The water cycle in the soil‐plant‐atmosphere continuum is an important element of hydrological and ecological studies, and differences in the composition characteristics of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes in different water bodies can indicate water cycling processes. In this study, hydrogen and oxygen isotopes of precipitation, soil water and plant water samples had been collected in the subalpine scrubland of the Qilian Mountains from May to October 2019. The Craig‐Gordon model, the isotopic steady‐state (ISS) assumption, the Keeling Plot model and the two‐source mixing model were used to analyse the stable isotope compositions of different water bodies, the stable isotope characteristics of water vapour of soil evaporation and plant transpiration and the variation of evapotranspiration in the SPAC of the subalpine scrubland. The results showed that plant transpiration (FT) contributed 87.28% and 86.95% to evapotranspiration and soil evaporation (FE) contributed 12.72% and 13.05% to evapotranspiration in the growing season on semi‐sunny and semi‐shaded aspects, respectively, indicating that evapotranspiration in the subalpine scrubland mainly came from the transpiration of scrubland plants. In the early of the growing season (May–June), due to the rapid expansion of plant leaves, the contribution of transpiration to evapotranspiration was at a high level, which intensified transpiration and led to a gradual increase of the transpiration contribution. In the middle of the growing season (July–August), owing to better conditions of rain and heat that made plants grow vigorously, plant transpiration made the highest contribution to evapotranspiration more than 90%, which caused to an overwhelming contribution of plant transpiration to evapotranspiration. In the later of growing season (September to October), the contribution of plant transpiration to evapotranspiration decreased significantly while that of soil evaporation increased, which was because plant photosynthesis and respiration gradually declined for losing their leaves of scrub plants and the relative atmospheric humidity was lower. Stable isotopes of precipitation play an important role in understanding hydrological and climatic processes of arid inland river basins. In order to better understand the difference of regional water cycle and precipitation patterns, precipitation samples were collected in Shiyang River Basin from June 2018 to May 2020, and spatial and temporal variation characteristics of stable isotopes in precipitation and their relationships with meteorological factors were discussed. The results showed that stable isotopes in precipitation showed seasonal variation characteristics, that δ2H and δ18O values were higher in summer and autumn and lower in winter and spring, and d-excess values were higher in spring and autumn and lower in winter and summer. Slopes and intercepts of the local meteoric water lines gradually increased with elevation increasing. δ18O significantly showed a positive correlation with temperature but a negative correlation with precipitation in summer. Contrary to below 15 hPa, δ18O significantly showed a negative correlation with water vapor pressure above 15 hPa. Due to the influence of meteorological factors, there are significant differences in stable isotopes of precipitation in arid inland river basins, which were more influenced by local moisture recycling in upstream area but by below-cloud secondary evaporation in mid-downstream area. Aim: To study the feasibility and effectiveness of a m‐Health app in improving the management of rheumatoid arthritis. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: Sixty rheumatoid arthritis participants will be recruited for a 6‐month feasibility study. Patients meeting the inclusion criteria will be randomly allocated to receive standard care or standard care plus the m‐Health intervention. The primary outcome is the feasibility of a randomized controlled trial. In addition, we will investigate patient satisfaction in using the "Rheumatism Center" app in the intervention group. The secondary outcomes include the scores for the simplified disease activity index, clinical disease activity index, disease activity score 28, health assessment questionnaire and 6‐item self‐efficacy scale for chronic diseases. The assessments will be performed at baseline and at 4 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after the study is initiated. At the end of the study, we will also collect user views of the app through qualitative interviews. Results: This study is ongoing. The findings of this study will determine the feasibility and effectiveness of m‐Health intervention in the management of rheumatoid arthritis, hoping to enhance the awareness of disease management and quality of life for rheumatoid arthritis patients. Aim: We aim to determine workplace bullying in relation to the professional quality of life of nurses and the mediating role of resilience between workplace bullying and the professional quality of life. Background: Workplace bullying is an increasingly serious problem worldwide and deleteriously affects the occupational health and quality of life of nurses. However, it has not attracted adequate managerial attention. Method: A cross‐sectional study was conducted using a sample of 493 clinical nurses from two tertiary grade A hospitals in Guangzhou, China. Data were collected through an online questionnaire survey in July 2020 and analysed with structural equation modelling. Results: Workplace bullying had negative and direct effects on the professional quality of life of nurses. Resilience mediated the relationship between workplace bullying and the professional quality of life. Conclusion: Resilience is a protective factor that helps nurses cope with workplace bullying. Managers can improve the professional quality of life of nurses by reducing workplace bullying and strengthening the resilience of nurses. Implications for Nursing Management: Managers must take measures to prevent the workplace bullying of nurses. In addition, nurse supervisors should pay attention to the resilience of nurses and strengthen resilience training to help nurses withstand the pressure of workplace bullying and improve their professional quality of life. Fringe projection profilometry (FPP) is widely used in the 3-D noncontact measurement. In FPP, one of the most important steps is obtaining the absolute phase through fringe orders and wrapped phase. The existing methods usually acquire the fringe orders and wrapped phase independently. Therefore, more patterns are needed to project onto the object, which decreases the measuring speed a lot. We propose an inner shifting-phase method that codes the fringe orders and the wrapped phase into the same four patterns. With the unwrapping algorithm, we obtain the fringe orders and the wrapped phase simultaneously, which decreases the number of required patterns a lot. The proposed method calculates the absolute phase pixel-by-pixel independently without any preacquired information or geometric constraints. Experiment results show that the proposed method achieves almost the same accuracy with only a third of the patterns required by the conventional three-frequency four-step method. AgSbSe 2 is a typical member of cubic I-V-VI 2 semiconductors, which are known for their extremely low lattice thermal conductivity (κ l ). However, the low electrical conductivity of AgSbSe 2 , below ∼10 S cm -1 at room temperature, has hindered its thermoelectric performance. In this work, single-phase AgSbSe 2 bulk samples with much higher electrical conductivity were synthesized via self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) combined with spark plasma sintering (SPS) for the first time. Pb doping through the nonequilibrium process further increases the electrical conductivity to >100 S cm -1 . Furthermore, continuously increased effective mass m d * can be achieved upon Pb doping because of the multiple degenerate valence bands of AgSbSe 2 and the energy-filtering effect induced by in situ -formed nanodots. The simultaneous enhancement of both the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient contributes to an unprecedentedly high average power factor of 6.75 μW cm -1 K -2 . Meanwhile, the introduced dense grain boundaries and point defects enhance the phonon scattering and consequently suppress κ l , yielding a high ZT value of 1.2 at 723 K in AgSb 0.94 Pb 0.06 Se 2 . This study opens a new avenue for rapid, low-cost, large-scale production of AgSbSe 2 -based materials and demonstrates that Pb-doped AgSbSe 2 prepared via the SHS-SPS method is a promising candidate for thermoelectric applications.
