This study aims to give an understanding about what are the main reasons that are taken in consideration by foreign students in their decision to stay or leave the country where they have completed their studies. Based on literature review a survey was built and sent to students of different nationalities, which focused on the main dimensions valued by an individual when choosing a place to live. The results showed that the variables 'perception (education)', 'environment', 'health and well-being', 'social influence', 'intention to live abroad', 'social influence' and 'intent to live abroad' where the ones with greater impact in the decision of a foreign student to stay or leave the country.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of employee satisfaction with the performance of tasks assigned by the employer in remote form, to explore the discrepancy between employee expectations and the experience of remote working and to identify the characteristics shaping employee preferences, together with an attempt to identify and classify the requirements of IT staff carrying out their professional duties remotely. Employee job satisfaction is a source of benefits both for the employees themselves and for companies operating in a dynamically changing environment. The issue of remote working is the subject of public debate and is a particularly current and important research topic. Satisfaction with remote working is a multidimensional phenomenon encompassing different aspects of the work experience, as well as a subjective experience that varies from person to person, considered in relation to a variety of factors. The paper is theoretical and methodological in nature, using a variety of research methods and techniques, such as a survey questionnaire, the Kano model and the Servqual approach. These methods were supported by a classical literature review, which served as a supporting tool and starting point for further analysis and critique of the literature, as well as structural and causal analysis. The primary data collected through the survey questionnaire were analysed and inferred, and the results showed that IT employees' expectations of remote working are not fully met, especially in the areas of career development and adaptation. Significant differences relate to bonuses, recognition and job stability. The largest unfulfilled expectations are related to job stability, bonuses, allowances to cover the costs of remote working and workplace flexibility. Remote working has positive aspects such as less environmental stress, higher productivity, reduced costs and commuting-related stress. Most of the identified features of remote working (20 out of 24) directly influence job satisfaction. Access to global projects attracts potential employees the most. Three features - subsidised equipment, coverage of remote working costs, and the environmental impact of remote working - are irrelevant to employee satisfaction. This study addresses a topical and relevant contemporary issue in the field of remote working and job satisfaction. It is a pioneering study focusing on the links between remote working and IT employee satisfaction. To date, research has considered the issue from the perspective of remote working, the IT sector or job satisfaction in relation to various factors. However, there is a lack of research combining these three issues. Furthermore, analysis based on the Servqual method and the Kano model has so far been used to measure service quality in various industries and to analyse and categorise customer needs in relation to satisfaction. The application of this tool to the study of employee satisfaction with remote working in the IT industry is a new and unique approach. Seaplanes as a transport mode provide the flexibility of using land and water infrastructure for their operations. This functionality presents an opportunity for regions with water surfaces, especially when the sea and air connectivity are the only options. This paper presents an exploratory analysis of seaplanes' potential as a mode of transport in Greece. After reviewing the topics of air connectivity, remote regions and the coexistence of modes of transport, a survey is designed to collect information on the perspectives of potential users in the Greek region. In total 200 replies of residents and non-residents of the country are collected and reflect a social perspective of seaplane operations. It is found that the main aspects that would motivate passengers to choose seaplanes would be the offered trip duration, the ticket price and the trip convenience. The collected information is used for the elaboration of SWOT analyses that assess seaplane operations at a strategic decision-making level in transport planning and technology management. The analysis concludes that the potential of seaplanes as a transport mode lies on the enhancement of sustainable transport, the connectivity of isolated regions and their economic growth. Entrepreneurship plays an important role on economic development. However, its antecedents are still an under-explored topic. As such, this research seeks to identify the factors that influence entrepreneurship by the relationship between the theoretical fields of entrepreneurship and the Resource Based View. To test the hypothesis, a quantitative study was conducted using survey data from a sample of 118 Angolan entrepreneurs. The results from partial least squares (PLS) allow identifying marketing capabilities; access to financial resources, and innovation capabilities as determinants of entrepreneurship. No significant relation was observed in the link between market experience and customer orientation on entrepreneurship. Problem solving skills are increasingly important to be able to tackle the complex problems encountered in the business world. Nowadays is increasingly important to achieve sustainable development, focusing not only on economic profit but also on creating social value. It is widely agreed that the principles of scientific management can lead to more effective solutions for complex problems. Problems have to be looked at objectively, with methodology and intellectual integrity and modesty. In today's complex and changing business environment the concern with sustainability has gained more notoriety. However, companies still do not have a sustainable perspective, but a short-term one, where their values are constantly forgotten and this concept is no longer welcomed. This research demonstrates the need for companies to adapt and to start acting in this direction. Following a set of interviews conducted with professionals with management positions of high responsibility, findings reveal that although sustainability is on the management mind, strategies and tools need to be adapted to be at the core of the organization's strategic formulation. To support this process, a new SWOT analysis to fit a forward-looking sustainable world is proposed. Furthermore, due to the aggregative nature of the model, it represents an essential tool for an open innovation. "SWOT i" integrates the concern with sustainability as one of its pillars, placing the values and impacts that each decision can have at the center of the strategic formulation, allowing their performance to leverage. Knowledge translation can be understood as the ability to translate concepts between different contexts by stakeholders who have different skills, aims, and even feelings in their relation to such concepts. Knowledge translation tools allow for the effective transfer of existing knowledge as well as the emergence of new knowledge of value to some or all of the stakeholders involved in the process. Knowledge translation is particularly challenging in healthcare and medicine, where different practitioners (e.g. physicians, biologists, engineers, researchers) and professionals need methodologies and tools to communicate and share knowledge among them and with patients in an effective manner. To better understand this phenomenon, we conducted a "tructured Literature 'eview ("LR). The concepts knowledge, translation and either healthcare or medicine were used as search terms in the title, abstract or keywords on "copus, which highlighted more than 2,000 contributions in the medical literature and only 22 in Business and Management. Our review of these documents revealed a need in the healthcare sector for better managerial and organisational practices to cope with the various challenges related to the sharing of knowledge among stakeholders. At the same time, the business and management communities appear to have made significant progress in addressing the same issues. We therefore decided to concentrate our analysis on the works published by the business and management community as a mean to highlight future research directions for the healthcare management sector. Thus, our research identifies areas of relevance which are currently underdeveloped, provides insights on both theoretical and empirical developments and offers a critique of the approaches, research frameworks and methods used, as well as emerging trends in these domains. Despite a lack of an agreed definition of the term Knowledge T ranslation, our findings highlight a growing interest in the topic, with most of the contributions published after 2015. "cholars have approached the term from a variety of perspectives depending on the nature of the stakeholders of relevance to their studies. Whilst there does not seem to be a predominant framework, the literature reveals several tools and techniques that are effective in enhancing Knowledge Translation in different contexts. The consultancy projects are a must-have in a pandemic context. Companies need to change or convert their business model and reinvent themselves; otherwise they lose competitive advantages. These kinds of changes are structural in the core business and mostly in the value chain, so their success is critical for the business continuity and company existence. This research aims to understand the importance of including customers in the development of new methods and processes that lead to better solutions for problems detected and at what stages of development of a management consulting project should they intervention. Being unquestionable the heterogeneity of scientific studies carried out over the past decade in management control area, a fact to retain is that the development of these studies have been mainly focused on the aspect of information systems and their weaknesses, their contribution to organizational efficiency and fundamentally, about their design and implementation mechanisms.
