Objective To investigate the clonal rearrangement characteristics and clinical application value of IGH gene in B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (B-NHL). Methods Demographic and clinical data as well as IGH sequencing results of 55 patients with B-NHL who underwent next-generation sequencing (NGS) testing were collected, and IGH gene clonal rearrangement was detected. The characteristics of IGH gene clonal rearrangement, IGHV gene usage, and the clinical application value of NGS for IGH clonal rearrangement were analyzed. Results Among 55 patients with B-NHL and IGH clonal rearrangement, single dominant clones were mainly detected (85.45%, 47/55); a few patients had two (12.73%, 7/55) and three dominant clones (1.82%, 1/55). In terms of preference for IGHV gene usage, IGHV3 gene had the highest frequency of access in B-NHL, followed by IGHV4. Among the IGHV subtypes, IGHV3-23 had the highest frequency in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma, and IGHV4-34 had the highest frequency in primary central nervous system diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and not otherwise specified diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Conclusion A preference for IGHV gene usage in clonal rearrangement of IGH genes is noted in B-NHL patients with different pathological types. Using NGS to detect IGH clonal rearrangement can identify subclones and clonal correlations, and assist in disease diagnosis.

Objective To explore the status quo of ICU nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice of physical restraints use in general hospitals in Guangxi, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical training and quality control. Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select ICU nurses from Grade III and Grade II hospitals in Guangxi, including 2 Grade III hospitals and 3 Grade II hospitals, with a total of 201 ICU nurses. The knowledge, attitude and practice status of nurses on physical restraints use were investigated by using a physical restraints knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The total score and scores of knowledge dimension, attitude dimension, and behavior dimension were (135. 08±18. 07), (68. 70±9. 49), (20. 73±4. 82), (45. 66±8. 95), respectively, indicating a low-to-medium level awareness of physical restraints among ICU nurses in general hospitals in Guangxi. There were statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of ICU nurses with different hospital levels, ICU working years, and ICU specialist qualifications (P＜0. 05). Conclusion ICU nurses in Guangxi have a more positive attitude towards physical restraint, and their knowledge and behavior level need to be strengthened urgently. ICU managers should improve the physical restraint training mechanism, types and teams of ICU nurses, strengthen relevant knowledge and skills training according to the different characteristics of nurses, build positive attitudes and emotions through enhanced knowledge, promote behavioral changes, and improve the development of physical restraint specialization. (目的 探讨广西壮族自治区ICU护士身体约束知信行现状, 为临床开展相关的培训及质控提供理论依据。方法 采用简单随机抽样法, 选取广西壮族自治区三级甲等、二级甲等共5所医院的ICU护士共201名作为研究对象, 采用“ICU护士实施身体约束知信行评估量表”调查护士对患者实施身体约束的知识、态度和行为现状, 并分析影响因素。结果 广西壮族自治区ICU护士身体约束知信行总分、知识维度、态度维度、行为维度得分分别为(135. 08±18. 07)分、(68. 70±4. 82)分、(45. 66±8. 95)分, 整体上为中等偏低水平。不同医院等级、ICU工作年限、有无ICU专科资质的ICU护士身体约束知信行水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 广西壮族自治区ICU护士身体约束态度较为积极, 知识及行为水平亟待加强。ICU管理者应健全ICU护士身体约束培训机制、种类和队伍, 根据护士的不同特征强化相关知识与技能培训, 通过增强知识建立积极态度和情感, 促使行为改变, 促进身体约束专科化发展。)

The performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) is significantly influenced by their temperature and cathode humidity, as they affect power density and internal water distribution. The interdependent nature of these two parameters necessitates their simultaneous consideration in practical engineering to achieve high efficiency and reliable PEMFC operation. Therefore, this study proposes a synergistic analysis of the dual-parameter effect of working temperature and cathode humidity on PEMFC performance, using a three-dimensional steady-state model for counter-flow single-channel PEMFCs. The model's correctness is verified through comparison with experimental results, and the resulting power density and internal water distribution characteristics of PEMFCs are studied based on voltage changes. The findings indicate that the sensitivity of the proton exchange membrane (PEM) to temperature and cathode humidity varies at different voltage stages. Coupling analysis of these two factors enhances proton exchange membrane conductivity and expands the range of power density adjustment. Consequently, this study provides crucial insights into the interplay between temperature and cathode humidity in PEMFCs, facilitating the design and optimization of PEMFC systems for practical engineering applications.

