Economic growth signifies a period marked by an increase in real national income or real gross national product. This study aims to assess the effects of accounting profits, economic growth, interest rates, and capital structure on share prices within the financial statements of property and real estate firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Utilizing secondary data, the sample comprises 11 property and real estate firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a five-year period. Employing purposive sampling, the research period spans five years. Multiple regression analysis is employed as the analytical method. The findings reveal a positive correlation between capital structure and accounting profits with stock prices, whereas economic growth and interest rates do not significantly influence stock prices. This research underscores the importance for companies to prioritize factors influencing stock prices

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of audit opinions, the reputation of KAPs, auditors, and audit committees on the timeliness of financial reporting in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. in this study the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample for this research is 135 data from 45 manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors that are registered and submitting financial reports on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The analysis technique for testing is logistic regression. The finding is reveal that audit opinion, and KAP reputation has a positive and significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while the auditor and audit committee have no significant effect on the timeliness of financial reports.

This study aims to determine the impact of control position, self-efficacy, role conflict, and time-budget pressure on auditor performance in BPKP's Lampung provincial representative office. This research is a quantitative research and has the nature of raw data. The data collection technique used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study included auditors working in the BPKP's Lampung provincial office, up to 75 auditors. The sample of this study is determined by census method or saturation sampling method, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis method of this study used SPSS version 26 program for multiple linear regression analysis. performance at the same time. Partially, the variables of inspection location, self-efficacy, and time-budget pressure had a significant effect on auditor performance, while the variable role conflict had no effect on auditor performance in the BPKP representatif office in Lampung Province.

In this research we examine aspects of the interdependence between economic development and the use of environmental and natural resources assets from global data published by United Nations. For that purpose, we use data mining techniques. Data mining techniques applied in this thesis were: 1) Group method of data handling (GMDH), originally from engineering, introducing principles of evolution - inheritance, mutation and selection - for generating a network structure systematically to develop the automatic model, synthesis, and its validation; 2) The weighted least square (WLS) and step wise regression were also applied for some cases; 3) The classification-based association rules were applied. Data sets for this research consist of two sets integration data of air quality data and macroeconomic data of the cross-country data of World Development Indicator 2003 (WDI 2003), and from www.nationmaster.com. The results from www.nationmaster.com were as follows: the corruption index was strongly related to the urban SO2 concentration. The corruption index along with NOx emission has big contribution to the debt. Debt is the debt of the home country to the foreign country or external debt or foreign debt. The result from WDI 2003 shows that the mortality rate of children under five years old depended on sanitation and water facilities obtained from GMDH results. However, the results from stepwise regression shows that mortality rate was dependent on annual deforestation, particulate matter, nationally protected area, but the big contribution was from annual deforestation. Based on GMDH, new Gross National Income (GNI) formula was found. Previously GNI was known as Gross National Product (GNP). It was different from the common formula of GNP. The formula or equation model of urban SO2 concentration was also found through the GMDH algorithms. The results were then compared to WLS and Stepwise regression. A simulation study was performed to compare two regression methods for competing risks with censored data. The first method was the conventional Cox's proportional hazard regression model (Cox model). The second method was based on Cox model using a duplicated data technique of Lunn and McNeil (or the modified Lunn-McNeil). Samples with various sizes and censoring percentages were generated and fitted using both methods. This study was conducted by comparing the inference of both methods, using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), the power tests, and the Schoenfeld residuals analysis. The power tests used in this study were likelihood ratio test, Rao-score test, and Wald statistics. The Schoenfeld residuals analysis was conducted to check the proportionality of the model through its covariates. The estimated parameters were computed for cause-specific hazards. Results showed the RMSE were generally smaller for the model of the modified Lunn-McNeil method than that of the ordinary Cox method. The power tests of the likelihood ratio statistics and Rao-score test were only powerful for the unstratified Cox model, so that, it could be concluded that the model had more advantages than the modified Lunn-McNeil one. However, results from the analysis of Schoenfeld residuals indicated that the modified Lunn-McNeil was better than the ordinary Cox in complying with the proportional hazards model assumption with respect to certain covariates.
