DergiPark: 231056 tujes Türkiye yapı stoğunun büyük bir kısmının imar mevzuatına aykırı olması nedeniyle, başta deprem olmak üzere sürekli afet riski ile tehdit ve tehlike altındadır. Edirne, Çanakkale ve Saroz Körfezi gibi potansiyel deprem risk bölgelerine oldukça yakındır. Tarihi gelişim içinde Trakya Bölgesi’nde özellikle Edirne’de çeşitli büyüklükte depremler meydana gelmiştir. Bu nedenle Edirne deprem açısından dikkate alınacak merkez özelliğindedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı 2007 Deprem Yönetmeliği’ne (DBYBHY-2007) göre Edirne’de “önem katsayıları 1 olan kamu binalarından okulların ve hastanelerin” olası bir deprem öncesi yapısal (hasar) durumlarına, yapısal performanslarına ilişkin genel değerlendirmeleri yapmaktır. Bunun için Edirne il merkezinden örnek seçilen binalara teknik anketler uygulanmış ve gözlem yapılmıştır. Böylece olası bir depremde okul ve hastane gibi kamu binalarında meydana gelebilecek hasarların tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarında incelenen binaların %16’sında çatlakların olduğu, %50’sinin 30 yılı aşmış olduğu, %22’sinde sadece kış aylarında rutubet olduğu ve %7’sinde de bodrum katlarında sürekli rutubet olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Deprem riski, Yapısal hasar, Yapısal performans Earthquake in the first place, Turkey is under continuous danger and threat due to large portion of the building stock with violation of zoning regulations. Historical development in the Thrace Region, especially in Edirne earthquakes have occurred in various sizes. Edirne is a central feature to be considered in terms of earthquake. The aim of this study is to evaluate the structural performance and current damage stages of buildings, which has "importance of the coefficient number “1” (schools and hospitals) according to 2007 earthquake Regulations in Edirne (CODE-2007), prior to a possible earthquake occurrence. Sample buildings from the Center of Edirne province synthesized with technical survey and general observations. Thus, the direction of the damage that can occur in an earthquake and violence in public buildings has been identified in advance. DergiPark: 231060 tujes In this study, the thermal performance of the wall sections used in Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS) Insulating Concrete Form (EPS ICF) Wall System which is recently introduced in Türkiye and widely used over the world because of the shorten construction duration, easy construction, reduction of the formwork and labor costs, providing continuous and completely insulation advantages, is examined. The scope of study, EPS ICF Wall System is briefly introduced and winter and summer comfort concepts are summarized. The thermal performance of the wall sections used in EPS ICF Wall System and the conventional construction systems (external insulation system, internal insulation system, cavity wall system) are calculated and compared for winter and summer comfort. As a result of the calculations made related to EPS ICF Wall System, it is found that the system provides the winter and summer comfort according to existing standards Bu çalışmada kolay inşaat imkânı sağlaması, inşaat süresinin azaltılması, kalıp ve kalıp işçiliği maliyetini düşürmesi, kesintisiz ve sürekli yalıtım sağlaması gibi avantajlarından dolayı dünyada geniş bir kullanım alanı olan, Türkiye’de de yakın zamanda uygulanmaya başlanan Genleştirilmiş Polistiren Sert Köpük (EPS) Yalıtım Kalıplı Donatılı Beton Taşıyıcı (EPS YKDBT) Duvar Sistemi’ni oluşturan duvar elemanlarının ısıl performansı incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında EPS YKDBT duvar sisteminin özelikleri kısaca tanıtıldıktan sonra kış (ısıtma sezonu) ve yaz (soğutma sezonu) konforu kavramları özetlenmiştir. EPS YKDBT duvar sistemini oluşturan duvar elamanı kesitleri ile geleneksel yapım sistemlerinde kullanılan duvar elamanı kesitlerinin (dışarıdan yalıtımlı, içeriden yalıtımlı, çift duvar arası yalıtımlı) ısıl performansları yaz ve kış şartları için hesaplanarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan hesaplamalar sonucu, EPS YKDBT duvar sisteminin kış ve yaz konforunu mevcut standartlara göre sağladığı görülmüştür.

ÖZET Genleştirilmiş polistiren köpük (EPS) ısı yalıtım levhalarının özellikleri ve elde edilen deney sonuçlan üzerinde yoğunlukla birlikte üretim parametrelerinin ve numune boyutlarının etkisi incelemiştir. Öncelikle, Genleştirilmiş Polistiren Köpük (EPS) üretimi ve polistiren köpüğün özellikleri hakkında yapılmış ulusal ve uluslararası çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Daha sonra genleştirilmiş polistiren köpüğün yoğunluğunu, %10 deformasyondaki basma gerilmesini, eğme dayanımım ve ısı iletkenliğim etkileyebilecek üretim parametreleri ile önem sıralan mevcut kaynaklarda verilen bilgilerden faydalanılarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu amaçla, öncelikle üretim aşamalarında meydana gelen fiziksel olaylar tanımlanmış ve ilgili özelliği etkileyecek içyapı ile ilgili fiziksel özellikler belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra, iç yapı ile ilgili belirlenen fiziksel özellikleri etkileyebilecek fiziksel olaylar ve etki dereceleri yorumlanmıştır. Bu yorumlar çerçevesinde, üretim parametreleri önem sırasına konmuş ve hangi büyüklüklerin öncelikle incelenmesi gerekeceği ve değerlerinin hangi aralıkta değiştirilmesinin uygun olacağı belirlenmiştir. Numuneleri belirlerken, üretilen blokların sadece araştırma amaçlı numunelerin elde edilmesi için kullanılacağı ve numune hazırlama maliyetlerinin belirli sınırlan aşmaması da dikkate alınmak zorundadır. Diğer yandan, sonuçlar üzerinde yoğunluğun ve numune boyutlarının etkisini ve bu etkinin derecesini tayin edebilecek şekilde numune sayısı belirlenmiştir. Toplam numune sayısı 1420'dir. Gerçek yoğunlukların üretim parametreleri, numune boyutlan ve anma yoğunluğu ile değişiminin grafikleri ile her anma yoğunluğu için gerçek yoğunluk değerlerinin en küçük, en büyük, ortalama değerleri