The development and application of ambient ionization and miniature mass spectrometry have become the current research hotpot, which is capable of rapid, sensitive, on-site and real-time analysis of samples without complex sample pretreatment. In this study, a rapid on-site method using dielectric barrier discharge ionization (DBDI) and a miniature mass spectrometer was developed for the screening of prohibited substances in spray cosmetics. Helium gas was used as the discharge gas and 1 mm thick quartz glass was used as the dielectric barrier in a custom-made DBDI ion source. The two brass electrodes were 10 mm apart, both mounted outside the quartz glass. The inner diameter of the glass tube at the gas inlet and outlet was 1 mm. When the experiment was carried out, the DBDI ion source was placed 3 cm in front of the discontinuous atmospheric pressure interface (DAPI) of the miniature mass spectrometer. The spray cosmetic sample was placed 8 cm directly above the plasma beam generated by the DBDI. Without any sample pretreatment, once the sample spray valve was pressed, the sample microdroplets generated in the vertical direction collided with the plasma beam generated in the horizontal direction. In the region between the DBDI and the miniature mass spectrometer, the target substances were ionized by energy and charge transfer with the plasma beam, and then detected by the miniature mass spectrometer. The helium flow rate was set at an optimum value of 220 mL/min by a gas mass flow controller. Coupled with the miniature mass spectrometer, four prohibited colorants in disposable hair dye spray and four prohibited fragrances in spray lotion were screened. Based on the observed signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of the most intense MS/MS fragment peaks and using S/N=3 as a criterion, the limits of detection (LODs) were estimated between 10 and 50 μg/kg for the eight prohibited substances. The entire analysis procedure could be completed within 1 min. The simplified analytical protocol can effectively solve the disadvantages of traditional analytical methods that are cumbersome and time-consuming. The proposed method is simple, rapid, sensitive, efficient, and suitable for rapid on-site screening of prohibited substances in spray cosmetics.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of fumarate hydratase-deficient renal cell carcinoma (FH-RCC) in kidney transplant patients so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease clinically. Methods We retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical data of one kidney transplanted patient with FH-RCC who was treated in the urological department of our medical center in March 2022, including clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis. A literature review was also performed to analyze and summarize its characteristics. Results A 52-year-old female patient who received a kidney transplant 20 years ago was diagnosed with right kidney cancer with multiple metastases. Cytoreductive nephrectomy was performed and pathological type was FH-RCC based on Revised Version of WHO 2022 Classification of Renal Tumors. She then received targeted therapy until discontinuation due to elevated serum creatinine and the disease progressed rapidly. Conclusion FH-RCC is characterized by rapid progress and poor prognosis. Its diagnosis relies on immunohistochemistry and genetic test. There are no currently standard-of-care treatment options for kidney transplant patients with renal cell carcinoma. Individualized treatment regimens should be suggested for these patients.

This article uses the curve equation model to describe the initial value problem of differential equations in BIM project management. A new set of rolling curve-solving models is established for step-aligning in BIM project management. Based on the premise that the differential equation can be solved numerically, we appropriately simplify or set the required relational functions in the equation. Finally, we use mathematical software to numerically solve the differential equation and obtain the discrete function of the rolling curve. The research shows that the accuracy of the step flatness and the width of the stepped groove formed by the rolling curve of the solution in this paper is better than the original solution.

