Objective To investigate the application effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with ultrasound drug delivery in blind insertion of spiral naso-intestinal tube among critically ill neurological patients. Methods From March 2020 to February 2021, 95 patients underwent enteral nutrition in the Neurological Intensive Care Unit were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=47) by digital randomization method. The control group was given an intravenous bolus of gastric motility drugs (metoclopramide hydrochloride injection 10 mg), and the observation group was given intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with ultrasound drug delivery. The success rate of the first and second catheterization and the curative effect of constipation were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had a higher success rate for the first placement of the blind-inserted spiral naso-intestinal tube than the control group (79. 17 vs. %46. 81%, P＜0. 01). Among the failed cases of placement in the control group, the success rate of placement by intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with ultrasound drug delivery was 76. 00%(19/25). The effective rate of treating constipation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The use of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with ultrasound drug delivery has a significant effect on increasing the success rate of blind insertion of spiral naso-intestinal tubes in critically ill neurological patients, and the success rate in the second catheterization is also high. It can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and relieve the patients' constipation symptoms. (目的 探讨中频脉冲电刺激联合超声药物导入在神经重症患者盲插螺旋型鼻肠管中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年2月医院神经重症监护室行肠内营养治疗95例患者为研究对象, 采用数字随机法将其分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=47)。对照组给予静脉推注促胃动力药物(盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液10 mg), 观察组给予中频脉冲电刺激联合超声药物导入。比较两组患者首次、二次置管成功率, 评价干预便秘的效果。结果 观察组72 h首次置管成功率79. 17%(38/48), 对照组为46. 81%(22/47), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。对照组首次置管失败后, 采用观察组方法进行二次置管, 累计置管成功率为76. 00%(19/25)。评价干预便秘的效果, 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0. 05)。结论 采用中频脉冲电刺激联合超声药物导入提高神经重症患者首次盲插螺旋型鼻肠管置管成功率效果明显, 在二次置管中成功率也较高, 能够促进胃肠蠕动, 改善患者便秘症状。)

Although tetraploid wheat has rich genetic variability for cultivar improvement, its physiological mechanisms associated with photosynthetic productivity and resilience under nitrogen (N) deficit stress have not been investigated. In this study, we selected emmer wheat (Kronos, tetraploid), Yangmai 25 (YM25, hexaploid), and Chinese Spring (CS, hexaploid) as materials and investigated the differences in net photosynthetic rate (Pn), carboxylation capacity, electron transfer capacity, photosynthetic product output, and photosynthetic N allocation under normal N (CK) and low N (LN) through hydroponic experiments. Tetraploid emmer wheat (Kronos) had a stronger photosynthetic capacity than hexaploid wheat (YM25, CS) under low N stress, which mainly associated with the higher degree of PSII opening, electron transfer rate, Rubisco content and activity, ATP/ADP ratio, Rubisco activase (Rca) activity and Rubisco activation state, and more leaves N allocation to the photosynthetic apparatus, especially the proportion of N allocation to carboxylation under low N stress. Moreover, Kronos reduced the feedback inhibition of photosynthesis by sucrose accumulation through higher sucrose phosphate synthetase (SPS) activity and triose phosphate utilization rate (VTPU). Overall, Kronos could allocate more N to the photosynthetic components to improve Rubisco content and activity to maintain photosynthetic capacity under low N stress while enhancing triose phosphate output to reduce feedback inhibition of photosynthesis. This study reveals the physiological mechanisms of emmer wheat that maintain the photosynthetic capacity under low N stress, which will provide indispensable germplasm resources for elite low‐N‐tolerant wheat improvement and breeding. Soil carbon and nitrogen pools are crucial for maintaining the balance of carbon and nitrogen cycling in ecosystems and also for reducing the impacts of global climate change. However, current research lacks an understanding of the effects of long-term vegetation restoration on soil carbon and nitrogen pools and their storage in vulnerable ecosystems. Therefore, we studied the characteristics of soil carbon (soil organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, dissolved organic carbon) and nitrogen pools (total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen) and their storage under four types of vegetation restoration (Stipa bungeana Trin., SB; Caragana korshinskii Kom., CK; Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge., XS; Picea asperata Mast., PA) in the Longzhong Loess Plateau area. We found that the carbon and nitrogen pools in the 0–40 cm soil layer under the XS and PA vegetation restoration types were higher compared to those under the SB and CK vegetation, and the values of soil ammonium–nitrogen ratios ranged from 0.72 to 0.83 under different vegetation types. Carbon and nitrogen interactions were stronger in the 0–40 cm soil under PA vegetation, which had significantly higher soil carbon (49.06 t·ha−1) and nitrogen (1.78 t·ha−1) storage than did the other vegetation types. We also found that soil carbon and nitrogen stores differed among different types of vegetation restoration. These elements were mainly distributed in soils from 0 to 20 cm depth, where the carbon and nitrogen pools in soils from 0 to 10 cm exceeded those in the lower layers. Furthermore, we discovered that redundancy analysis (RDA) supported by soil enzyme activity and physical properties significantly explained the variation in soil carbon and nitrogen triggered by vegetation restoration. According to this research, the stability and transformation of soil carbon and nitrogen pools in the region can be influenced by various forms of vegetation restoration. Additionally, the findings highlight that forest vegetation restoration can be a successful strategy for effectively sequestering soil carbon and nitrogen within the Longzhong Loess Plateau area. The utilization of the di-pyrrolyl Schiff base ligand H2L (H2L = N-((1H-pyrrol-2-yl)methyl)-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)methanimine) in organolanthanide chemistry is presented. The 1 : 2 reaction of [Ln(N(SiMe3)2)3] (Ln = Dy, Ho, Er, and Gd) with H2L in THF followed by recrystallization in THF/Tol or Tol generated complexes [Dy2(HL)2(L)2(THF)2]·2THF (1·2THF), [Ho2(HL)2(L)2(THF)2] (2), [Er2(HL)2(L)2(THF)2]·4Tol (3·4Tol), and [Gd2(HL)2(L)2(THF)2] (4). In the doubly deprotonated ligand [L]2−, one pyrrolyl ring adopts the η5 coordination mode, and the other pyrrolyl moiety behaves as an η1 ligand. The deprotonated pyrrolyl scaffold of the [HL]− ligand exhibits the η1 coordination mode. Thus, the two metal centers both display a half-sandwich configuration. Studies of the dc magnetic susceptibility of 1-4 at variable temperatures showed that weak antiferromagnetic interactions exist in these compounds. The ac magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1 and 2 indicated that they did not display single-molecule magnetic (SMM) properties.
