This study aims to investigate and compare the competition laws of Cameroon and China, with a focus on the limitations and constraints of competition law implementation in Cameroon and China. By comparing the Competition Laws of China and Cameroon, the research intends to determine whether there are any limits in the implementation of Competition Law in Cameroon and China. To examine and get results for the research’s many goals and objectives, this study uses qualitative data analysis. Competition legislation has had a considerable impact on China's economy in recent years, and it will eventually have an impact on trade policies that are directly tied to the international market. During our research, we discovered that competition law regulations have an impact on national and international trade in each country. And we realized that Cameroon's competitiveness policies are in some ways behind the times in the twenty-first century. As a result, there is a growing need to look into the divergence between China's competition law and Cameroon's competition law in order to assist Cameroonian competition law authorities in updating and making structural changes to Cameroon's competition legislation. These revisions will improve Cameroon's national and international trade policies, but they will have a substantial influence on the country's current economy. There may be some takeaways for China's competitive law policymakers as well. There is no academic work of this kind after a vast range of research, and this will be a wonderful opportunity to introduce creative work to this academic sector. The Anti-Monopoly Law of China has greatly evolved in the past years and there has been amendments and structural adjustments in the past years, which is very great, because Competition Law plays a great role in the economic progress of each country. As a result, the purpose of this study is to identify any obstacles to the implementation of Cameroon's Competition Law (Law No.98/013 of 14 July 1998) and China's Anti-Monopoly Law (2008).

This study aims to analyze Unfair Competition in the field of Intellectual property rights. This research seeks to explore and show how the concept of unfair Competition interferes in the area of intellectual property rights. Furthermore, we have investigated how competition law and intellectual property rights interfere with each other. The research evaluates unfair competition practices in the scope of intellectual property rights, referring to specific international laws directly related to each course. Finally, it examines the regulatory system that governs these sectors. Reference is made particularly to the Chinese Anti-Unfair Competition Law and other international laws on trademark practices. As far as the study's methodology is concerned, qualitative data analysis is applicable alongside with comparative legal method for analyzing "de lege lata" and "de lege feranda" situations in a range of the concluded topic. The study finds out that Unfair Competition in the domain of Intellectual Property rights involves actions by an operator that infringe the legislation's rules, harm operators' legitimate rights and interest on the market, thereby threatening socio-economic order. The study concluded that Unfair Competition acts in the field of Intellectual Property rights (like Industrial espionage, infringement of trade secrets, trademark infringement) impede innovation, stifle, and affect Competition in the real market. And the occurrence of these Unfair Competition practices is common, even though there are existing legal frameworks that regulate this sector. The research reveals an international regulatory system such as the Paris Convention 1883, the Patent Act 1977, and the Espionage Act 1996 have specific and statutory laws that target unfair competition practices. The Chinese Anti-Unfair Competition Act 1993 forbids unfair Competition in intellectual property rights and defends operators and citizens from unfair competition practices. The study also deduces that the existing legal framework regulating this sector is practical to a small extent because these Unfair Competition Practices are still very much detectable in the trade sector. As most legal frameworks dwell on civil liabilities instead of criminal penalties, operators can easily violate the law by relying on whether they can afford the civil penalties. There are recent amendments to adjust and adapt to the evolution of patterns and daily market innovations (Example: Amendment of the Chinese Anti-Unfair Competition Law in 2003). In this paper, the proposed algorithm regards the human body object character symbol using Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier to train and classify Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) features, which improve the accuracy of human body detection. We use optical flow tracking algorithm based on corner points of the contour for tracking. Kalman filter is regarded as the predictor to predict the size and location of the searching object. Also, the size and location of track window is real-time updated. In this paper, we present an object tracking algorithm for multi-media teaching video shoot. Target tracking technology is used for the video image processing analysis. By extracting moving object, we can get information in the subsequent frames to determine the trajectory and size of moving objects. After analysis of a large number of experiments, we can draw the conclusion that the algorithm is effective.

In this paper, the shear wrinkles of a rectangular membrane under the pretension were analyzed firstly. A critical shear distance was then obtained based on the tension field theory. An expression between the wavelength and the amplitude of the membrane wrinkles were developed using the Von Karman large deflection formula. The simulation flow of the membrane wrinkles were also established using the nonlinear post-buckling analytical method. The results indicated that the wrinkle was firstly generated on both sides of the membrane and then extended to the center. The wrinkle amplitude increased with the shear distance increases. The wrinkle formation and expansion were effectively resisted by increasing the initial pretension. Buckling mode of the shear membrane was unstable in the post-buckling process and the secondary buckling phenomenon was obviously observed. The theoretical and numerical results were compared to verify the rationality of the theoretical and simulation results.

The medial olivocochlear reflex (MOCR) is known to affect cochlear signal processing via the electromechanical changes it induces in outer hair cells (OHCs). Experiments showed that electrically stimulating the MOC efferents (i.e., open-loop stimulation) suppresses cochlear responses to acoustic noise while enhancing the response to tone bursts if the signal-to-noise ratio is sufficiently high [5]. However, such experiments did not reveal precisely how MOCR affects cochlear signal processing in a close loop. Objectives Women and men have been shown to have different prevalence, clinical presentations, and outcomes of coronary artery disease. It is unclear whether atheroma burden and characteristics of coronary plaques differ between genders. Methods We performed IVUS assessments in 81 patients with ACS. IVUS analysis included qualitative and quantitative measurements. Clinical parameters and coronary imaging parameters obtained by IVUS were compared between men and women. Results Men had more smoking than women (80% vs 4.8%, P 2 ), external elastic membrane (13.73 ± 5.00 vs 15.28 ± 6.53mm 2 ), plaque area (10.27 ± 4.86 vs 12.01 ± 5.21mm 2 ), and plaque burden (0.73 ± 0.11 vs 0.81 ± 0.11) were not significantly different between men and women.