Naturally-occurring precipitate of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is generally considered to be a common phenomenon. The formation of naturally-occurring precipitate originates from the interactions among different chemical components during the decoction process. Previous literature has reported the existence of naturally-occurring precipitate in Sini decoction. In this study, seven pairs of acid-base non-covalent complexes in Sini decoction were characterized using cold spray ionization-mass spectrometry (CSI-MS). The CSI device was built in house, where a stream of nitrogen gas was cooled by liquid nitrogen and used as the sheath gas, providing low-temperature ionization conditions for the MS analysis of the acid-base non-covalent complexes. The gas pipeline was equipped with a valve to regulate the nitrogen flow rate. Data acquisition was carried out using a quadrupole/Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometer operated in both full-scan MS and collision-induced dissociation MS/MS modes. Experimental results showed that the seven pairs of acid-base non-covalent complexes were unequivocally observed in positive and negative ionization modes. Mass spectrometric responses for each acid-base non-covalent complex varied with different chemical structures, binding abilities and ionization efficiencies. A representative pair of acid-base non-covalent complex (enoxolone/benzoylmesaconine) was selected to investigate the influence of the acid-base concentration ratio (3∶1, 2∶1, 3∶2, 1∶1, 2∶3, 1∶2, 1∶3) on the binding stoichiometry. The enoxolone/benzoylmesaconine complexes with the binding ratios of 1∶1, 1∶2, 2∶1 were observed, among which the mass spectrometric peak of the 1∶1 binding ratio was the most intensive. The non-covalent interactions of the representative enoxolone/benzoylmesaconine complex were analyzed using isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) and computational chemistry. The thermodynamic parameters were obtained in the ITC experiment. In comparison with entropy change, the contribution of enthalpy change to Gibbs free energy was more significant, indicating that Van der Waals force and hydrogen bonding might be the main driving force in the formation of acid-base non-covalent complexes. This result was further confirmed by the docking model and simulation results of computational chemistry. Multiple hydrogen bonds derived from the interactions between specific atoms locating in the acid and base compounds promoted the self-assembly process. Moreover, Van der Waals attraction or repulsion force was generated between the C and H atoms at different positions, which in conjunction with hydrogen bonding interaction drove the formation of the acid-base non-covalent complexes. This study provides theoretical foundation and technical instruction for exploring the formation mechanism of naturally-occurring precipitate in Sini decoction.

The quality and safety of children’s textiles, especially chemical safety, is very important. The harm to children caused by using unsafe products is immeasurable. At present, the chemical safety research of textiles usually focuses on the specific target substances specified in the regulations. The detection methods are mainly to detect the content of target substances in the sample to determine whether it meets the regulatory requirements. In fact, although the known chemicals in the product meet the regulatory requirements, other unknown chemicals may exist potential hazards to children’s health. Therefore, it is necessary to screen potential chemicals in children’s textiles by non-targeted method in order to more comprehensively screen the chemical risks in product. Non-targeted analysis of potential chemical substances in imported children’s textiles using gas chromatography-Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (GC-Orbitrap MS) was established. Unknown substances were qualitatively assessed by using the comprehensive score and retention index, identifying the molecular formula by chemical ionization, comparing fragment ion data to distinguish isomers, and verifying according to chemical standards. A total of 48 substances were identified in 40 children’s textiles, including 21 esters, 8 ketones, 6 amines, 4 ethers, 3 alcohols, 3 phenols and 3 other substances. The identified substances were statistically and semi-quantitatively analyzed. Dibutyl phthalate, tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate, isopropyl palmitate and 1,2,4-butanetriol were identified in the imported children’s textiles, and their detection rates were greater than or equal to 10%. The identified substances were further filtered and screened according to detection rates, toxicities and response intensities. Then the high-risk chemicals in the children’s textiles were found. This method can provide a new way for screening potential chemicals in textiles and other products, and play a positive role in carrying out product chemical risk monitoring and promoting product quality and safety.