ve standart sapmalarının grafikleri çizilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. %10 deformasyondaki basma gerilmesinin ve eğme dayanımının üretim parametreleri, numune boyutlan ve yoğunluk ile değişimlerinin grafikleri verilmiş ve farklı anma yoğunlukları için en küçük, en büyük ve ortalama değerler ile Standard sapmalarının üretim parametreleri ve numune boyutlan ile değişimlerinin grafikleri çizilerek EN 13163'de verilen sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmaları yapılmıştır. Standard sapmaların ve varyasyon katsayılarının numune boyutu ve incelenen büyüklüğün ortalama değeri ile değişimi de değerlendirilmiştir. EN 13163'ün gereği olarak, ölçülen ısıl iletkenlik değerlerinden hareketle ölçüm beyan değerlerinin yanında, ölçüm sonuçlarına EN 13163'de açıklanan kalınlık düzeltmesi yapıldıktan sonra kalınlık düzeltmesi yapılmış beyan ısı iletkenlikleri de hesaplanmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak ürün özellikleri üzerindeki hakim etmen yoğunluktur. Üretim parametrelerinin etkisinin farklı özellikleri farklı mertebelerde etkilemek üzere %10'u aşmamaktadır. Investigations published on the production and the properties of expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) of are evaluated. The production parameters affecting the density, compressive stress at 10% deformation, flexural strength and thermal conductivity, and the levels of their effects are defined based on the information given in the relevant literature. For this purpose, the physical events that take place during production processes are defined and the physical characteristics of the structure which affect the engineering properties are determined and discussed. Based on the conclusions drawn from these discussions, the production parameters are listed in the order of their significance for investigation and for monitoring in production. In determining the sample sizes for experimental work, the cost had to be kept at levels acceptable for industrial research. However, the sample sizes are set to a number to obtain results with sufficient level of confidence to see the effects of density and specimen dimensions on the results and to determine the level of these effects. Total specimen number is 1420. The actual densities versus production parameters, specimen dimensions, nominal densities, and the standard deviations and the maximum, minimum and average values of actual densities versus nominal density relations are studied and evaluated. The variations of compressive stress at 10% deformation and bending strength versus production parameters, specimen dimensions and density are given, and the standard deviation, the maximum, minimum and average values versus nominal density relations are compared with those given in EN 13163. The variations of standard deviations and coefficients of variation of the properties with the sample sizes and average values of the properties were evaluated. As part of EN 13163, the declared thermal conductivity values and the declared thermal conductivity values corrected for thickness were calculated and evaluated. It can be concluded that dominant factor affecting the product properties is the density. The effects of production parameters on the characteristics of the product are different for different properties and does not exceed 10%. Endüstri devrimi sonucunda, tüm endüstri kollarında olduğu gibi, yapı endüstrisinde de yeni üretim teknikleri ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bununla birlikte konut gereksiniminin hızlı bir biçimde artması, daha çok sayıda konutun, daha hızlı, daha kaliteli ve ekonomik olarak üretilmesini zorunlu kılmıştır. Konut isteğinin karşılanması için yeni yapım sistemlerinin ve bu konudaki yeniliklerin takip edilmesinin gerekli olduğu düşünülerek, "Toplu Konut Yapılarındaki Kullanılan Çelik Kalıp ve İskeleler" konulu tez çalışması hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, yedi ana bölümden oluşmaktadır ve yapılan bu çalışmalar; tablo, şekil ve fotoğraflar yardımı ile desteklenmektedir. Birinci Bölümde; çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve çalışma yöntemi açıklanmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, modüler çelik kalıp ve iskelelerin üretimi, kullanılan malzeme ve boyutları belirtilmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde; betonarme taşıyıcı elemanları oluşturan kalıpları, kalıp desteklerinin ve kullanılan iskelelerin kurulması, dördüncü bölümde de kurulan bu kalıplara beton dökülmesi anlatılmaktadır. Beşinci bölümde; kalıpların,kalıp desteklerinin sökülmesi bu aşamada ve sonrasında da kullanılan iş iskeleleri açıklanmaktadır. Altıncı bölümde, kalıp ve iskele üreten ve ürettikleri bu elemanları kullanan firmalar ile yapılan anket çalışması değerlendirilmektedir. Yedinci bölüm olan sonuç bölümünde ise elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda modüler çelik kalıp ve iskelelerin inşaatta sağladığı avantajlardan ve sistemin başarıya ulaşması için yapılması gereken hususlardan söz edilmektedir. As every industrial field, the construction technics had also developed during the industrial revolution in nineteenth century. The increasing needs for houses created new technics for more rapid and more economical ways for construction of buildings. Because of housing shortage is still one of the biggest problems of the society, "The Steel Formwork Sytem Used For Construction Of Moss Housing" has been chosen as the matter of thesis. This study has got seven chapters and all the study is supported by figures, tables and fotographs. The first part includes the aim and content on this work. In the second part the materials and the dimensions of the modular steel form work are handled. In the third part, the frame works of the reinforced concrete structures are explanied. The forth part deals with the concrete work. The fifth part includes form removals. The sixth part contains some information about the producers and users of the formworks.

