Abstract In the dynamic urban landscape, understanding the distribution of buildings is paramount. Extracting and delineating building footprints from high-resolution images, captured by aerial platforms or satellites, is essential but challenging to accomplish manually, due to the abundance of high-resolution data. Automation becomes imperative, yet it introduces complexities related to handling diverse data sources and the computational demands of advanced algorithms. The innovative solution proposed in this paper addresses some intricate challenges occurring when integrating deep learning and data fusion on Earth Observed imagery. By merging RGB orthophotos with Digital Surface Models, deriving from the same aerial high-resolution surveys, an integrated consistent four-band dataset is generated. This unified approach, focused on the extraction of height information through stereoscopy utilizing a singular source, facilitates enhanced pixel-to-pixel data fusion. Employing DeepLabv3 algorithms, a state-of-the-art semantic segmentation network for multi-scale context, pixel-based segmentation on the integrated dataset was performed, excelling in capturing intricate details, particularly when enhanced by the additional height information deriving from the Digital Surface Models acquired over urban landscapes. Evaluation over a 21 km2 area in Turin, Italy, featuring diverse building frameworks, showcases how the proposed approach leads towards superior accuracy levels and building boundary refinement. Notably, the methodology discussed in the present article, significantly reduces training time compared to conventional approaches like U-Net, overcoming inherent challenges in high-resolution data automation. By establishing the effectiveness of leveraging DeepLabv3 algorithms on an integrated dataset for precise building footprint segmentation, the present contribution holds promise for applications in 3D modelling, Change detection and urban planning. An approach favouring the application of deep learning strategies on integrated high-resolution datasets can then guide decision-making processes facilitating urban management tasks.

Seeing the reality of today's society, moral degradation has arisen in humans, so it is essential to improve ourselves by returning humans to their existence as servants of Allah SWT. One alternative is to study and practice the teachings of Sufism. In the teachings, there are spiritual stages (maqâmât) to achieve perfection as a servant of Allah. The focus of this research is to examine Hamka's interpretation style in al-Azhar's tafsir by explaining his interpretation regarding the maqâmât verses so that the dimensions of Sufism and its relevance found in Hamka's al-Azhar tafsir are known. This research aims to find out Hamka's style and interpretation in al-Azhar's interpretation regarding the maqâmât verses and the dimensions of Sufism contained in them so that we can find out whether maqâmât is still relevant or not to be practiced in the present era. The methodology used in this research is qualitative library research (library research) with a mauḍu'i model of the Sufism approach that focuses on maqâmât verses using descriptive-analytical analysis of Hamka's Sufism thought. The results of this discussion show thatHamka's interpretation of the verses of maqâmât is in the style of Sufism by exploring the meaning of zahir and theinner meaning in which there are nuances to society (Adabi Ijtima'i) covering the socio-culture of Indonesianculture so that the dimension of Sufism contained in Hamka's interpretation is still very relevant to modern lifetoday.

The study is based on a comprehensive evaluation of 87 publications concerning reports from Afghanistan and a critical revision of herbarium specimens. Two hundred and thirty eight taxa (230 species with 8 varieties) of lichenized fungi, and 16 species of lichenicolous fungi are listed with their citations or localities in the case of new records for the country or for provinces. New for Afghanistan are Acarospora bicolor , A. interrupta , Caloplaca monacensis , C. stillicidiorum var. muscorum , Collema furfuraceum , Endocarpon pusillum , Gloeoheppia turgida , Gyalolechia bracteata , Heteroplacidium fusculum , Lecanora horiza , Lecidea laboriosa , Melanohalea elegantula , Myriolecis semipallida , Peltula bolanderi , P. obscurans var. obscurans , P. obscurans var. deserticola , P. polyspora , P. radicata , Physconia americana , P. perisidiosa , Phaeophyscia hirsuta , Placidium pilosellum , P. rufescens , Sarcogyne praetermissa , S. pusilla , S. urceolata , Scytinium fragrans , Staurothele areolata , Umbilicaria virginis , Xalocoa ocellata , Xanthoparmelia neodelisei , and the lichenicolous fungus Acarospora subfuscescens .

