Esta investigación descriptivo explicativo, cuyo título es: Gestión del aprendizaje y su incidencia en el desempeño docente en la Unidad Educativa San Jacinto, Colimes, 2018. Se delineó como objetivo el determinar la incidencia de la Gestión del aprendizaje y su incidencia en el desempeño docente en la Unidad Educativa San Jacinto, Colimes, 2018. Se desarrolla mediante un estudio de investigación teórica, básica pura, porque se realiza para obtener nuevos conocimientos y cambios de investigación; de carácter correlacionar, con una población de 35 docentes de la unidad educativa San Jacinto, Colimes, con una muestra no probabilística de 16 docentes, incluidas las 2 autoridades, con las cuales se aplicaron dos instrumentos, siendo el primero de la gestión de los aprendizajes, cuyas dimensiones son: monitoreo docente, asesoramiento a educadores, aprendizaje autónomo, toma de decisiones, metacognición, el segundo instrumento sobre desempeño docente con las siguientes dimensiones: planificación, implementación, ejecución, evaluación, con estas dimensiones se desarrollará el marco teórico como fundamento científico. Para concluir se expresa que el desempeño docente no influye directamente en la gestión de los aprendizajes, en los docentes de la unidad educativa de la unidad educativa San Jacinto, Colimes. 11 p.-6 fig.-2 tab.3 fig. supl.-1 tab. supl., Aryl-alcohol oxidase (AAO) is a flavoenzyme responsible for activation of O2 to H2O2 in fungal degradation of lignin. The AAO crystal structure shows a buried active site connected to the solvent by a hydrophobic funnel-shaped channel, with Phe-501 and two other aromatic residues forming a narrow bottleneck that prevents the direct access of alcohol substrates. However, ligand diffusion simulations show O2 access to the active site following this channel. Site-directed mutagenesis of Phe-501 yielded a F501A variant with strongly reduced O2 reactivity. However, a variant with increased reactivity, as shown by kinetic constants and steady-state oxidation degree, was obtained by substitution of Phe-501 with tryptophan. The high oxygen catalytic efficiency of F501W, ∼2-fold that of native AAO and ∼120-fold that of F501A, seems related to a higher O2 availability because the turnover number was slightly decreased with respect to the native enzyme. Free diffusion simulations of O2 inside the active-site cavity of AAO (and several in silico Phe-501 variants) yielded >60% O2 population at 3–4 Å from flavin C4a in F501W compared with 44% in AAO and only 14% in F501A. Paradoxically, the O2 reactivity of AAO decreased when the access channel was enlarged and increased when it was constricted by introducing a tryptophan residue. This is because the side chain of Phe-501, contiguous to the catalytic histidine (His-502 in AAO), helps to position O2 at an adequate distance from flavin C4a (and His-502 Nϵ). Phe-501 substitution with a bulkier tryptophan residue resulted in an increase in the O2 reactivity of this flavoenzyme, This work was supported in part by Spanish Projects BIO2008-01533 and BIO2010-1493 (to A. Dissertação de Mestrado em Engenharia Florestal Este tema de trabalho centra-se na elaboração de uma Proposta ao Plano Municipal de Defesa da Floresta Contra Incêndios constitui uma ferramenta de elevada importância na definição de uma estratégia de âmbito municipal para atuação ao nível de prevenção, sensibilização, vigilância, deteção e supressão, capaz de mitigar a ocorrência e consequências de incêndios florestais esta proposta assenta em dois cadernos: Caderno I - Informação base Consiste na caracterização do território e respetiva cartografia, contendo dois aspetos: a análise biofísica e socioeconómica sumária do município com relevância para a determinação do risco de incêndio, e a análise do histórico e da causalidade dos incêndios florestais. A importância que a informação base tem na Proposta ao Plano Municipal de Defesa da Floresta Contra Incêndios (PPMDFCI) é indiscutível, na medida em que o conhecimento profundo da área de intervenção facilita um planeamento adequado. Ou seja, o conhecimento da geografia, do clima, da população, da ocupação do solo, do tipo de povoamentos