Graph coloring game is one of application in graph theory. The goal in this article is determine game chromatic number of tadpole graph, broom graph, and tribune graph. The graphs are simple, connected, and undirected and thus eligible for playing graph coloring game. Given two players with the first player is called A and second player is called B coloring vertex of graph G with a set of colors C={c_1,c_2,c_3, ..., c_k}. A must to make sure that all vertex of G has colored and B must try to prevent A coloring of all vertex. The first step was taken by A as first player, two players take turns coloring vertex of graph G, with rule that every vertex have different color from the neighbourhood. If all vertex of graph G have been colored, then A win or B win if some vertex hasn’t colored. The smallest number of k if A has a strategy to win at graph G with k color, then k called game chromatic number which is denoted by χ_g (G). The strategy to win this game is coloring the biggest degree of vertex in graph first. The result obtained from this paper is A win the game with the strategy of first coloring the largest degrees of vertex. So, exact of game chromatic number of tadpole graph is 3, broom graph is 2 or 3 with several conditions, and tribune graph is 3 or 4 with several conditions.

Graph coloring is the process of assigning colors to the vertices or edges of a graph. Specifically, coloring the vertices in graph coloring can be implemented in graph coloring games. This article aims to determine the game chromatic number of the jellyfish graph Jm,n, snail graph SIn, and octopus graph On. For example, give G as a simple, connected, and undirected graph and give two players, namely A as the first player and B as the secondary player. The two players A and B color all the vertices of graph G with available colors. The game’s rules are that A must ensure that all vertices of graph G are colored, while B aims to prevent graph G from being uncolored. Players A and B take turns coloring the vertices of graph G, ensuring that the color of neighboring vertices must be different, with A taking the first turn. If all vertices have been colored, A wins the game, but A loses if some vertices remain uncolored despite available colors, A loses. The smallest value of k for which A has a winning strategy in the game with k colors is the game chromatic number, denoted as χg(G). This thesis discusses the graph coloring game of the tadpole graph Tm,n, broom graph Bn,d, jellyfish graph Jm,n, and tribune graph Tn to find the game chromatic number. The results show that player A uses a strategy to color the vertex with the highest degree in the graph, ensuring that player A always wins. Therefore, the game chromatic number of the jellyfish graph, snail graph, and octopus graph is χg (Jm,n) = 3 for m, n ≥ 1, and χg (SIn) = 3 for n ≥ 1, while χg (On) = 3 for n = 2, 3, 4; χg (On) = 4 for n ≥ 5.

The purpose of the study was to identify and describe the translation techniques, methods and ideologies used in translating Arabic cartoon subtitles Muhsin and Mahasin versions of the Youtube channel SFH channel and describe the quality of the translation as the impact of the techniques, methods, and ideologies applied, in terms of accuracy, acceptance and ,readability. This research uses qualitative approaches using qualitative descriptive methods. Included in the study data are Arabic video subtitles Muhsin and Mahasin, while the data sources are muhsin videos and Mahasin link versions https://youtu.be/PZ3DPvdvVdI. The data collection technique used is scriptwriting. After the data collection process, analysis is also carried out. The findings of the study showed that there are six kinds of translation techniques. Based on the dominant techniques that occur, translators tend to use communicative translation methods and domestication as their ideology. Then, the impact of the application of translation techniques, methods and ideologies on the quality of translation as a whole has accuracy, acceptance, and readability. This shows the quality of good translation.

Metode: Desain peneltian ini adalah cross-sectional study yang dilaksanakan pada Agustus 2018 sampai Desember 2019. Despite significant growth and development in recent years, Islamic banking (IB) continues to face widespread criticism given its apparently weak social outcomes. This study investigates the social performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia, including its justification as an IB objective and the means of improvement. We do this by surveying 506 current and potential Islamic banking customers across six Indonesian provinces, combined with in-depth interviews with 10 Islamic banking experts (regulators, practitioners, Syariah scholars, and academics). The findings strengthen previous results on the topic in that 42.89% of respondents consider that IB in Indonesia is defensive (doing the least that is required in terms of social outcomes), while 6.92% believe that it is reactive (doing less than that required). Of the remaining respondents, 34.78% consider the social performance as accommodative (doing all that is required) and 15.42% see it as proactive (doing more than is required). Most respondents (52.96%) suggest improvement by combining corporate social responsibility and the ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, shadaqah)-Waqf system. Only some (7.11%) suggest the establishment of Islamic social banking, whose main feature would be to design an alternative to collateral so that low- and middle-income customers could more readily access bank financing. We recommend that regulators and practitioners take action to address these weaknesses through incentives and long-term strategic planning.