Dünyada her geçen gün sayısı artarak yaşanan çeşitli felaketler çevre dostu sürdürülebilir uygulamaların önemini gözler önüne sermektedir. İnşaat sektörü ise yaşanan bu bozulmalarda önemli bir rol üstlenmektedir. Bu nedenle kaynakları verimli ve etkin bir biçimde kullanan, üretimi, işletimi ve hatta yıkımı süresince çevreye karşı olumsuz etkileri azaltılmış, kullanıcı konforu ve sağlığını gözeten sürdürülebilir/yeşil yapıların üretimine olan yönelim giderek artmaktadır. İnşaat sektörünün konvansiyonel üretim şeklinden farklı girdi ve çıktılara sahip olan sürdürülebilir yapı üretimi için geliştirilen projelerin yönetim süreçleri de farklılaşmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir projelerin hedeflendiği başarı ve performans düzeyine ulaşabilmesi için bu projelerde doğru bir teslim sürecinin izlemesine ihtiyaç vardır. Türkiye sürdürülebilir proje üretiminin yoğun olarak yapıldığı gelişmekte olan bir ülkedir. Özellikle Türkiye gibi enerjide dışa bağımlı ülkelerde bu projelerin planlandığı gibi uygulanması işletim süresince verimliliği sağlamak adına oldukça önemlidir. Bu kapsamda sistematik olarak yürütülen literatür incelemesi sonucunda elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda belirlenen proje teslim özelliklerine ait faktörler üzerinden DEMATEL yöntemi kullanılarak Türkiye için bir proje teslim sistemi yaklaşımı ortaya koyulmuştur. Ayrıca mevcut sürdürülebilir projelerdeki kullanılan proje teslim sistemleri ve süreç yönetimine etkilerinin incelendiği alan çalışmasıyla mevcut durumdaki eksiklikler ve ihtiyaçlar belirlenerek öneri model iyileştirilmiştir. Beş bölümden oluşan ve sürdürülebilir projeler için proje teslim sürecinde etkili olan faktörlerin tespit edilerek sürdürülebilir proje üretimi gerçekleştirmek isteyen karar vericilere bir kılavuz oluşturmayı hedefleyen bu tezin birinci bölümünde, problemin tanımı, literatür incelemesi, çalışmanın amacı ve özgün değeri, kapsam ve sınırlamalar ile tez metodolojisi ve yapısı yer almaktadır. Tezin ikinci bölümü ise sürdürülebilirlik, sürdürülebilir yapı üretimi ve proje yönetimi ve proje teslim sistemleri (PTS) ile sürdürülebilir projelerde PTS’lerin rolünün ele alındığı literatür incelemesi olmak üzere iki gruptan oluşmaktadır. Birinci grup altında konuyla ilgili kavramların kısa açıklamalarına yer verilirken ikinci grup altında PTS’lerin sürdürülebilirlik performansı bir tür sistematik literatür araştırma yöntemi olan metaanaliz ile incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler sonucunda sürdürülebilir projelerin proje teslim özelliklerine ait faktörler belirlenmiştir. Tez kapsamında Türk inşaat sektörüne hizmet edecek bir yaklaşım geliştirilmesi hedeflendiği için elde edilen faktörlerin Türkiye’deki sürdürülebilir projelerdeki etkinliğini tespit etmek üzere Delphi yöntemi kullanılarak uzman görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde Türkiye’de sürdürülebilir projeler ve proje teslim sistemleri arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda Türkiye’de sürdürülebilir proje üretim sürecinin gelişimi uygulanan politikalarla birlikte açıklanmıştır. Bu bölümde öneri yaklaşım için kullanılmak üzere mevcut durum değerlendirmesini gerçekleştirmek için Türkiye’deki sürdürülebilir projeleri örneklem olarak kabul eden bir alan çalışması yürütülmüştür. Bu kapsamda 74 projenin katılım sağladığı anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Anket verileri nicel ve nitel analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Nicel analiz için SPSS programı kullanılmış ve proje performans ölçütleri olan süre, maliyet, kalite ve sürdürülebilirlik bağımlı değişkenleri üzerinde PTS ve onun etkilediği bağımsız değişkenler arası ilişkiler test edilmiştir. Nitel analizde ise her bir proje ayrı bir vaka olarak ele alınarak örüntü eşleme ve çapraz durum analizleri yapılmıştır. Dördüncü bölüm ise hem alan çalışması hem de literatür inlemesi sonuçları doğrultusunda proje teslim özelliklerini içeren faktörlerin nedensellik durumunun DEMATEL yöntemiyle analiz edilerek, karar vericililer için bir proje teslim süreci modelinin oluşturulduğu kısımdır. Bu bölüm altında tez probleminin çok faktörlü yapısı gereği öncelikle çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. DEMATEL yönteminin seçim nedenleri açıklandıktan sonra yöntemin adımları açıklanmıştır. Belirlenen faktörler arasında birbirini etkileme ve birbirinden etkilenme durumu hesaplanarak sürdürülebilir projelerde karar vericilerin dikkat etmesi gereken noktalar tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak sonuçlar bir araya getirilerek özellikle ilk kez sürdürülebilir proje üretimi gerçekleştirmek isteyenlere yardımcı olacak bir model kılavuzu oluşturulmuştur. Geliştirilen modelin uygunluğunun ve geçerliliğin sınanması için sürdürülebilir proje deneyimi olan kamu sektörü, özel sektör ve sivil toplum kuruluşları uzmanları ile akademisyen bir uzmanla görüşme yapılmış ve uzmanların görüşleri alınmıştır. Tezin son bölümünde ise araştırmaya ilişkin sonuçlar özetlenerek verilmiş ve gelecek çalışmalara ışık tutmak üzere çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak sürdürülebilirlik konusuna öncelik vermenin, proje inşa aşamasının ve işveren karakteri, taahhüdü ve motivasyonun Türkiye’deki sürdürülebilir projelerin teslim süreçlerinde en önemli faktörler olduğu ve ekonomik faktörlerin bu süreçte karar vericilerin kararları etkilemekten çok onlardan etkilendikleri tespit edilmiştir. Projede paydaş katılımının erken oluşu sürdürülebilirlik performansı açısından önemli olduğu görülürken her ne kadar paydaş eğitiminin ve tasarım çalıştaylarının bu süreçteki etkinliğinin az olduğu ifade edilse de işletim sürecinin kolay takip edilebilmesi için gelecek çalışmalarda bu faktörler özelinde değerlendirilmenin yapılması iyi olacağı düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca geliştirilen bu yaklaşımın inşaat sektörünün yapısı Türk inşaat sektörüyle benzerlik gösteren gelişmekte olan ülkeler için de yararlı olabileceği söylenebilir. Various disasters, the number of which is increasing day by day in the world, reveal the importance of environmentally friendly sustainable practices. On the other hand, the construction sector plays a vital role in these deteriorations. For this reason, the tendency towards the production of sustainable/green buildings, which use resources efficiently and effectively, whose negative effects on the environment are reduced during production, operation and even destruction, and which considers user comfort and health, is increasing. The management processes of the projects developed for sustainable buildings, which have different inputs and outputs from the conventional production method of the construction industry, also differ. For sustainable projects to reach the targeted level of success and performance, a correct delivery process is needed. Turkey is a