florestais, das áreas protegidas, dos instrumentos de gestão florestal, das zonas de recreio florestal, caça e pesca, das festas e romarias e da estatística de incêndios, no tempo e no espaço, facultam-nos dados-chave, os quais podem funcionar como diagnóstico que, aliados à legislação aplicável, resultam no estabelecimento de medidas adequadas de intervenção. Esta informação será alvo de atualização anual, ou sempre que tal se justifique, de forma a ter uma caracterização dos aspetos que dela fazem parte, com o maior rigor possível e que retratem a realidade atual, devendo ser entendido como um processo aberto e dinâmico. Caderno II - Plano de Ação Consiste no enquadramento do Plano no âmbito do sistema de gestão territorial e no Sistema Nacional de Defesa da Floresta Contra Incêndios, na análise do risco e da vulnerabilidade do território aos incêndios e, também, na sua zonagem. No Plano de Ação propriamente dito, centram-se os principais eixos estratégicos definidos no Plano Nacional de Defesa da Floresta Contra Incêndios (PNDFCI). O Plano Nacional de Defesa da Floresta Contra Incêndios (PNDFCI), aprovado pela Resolução de Conselho de Ministros nº 65/2006 de 26 de Maio compreende cinco eixos estratégicos: Eixo 1: Aumento da resiliência do território aos incêndios florestais; Eixo 2: Redução da incidência dos incêndios; Eixo 3: Melhoria da eficácia do ataque e da gestão dos incêndios; Eixo 4: Recuperação e reabilitação dos ecossistemas; Eixo 5: Adaptação de uma estrutura orgânica e funcional eficaz; Pretende-se que a proposta do PPMDFCI (Plano Municipal de Defesa da Floresta contra Incêndios) seja um instrumento prático e útil para a defesa da floresta contra incêndios a nível do Município. The aim of this work is to develop a Proposal to Municipal Plan of Defense of Forest Against Fires (PMPFDAF) that is an important tool to define a municipal strategy to act in prevention, awareness, vigilance, detection and suppression, able to mitigate the occurrence of forest fires and their consequences. This proposal is based on two notebooks. Notebook I – Basic Information It consists of the characterization of the territory and respective cartography containing two aspects: the summary analysis of biophysical and socio-economic of the municipality, relevant to determine the fire risk, and the analysis of historical and causality of forest fires. The importance that the base information has in Proposal to Municipal Plan of Defense of Forest Against Fires is unquestionable, to the extent that profound knowledge of the intervention area facilitates an appropriate planning. In other words, knowledge of geography, climate, population, soil occupation, type of forest stands, protected areas, forest management instruments, forest recreational areas, hunting and fishing, festivities and statistics of fires, in time and space, provide us key data, which can be used as a diagnostic that, together with the applicable legislation, result in the establishment of an appropriate intervention measures. This information will be updated each year, or when appropriate, in order to have a characterization of aspects related to it with more rigor and portraying the current reality, being understood as an open and dynamic process. Notebook II – Action Plan This is the framework of the Plan under the territorial management system and the National System of Defense of Forest Against Fires in the analysis of risk and vulnerability of the territory to fire and also in their zoning. The Action Plan itself focus on key strategic priorities set by the National Plan of Defense of Forest Against Fires (NPDFAF). This Plan, approved by Resolution of Council of Ministers No. 65/2006 of 26 May, includes five strategic axis: Axis 1: Increasing the resilience of the territory to forest fires; Axis 2: Reducing the incidence of fires; Axis 3: Improvement of effectiveness of attack and fire management; Axis 4: Recovery and rehabilitation of ecosystems; Axis 5: Adaptation of an organic and functional structure effective; It is intended that the PMPFDAF should be a practical and useful tool for defense against forest fires at the level of the Municipality.