The increase of population, facilities, infrastructure, and settlement area are among the indicators of urban development. It is characterized by, among others, land use conversion as happens in East-Ungaran District (Kecamatan) of Semarang Regency (Kabupaten). Problems arise when the conversion is not in compliance with the spatial plan, for example the change of agricultural land to non-agricultural one in the most of Kecamatan East-Ungaran. This research is conducted using spatial analysis tools such as remote sensing and image processing techniques to analyze the area of agricultural land that has been converted to non-agricultural one. Results of the image interpretation using GIS and satellite imagery processing show that from 2008 to 2011 the total conversion is 30.40 Ha, most of which is for roads and settlement area. Therefore, a strict regulation is needed to control the land conversion. In this case, further study is recommended to formulate effective regulation and measures in controlling the problematical land conversion.

AbstractThis research investigated the relationships between the awareness of halal-based products and services and people’s intention to purchase. Also, it explored behavioral attitude as a mediating variable in influencing purchase intention. Data was collected through an online survey with 162 validated respondents. The PLS-SEM method was applied to test four hypotheses connecting the relationship between brand, attitude, and intention variables. The research findings showed that all hypotheses were confirmed, including the mediating role of attitude. This means that halal industry players should respond to consumers shifting from conventional to halal lifestyle orientation, while the regulator requires to provide incentives for promoting a greater halal ecosystem. The originality of this research is that this study strengthened previous research on the role of consumers’ attitudes that positively affect the intention to purchase halal products and services. This study revealed that consumers expand their consumption of traditional halal products and services (food, Islamic banking, fashion) to lifestyle (shopping) and well-being (fitness and swimming pool).

The production of ariid catfish at Kejawanan Fishing Port tends to be uncertain, while many processing industries and salted fish markets require a supply of ariid catfish. The research aimed to identify the conditions of production and fishing boats of ariid catfish, determine the appropriate forecasting model for predicting the production of ariid catfish. The research used descriptive methods, moving average models and exponential smoothing models. The average production of ariid catfish at Kejawanan Fishing Port in the last 15 years reached 40.72 tons per year. The fishing boats of ariid catfish based on Kejawanan Fishing Port were bouke ami, purse seine, oceanic gill net, cast net and squid fishing rod. The Bouke ami was the most widely used with a fishing trip ratio reaching 72%. The exponential smoothing model α=0.3 was the most appropriate model for predicting the production of ariid catfish in Kejawanan Fishing Port. This study explored the impact of hot press parameters on lead zirconate titanate (PZT)/poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) composite films designed for force‐sensing applications. The systematic fraction (PZT/PVDF), pressure, temperature, and time during hot pressing processes are subject to variation. The focus is on the resulting composite film thickness and its subsequent influence on the piezoelectric properties, which are essential for the performance of force sensors. The present study investigated the characteristics and performance of PZT/PVDF composite films with fraction ratios 2/5, 5/5, and 7/3 and hot pressure of 10, 40, and 60 MPa and temperature at 150 °C for 2 h. The characterization of these films was conducted using X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The piezoelectric properties (d33 and d31) were measured using impact and extraction tests to evaluate the performance of films with applied forces. The results show that the highest piezoelectric coefficients (d33 and d31) were determined to be 35.8 and 12.60 pC N−1, with fraction ratios of 7/3 and 2/5. The study revealed a positive correlation between the PZT/PVDF ratio and sensitivity, indicating that an increase in the ratio leads to an increase in sensitivity. Conversely, a negative relationship was observed between the impact load and the sensor sensitivity, suggesting that an increase in the impact load results in a sensitivity decrease. The results of this work demonstrate the great potential of piezoelectric PZT/PVDF composite films in force sensors for small load applications. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry. Background: The accuracy of an artificial intelligence model based on echocardiography video data in the diagnosis of heart failure (HF) called LIFES (Learning Intelligent for Effective Sonography) was investigated. Methods: A cross-sectional diagnostic test was conducted using consecutive sampling of HF and normal patients’ echocardiography data. The gold-standard comparison was HF diagnosis established by expert cardiologists based on clinical data and echocardiography. After pre-processing, the AI model is built based on Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) using independent variable estimation and video classification techniques. The model will classify the echocardiography video data into normal and heart failure category. Statistical analysis was carried out to calculate the value of accuracy, area under the curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and likelihood ratio (LR). Results: A total of 138 patients with HF admitted to Harapan Kita National Heart Center from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as research subjects. The first scenario yielded decent diagnostic performance for distinguishing between heart failure and normal patients. In this model, the overall diagnostic accuracy of A2C, A4C, PLAX-view were 92,96%, 90,62% and 88,28%, respectively. The automated ML-derived approach had the best overall performance using the 2AC view, with a misclassification rate of only 7,04%. Conclusion: The LIFES model was feasible, accurate, and quick in distinguishing between heart failure and normal patients through series of echocardiography images.