developing country where the number of sustainable projects is high. However, it is critical to realize these projects as planned, especially in energy-dependent countries such as Turkey, to ensure efficiency during operation. In this context, a project delivery system approach has been put forward for Turkey by using the DEMATEL method over the factors of the project delivery attributes (PDAs) determined in line with the information obtained as a result of the systematic literature review. In addition, the proposed model was improved by determining the current situation deficiencies and needs through a case study survey examining the project delivery systems used in existing sustainable projects and their effects on process management. In the first part of this thesis, which consists of five parts and aims to establish a guide for decision-makers who want to realize sustainable projects by identifying the factors that have impacts in the project delivery process for these projects, the definition of the problem. This is followed by literature review, the aim and original value of the thesis, scope and limitations, and methodology and structure of the thesis. The second part of the thesis consists of two groups: first sustainability, sustainable building production, and project management and project delivery systems (PDS), and second a literature review on the role of PDSs in sustainable projects. Under the first group, brief explanations of the concepts related to the subject were given, while under the second group, the sustainability performance of PTSs was examined with a meta-analysis, which is a kind of systematic literature review method. As a result of these examinations, the factors of the PDAs of sustainable projects were determined. Since it is aimed to develop an approach that will serve the Turkish construction industry within the scope of the thesis, expert opinions were sought by using the Delphi method to determine the effectiveness of the factors obtained in sustainable projects in Turkey. In the third chapter, the relationship between sustainable projects and project delivery systems in Turkey is discussed. For this, the development of the sustainable project processes in Turkey is explained together with the policies. In this section, a case study has been conducted that accepts sustainable projects in Turkey as a sample to carry out the current situation assessment to be used for the proposed approach. Therefore, a survey was conducted in which 74 projects participated. Survey data are analyzed using quantitative and qualitative (mixed) methods. SPSS is used for quantitative analysis and the relationships between PDS and the independent variables affected by it were tested on the dependent variables of time, cost, quality and sustainability, which are the project performance criteria. In qualitative analysis, each project is handled as a separate case, and pattern matching and cross-case analyzes are performed. The fourth part is the part where a project delivery process model is created for decision-makers by analyzing the cause-effect status of the factors including the project delivery characteristics in line with the results of both the case study and the literature review, with the DEMATEL method. In this section, information about multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods is given primarily due to the multi-factorial nature of the thesis problem. After explaining the reasons for choosing the DEMATEL method, the steps of the method are explained. The factors that affect each other and are affected by each other are calculated and the points that decision-makers should pay attention to in sustainable projects are determined. Finally, by combining the results, a proposed model guide was created to help those who want to realize sustainable projects for the first time. In order to test the suitability and validity of the developed model, public sector, private sector and non-governmental organizations experts and an academician expert who have sustainable project experience were interviewed and the opinions of the experts were taken for the proposed model. In the last part of the thesis, the results of the research are summarized and various suggestions are made to shed light on future studies. As a result, it has been determined that prioritizing the issue of sustainability, the project construction phase and the employer character, commitment and motivation are the most important factors in the delivery processes of sustainable projects in Turkey, and that the economic factors are influenced by the decision makers rather than influencing the decisions in this process. While it is seen that early stakeholder participation in the project is important in terms of sustainability performance, although it is stated that the effectiveness of stakeholder training and design workshops in this process is low, it would be good to evaluate these factors in future studies so that the operation process can be followed easily by the endusers. In addition, it can be said that this approach, which has been developed recently, may be beneficial for developing countries whose construction sector is similar to the Turkish construction sector.

19. yüzyıldan bu yana sanayileşme ve kentleşmenin hızla artmasıyla birlikte sürdürülebilirlik kavramı gitgide önem kazanmış, mimaride de sürdürülebilir mimari tasarım çözümleri kendini göstermeye başlamıştır. Üniversite yerleşkeleri eğitim, araştırma, barınma, yeme-içme, spor, yönetim, kültürel, kütüphane, sağlık ve sosyal birimlere ait açık ve kapalı mekanlardan, sirkülasyon alanlarından ve yeşil alanlardan oluşan küçük kentsel bir birimdir. Yerleşkelerin bu özelliği nedeniyle sürdürülebilirlik özelliklerinin makro ölçekte yerleşkeyi, mikro ölçekteyse binayı inceleme olanağı sağlamaktadır. Gün içinde farklı kullanımlara bağlı olarak gerçekleşen kaynak kullanımı üniversitelerde sürdürülebilirlik konusunu fazlasıyla öne çıkarmıştır. Bu durum enerjinin etkin kullanımı ve yenilenebilir enerji kullanımı, materyal kullanımı, su kullanımı, iç ortam kalitesi ve arazi kullanımı gibi konuları sürdürülebilir mimari tasarımda dikkat edilmesi gereken en önemli unsurlar haline getirmiştir.Tez çalışması beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde araştırma problemi, çalışmanın amacı, önemi, yöntemi, kapsamı ve sınırlılıkları açıklanmaktadır.İkinci bölümde, sürdürülebilirlik, yerleşke, üniversite, sürdürülebilir yerleşke kavramlarının literatür bilgileri açıklanmış üniversite yerleşkelerinde sürdürülebilirliğin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Türkiye'de ve dünyadaki sürdürülebilir yerleşke örnekleri incelenmiştir. Bu yerleşkelerin sürdürülebilirlik adına yapmış oldukları çalışmalar örnekleriyle birlikte tablo haline getirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde dünyada yaygın olarak kullanılan yeşil bina sertifika ve değerlendirme sistemleri açıklanarak yorumlanmıştır. Daha sonra LEED ve BREEAM sistemleri incelenmiş ve bu sistemler altlık olarak kullanılarak bu çalışmada kullanılmak üzere özgün sürdürülebilirlik kriterleri oluşturulmuştur.Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümü alan çalışmasından oluşmaktadır. Öncelikle Balkan Yerleşkesi Edirne İli bağlamında incelenmiştir. Daha sonra yerleşke ve yerleşkeyi oluşturan birimler özgün sürdürülebilirlik kriterlerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Ardından Balkan Yerleşkesinde bulunan farklı dönemlerde inşa edilmiş olan iki bina örneklem olarak seçilerek seçilen binaların enerji performansları incelenmiştir. With a rapid increase in industrialization and urbanization since the 19th century, the concept of sustainability has become increasingly important and sustainable architectural design solutions have started to show up in architecture. University campuses are small urban units consisting of open and closed spaces, circulation areas and green spaces belonging to education, research, shelter, food and beverage, sports, management, cultural, library, health and social units. Due to this feature of the campuses, it provides the opportunity to examine the campus on the macro scale of the sustainability features and the building on the micro scale. The use of resources, which takes place due to different uses during the day, has highlighted the sustainability issue at universities. This has made issues such as efficient use of energy and renewable energy use, material use, water use, indoor air quality and land use the most important elements to be considered in sustainable architectural design.The thesis study consists of five chapters. First research problem of the study, the purpose, importance, method, scope, limitations and limitations of the study were explained.In the second part of the study, the literature information of the concepts of settlement, university and campus of your choice. Examples of campus information in the world and in Turkey were examined. The studies carried out in the selection of these campuses have been tabulated together with their examples.Green building certification and evaluation systems are explained and explained. Later, LEED and BREEAM systems were examined and these systems are used as a base.The fourth part of the study consists of field work. Firstly, Balkan Campus was examined in the context of Edirne Province. Then, the campus and the units forming the campus were evaluated according to the original sustainability criteria. Then, two buildings built in different periods in the Balkan Campus were selected as samples, and the energy performances of the selected buildings were examined. Sanayi devrimi ile teknolojinin gelişmesi, hızlı nüfus artışı ve küreselleşme doğal kaynakların hızla tüketilmesine ve çevresel düzenin bozulmasına neden olmuştur. Yapı sektörü doğal kaynakların önemli bir bölümünü kullanmakta ve sera gazı salınımıyla doğal dengeyi bozmaktadır. Dünyada ve Türkiye’de tüketilen enerjinin büyük bir bölümü yapı üretiminde kullanılmaktadır. Yapıların çevresel etkileri çeşitli araçlarla denetlenebilmektedir. Bu araçlardan bazıları; yaşam döngüsü değerlendirmesi, yeşil bina sertifika sistemleri, karbon ayak izi ve eko etiket olarak sıralanabilir. Bu sistemlerden karbon ayak izi ürün yaşam döngüsündeki üretim, taşıma, kullanım, geri dönüştürme ve yok etme aşamalarında ortaya çıkan CO2 salınımının bir ölçüsüdür. Dünya’da karbon ayak izini oluşturan CO2 emisyonlarını yapı malzemeleri ile birlikte binalar %25, elektrik ve ısıtma %42 oranında etkilemektedir. Buna göre binaların karbon ayak izi üzerinde büyük bir etkisi olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Bu çalışmada Kırklareli ilinden örnek olarak 6 farklı özellikle seçilen binaların yıllık enerji tüketimi, karbon ayak izi hesaplaması ve çevresel etkileri; Graphisoft Archicad Programı Eco Designer Star modülü ile analiz edilmektedir. Seçilen binalar yapım sistemi ve imar durum özelliklerine bağlı olarak karşılaştırılmaktadır. Binaların yalıtımsız durumları, mevcut durumlarının renovasyon ile iyileştirildiği düşünülerek yalıtımlı duruma getirilip ek olarak yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerinin binalara entegre edildiği durumları değerlendirilmektedir. Yapılan hesaplamalar sonucunda binaların yalıtımsız ve yalıtımlı duruma ek olarak yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerinin entegre edildiği durumda binaların yıllık birincil enerji tüketiminde, yıllık CO2 emisyonunda, enerji maliyetlerinde kullanılan kaynağa göre fosil kaynakta (doğalgaz) %45 ile %70, ikincil kaynakta (elektrik) %5 ile %21 oranında, yıllık toplam enerji tüketimleri değerlendirildiğinde ise %65 ile %35 oranında iyileşme sağlandığı görülmektedir. The industrial revolution with the development of technology, globalization, rapid population growth and rapid exhaustion of natural resources and environmental degradation has led to the order. The building sector uses a significant portion of natural resources and disrupts the natural equilibrium with greenhouse gas emissions. A large part of the energy consumed in the world and Turkey is used in the production structure. Interaction of the structures with the environment can be controlled by various means. Some of these tools; life cycle assessment, certification systems, carbon footprint, eco-labeling and environmental assessment systems. From these systems, the carbon footprint is a measure of the CO2 release that occurs at each stage of the product life cycle (production, transportation, use, recycling and destruction). CO2 emissions that make up the carbon footprint in the world are affected by building materials by 25%, electricity and heating by 42%. Accordingly, the carbon footprint of the building is that there is a huge impact. In this study, the energy consumption, carbon footprint calculation and environmental effects of the buildings selected from Kırklareli province as an example; Graphisoft Archicad Program was analyzed with Eco Designer Star module. Selected buildings are compared according to construction system and zoning situation properties characteristics. The uninsulated conditions of the buildings are considered to have been improved by the renovation of their current situation and the cases where the renewable energy systems are integrated into the buildings are evaluated. As a result, the buildings are integrated with the renewable energy systems in addition to the uninsulated and insulated condition, the annual primary energy consumption of buildings, annual CO2 emissions, energy resources by the source used in fossil sources (natural gas) 45% to 70%, secondary source (electricity) 5% When the total energy consumption is evaluated as 21%, it is seen that 65% and 35% improvement is achieved.

