe2O3/ZnFe2O4 nanostructures were measured using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. To improve the gas sensing performances, different contents of Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) were modified on the Fe2O3/ZnFe2O4 heterostructures. Experimental results demonstrate that the 2 mol% Au modified Fe2O3/ZnFe2O4 (A2FZ) sensor shows the highest response of 27.6 toward 200 ppm 1-butanol. Moreover, A2FZ device also exhibits good response/recovery times (6 s/16 s toward 2 ppm 1-butanol), low limit of detection (LOD = 50 ppb), and excellent stability properties. Furthermore, the improved gas sensing mechanism is also discussed for AuNPs-modificated Fe2O3/ZnFe2O4 heterostructures, and it is promising to be used as a potential gas sensing materials for 1-butanol detection. In recent years, as the energy market continues to change, an emerging business model is gradually emerging as an energy provider (EP). The participation of EP as an independent entity in the distribution network investment model not only helps realize a win–win situation for multiple stakeholders but also promotes the innovation and sustainable development of the energy industry. However, in the energy system, EPs, grids, microenergy grids (MEGs), and shared energy storage service providers usually belong to different stakeholders, and their respective pursuit of profit maximization can easily lead to uncontrolled competition, which greatly reduces market efficiency. To address the varying ownership structures within the energy system, a refined bilevel coordinated optimization operation model is introduced, rooted in the master–slave game theory. In this model, the EP assumes the role of the master, while the MEG operator and the shared energy storage operator (SESO) act as slaves. A peer‐to‐peer energy‐sharing mechanism between MEGs and an energy trading mechanism between MEGs and shared energy storage is used to further increase the local consumption rate of new energy. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method not only boosts the revenues of an EP, SESO, and MEG operators but also effectively accounts for the MEG's energy storage needs and SESOs' profitability.
