The cathode–electrolyte interphase plays a pivotal role in determining the usable capacity and cycling stability of electrochemical cells, yet it is overshadowed by its counterpart, the solid–electrolyte interphase. This is primarily due to the prevalence of side reactions, particularly at low potentials on the negative electrode, especially in state-of-the-art Li-ion batteries where the charge cutoff voltage is limited. However, as the quest for high-energy battery technologies intensifies, there is a pressing need to advance the study of cathode–electrolyte interphase properties. Here, we present a comprehensive approach to analyse the cathode–electrolyte interphase in battery systems. We underscore the importance of employing model cathode materials and coin cell protocols to establish baseline performance. Additionally, we delve into the factors behind the inconsistent and occasionally controversial findings related to the cathode–electrolyte interphase. We also address the challenges and opportunities in characterizing and simulating the cathode–electrolyte interphase, offering potential solutions to enhance its relevance to real-world applications.

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Ferroptosis, an iron-dependent programmed cell death, is closely related to cancer prognosis. In this study, we established a model of ferroptosis related genes for prognostic evaluation of patients with MCL.

Regenerative rehabilitation is a novel and rapidly developing multidisciplinary field that converges regenerative medicine and rehabilitation science, aiming to maximize the functions of disabled patients and their independence. While regenerative medicine provides state-of-the-art technologies that shed light on difficult-to-treated diseases, regenerative rehabilitation offers rehabilitation interventions to improve the positive effects of regenerative medicine. However, regenerative scientists and rehabilitation professionals focus on their aspects without enough exposure to advances in each other’s field. This disconnect has impeded the development of this field. Therefore, this review first introduces cutting-edge technologies such as stem cell technology, tissue engineering, biomaterial science, gene editing, and computer sciences that promote the progress pace of regenerative medicine, followed by a summary of preclinical studies and examples of clinical investigations that integrate rehabilitative methodologies into regenerative medicine. Then, challenges in this field are discussed, and possible solutions are provided for future directions. We aim to provide a platform for regenerative and rehabilitative professionals and clinicians in other areas to better understand the progress of regenerative rehabilitation, thus contributing to the clinical translation and management of innovative and reliable therapies.

Oil and gas reservoir modeling integrates multidisciplinary information from logging， geology， and seismic data through geostatistics and other methods， and it is a powerful tool for oil and gas field development. The geological model of reservoirs can quantitatively characterize the variation and distribution of various geological features of the reservoir in three-dimensional space and is a high generalization of the type， geometry， scale， internal structure of the oil and gas reservoir， reservoir parameters， and fluid distribution. The geological model of reservoirs is the core of the geological model of oil and gas reservoirs， which can comprehensively characterize the sedimentary characteristics， heterogeneity， physical properties， and fluid characteristics. However， it is difficult to characterize reservoir distribution under the condition of a large-scale sedimentary system and sparse well pattern in the exploration stage， covering ① quantitative representation of geological knowledge， including how to represent the experience of geological experts digitally； ② it is impossible to accurately and quantitatively describe the development scale， distribution direction， and structural characteristics of geological bodies directly with logging data and construct geological models under the condition of sparse well pattern， and complex sedimentary systems in large-scale space cannot be characterized by simple mathematical functions； ③ traditional geostatistics and other methods can not realize the fusion of seismic， logging， geological， reservoir， and other multi-dimensional data in the construction of exploration model. Therefore， the theory and technology of reservoir modeling based on deterministic modeling and stochastic modeling， such as traditional geostatistics， have met great challenges. On the basis of systematic analysis of traditional reservoir modeling technology processes and methods， the authors constructed a multidisciplinary big data knowledge base of geoscience covering geology， logging， seismic， analytical， and laboratory information and carried out the characterization of the sedimentary facies pattern library by hierarchical clustering through multi-dimensional data condensation and the intelligent modeling based on the generation network. In addition， a multidisciplinary collaborative modeling technology strategy and system are proposed for oil and gas reservoir exploration， which quantitatively characterized the matching relationship among structure， sediment， and reservoir. This technology system has been systematically applied in the exploration and deployment of steep slope and subsag belts in the north of Dongying Sag， and the geological models of lithofacies， physical properties， and oil and gas migration and accumulation has been constructed， which integrates multiple information such as paleogeomorphology， paleoprovenance， transport channels， logging， and seismic attributes. Based on the new paradigm of the model， the deployment of well locations has been guided， and the exploration practice of complex glutenites and shale oil in continental faulted basins has been supported. The authors further discuss the development trend and application prospect of oil and gas reservoir exploration and modeling technology in the future by deeply analyzing the practical difficulties and accuracy of exploration and modeling in the north belt of Dongying Sag.

Objective To evaluate the Power peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) for injection of contrast agent for contrast-enhanced CT scan in patients with biliary tract tumors. Methods Totally 60 patients with biliary tract tumors who received contrast-enhanced CT examination were randomly divided into observation group and control group. During contrast-enhanced CT examination, contrast agent was injected through Power PICC catheter in the observation group, or peripheral venous indwelling needle in the control group. The total incidence of nursing adverse events and the total rate of qualified CT Image between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total incidence of nursing adverse events was lower in the observation group(4 cases, 13. 33%) than in the control group (13 cases, 43. 33%), and the total rate of qualified CT Image was higher in the observation group (28 cases, 93. 33%) than that in the control group (20 cases, 66. 67%), both with statistical difference of P＜0. 05. Conclusion Contrastagent injection through Power PICC during contrast-enhanced CT scan can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events and improve the CT image quality. (目的 探讨耐高压注射型经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在胆道肿瘤患者CT增强扫描检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年2月—12月在医院行CT增强扫描检查的胆道肿瘤患者60例, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。观察组和对照组患者分别应用耐高压注射型PICC导管和外周静脉留置针(20G)作为对比剂注射通路, 分析并比较两组患者CT增强扫描检查时的护理不良事件总发生率和图像质量总有效率。结果 观察组护理不良事件总发生率13. 33%(4/30), 低于对照组的43. 33%(13/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组CT增强扫描图像质量的总有效率为93. 33%(28/30), 高于对照组的66. 67%(20/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 选择耐高压注射型PICC导管行CT增强扫描检查, 能降低检查中护理不良事件的总发生率, 提高CT增强扫描图像质量的总有效率, 有助于提高患者的舒适感和满意度。)