Enerjinin büyük bir kısmı yapıların ısıtma, soğutma ve havalandırmasında kullanılmaktadır. Bu amaçla da doğal kaynakların kullanımını azaltmak ve enerji verimliliğini arttırmak amacıyla çeşitli yöntemler geliştirilmiş, sürdürülebilirlik kavramı önem kazanmıştır. Geleneksel yapılar, iklimsel ve coğrafi özelliklerle uyum göstererek ve konfor şartlarını sağlayacak şekilde inşa edilmiştir. Bu yapılarda iklimsel verilere uygun planlama, konum, yapım sistemi, malzeme ve cephe özellikleriyle gerekli konfor şartlarının sağlandığı bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada Tekirdağ İl'i Ertuğrul Mahallesi'nde bulunan örnek olarak seçilen geleneksel konutların, fiziksel dış ortam koşulları ve yapı özelliklerine göre analizi yapılarak ve enerji verimliliği incelenmektedir. Hızlı gelişen ve değişen konut kültürü için enerji verimliliğini artıracak mimari önlemler ve sistemler geliştirmek gerekmektedir. Çalışmanın temel amacı, Türkiye’deki farklı iklim (Derece Gün) bölgelerindeki, farklı özelliklerdeki (iki, dört ve altı katlı) konutlarda Binalarda Enerji Performansı Yönetmeliğine bağlı, ulusal veri tabanı olan BEP-TR (Binalarda Enerji Performansı) hesap programını kullanarak binaların nihai enerji tüketimlerini incelemektir. Çalışmada öneri malzeme ve katmanlardan oluşan farklı çatı ve duvar yapı elemanı detayları ile bina kabuğu genelinde sonuçlar karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Farklı Derece Gün bölgelerine göre iki, dört ve altı katlı bu örnek konutlarda farklı yapı elemanı detayları incelenmiştir.Çalışmada yöntem olarak, binalarda enerji performansı yönetmeliğine bağlı web tabanlı BEP-TR programı kullanılarak elde edilen sayısal veriler değerlendirilmiştir. It is necessary to develop architectural measures and systems that will increase energy efficiency for fast developing and changing housing culture.The main objective of the study is to use the BEP-TR (Energy Performance in Buildings) calculator program, which is a national data base of the Energy Performance Regulations of Buildings, in two, four and six stored houses with different characteristics in different climate (degree days) with different roof and wall construction details, to examine the ultimate energy consumption of the building throughout the building shell. As a result, building performances were evaluated comparatively. In these sample houses with two, four and six floors, the details of different building elements were examined according to different degrees of day regions.As a method of study, the numerical data obtained using the web-based BEP-TR program related to energy performance management at the buildings was evaluated. The energy needs of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting and hot water of selected buildings are determined and evaluated with different degrees of day zones. The study consists of five parts. The purpose, scope, methodology and literature summary of the study are given in the introduction. The second section emphasizes the use of energy and the importance of sustainable energy in the buildings. In the third chapter, design and classification of roofs are given as building elements. In the fourth part of the study, energy consumption was determined with the help of the BEP-TR program of houses with different floor and roof and wall properties. The results of the calculations made according to different Degree Day regions in the result of the study are evaluated according to their energy consumption.A great improvement was observed in the evaluation of the numerical data obtained by result of the insulation layer coming to the roof and wall element in general. Also, as the number of stored increases, the energy demand seems to decrease. With the assumption of this study, the minimum heating energy requirement was obtained in pitched roofs, depending on the type of roof in each Degrees Day Region.

Hızlı kentleşme, bilimsel ve teknolojik ilerleme ile ekonomik gelişmelerin ortak kesişim noktasında yer alan yüksek yapılar başta birer ofis yapısı iken günümüzde sayıları giderek artan konut yapıları olarak kullanılmaya başlamıştır. İnsanların zamanlarının büyük bir kısmının konutlarda geçiyor olması nedeniyle yüksek yapıların konut işleviyle kullanıldığında da kullanıcılarına standart bir konut konforunu sunması gerekir. Bu bağlamda dünyanın her yerinde üretilmekte olan yüksek konut yapılarındaki iç ortam kalitesinin kullanıcı sağlığına uygunluğu araştırılması gereken önemli bir konudur. Kullanıcılara her türlü aktivitelerini yapabilecekleri ideal iç ortamı oluşturmak için yapının enerji tüketmesi gerekir. Yapı sektörünün toplam enerji tüketimindeki payının ortalama %30-40 arasında olduğu düşünüldüğünde, yapılarda sağlanacak enerji verimliliğiyle enerji tasarrufu yapmak mümkündür. Yüksek yapılar, ölçekleri gereği az katlı yapılardan çok daha fazla enerji tükettiğinden bu yapıların enerji verimli tasarımı sürdürülebilirlikleri için de oldukça önemlidir.Bu çalışmanın amacı giderek yaygınlaşma eğilimi gösteren yüksek konut yapılarındaki iç ortam kalitesinin, yapının enerji verimliliğine ve kullanıcı konforuna olan etkisini belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda Türkiye'nin en yüksek konut yapısı olan Sapphire Residence Tower'ın iç ortam kalitesi ve buna bağlı enerji tüketimi incelenmiştir. İnceleme beş bölümden oluşmaktadır:Birinci bölümde çalışmanın amacı, önemi, kullanılan inceleme yöntemi ve kapsamı açıklanmıştır. Yüksek yapıların zaman içerisindeki istatistiksel değişimi incelenerek bu yapıların ağırlıklı olarak konut işleviyle kullanımı yönünde ilerleyen eğilime bağlı olarak yüksek konut yapıları incelenmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde yüksek yapıların konut işleviyle kullanıldıklarında yapı sakinlerine sunması gereken iç ortam kalitesi koşulları analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca iç ortam kalitesinin yapı enerji tüketimi ve kullanıcı sağlığına olan etkilerine de değinilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde örnek alan çalışmasına yer verilmiştir. Yapının fiziksel dış ve iç ortam koşullarına göre özellikleri analiz edilip, yapının iç ortam kalitesine bağlı enerji tüketimi benzetim programı `DesignBuilder` yardımıyla hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca yapı sakinleriyle yapılan görüşmeler sonucu onların iç ortam kalitesi algısı belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Görüşme sonucu elde edilen bilgiler ve benzetim programı hesaplamalarına göre yapının iç ortam kalitesi ve enerji tüketimi ilişkisi kurulmuştur.Sonuç bölümünde ise çalışma sürecinde ele alınan konuların değerlendirmesi yapılmış ve yorumlanmıştır. Kullanıcı sağlığı ve sürdürülebilirlik konusunda geri dönüşün uzun vadede alınabileceği düşünüldüğünde bu konuda yapılan analizler yeni yapılacak olan tasarım ve uygulamalara yön vereceğinden elde edilen bulgulara göre çıkarımlar yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda yapının kendi ölçeğindeki yüksek yapılardan %25-30 oranında daha enerji verimli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. People spend most of their time in indoor environment mostly at the residences. Therefore, it is also necessary for the high-rise buildings to offer a standard residential comfort to their users when they are used with the residential function. In this context, the appropriateness of the indoor environmental quality (IEQ) in the high-rise residential buildings, that are constructed in all over the world, must be investigated. Buildings need to consume energy in order to create the ideal indoor environment to their occupants where they can do all kinds of