In order to realize the on-line and accurate measurement of roadway air volume, taking the return air roadway and auxiliary transportation roadway in Shangsitou north wing of Wangpo Coal Mine as the research object, the wind speed structure field of rectangular roadway and semi-circular arch roadway section was simulated by CFD method, and the regional distribution of average wind speed in roadway section under different air volume conditions of the same roadway section was compared. The air volume basically had no effect on the regional range and location of the average wind speed distribution of the roadway section and the dimensionless wind velocity structure field of roadway section was further obtained, which was the theoretical foundation for arranging multiple wind speed collection points in the roadway section average wind speed distribution area to accurately calculate the roadway average wind speed. Based on the dimensionless wind speed structure field of roadway section, the position of data acquisition point of roadway average wind speed was determined according to the distribution area of roadway section average wind speed, and the nine point acquisition method of roadway section average wind speed was constructed, which could accurately obtain the roadway average wind speed and check whether there was data distortion in the wind speed sensor. Combined with the nine point acquisition method of roadway section average wind speed, the gantry and folding fully automatic on-line test device for roadway air volume suitable for rectangular roadway and arch roadway were designed respectively. The structural size of the test device and the motion track of wind speed sensor were customized according to the position of roadway average wind speed data acquisition point. The fully automatic on-line test device for roadway air volume was deployed at 10 wind measuring stations in Wangpo Coal Mine. The relative error between manual wind measurement and device wind measurement data was less than 8%. The research showed that the wind measurement accuracy of the fully automatic on-line test device for roadway air volume could meet the mine requirements, and could realize the synchronous on-line measurement of the air volume of multiple roadways in the mine.

Failure mechanism of nuclear power pant steam generator tubes inspection crawler gripper petal is analysed in this paper, through macroscopic, chemical composition, metallographic, hardness, scanning electron microscope and energy-spectrum examination, fracture mechanism of the gripper petal is revealed to be brittle rupture. To avoid analogous failure in the future, fatigue test and precautions are presented.

Aiming at the characteristics of poor cementation and broken seam in Wangpo Coal Mine, the pneumatic directional drilling test of soft-fragmentized coal seam with high-pressure nitrogen slag discharge was carried out. Drilling equipment selection, pneumatic directional technology, deep hole and high wind pressure drilling parameters are studied. In the 3306 working face test of Wangpo Coal Mine, four directional drilling holes of broken soft coal seam were completed, in which the pneumatic directional branch was successfully tested for two times. The average daily footage reached 82.3 m, the maximum single shift footage was 72 m, and the maximum hole depth was 437 m, creating the record of hole depth for soft gas dynamic directional construction. The test results show that the pneumatic directional drilling technology meets the requirements of directional construction along the broken soft coal seam in Wangpo Mine, and the drilling trajectory is accurate and controllable. The coal seam drilling rate is high, the drilling depth is large, the drilling performance is good, and the drilling efficiency is high.

When multiple coal working faces are mined at the same time in the coal mine, the change of branch air volume of any roadway will cause the change of branch air volume of other roadway. The air volume control of any coal working face in the mine will affect the air volume change of other coal working faces in the mine. Therefore, it is necessary to intelligently control the air volume of multiple coal working faces. However, the current research on intelligent control of air volume in coal working face is mainly based on automatic control algorithm of mine air volume or mine air volume control equipment. It lacks the research on the on demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces. In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward a design scheme of on demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces. Taking the louvered remote automatic regulating air window deployed in the return air crossheading of 3308 working face in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry as the research object, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to simulate the flow field distribution of the regulating air window. The Origin software is applied to fit the non-linear relationship between the wind area of the regulating air window and the wind resistance, and obtain the functional relationship between them. The relative error between the wind resistance of the regulating air window measured on site and that calculated by fitting is less than 6%. Based on the functional relationship between the wind area and the air resistance of the regulating air window and a joint calculation method of wind resistance regulation of multiple coal working faces, the upper computer calculation software is developed. And based on the upper computer calculation software, the underground explosion-proof and intrinsically safe control substation and the louvered remote automatic regulating air window, the on demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces is constructed. The on demand dynamic linkage control of air volume on demand is carried out on 3308 and 3203 coal working faces in Wangpo Coal Industry. The field application shows that the relative error between the target air volume and the actual air volume after control is less than 7%. This result indicates that the on-demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces has certain use effect.

