Mycotoxins are highly toxic and carcinogenic to humans and animals, and mycotoxin pollution in foods is difficult to prevent and control, which has sparked increasing concern. Therefore, it is necessary to detect mycotoxins in foods. Traditional mycotoxin detection methods, although accurate and reliable, require expensive equipment and long detection time, which do not meet the requirements of the rapid detection of mycotoxins. Thus, it is necessary to develop fast, sensitive, accurate, and economical methods for detecting mycotoxins. Fluorescent sensors based on the fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) effect are widely used in the detection industry because of their simple operation, fast reaction speed, reliable results and low cost. This article mainly introduces the detection mechanism of fluorescence sensors based on the FRET effect, summarizes their applications in mycotoxin detection, and proposes existing problems and an outlook for future development trends, in order to provide a reference for the design of novel fluorescence sensors and the optimization of the sensitivity of mycotoxin detection.

The concept of equivalent thermal conductivity is introduced into the analogical thermal conductivity coefficient. With the help of the finite element thermal simulation software Fluent, the method and operation used in the simulation analysis are mastered, and the thermal performance of single porous brick is simulated and analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of six factors of porous brick's pore form, i.e. pore shape, rectangular length-width ratio, pore row number, pore arrangement pattern and pore rate, the influence degree and mechanism of the six factors on the equivalent thermal conductivity of brick body are explored. The results show that the pore shape should be rectangular. The optimal design of the pores should increase the length-width ratio of the rectangular pores within the allowable range of the specification, and the number of rows or columns of the porous brick should be appropriately increased. Pore arrangement should adopt staggered arrangement, ensuring the long side of the rectangular pore is vertical to heat transfer direction pore arrangement. The porosity of the porous brick should be maximized under the conditions allowed by the specification, ensuing that the mechanical strength can meet the use requirements. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Crop straw has high calorific value, high burning loss and can be used as internal combustion fuel in sintering process. Based on the excellent characteristics of straw material and the existing production technology of shale sintered porous brick, five groups of straw raw materials were mixed with shale, coal gangue and other raw materials according to the mass ratio of 0,2%, 4%, 6% and 8%, respectively, and then the straw shale sintered porous brick was developed. In the production enterprise, different straw shale sintered porous brick with different straw content was prepared, and then the classification was explored. The optimum amount of straw in industrial production of straw shale sintered porous brick is analyzed, which can provide reference for subsequent production of straw shale sintered porous brick. Through comparative analysis on thermal property in light-steel structure and traditional building, there are poor thermal stability and obvious bridge in building envelope of light-gauge steel structure. Based on thermal theory of storage and insulation and introducing overall optimization concepts, thermal optimization tactics on low-rise light gauge steel structure were put forward. These tactics can not only improve thermal stability of light-building envelope, but also will be conductive to eliminate adverse effects of thermal bridge in order to provide valuable basis for energy-saving design and construction in low-rise light-gauge steel structure. Background: This study compares first-line pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy with chemotherapy alone for patients with HER2-negative advanced gastric cancer (GC) and gastroesophageal junction cancer (GEJC) in China., Methods: A Markov state-transition model was developed based on the phase 3 randomized KEYNOTE-859 clinical trial data. The health state utility values and direct medical costs were derived from the KEYNOTE-859 clinical trial, the relevant literature, and local charges. The measured outcomes included quality-adjusted life-years (QALYs) and the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER). Probabilistic and one-way sensitivity analyses (OWSA) were performed to assess the uncertainty of the model., Results: In the base analysis, the incremental effectiveness and cost of pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone were 0.22 QALYs and $16,627.31, respectively, resulting in an ICER of $76,936.60/QALY, which is higher than the willingness-to-pay threshold in China ($35,864.61/QALY). Subgroup analyses revealed that the ICERs of pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone were $72,762.68 and $34,813.70 in the populations with PD-L1 CPS of 1 or higher (CPS ≥ 1) and PD-L1 CPS ≥ 10 (CPS ≥ 10), respectively., Conclusions: As first-line therapy for patients with locally advanced or metastatic HER2-negative GC/GEJC in China, pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy is less cost-effective than chemotherapy alone, however, in the CPS ≥ 10 subgroup is more.