【Objective】 High-resolution hydrographic datasets have become increasingly accessible which will have a significant impact on hydrological modelling such as runoff and flood inundation. In this paper, we present a new hydrographic dataset. 【Method】 The new raster hydrographic map, including flow direction and accumulation, drainage areas and flow distance, was developed using GIS and python programs for the Dongting River Basin, based on the latest multi-error-removed improved-terrain digital elevation model (MERIT DEM). It shows a robust performance in visual inspection, basin area, flow distance and model evaluation. The quality of the dataset was comprehensively evaluated using methods such as river network visualization analysis, comparison of basin area and river length, and hydrological modeling. 【Result】 The new hydrographic databases developed from the latest MERIT DEM show great difference in flow direction, river network structure and river length from those derived from the traditional databases, HydroSHEDS. The results obtained from the associated hydrological model indicate that daily and monthly Nash coefficients calculated from the new dataset are 0.41 and 0.52, respectively, better than those calculated from HydroSHEDS. 【Conclusion】 The newly developed hydrographic dataset provides a more accurate representation of the locations of the rivers, thereby reducing the uncertainties in predicting runoffs and potential flooding. This dataset is now available for academic research and educational use.

This study presents a comprehensive overview of the development process and the latest trends in technology management (TM), laying a robust foundation for further advancements in this domain. To achieve this, we analysed 1944 TM articles from the Web of Science database and 2642 articles from Scopus, spanning the last 20 years. Employing methodologies that involve scientific knowledge graphs and bibliometrics, we analysed diverse aspects such as changes in the annual publication of articles; geographical distribution among countries, institutions, disciplines, and authors; keyword co-occurrence and clusters; and timezone view. Our findings reveal a significant surge in TM's growth in recent years, showcasing its highly promising potential. The USA is the frontrunner in contributing to TM research, followed by China and the UK. TM research is relatively concentrated in the UK, while it appears more dispersed in China. The University of Cambridge had the highest volume of research, and the disciplines of Business, Management, Engineering, and Computer Science occupied the top spots. As TM evolves, a possible challenge could be the emergence of new authoritative authors. Second, TM's vibrant landscape is characterised by hotspots such as innovation, technology strategy, technology acquisition, technology application, technology standards, and sustainable development. Among these, information and medical technologies stand out as the most frequently referenced technologies. Third, the trends in TM are as follows: innovation is subdivided into technological innovation and open innovation, bibliometric analysis and patent analysis have become pivotal methods for knowledge management, the scope of TM has expanded from internal organisational processes to encompass external aspects, and TM is gradually evolving into a mature science, with its focus transitioning from macro to micro and becoming more profound and detailed. Last, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, big data, and the IoT represent the latest frontier technologies in the realm of TM.

Previous studies have revealed that muscle atrophy emerges as a significant challenge faced by astronauts during prolonged missions in space. A loss in muscle mass results in a weakening of skeletal muscle strength and function, which will not only contribute to a decline in overall physical performance but also elevate the risk of various age-related diseases. Skeletal muscle atrophy in the microgravity environment is thought to be associated with changes in energy metabolism, protein metabolism, calcium ion homeostasis, myostatin levels, and apoptosis. Modulating some pathways could be a promising approach to mitigating muscle atrophy in the microgravity environment. This review serves as a comprehensive summary of research on the impact of microgravity on skeletal muscle, with the aim of providing insights into its pathogenesis and the development of effective treatments. In order to achieve the rapid measurement change of the rectangular pipe jacking machine and expand the application scope of the equipment, based on the DPLEX drive form, a modular cutterhead and main drive of the variable measurement rectangular pipe jacking machine are designed. One set of cutterhead is equipped with two sets of drives to form a set of module that is easy to disassemble and replace. Multiple modules must be used in combination to ensure that at least 4 crankshafts support a set of cutterhead. Based on the force analysis of the module, the ANSYS was used to carry out static analysis and modal analysis on the cutterhead and crankshaft, and the stress value, deformation and inherent frequency of the cutterhead and crankshaft under the maximum load condition were obtained; Through the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation, the crankshaft load spectrum is obtained. And the fatigue analysis of the crankshaft is carried out based on nCode DesignLife. The results show that: in the construction of soft soil layer, the maximum stress of the cutterhead is 229.7 MPa, which is lower than the yield strength of the material, the safety factor is 1.55, the inherent frequency of the cutterhead at the first six orders range from 179.3 Hz to 196.5 Hz; the maximum stress of the crankshaft is 491.4 MPa, which is located at the front spindle at the neck fillet, the safety factor is 1.89, and the inherent frequency of the crankshaft at the first six orders range from 333.4 Hz to 1 304.5 Hz. The main fatigue damage points of the crankshaft are concentrated at the fillet of the front main journal, the minimum number of cycles is 3.37×10~7, and the theoretical life is 165 928 h. It can meet the tunneling needs of the pipe jacking machine.