The objective of this paper is to propose a model for a financing guarantee scheme (FGS) funded by the voluntary sector (through zakat, infaq, and sadaqah, or ZIS funds) to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We argue that the existing credit guarantee scheme (CGS) relies on government funding, but that in the current Covid-19 pandemic it is experiencing unstable financial capability. Hence, the sustainability of the CGS program is questionable. We employ the input-output (I-O) approach to identify the expected impact if the proposed FGS is applied. We further substantiate the proposal with seven Indonesian Syariah experts’ opinions, of whom five suggest that the alternative scheme is acceptable. The simulation using I-O shows that if IDR1 trillion (out of IDR10 trillion from ZIS funds in 2019) is disbursed through the scheme, this will increase economic growth by 0.0117%, representing economic activities worth IDR1.235 trillion, and creating 2,151 new jobs. We further discuss the implications of the findings for the Islamic banking industry in the future and for regulators.

This research focuses on the Proportionality test model of Competing Rights in practice in civil law countries (Germany and South Korea) and the Common Law System (United States and Canada). The research method used is a normative legal research method with statutory, comparative, and case approaches. The results show that the proportionality test is the "ultimate rule of law," a fundamental benchmark in judicial review, and has become a global constitutionalism recognised and applied internationally. Its application is structured and systematic with four test stages, such as German, Canadian, and South Korean models. Meanwhile, it is unstructured in the United States, and there is only one analytical tool (balancing test). In the case of decision, the four stages are only sometimes applied, but according to the needs of the analysis. If, at the third stage (necessity/minimal impairment), it is found that the object being tested is contrary to the Constitution, then the argumentation focuses on that analysis of it. The fourth stage is used if the case is more complicated and requires analysing the balance of norms and legal values. Meanwhile, in the Indonesian Constitutional Court practice, there is a proportional analysis, but it is partial, unstructured, and unsystematic. Therefore, in the future, it is essential to develop an Indonesian model of the principle of proportionality under the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research aimed to assess the tsunami flow velocity and height reduction produced by a planned elevated road parallel to the coast of Banda Aceh, called the Banda Aceh Outer Ring Road (BORR). The road will transect several lagoons, settlements, and bare land around the coast of Banda Aceh. Beside its main function to reduce traffic congestion in the city, the BORR is also proposed to reduce the impacts of future tsunamis. The Cornell Multi-grid Coupled Tsunami Model (COMCOT) was used to simulate eight scenarios of the tsunami. One of them was based on the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. Two magnitudes of earthquake were used, that is, 8.5 and 9.15 Mw. Both the earthquakes were generated from the same source location as in the 2004 case, around the Andaman Sea. Land use data of the innermost layer of the simulation area were adopted based on the 2004 condition and the land use planning of the city for 2029. The results of this study reveal that the tsunami inundation area can be reduced by about 9 % by using the elevated road for the earthquake of magnitude 9.15 Mw and about 22 % for the earthquake of magnitude 8.5 Mw. Combined with the land use planning 2029, the elevated road could reduce the maximum flow velocities behind the road by about 72 %. Notably, the proposed land use for 2029 will not be sufficient to deliver any effects on the tsunami mitigation without the elevated road structures. We recommend the city to construct the elevated road as this could be part of the co-benefit structures for tsunami mitigation. The proposed BORR appears to deliver a significant reduction of impacts of the smaller intensity tsunamis compared to the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.

