The effect of the serine/glycine-free diet (−SG diet) on colorectal cancer (CRC) remains unclear; meanwhile, programmed death-1 (PD-1) inhibitors are less effective for most CRC patients. Here, we demonstrate that the −SG diet inhibits CRC growth and promotes the accumulation of cytotoxic T cells to enhance antitumor immunity. Additionally, we also identified the lactylation of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) in tumor cells as a mechanism of immune evasion during cytotoxic T cell-mediated antitumor responses, and blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway is able to rejuvenate the function of CD8+ T cells recruited by the −SG diet, indicating the potential of combining the −SG diet with immunotherapy. We conducted a single-arm, phase I study (ChiCTR2300067929). The primary outcome suggests that the −SG diet is feasible and safe for regulating systemic immunity. Secondary outcomes include patient tolerability and potential antitumor effects. Collectively, our findings highlight the promising therapeutic potential of the −SG diet for treating solid tumors. The impact of multiple time delays and the variation of populations between patches make population dynamics research more realistic and challenging. The main goal of this work is to study the effect of delay on the asymptotic behavior of tick population dynamics model with patch structure and multiple time-varying delays. We make use of the fluctuation lemma and inequality techniques to tackle the positivity, persistence and the global attractivity of the considered high-dimensional system. Finally, we give an example with three numerical simulations to verify that our theoretical results are completely new and complement some earlier existing ones. In this study, porous CoFe2O4/carbon composite nanofibers with metal–organic framework (MOF) structures were prepared by electrospinning and in situ growth followed by annealing. CoFe2O4 particles derived from Prussian blue analogues (PBAs) were firmly anchored onto highly conductive carbon nanofibers by tuning the growth time, generating the sturdy construction and prominent conductivity of CFO@C-24 with a large specific surface area, stable fibrous morphology and MOF structure integrity. Owing to these structural merits, more active sites are provided with accelerated electron/Li-ion transport when the nanofiber is applied as an anode in lithium-ion batteries. A high initial discharge/charge capacity of 1400/1328 mA h g−1 at 0.1 A g−1, a considerable reversible discharge/charge capacity of 623/598 mA h g−1after 400 cycles at 1 A g−1 and an excellent rate performance of 585 mA h g−1 at 1.5 A g−1 are presented. Specific capacities of 1166, 1059, 861, 742 and 585 mA h g−1 of CFO@C-24 are achieved at multiple current densities of 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 A g−1, respectively, and the discharge specific capacity is able to resume to 1035 mA h g−1 when returned to 0.1 A g−1. Upon assembling into full cells, considerable capacitance and rate performance are delivered and a series of LED bulbs can be lit to demonstrate its potential in real applications. The zinc cobaltite possesses merit of high theoretical specific capacity. However, issues of low conductivity and volume expansion during lithiation and delithiation lead to severe capacity fading. In this work, a porous zinc cobaltite/carbon composite nanofiber is synthesized with a metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) structure through electrospinning, in situ growth, and hydrothermal reaction. The obtained zinc cobaltite/carbon composite nanofibers have an improved specific surface area (90.61 m2 g‐1), enabling excellent electrochemical performance as anode materials in Li‐ion batteries. Briefly, a high initial discharge capacity of 2468 mAh g‐1 and reversible capacity of 2008 mAh g‐1 after the 200 cycles, and an outstanding rate capability of 937 mAh g‐1 at 2 A g‐1 are achieved. The capacity fading of MOFs–zinc cobaltite/carbon composite nanofibers is significantly improved, which can be attributed to the following reasons: i) the MOFs structure effectively relieve the strain stemming from volume expansion of transition metal; ii) the abundance of mesoporous structure facilitates the electron transport for Li+ diffusion rate by shortening the Li‐ion diffusion path during lithiation/delithiation process; iii) the carbon nanofibers with excellent conductivity enable efficient conduction efficiency of lithium ions and electrons. In this paper, we present a non-reduced order approach to study the exponential stability of delayed inertial genetic regulatory networks. Sufficient conditions guaranteeing the networks to be exponentially stable are established by introducing a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. Compared with the existing ones in literature, the proposed methods significantly reduce the computational complexity. Moreover, the theoretical results are tested by a numerical example. In this paper, a class of neutral-type fuzzy cellular neural networks with operator and time-varying delays is considered. By using the theory of fixed point and differential inequality techniques, some sufficient conditions are established to ensure the existence and global exponential stability of pseudo almost periodic solutions for the addressed system, which extend previously known researches.
