Las unidades léxicas, a primera vista, parecen una de las unidades más simples, pero resultan ser bastante complejas. Si en un primer lugar se piensa en la cantidad de palabras existentes, es complicado poder imaginarse una aproximación real del total de las mismas. Palabra, es un concepto en sí que a veces resulta difícil de definir. Por ello, se aconseja que cuando se vaya a trabajar con el léxico, todas sus unidades estén bien diferenciadas. El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es analizar el uso vigente e histórico y los rasgos diferenciadores de cada una de las unidades léxicas que componen una red léxica perteneciente al campo semántico de ciencias políticas. Como punto de partida ha sido intentar definir lo que es el léxico y el campo semántico y posteriormente se ha procedido a la construcción de la red léxica como objeto del estudio, fijándose en el contexto en el que puede ser utilizada gracias a la ayuda de los diccionarios en línea. La hipótesis que se plantea es que los seres humanos poseen una capacidad automática de relacionar los términos entre sí dentro de su mente debido a los rasgos distintivos de los mismos, entre ellos el campo semántico. Una vez que una persona posee dicho campo semántico, a lo largo del tiempo, va aumentando el número de sus componentes. Lo mismo sucede a los traductores, que pueden crear redes léxicas de dos o más idiomas, en este caso se ha tratado de ruso-español. Por ello, se creó una de estas redes para analizar sus componentes y ayudar a comprender por qué se relacionan entre sí y cuál ha sido su utilización a lo largo de la historia. Para confirmar dicha hipótesis se tratarán los siguientes puntos: en primer lugar, en el marco teórico, se hablará del léxico y el campo semántico como los principales rasgos del objeto a estudiar, especialmente en la traducción, y, posteriormente, se realizarán los análisis propuestos junto con la exposición de los datos obtenidos. Por último, los resultados obtenidos confirman la hipótesis de que las unidades léxicas pueden formarse dentro de un campo semántico en la mente de un traductor por poseer rasgos semejantes entre ellos. Además, se mostrará el uso vigente e histórico como guía para comprender la importancia de los términos a lo largo de las décadas., Лексические единицы, на первый взгляд, кажутся одними из самых простых, но оказываются довольно сложными. Возникшая гипотеза состоит в том, что люди обладают автоматической способностью связывать термины друг с другом в своих умах из-за их различных особенностей, включая семантическое поле. Как только у человека появляется это семантическое поле, со временем количество его компонентов увеличивается. То же самое относится и к переводчикам, которые могут создавать лексические сети из двух и более языков, в данном случае это были русский и испанский языки. По этой причине одна из этих сетей была создана для анализа ее компонентов и помочь понять, почему они связаны друг с другом и как они использовались на протяжении всей истории. Чтобы подтвердить эту гипотезу, будут обсуждаться следующие моменты: во-первых, в теоретической структуре лексика и семантическое поле будут обсуждаться в качестве основных характеристик объекта, подлежащего изучению, особенно в переводе, а затем будут проводиться предлагаемые анализы вместе с экспозицией полученных данных. В конечном итоге, полученные результаты подтверждают гипотезу о том, что лексические единицы могут быть сформированы в семантическом поле в сознании переводчика, поскольку они имеют схожие черты между ними. In this study, we report our first experience of applying the concretion visualization method using augmented reality technology. A clinical case of a new surgical intervention on the parotid salivary gland with the localization of salivary stone in its parenchyma is considered. During additional diagnostics, it was found that the size of the concretion exceeds 5 mm which did not allow us to use the endoscopic technologies. That was the reason for the choice of surgical intervention external access using salivary stone visualization with the help of augmented reality. The preoperative procedures included making the upper jaw cast model, fitting the model and individual mouthguard with an X-ray contrast marker and marker slot. In addition to this, computed tomography of the head and neck using a mouthguard was made. During surgery under general anesthesia with nasal intubation, the mouthguard together with the marker is installed in the patient’s mouth and the surgeon puts on the glasses to visualize the stone image in place of its localization. This method enables to visualize the salivary stone on all surgery stages no matter what type of approach is used or performing hydropreparation. That is why using the augmented reality appears promising and is to be studied further.

In this study, we look at how natural variants can contribute to increased protein aggregation as well as suppress aggregation. Specifically, we try to map a single recessive locus that contributes to increased aggregation in head muscle cells in Caenorhabditis elegans, as well as a network of modifiers contributing to suppression of aggregation. Here we describe how these strains were created, the process of determining whether these phenotypes are a result of a single modifier, or network of genes as well as mapping the modifier responsible to high aggregation of head muscle cells.

Milk protein of Simmental, Black and white and Lebedin full-grown cows’ breeds and their crosses with Brown Swiss, Jerseys and Monbeliards (11 groups) have been studied. Differences in protein and casein producing in amino acid content of milk and cheese quality have been proved. Three-breed animals were the best among the animal groups on Simmental base; half bloods with Holstein were the best among black and white; half bloods with jerseys were the best among lebedin breed. Milk of Simmental half-blood breed characterized with the lowest index. Standard cheeses produced from various breeds and breed crosses according to the quantity of indispensable amino acids found at the same level. Cheeses produced from milk of Simmental-Aishire and Lebedin-Jersey breeds have been estimated lower than cheeses from Simmental-Aishire-Monbeliards breed and pure Simmental breed. Cheeses produced from milk of pure black and white cows had the lowest index of amino acid content among the investigated groups.