Optical polarization has attracted considerable research attention by extra detection dimension in angular space, flourishing modern optoelectronic applications. Nonetheless, purposive polarization controlling at nanoscales and even at the single-particle level constitutes a challenge. Plasmonic nanoantenna opens up new perspectives in polarization state modification. Herein, we report angular-dependent upconversion luminescence (UCL) of rare-earth ions doped upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) in both emission and excitation polarization via constructing angularly anisotropic plasmonic local-field distributions in gold nanorods (Au NRs) antennae with different configurations at a single-particle level. The UCL of UCNP tailored by plasmonic Au NRs nanoantennae is enhanced and exhibits linear polarization. The highest enhancement factor of 138 is obtained in the collinear Au NR-UCNP-Au NR configuration under parallel excitation. Simultaneously, the maximum degree of linear polarization (DOLP) of UCL with factors of 85% and 81% are achieved in the same structure in emission and excitation polarization measurements, respectively. The observed linear polarizations and UCL enhancements are due to varied resonant responses at 660 nm and the anisotropic near-field enhancement in different nanoantennae-load UCNP. The theoretical simulations reveal the periodic changing of near-field enhancement factors of nanoantennae in angular space with the incident light polarization angles and are well-matched with the experimental results.

An analytical method combining swab touch spray ionization and quadrupole/Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (Q/Orbitrap HRMS) was developed for rapid screening of nineteen UV filters in cosmetics. Upon investigation of various spray solvents such as methanol, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, acetone and isopropanol, methanol and acetonitrile were found to be the optimal solvents for positive and negative ionization modes, respectively. For further optimization, methanol-acetonitrile mixture solvents with different volumetric ratios (4∶1, 3∶2, 2∶3, 1∶4, V/V) were compared. A methanol-acetonitrile mixture solvent (4∶1, V/V) was selected as the spray solvent. Moreover, the spray voltages ranging from 3.5 to 6.5 kV were optimized, among which 5.0 kV was found to be the optimum voltage. The position of the swab was another critical parameter. If the swab was placed too close to the MS inlet, electric discharge could occur. On the other hand, a distant swab position may result in unstable or even no signals. The position of the swab was optimized to be 0.8 cm horizontally and 0.5 cm vertically from the MS inlet. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the cosmetic samples were gently picked up using the swab and mounted in front of the MS inlet without the need of sample pretreatment. 30 μL methanol-acetonitrile mixture solvent (4∶1, V/V) was added to the swab. Afterwards, a high voltage of 5.0 kV was applied to the metallic swab handle. In this way, the charged droplets produced from the swab tip were subjected to the Q/Orbitrap HRMS analysis under the full-scan/parallel reaction monitoring acquisition mode. Experimental results showed that the limits of detection of the nineteen UV filters were between 0.01 and 2.0 mg/kg. Satisfactory repeatability was obtained ranging from 1.4% to 9.9% (n=6). The analysis of a single sample could be completed within 1 min. The established method is simple, fast, accurate, reliable, and suitable for the rapid screening of UV filters in cosmetics.

The performance evolution of subgrade soil under the coupling effect of drying?wetting cycle and dynamic load is essential for the safety and stability of the subgrade. In this study, a series of electrical resistivity tests was carried out on the compacted silty clay samples subjected to different drying?wetting cycles and dynamic loads using alternating current (AC) two-electrode method. The effect of drying?wetting cycles sequentially coupled with dynamic loads on the electrical resistivity of soil samples was investigated. Then, a mathematical relationship was established to quantitatively characterize the dynamic behaviors of soil samples based on electrical resistivity. Finally, the effectiveness of the electrical resistivity method in evaluating the state of compacted soil was discussed. Test results showed that under the action of drying?wetting cycles coupled with dynamic loads, the electrical resistivity of soil samples decreased greatly with the increases in the number and amplitude of drying?wetting cycles, but the reduction of the electrical resistivity of soil samples caused by dynamic load decreased gradually. The test results can provide a reference for the evaluation of the state of subgrade soil under drying?wetting cycles sequentially coupled with dynamic loads using electrical resistivity method.