activities. It is possible to save a lot of energy with the energy efficiency provided by buildings, when the share of the building sector in total energy consumption is considering between 30-40% on average. Energy efficiency of high-rise buildings, which consume much more energy than low-rise buildings depending on their scale, is very important for the sustainability. The aim of this study is to determine the IEQ of in high-rise residential buildings, which tend to become increasingly prevalent, and its effect on energy efficiency and occupant's comfort. In this regard, IEQ of Sapphire Residence Tower, which is the highest residence building of Turkey, and its energy consumption basing on its indoor environment have been examined. According to this context the thesis consists of five parts:In the first chapter, the purpose, the importance, the method and scope of the thesis is described. It also includes literature review about the topic.In the second chapter, the concept and development of high-rise building are handled separately on the scale of the world and Turkey. The statistical change of high-rise buildings over time has been examined and also they have been investigated depending on the tendency to use these structures predominantly as housing spaces. In the third chapter, the IEQ comfort conditions that the high-rise building, when is used as a residential function, should be provided to its occupants have been analyzed. In addition, the effects of IEQ on building energy consumption and occupant health are examined.In the fourth chapter, there is a case study of the thesis. Properties of the building were analyzed according to the physical external and internal conditions. `DesignBuilder` which is a simulation program calculates energy consumption based on IEQ of the case building. In addition, the results of the interviews with building occupants were tried to determine their perception of IEQ. According to the results obtained from the interview and the calculations of the simulation program, the relationship between IEQ and energy consumption was established.In the last chapter, the evaluation of the topics covered in the thesis was interpreted. Considering that the feedback on occupant health and sustainability can be taken at a long term, analyzes in this area can direct new designs and practices. Therefore, inferences were made according to the findings. As a result of this study, it is determined that Sapphire Residence Tower is 25-30% more energy efficient than other high-rise residential buildings in its own scale. A great improvement was observed in the evaluation of the numerical data obtained by result of the insulation layer coming to the roof and wall element in general. Also, as the number of stored increases, the energy demand seems to decrease.With the assumption of this study, the minimum heating energy requirement was obtained in pitched roofs, depending on the type of roof in each Degrees Day Region. 132

When changing the insulation material there are differences in the humidity values, MW has the lowest humidity values. Son yıllarda artan enerji ihtiyacı tüm Dünya'da konu ile ilgili çalışmalarınartmasına neden olmaktadır. Başta AB'de ve diğer gelişmiş ülkelerde olmak üzereenerji verimliliğini artırmaya yönelik çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. En büyük enerjiharcamaları binaların ısıtılmasında gerçekleştiği için, bu konuda yapılacak iyileştirmelerhem bireysel hem de ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlayacak ve küresel ısınma tehlikesiylemücadele edilecektir.Bu çalışma birbirine komşu iki ülke arasındaki bina maliyet farklılıklarını ve bumaliyet içerisinde ısı yalıtım maliyeti ile bunun geri ödeme süresini bulmayıhedeflemektedir. The largest energy expenditure takesplace in the heating of buildings, improvements to be made in this regard, bothindividually and will contribute to the country's economy, and will fight against thedanger of global warming.Purpose of this study is to find the cost differences between the two neighboringcountries, and this cost with the cost of the payback period with the cost of thermalinsulation. In the first part of the thesis the scope and method of the research isdiscussed. Literature survey of the studies are conducted in this chapter. In the secondpart, energy, energy efficiency in buildings and the studies were examined this subjectin the world are discussed. Yüksek Lisans Tezi Endüstri devrimi ile başlayan hızlı sanayileşme faaliyetleri, teknolojik gelişmeler, nüfusun artışı ile birlikte artan yapılaşma ihtiyacı çevresel felaketlere sebep olmuş, yaşanan çevresel ve toplumsal sorunlara çözüm olarak uluslar arası çevrelerde yapılan çalışmalarda toplumsal, çevresel ve ekonomik sürdürülebilirlik kavramları ortaya çıkmıştır. Doğal enerji kaynaklarının tükenmeye yüz tuttuğu günümüzde, enerjinin verimli kullanılmasıyla kaynak tüketiminin ve doğal dengenin bozulması önlenmeye çalışılmaktadır. Geleneksel yapım sistemleri ile yapılan binalar; planlama açısından yüzyıllardır süregelen Türk kültürünü yansıtmakta aynı zamanda bulunduğu çevrenin iklimsel ve coğrafi yapısına uyum sağlayan, doğal malzemelerden imal edildiği için doğaya geri dönüşümü kolay, ilave önlemler gerektirmeden ısınıp soğuyabilen, konforlu iç ortamlar sağlayan yapısı ile sürdürülebilir tasarım kriterlerini barındırmaktadır. Abstract Fast industrialization activities started with industrial revolution, technological developments, increasing need for settlement as a result of population growth have caused environmental disasters and social, environmental and economical sustainability concept occurred as a consequence of studies conducted by international circles for the solution of environmental and social problems. Today that natural energy resources tend to deplete, resource consumption and the depletion of natural balance are tried to be prevented by using energy efficiently. Buildings constructed by traditional construction systems reflect Turkish culture lasting for centuries in terms of planning and also reserve sustainable design criteria with their structures that are easy to recycle to nature, can get warm and cold without any need to additional precautions and provide comfortable indoors since they are constructed from natural materials that accommodate the climatic and geographic structure of this region. In this study, the energy consumption of three different traditional Edirne civil architectural structures is determined by carrying out thermal analysis by Ecotect simulation program and the energy performances of the buildings are evaluated in terms of sustainability. Thesis study is composed of five sections; the aim and the extent of study together with literature study take place in the first section. The sustainability concept, the importance of energy efficiency, the parameters of energy-conservation designs and thermal comfort are explained in the second section. In the third section, information about Edirne where the buildings examined within the study are present is given and the history of the city, its geographical features, climate characteristics and the specifications of traditional housing architecture are clarified. In the fourth section, three different traditional Edirne civil architectural structures are introduced; the plan properties and construction systems are explained and are analyzed in terms of thermal comfort and energy consumption in Ecotect Analysis 2011 program by determining the thermophysical properties of constructional components. In the fifth section, executed thermal analyses are evaluated and suggestions are offered.

