Background Medically unspecified disease (MUD) is characterized by complex and diverse symptoms that cannot be clearly diagnosed or rationally explained, which often leads to frequent hospital attendance, imposing a heavy economic burden on individuals, families and the healthcare system. Objective To understand the visits for MUD in general internal medicine clinics in county general hospitals by analyzing the results of a survey, providing a theoretical basis for standardized treatment of MUD by integrating evidence from this epidemiological survey and our ideas for general diagnosis and treatment of MUD in county general hospitals. Methods From January to March 2021, conditional sampling was used to select all patients (n=45 439) who attended the general internal medicine clinic (85 881 visits in total) in a grade B tertiary county general hospital in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province from January 1 to December 31, 2020 through the hospital information system. Among whom, adult patients with MUD were screened using the PRESUME screening method, and information involving the demographics, time of consultation and reasons for consultation was collected for analysis. Results A total of 497 adult patients were identified with visits due to MUD, with a mean number of visits of 2.23 visits/person, and a mean age at visit of (51.6±15.9) years. Upon activation by CD40 or TLR signaling, B lymphocytes activate NF-κB to induce activation-induced cytidine deaminase and, therefore, Ig class switch DNA recombination, as central to the maturation of the Ab and autoantibody responses. In this study, we show that NF-κB activation is boosted by colocalization of engaged immune receptors, such as CD40, with RAB7 small GTPase on mature endosomes, in addition to signals emanating from the receptors localized on the plasma membrane, in mouse B cells. In mature endosomes, RAB7 directly interacts with TRAF6 E3 ubiquitin ligase, which catalyzes K63 polyubiquitination for NF-κB activation. RAB7 overexpression in Cd19+/creRosa26fl-STOP-fl-Rab7 mouse B cells upregulates K63 polyubiquitination activity of TRAF6, enhances NF-κB activation and activation-induced cytidine deaminase induction, and boosts IgG Ab and autoantibody levels. This, together with the extensive intracellular localization of CD40 and the strong correlation of RAB7 expression with NF-κB activation in mouse lupus B cells, shows that RAB7 is an integral component of the B cell NF-κB activation machinery, likely through interaction with TRAF6 for the assembly of "intracellular membrane signalosomes."

The moisture of most newly harvested corn ears could be as high as 30% in Jizhou, and the method of air-drying on sides of roads, which is weather-sensitive, is mostly adopted in rural areas.Considering the small-scale farm bin has been used widely in the northeast of China, it is meaningful to explore its applicability and optimal thickness in Jizhou. In this study, JSWD-120 (4×1.5×2 m) is chosen and modified into tree small-scale bins with the thickness of 0.8 m, 1.0 m and 1.2 m. The newly harvest corn ears are stored from the middle October to early April and different quality index are analyzed timely. Results show that corn ears stored in the bin with the thickness of 1.2 m show good quality in terms of moisture of 14.05%±0.001%, lower fatty acid values of (51.59±0.007) mgKOH/100g, crude starch content of (68.66±0.171) g/100g and amylose content of 20.65%. Moreover, mycotoxins, such as deoxynivalenol and ochratoxin A, are not detected. IgG autoantibodies mediate pathology in systemic lupus patients and lupus-prone mice. In this study, we showed that the class-switched IgG autoantibody response in MRL/Faslpr/lpr and C57/Sle1Sle2Sle2 mice was blocked by the CID 1067700 compound, which specifically targeted Ras-related in brain 7 (Rab7), an endosome-localized small GTPase that was upregulated in activated human and mouse lupus B cells, leading to prevention of disease development and extension of lifespan. These were associated with decreased IgG-expressing B cells and plasma cells, but unchanged numbers and functions of myeloid cells and T cells. The Rab7 inhibitor suppressed T cell-dependent and T cell-independent Ab responses, but it did not affect T cell-mediated clearance of Chlamydia infection, consistent with a B cell-specific role of Rab7. Indeed, B cells and plasma cells were inherently sensitive to Rab7 gene knockout or Rab7 activity inhibition in class switching and survival, respectively, whereas proliferation/survival of B cells and generation of plasma cells were not affected. Impairment of NF-κB activation upon Rab7 inhibition, together with the rescue of B cell class switching and plasma cell survival by enforced NF-κB activation, indicated that Rab7 mediates these processes by promoting NF-κB activation, likely through signal transduction on intracellular membrane structures. Thus, a single Rab7-inhibiting small molecule can target two stages of B cell differentiation to dampen the pathogenic autoantibody response in lupus.

The image degradation owing to the absorption and scattering of optical propagation medium makes the non‐visualization and anamorphose in real image. The complex algorithms based on highly integrated hardware can restore degraded image while it causes inefficient serial operation and storage redundancy. One improved strategy is to parallel functional integration in front‐end visual perceptron. Here, a parallel photoelectron storage and visual preprocessing in nanowire perceptron to synchronously achieve image perception, visual memory, and in‐sensor preprocessing are demonstrated. This functional integration is originated from charge‐resolved storage in temporal or frequency domain under optical pulsed excitation due to cascaded defect engineering. The proposed system enhances the peak signal‐to‐noise ratio (PSNR) of degraded image from 152 to 181 dB by feature decompression and also has 7.2% of PSNR improvement by noise filtration. This system is validated to improved train accuracy of back‐end artificial neural network (ANN) by 32.8% and shorten its iteration period by 77.4%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Container transportation has become an important part of the new modern grain logistics system in China, which is convenient, efficient and flexible. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign bulk grain container transportation and standards, this paper discussed the construction of the standard system of bulk grain container transportation, put forward the construction objectives, principles and ideas, designed the framework, and analyzed the various elements, in order to provide reference for solving the existing problems of bulk grain container transportation and lay a foundation for ensuring grain security in China.