In its history, after the division in the body of Muslims which gave birth to many schools and schools, the nature of Wasaṭiyyah was attached to the Ahlus Sunnah wa al-jama'ah-leaning group, including the theology of Ash'ariyah and Maturidiyah. Maqashid shari'ah arises due to debate among fiqh experts about shari'ah, which has a certain ‘illat (causa) or not. The debate has led to various kinds of flow including the ulama 'ushul fiqh. Maqhasid al-ahkam is considered as the basis in establishing a law, and can be categorized as the main foundation in law. As information about al-kulliyyat al-khams and their limitations, ḥifzh ad-din (protection of religion), ḥifzh an-nafs (protection of life), ḥifzh al-'aql (intellectual protection), ḥifzh an-nasl (genetic protection), and ḥifzh al-māl (protection of property). Dalam sejarahnya, pasca terjadinya perpecahan dalam tubuh umat islam yang melahirkan banyak madzhab dan aliran, sifat Wasaṭiyyah melekat pada golongan yang berhaluan Ahlus Sunnah wa al-jama’ah, termasuk didalamnya aliran teologi Asy’ariyah dan Maturidiyah. OBJECTIVE: The COVID-19 pandemic led to many implications for patients after recovering from the disease, including HIV patients. The long symptoms such as breathlessness, fatigue, and sleep deprivation are common complaints for patients post-COVID-19. In this study, we investigate the correlation between sleep quality and physical activity and severity post-COVID-19 among patients at the hospital in Jakarta. PATIENTS AND METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 120 post-COVID patients recruited from a public hospital in Jakarta. All participants were aged over 20 years old, diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, and infected by COVID-19 within the last month. Eligibility included primary insomnia for at least 3 months and acute pain and high fever. Outcomes included sleep quality (the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), physical activity (the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), and severity post-COVID-19 (severe post-COVID). Univariate analysis measured demographics, such as age, gender, etc. RESULTS: Among all study participants, 75.8% of patients had poor sleep quality and 60% of respondents 60% moderate physical activity. We found that sleep quality was not significantly associated with severe COVID-19 symptoms (p = 0.409). Physical activity was significantly associated with severe COVID-19 symptoms (p = 0.007). In the multivariate analysis, only physical activity (p = 0.011) and oxygen saturation (p = 0.000) were found to be independently related to the severity of the post-COVID-19 symptoms. CONCLUSIONS: Physical activity was associated with the severity of the COVID-19 symptoms (p = 0.007). However, sleep quality was not associated with the severity of COVID-19 (p = 0.409). Physical activity may be one of the factors that prevent further severe COVID-19 symptoms. Therefore, physical activity should be considered as an effective factor to reduce the impact of COVID-19 and should be included in health care and prevention strategies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Development process in a city should not be separated from the spatial planning. Therefore, spatial planning policy is always shifting and improving every time. Based on research by Lisdiono (2008), mostly the policy shifting is happened because of influence from the investor in the development. A research used for identifying the spatial planning policy shifting is needed in Semarang in order to make sure that the policy shifting is happened because of those policies are need to be improved as a result of the planning process. The metodology of the reasearch is qualitative research to identifiying path dependence phenomena, to reveal the policy shifting process by the literature, regulation, and document review, with the depth interview with the key person and the other actor that involve in the spatial planning formulation in each planning period. The result are the spatial planning policy shifting is caused by several things, i.e. : policy shifting on spatial planning guidance, national and regional policy focus adjusment, and the city development. Beside that, it is also known that there is a gap between spatial planning policy and its implementation. Spatial planning policy shifting can be used for consideration in formulating the policies in the future.