Toothed floors with filling block are the system commonly used in recent times in structure system since they minimize heat losses in buildings and provide design flexibility in projects.Thesis study themed as ?Examination of Filling Materials Used in Toothed Floors in Turkey and Evaluation In Terms of Thermal Transmittance? has been prepared by Department of Architecture, Institute of Science, Trakya University based on calculation and analysis method.Thesis study consists of seven parts. In final section, obtained data have been evaluated in terms of thermal transmittance, heat flow and internal surface temperatures and relevant results have been interpreted and afterwards following suggestions have been put forward in terms of following studies. Üçüncü bölümde ısıl konfor ve değişkenlerinin neler olduğu, ısı ve buhar geçişinin ısıl konfor üzerindeki etkileri, ısı iletim mekanizmaları anlatılmış, dördüncü bölümde ise hazırlanan duvar kesitleri TS 825'de dört farklı derece gün bölgesinden seçilen illere göre ısı ve buhar geçişi hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Son bölümde ise elde edilen veriler ısı ve buhar geçişi açısından değerlendirilerek, sonuçlar yorumlanmış ve sonraki çalışma alanları açısından öneriler getirilmiştir. Ayrıca hesaplamalarda yararlanılan çizelgeler Ekler bölümünde verilmiştir.Bu tez çalışması 2009 yılında hazırlanmış olup, 214 sayfadan oluşmaktadır. Along with the decisions made during design, light steel constructions can be earthquake-resistant, applied in all kinds of buildings, and can also meet heat and vapor diffusion requirements when detailed correctly.This thesis work on ?Heat ? Vapor Transfer Analysis in the Walls of a Light Steel Frame System? was carried out in the Department of Architecture of the Institute of Sciences at Trakya University on the basis of computation and analysis method.The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the importance of thermal comfort and advantages/disadvantages of light steel constructions, while the second chapter presents a detailed discussion on the development of light steel constructions and the formation of the system. Chapter three introduces thermal comfort and its variables, the effects of heat and vapor diffusion on thermal comfort, and heat transmission mechanisms. Chapter four comprises of the heat and vapor diffusion calculations for the wall sections prepared according to the provinces selected from the four different degree/day regions in TS 825. The final chapter evaluates the obtained data in terms of heat and vapor transfer, interprets the results, and offers suggestions for further study areas. Ahşap iskelet sistem, deprem karşısında güvenli, uygun kesitte yapıldığında ve özel önlemler alındığında yangın dayanımı beton ve çelikten çok daha yüksek olan yapım sistemlerinden biridir.Ahşap iskelet sistemin ısı ve buhar geçişi açısından değerlendirilmesi konusu bu anlamda geleneksel kullanımı bilinen bir yapım sisteminin günümüzdeki yapı malzemeleriyle yapıldığında doğru kesitlerin nasıl uygulanacağının belirlenmesi açısından önemlidir. Bu çalışmayla; ahşap iskelet sistemde günümüz uygulayıcısı ve kullanıcına sağlam, güvenli ve ısıl konfor şartlarının da sağlandığı bir sistem oluşturulmasına katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır.Öncelikle yapılan literatür çalışmasıyla geçmişten günümüze kadar ahşap yapım sistemlerinin gelişimi, ahşabın yapı malzemesi olarak üstünlüğü, mekanik, kimyasal fiziksel ve anatomik özellikleri, Ahşap iskelet sistemi meydana getiren taşıyıcı, dolgu ve kaplama kısımları ve bunları oluşturan malzemeler incelenmiştir.Daha sonra ısı ve buhar geçişi konuları ele alınarak, ısı ve sıcaklık, buhar ve malzemelerdeki buhar geçişi, ısı ve buhar geçişi hesaplarının yapılma yöntemleri ve yoğuşma tahkiki anlatılmıştır.Ahşap iskelet sistemde ısı ve buhar geçişi açısından farklı özelliklerdeki malzemelerle kesitler oluşturulmuş, bu kesitler üzerinde ısıl geçirgenliği (U), ısı akısı (q), yüzey sıcaklıkları (Ty) ve buhar basınç değerleri (p) hesaplanmıştır ve bunlara göre grafikler hazırlanmıştır. Elde edilen kesitlerde yoğuşma olup olmadığı değerlendirilmiş, yoğuşma varsa bunun miktarı hesaplanmıştır.Yapılan hesaplar ve hazırlanan kesitlerden elde edilen grafikler sonrasında ulaşılan sonuç; ısı ve buhar geçişinin birlikte incelenmesi gerektiği, ısı iletimini azaltmak için seçilen yalıtım malzemesinin kalınlığına ve buhar difüzyon direnç faktörüne dikkat edilmesi gerekmektedir. The structure of carrier wadding and sheating which formed wood frame structure and their materials are examined.Then the translation of heat and vapor subjects and their materials, the methods of heat and vapor calculations, condensation analysis are explained.Different structures are formed by the help of different characteristics materials of heat and vapor translation in wood frame structure. Translation of thermal (V) heat flow (q), surface temperatures (Ty), values of vapor pressure (p) are calculated and graphics are prepared according to them. Then condensation are evaluated, if there is condensation its quantity is calculated.The outcome after calculation of graphics prepared crosscut is; The translation of heat and vapor must be examined together, chosen insulation materials thicknesss for lessening heat conductor and factor of vapor difusion resistance should be pay attention.Especially vapor difusion resistance factors should be lessen from inside to outside when the materials of structure crosscuts are taken into consideration.