The paper described the experimental findings of underwater wet welding of E40 steel using self-shielded flux-cored wire with a TiO2-FeO-MnO slag system. The arc stability, weld quality and corrosion resistance with different heat inputs were studied. The results showed that the wet welding process of the designed wire displayed good operability in the range of investigated parameters. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld metal depended on the heat input. Due to the high fraction of acicular ferrite in the weld metal, the mechanical properties of the weld metal under low heat input had better tensile strength and impact toughness. Fracture morphologies at low heat input had uniform and small dimples, which exhibited a ductile characteristic. The diffusible hydrogen content in the deposited metal obtained at a heat input of 26 kJ/cm significantly reduced to 14.6 ml/100g due to the combined effects of Fe2O3 addition and the slow solidification rate of molten metal. The microstructure also had a significant effect on the corrosion resistance of the weld metal. The weld metal with high proportions of acicular ferrite at low heat input exhibited the lowest corrosion rate, while the base metal possessed a reduced corrosion resistance. These results were helpful to promote the application of low alloy high strength steel in the marine fields.

Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) have an important application prospect in the field of cell therapy for various neurodegenerative diseases, and inducing factors that regulate BMSC differentiation are proposed as a promising therapeutic strategy. In this study, we explored the effect of glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) on the course of BMSC differentiation.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of visual ultra-mini percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(VUMP) and ureteroscopic soft lithotripsy(FURS) in remove of 1.5~2.5 cm calculi from the lower calyces. Methods Clinical data of 116 patients undergoing VUMP and FURS in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2019 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into VUMP group(n=62) and FURS group(n=54). The general clinical data, operation time, length of hospital stay, short- and long-term(30 d after operation) stone clearance rates, post-operative complications, hemoglobin change in 2 h after operation, and post-operative procalcitonin and C-reactive protein levels and leukocyte count were recorded and analyzed. Results The VUMP group had significantly shorter operation time(37.25± 8.39 vs 49.52±10.57 min, P < 0.05) and lower postoperative white blood cell count [(11.05±2.43)×109/L vs(13.57±2.71)×109/L], P < 0.05), but more obvious postoperative hemoglobin reduction(8.25±5.04 vs 4.05±3.07, P < 0.05) and longer hospital stay(5.16±1.23 vs 4.05±3.07 d, P < 0.05) when compared with the FURS group. In terms of stone clearance rate, both the short-(90.32% vs 74.07%, P < 0.05) and long-term(95.16% vs 85.18%, P < 0.05) rates were statistically higher in the VUMP group than the FURS group. No differences were seen in the changes of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in both groups(P>0.05). The overall complications were significantly lower in the VUMP group than the FURS group(16.12% vs 25.92%, P < 0.05), especially in the incidence rates of systemic inflammatory response syndrome, urinary sepsis, and perirenal hematoma. Conclusion VUMP and FURS are safe and effective in the treatment of 1.5~2.5 cm lower calyx calculi, but VUMP has the advantages of higher stone clearance rate, lower operation time and complication rate.

Mobility management has been a long-standing issue in mobile wireless sensor networks and especially in the context of cyber physical systems; its implications are immense. This paper presents a critical analysis of the current approaches to mobility management by evaluating them against a set of criteria which are essentially inherent characteristics of such systems on which these approaches are expected to provide acceptable performance. We summarize these characteristics by using a quadruple set of metrics. Additionally, using this set we classify the various approaches to mobility management that are discussed in this paper. Finally, the paper concludes by reviewing the main findings and providing suggestions that will be helpful to guide future research efforts in the area.

In order to improve the work performance and design efficiency of shearer drum,shearer drum aided design software has been developed by combined programming of Matlab and Excel,which can generate picks arrangement plot,load curves,cutting plot and TXT load text quickly,providing a basis for shearer drum modeling and dynamic reliability analysis;Considering the influence of the shearer traction speed,rotation speed and blade spiral angle on the drum’s cutting performance and loading performance,to find the design parameters that can let the whole performance get optimal; Based on the actual working conditions,the optimal design scheme have been found for new large mining height shearer,under the rated power of cutting motor,it guarantees cutting area can reached the maximum 12094mm~2,cutting specific energy consumption reached minimum to 0. 565 9 kW·h/m~3,providing a quick and convenient method for the design and optimization of shearer drum.