Abstract The crop is the part of the chicken's digestive tract that is more likely to break during processing. This research aimed to isolate Salmonella sp. from crop in local chickens and broiler from the Peunayong Chicken Market in Banda Aceh. Samples were swab contents of crop from 15 crops of local chickens and 15 crops of broiler. This research is a Cross sectional study with Carter method, starts with a swab of crop contents and then is inserted into the Selenite Cystine Broth (SCB) media, if the color of the media becomes orange, then followed by streaking bacteria on Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA) media. Then observed the morphology that grew on SSA media including size, shape, surface, elevation, edges, aspects and colony color, followed by Gram stain to observe bacterial morphology microscopically. The research data were analyzed descriptively, displayed in figures and tables. The results of the isolation showed that 7 from 15 samples (46%) of local chicken cropping and 15 from 15 samples (100%) of broiler were positive for Salmonella sp. Therefore, it can be concluded that Salmonella sp. can be isolated from local chicken and broiler, Salmonella sp. prevalence is higher in broiler than in local chicken. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi Salmonella sp. pada tembolok ayam buras dan ayam ras yang berasal dari Pasar Ayam Peunayong Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel berupa swab isi tembolok dari 15 tembolok ayam buras dan 15 tembolok ayam ras. Penelitian ini merupakan Cross sectional dengan metode Carter dimulai dari swab isi tembolok kemudian dimasukkan kedalam media Selenite Cystine Broth (SCB), apabila warna media menjadi orange dilanjutkan dengan penanaman bakteri pada media Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA). Kemudian diamati morfologi yang tumbuh pada media SSA meliputi ukuran, bentuk, permukaan, elevasi, tepi, aspek dan warna koloni, dilanjutkan dengan pewarnaan Gram untuk mengamati morfologi bakteri secara mikroskopis. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif, ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar dan tabel. Hasil isolasi didapatkan bahwa pada 7 dari 15 (46%) sampel tembolok ayam buras dan 15 dari 15 sampel (100%) sampel tembolok ayam ras positif terdapat Salmonella sp. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Salmonella sp. dapat disolasi dari tembolok ayam buras dan ayam ras, prevalensi Salmonella sp. lebih tinggi pada ayam ras dibandingkan ayam buras. This study aims to identify the relationship between English speaking anxiety and self-confidence of students in the Morotai Pacific University English education study program. The research method used is a correlational quantitative and descriptive approach. A convenience nonrandom sampling technique was used to select the sample. The sample of this study consisted of 54 students of the English Education study program at the Pacific University of Morotai. This data was analyzed through the Pearson Correlation Test. The results showed that most of the students of the English Education Study Program at the Pacific University of Morotai were afraid or hesitant to make mistakes in front of classmates and even lecturers. It is proven by the average Fear of Negative Evaluation (FE) is 31.44. 2) Respondents in this study had a moderate level of anxiety. The correlation coefficient regarding speaking anxiety and students' self-confidence was found to be r= -0.018 at a significance level of p= 0.896. Based on these findings, it was stated that there was no significant relationship between English speaking anxiety and self-confidence in students of the English Education Study Program.

Abstract Biofilm is one of parameters for determining pathogenic pathways of a bacterium. Bacterial virulence activities can be attenuated by antibiotics with inhibiting biofilm. The aim of this study was to examine the characteristics and activities of antibiotics against the biofilm of Stapylococcus aureus isolate which taken from Aceh cattle prepuce. The study was exploratory and experimental, using a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) factorial pattern using three types of antibiotics, three concentrations and replications. Antibiotics were tetracycline, oxytetracycline and phosphomycin with concentrations of 10%, 20% and 30% (mg/mL), respectively. Therefore, the aim of this study was to examine the characteristics and activities of antibiotics to the biofilm of Stapylococcus aureus from Aceh cattle prepuce isolate. U-bottom polystyrene 96 wells microplate and Nutrient Broth (NB) medium were used to biofilm. Bacterial while biofilm was stained on crystals violet 1%. Optical Density (OD) of biofilm were λ 595 nm. Data were analyzed by using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the activity of Staphylococcus aureus was moderately positive, i.e 2,667cell/μL.
